FTD Companies To start, FTD.com partnered with Groupon for a $40

To start, FTD.com partnered with Groupon for a $40 gift certificate for $20. After purchasing that, I headed to their website, and after choosing (an admittedly deceiving picture) flowers, proceeded to checkout. After scouring every checkout page, there was not one place to enter a coupon code (that Groupon said would be on the checkout page) — Shady practice from FTD because I've seen the coupon box before but it just wasn't on these pages.

I then decided to call. The woman on the phone took my coupon code, filled out my order (incorrectly reporting the price several times, and forgetting to actually apply the coupon until I said something) but assured me that since I was paying an inflated delivery charge for Valentine's Day (my own words... she called it "Premium Delivery") the arrangement would be delivered on time.

Needless to say this was a surprise, which I then had to ruin when it never showed up. I spent more than an hour on hold to speak with someone who suggested the flowers "might be delivered tomorrow" and he could offer 15% because he (barely) valued my continued business. I protested that 15% wouldn't even cover delivery and he immediately said 20% was the best he could do. He said the florist was closed, things like this happen, and it shouldn't be a big deal if they were delivered tomorrow.

In the grand scheme of things, he's absolutely right... flowers delivered on a seemingly random day of the year isn't really a big deal... but when you pay enormously inflated prices (and premium delivery charges) for what are usually sub par flowers thinking these people know what they are doing and will be staffed appropriately to handle this, you expect to get what you pay for... In this case, I didnt get anything for my money yet.

UPDATE: After another day passing with no flowers delivered, I called to ask for a full refund. The rep I dealt with asked me my name, order number, and the reason for the call. I calmly read the order number, paused to make sure he got it, spelled my name, and then proceeded to describe my situation. He then said "I see, can I have your name and order number to access the account". Calmly, I read it again, and he asked me what my issue was. I explained again that the flowers hadn't been delivered for the second day in a row, to which he responded "I see, well were the flowers not satisfactory when they arrived?"... shockingly to me, I kept my cool and explained that they had NOT arrived, but the only way for FTD to make this right was to send them tomorrow AND give me a near full refund of my money. He said he would check with the florist and get back to me. I then said that I wanted a full refund too, which he said he would do, but when I asked him to put that in writing somewhere he didn't respond at first, but then decided to tell me that I would get an email confirmation (12+ hours later - no confirmation). I then asked him his name and he told me that the email confirmation would be enough to verify the convo (should have tipped me off).

He basically wasn't listening to me at all, and spitting out canned lines from what I can assume was an automated "Customer Service Speech Generator" unrelated to my complaints. He then started his final speech "Thank you for choosing FTD, my name is Van (editor's note... there's no way his name was Van without it being short for something much longer — but progress... a name at least... odd that he withheld it before!) please have a great day"

I have no doubt nothing was accomplished on this phone call, but I'm doing what I can to allow FTD to make this right... so far they are just digging a bigger hole...

FTD Companies I ordered in 11/11/2020 @ 2:37 pm, what I thought to be a beautiful $100 flower arrangement with a beautiful red red

I ordered in 11/11/2020 @ 2:37 pm, what I thought to be a beautiful $100 flower arrangement with a beautiful red red vase to be delivered to my spouse at his work before 5pm the next day. First, the flowers never arrived at his work before 5pm, the delivery driver call my spouse to get home address and flowers were delivered home which was not was supposed to happen, it messed up the entire celebration at his work. When the flowers were finally delivered around 8pm, the flowers looked NOTHING like the photo on the FTD website, and the vase looked like it came from a 99 cent store! I called customer service and explained everything to them and how disappointed I was and the representative was not very customer friendly, she was very rushed and said she would refund half of my purchase. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I told the supervisor this was unacceptable, I paid $100 for what looked to be a beautiful flower arrangement in a beautiful vase, and instead it looked like I got the dead flowers, and the 99 cent red vase which was very tacky and I was disgusted and embarassed how it looked. I got an email from customer service asking about my delivery and told them it was horrible. I got a response back from Tina on 11/18/2020, saying they apologize and will send a complimentary arrangement in a box to my spouse. I said NO! I do not want flowers in a box, how tacky and I did not order that from the very start. Finally got another email response back on 11/27/2020 from Danielle, stating saying they would send a complimentary flower arrangement to my spouse work and it would be the florist choice. I responded and stated I do not want the same florist doing the arrangement, and then i gave 5 specific day and time ranges for the flowers to be delivered. I sent 2 more emails, and no response back on why my complimentary arrangement has not been delivered! I am OUTRAGED AND ANGRY over this entire ordeal!What was supposed to be a special moment was RUINED by your company!

I have contacted FTD reference Order #FAD802368 on 30Jan23 once, and 6Feb23, three times. Each time I have been disconnected during the conversation with the representative. The most recent representative explained they could not handle the order once found, placed me on hold then hung up. I placed the order on 12Jan23 for flowers and have been attempting to correct the order since then.

I purchased birthday flowers for my sick mom on February 7, 2023. I also purchased an FTD pro year membership (in addition to the flower fee). The flowers were never delivered on 2/8/23 as promised. I called on 2/8/23 to the customer service number at *** to ask why the status was that of being processed when it was so close to the 8:00pm delivery deadline? I was told with no explanation or research into the matter to wait until 9pm.I waited until 9:40pm to call again and ask why the status was still in processing status and was told (by a supervisor) the matter is being investigated and I will have a special agent call me at some point the next day to discuss. At that point in the ridiculous situation, I simply requested a full refund and was told I would have to wait until that same special agent investigated the delivery delay and then a refund might be issued. The flowers were delivered the next day AFTER I requested them to be cancelled and a refund with a supposed supervisor. Unbelievable!

On 2/7/23 I placed an order for a floral arrangement and chocolates to be delivered on 2/8/23. The chocolate treats arrived but the flowers never have. I called and was told they would process a refund for $108.37 for the flowers. Total price was $182.92. I asked when I would receive email confirmation of my refund and was told my bank would send to me. I reminded them that since THEY were the ones I did business with that I needed proof and confirmation from FTD. She repeated that it was sent to the bank. I told her I needed confirmation and proof they would refund me and she repeated the refund was sent to my bank. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused saying the supervisor would tell me the same thing. She then asked if I would like redelivery on first available date which I did not want as it is after the fact and it appeared ridiculous to get 1/2 the order yesterday and the other half at an unknown date. I told her several times I just wanted proof that my refund had been processed but still have not received. I informed her that these were bad business practices and that I would be filing a complaint with BBB.

Order number: *** Delivery confirmation: *** I ordered this chocolate covered strawberries for my Valentine's *** gift and spent $151.26, including a $46 delivery fee for the gift (order details in the attachment). The order came in broken with just an *** delivery without any phone calls or other forms of communication (picture of broken pieces also attached). The product and delivery are so far from what the company describes and shows on their website, to a level of scam, especially when they market themselves as gift delivery company for important occasions. I would like to get a full refund for my purchase.

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday over a week before the delivery date of her birthday-11/6. Imagine my distress when at 8 p.m. that day my daughter had not received her gift. I had gotten an email where you click to track an order and the afternoon of 11/6 when I clicked it said "attempted"-my daughter had been home all afternoon. I clicked later and it said "delivered", but as of that night-it hadn't! I called the "customer service center" which is obviously in India, Pakistan, or the Phillipines. The reps just kept saying "I'm sorry, ma'm", but they had no ability to actually do anything. I literally spoke to 4 reps before I got to a Susie who said she was a supervisor. She assured me she was sending a message to the local FL florist they use that an upgraded arrangement MUST be delivered to my daughter today (11/7) by 4 pm and that she was giving me a % discount refund. The flowers have not arrived as of this writing 11/7 7:15 pm and my daughter was home all afternoon and looked around her home, etc. So, tonight I have spent another hour on the phone passed from rep to rep. One finally put me through to a Jenny in CT. I had to go over the whole situation again and while she was supposedly trying to contact that local florist, I was magically disconnected. So, I persisted and called and went through rep after rep till I was transferred to Kamia supposedly in the IL office. She has now promised to re-order the flowers with a different local florist-upgraded for tomorrow, Sunday 11/8 and assured me she will call me with a status update. After all this I have no faith that my daughter will actually get flowers before her next birthday comes and that's if I call a FL florist myself and order them directly. I told Kamia that if what she promised did not happen I would keep calling and persisting till it was made right. Not only is an inadequate overseas center frustrating to deal with, the company's business processes are appalling! I would suggest higher action be taken.

Order was not delivered at all. Impossible to reach someone. Called 2 times and was told they would follow up. Emailed and the response stated it was delivered. Purchase on flowers exceeded *** Order number *** I am calling my credit card company today to try and dispute Just awful . 80 year old birthday present. Checked all day and delivery was not made.Please help

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents house in *** on December 15 to be delivered on December 13th. I called at 5 pm December 13th, the expected day of delivery and they assured me it would be delivered by 9 pm and to be patient...these flowers were for my 85 year old parents so that they could have them to celebrate Christmas with as the red of our family is there at this moment for Christmas Eve dinner. We live in CA and not able to attend ... well the flowers were never delivered. We have flowers sent every year with the same purpose and never have has an issue with other flower companies such as 1-800-flowers your company FTD Flowers has ruined our special annual Christmas Eve event... the order number is *** no one should ever waist their money on your services, we paid *** for nothing but disappointment.

I ordered a beautiful Peace *** for a funeral. The plant shown when I placed my order was beautiful with white lilies. I got to the funeral and the plant with my family's name attached was not anything like the picture. It had no lilies and the leaves even looked different. I would not have paid what I did for the plant that was sent. I emailed the company 10 days ago and haven't gotten a response. I have pictures of my email confirmation with a picture of what I ordered and a picture of the plant that was sent.

I just found out that the flowers I ordered for my brother's funeral last Saturday at noon were never delivered. My phone number, ***, was included in the ordering details, as well as the funeral coordinator's number, ***. He is also the son of ***. Neither of us were called until I received a call today. I called him to update him on this issue. You sent me emails updating me on the supposed progress of the order, but it was not true. I told customer service that they had until today to fix this problem, or else I would be complaining everywhere. I was unable to attend in person due to a physical handicap and I relied on the flowers to represent me at the funeral. That did not happen. No one at the funeral was aware of my attempt. I purposely spoke to a live person to order the flowers and stressed the details of the funeral date, time, and address to avoid any potential problems in advance. However, it did not work out. I am very distressed and disappointed.

I ordered flowers through the ProFlowers website for delivery on November 22, 2022. I received a confirmation email on November 21 stating the flowers were being prepared. On November 22 at 5:05pm, I received an email from ProFlowers stating the flowers were delivered. Once I received the email, I called the recipient of the flowers to confirm they were delivered. They were not delivered.Problem One--Company flat out LIED. I have a confirmation of delivery and the flowers were 100% NOT delivered.I called the company immediately to discuss the issue. I was told to hold the line while they researched what happened. They said the delivery person could not find the address and contacted the recipient for an address so it can be delivered.Problem Two--Company flat out LIED AGAIN. I called the recipient and he said he was NOT contacted by anyone about an address to deliver to his house.The company then told me that they will make it right. They said they will deliver it tomorrow morning with "extra stems" and make it beautiful. I confirmed that they had the correct number for the recipient (which they did).The recipient called me on November 23 and told me that the company called to get directions to the house and he provided the exact directions. He was told the delivery would be in the morning.Problem Three--I received an email at 2:56pm on November 23 stating my flower order was CANCELED! No reason given! So the person who called the recipient LIED AGAIN because he received the directions, said he was going to deliver, then CANCELED the order and did not deliver.This was to be a special Thanksgiving and housewarming gift. Now we have NO time for another gift to purchase.

Order place on 12/9/2022 for a plant delivery on 12/15/2022. I paid the business $61.99 The business was to deliver a Cinnamon Sparkle Poinsettia (Pink) to my mother's residence in honor of my aunt's 2 year passing. This dispute is that 1st the company sent me an email saying they were substituting my order for a Florist Designed bouquet of similar color. There was also some verbiage in the email stating they could substitute if the flower of my choice was unavailable. On 12/15/22 I called the *** number the day it was to be delivered because the tracking still showed order received. The customer service rep told me the order would be delivered by 8pm, but the courier hadn't picked it up. She also told me that the bouquet was going to be red, green, and pink. The order was not delivered. I called back today 12/16/22 and the *** just said they would deliver it. I told them that I didn't need the plant now as the sentimental date had passed. She didn't apologize or offer a refund at all until I said I absolutely need a refund. This company is a scam. I ordered from proflowers.com which is owned by FTD. The emails all came from FTD. I think they need to deliver a similar bouquet AND refund my money. If I would have known they were not going to deliver the plant, then i would have ordered from one of the local flower shops in the state where my mother lives. I didn't because the customer service rep assured me they would be delivered that day. My mom has a hard time with her sister's passing (we all do) and this was a gesture to let her know she was loved and not alone. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way this company handled the situation.Order number is

Ordered flowers for my Aunts birthday, premium arrangement paid $100.00 the florist FTD used sent a vase with barely 15 flowers. They delivered the flowers 2/7/2022 I called the same night to complain and asked for a refund, I received my refund 2/10.

First thing flowers were ready until, monday, then they told me that they don't deliver where i stay, then when i went to meet the lady the order was wrong, wrong size wrong colors. So i called the contact info online a week ago and nothing... no refund or redo or anything. So in short stay away from eflowers and use 1800flowers

Ok so it's my girlfriends birthday and I want flowers delivered. I track my order only to find out that they weren't going to be delivered on the day that I requested. Thank God I had an operator so willing to go over and beyond the call of duty by the name of Molly. Not only did she make the delivery happen they also paid the florist extra $ to make it happen on the day I requested!

I purchased a groupon for florsts.com to get a good deal. I purchased roses/tulips for my mom for valentines day 5 days before. I placed the order 2/9/17 and to be delivered on 2/14/17. I received the flowers and they turned out great! Gorgeous. After i already purchased my order i read the reviews and i was very scared i wouldn't receive it correctly or i wouldn't get my money back if anything happened. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews but my order was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

Eflowers had my order prepared and delivered same day as promised. These were for my mother for Mother's Day so with all the bad reviews I was worried she might not receive them. However, I ordered around 10am, as eflower's same day policy states orders to be received same day must be placed by noon, and my mom received her arrangement at her office at around 3pm. The arrangement was beautiful and included all of the flowers in the design on the website. Even now, a week later the flowers are still fresh-looking, lively, and gorgeous. I know eflowers contracts out to local florists, but they managed my order perfectly... it truly made my mother's day.

I was unable to go to a loved one's out of state funeral so I decided to order a bouquet online to be delivered. I was quoted a price of $73.50 before taxes. The arrangement was something I could get for around $50 or less locally so I assumed the extra amount was to include delivery fees and taxes. I found out that I was billed $114 . Not only was I not made aware of the additional fees at the time of the purchase, but when contacted the company, I was then told that this was a tax and delivery fee and was not offered any explanation as to why I was not informed of this prior to the purchase. In addition, I was told that the bill of sale would be emailed to me to show the breakdown, and it was not.

Ordered over $144 bouquet for my mothers 80th birthday. Contacted FTD 3 times during the day to get a status of the delivery. Never was able to provide a status and the flowers were still not delivered by 6 pm. The customer service line said they had until 8 pm to deliver, but who wants a delivery an hour before bedtime. I specifically called to make sure the delivery was made earlier in the day. *** was unhelpful. I tried to share my experience with the corporate office and got the run around there as well. Not a company I will ever do business with again. What I learned, shop local. Call a local florist. Work with people who own the business, they want repeat customers.

Ordered a product from the FTD website to be delivered on Father's *** Product ordered on 6/13 for delivery on 6/17 in a major metro area, ***, . FTD sent me an email on 6/21 saying that 'we couldn't find a provider in the delivery area to fulfill the product'. So let me get this straight. You're willing to have advertised a product on your website in a specific area (you must put your zip code in to determine availability of items), then you say, after the fact... 'sorry, we can't find the item, even though we had you put in the delivery zip to see if it was available'...Are you kidding me? What a scam. I bet you do that on purpose with the hope that customers will simply 'forget' that they placed the order and whoopsie...FTD gets to keep the money! SCAM. Never again, you're a corrupt company.

Terrible customer service. Never received the *** that I had ordered and paid for for a funeral. Never received any communication from the company that my order was gonna be delayed. When I call to talk to customer service they just pass me from person to person claiming to be a manager with only being able to offer me redelivery redelivery pass the date of the funeral the funeral I opted for a full refund but would have preferred to have flowers at the funeral My order was placed 5 days in advance there was an opportunity that could have gotten flowers to the funeral on time but F T D took no action

From the FTD email receipt, I asked for the flowers to be delivered before 11 AM, because recipient would leave work at 12:45 PM, I didn't receive a follow up email in regards to my request. I called *** on April 15, 2022, and asked for the flowers to be delivered by 11 AM, and was told it would happen. I called *** on April 18, at 11:30 AM and was told delivery was scheduled for 3 or 3:30 PM. I asked for the order to be canceled. I was told by *** the order would be canceled, my money refunded and fresh flowers would be delivered the next day (April 19, 2022) by 11 AM. I called *** on April 19, 2022, at 10:15 AM and was told the flowers had been delivered, they had not. After I said, they hadn't been delivered I was disconnected. I called back, I was told they flowers will be delivered today, April 20, 2022.

Misleading advertisement. Does not ship in same day. Lies after lies. Employees dont give a c*** about the customers need for the promised flowers. My wifes surprise Valentines Day gift never came. Call them four times to make sure. If they were to be honest, I would had gone out to get the flowers myself. Please dont order from this company. There are so many other companies that delivers flower. My Valentines day was ruined! Emotionally I was frustrated and angry. I didnt have a single gift to give to my wife. *** bear, ballon, flowers, chocolate. Thanks again ftd! Ftd must go out of business.

Called to get update on order at 3:30. recipient of flowers was leaving at 4:30, called to see if they were going to be delivered before 4:30 so i could make arrangements if they were not. the customer service person said they would check and call me back. they never called back. receipient waited for valentines day flowers til 5, then left. police who are the receipients coworkers and acting security were *** the only entrance to go in and out of the business. no one flower deliveries came in before or after 6pm. FTD marked the flowers as delivered at 5:40, which is a straight lie. the bad service, bad communication, bad ethics and lies messed up my valentines flowers to my special person. I want the company to give an apology and to stop lying and to do better.

My husband ordered a $280 bouquet from FTD on a Friday morning. Delivery time was sometime before 8pm the same evening. At approximately 6pm he called FTD to ensure delivery would be made the same night as he knew most florists around the area closed at 6pm. They assured him delivery would be made but said for privacy concerns they could not tell him which company was preparing and delivering the bouquet. At 8pm he received notice the flowers were delivered, however no flowers had arrived. He contacted FTD who offered an upgrade and said they would have them redelivered on Saturday. Saturday came and went. Sunday he called and they said the same thing again, he would get a free upgrade and they would have them redelivered. Here we are on Monday and the flowers finally arrive, and much to my dismay and his anger the bouquet is very small especially for the cost. The florist called us to apologize for our dissatisfaction and sent a copy of the order FTD sent them for $140 to include delivery charges! They were not happy to hear that he ordered $280 worth of flowers and FTD had pocketed the money! Our bank statement reflects a $280 charge and the florists statement reflects a $140 payment! Take your business to a local florist who will treat you like a person and not a big company who is essentially a middle man pocketing your money.

The flowers that arrived were nice, but they were way smaller than what appeared on the pictures given to me. She said they looked like they were still in bulb form and had not bloomed. The website stated the flowers would be bloomed and in full form. Also, it turns out, florists mark the deliveries as "DELIVERED" HOURS before they are actually delivered. I messaged my significant other to check their front door and to our dismay, they were not there. It wasn't until 10 minutes she was about to leave town that day, that the flowers actually got delivered. The delivered product, once again, looks NOTHING like picture. However, the flowers, as she stated, were still pretty, despite not being fully bloomed and being very scattered in the vase. It's the thought that counts! I do not know if I would recommend this company to anyone, but at least SOMETHING gets delivered. Essentially, not a scam company but local florists may deliver a radically different product and mark it as delivered HOURS before actual delivery.

Ordered two Mothers Day arrangement on April 29th for delivery on May 7. Received an email on May 6 that they could not deliver the arrangements as promised. Call customer service, was hung up on three times before finally getting a foreign speaking agent on the phone. Had to repeat the order number four times for her to understand. Was put on hold numerous times before her coming back and saying they would deliver the arrangements on May 10. Told her that was unacceptable and to cancel the order and issue a refund. I spent over $180 on two arrangements. The reason they gave is they could not find a "local" florist near me to handle the order. Within two seconds I had 12 florists near me online and a new order place AND I've already received email confirmation that BOTH arrangements have been delivered TODAY without any issues. I've used FTD for years, after this I will NEVER use them again. Credit due me has yet to be issued to my credit card. The order with my LOCAL florist was only $140 for identical arrangements. FTD is a rip off!

Horrible Experience and unacceptable outcome! Never use FTD again! We ordered flowers for mother-in-law for Mothers Day one week in advance to be delivered on the Friday of Mothers Day weekend to ensure they get delivered on time. They were not delivered and FTD never contacted us to notify us or rectify the problem. in fact, we later learned that FTD had sent emails to the local florist for a week and never got a response that the order was taken! FTD never bothered to contact us all week to let us know there was a problem and they never reached out to another florist to ensure that someone would deliver them! we called FTD on Saturday and an agent said theyd be delivered - agent never got in touch with florist to confirm this. FTD refused to tell us the name of local florist to confirm delivery because its against their policy. On our second call to FTD agent told us he would contact local florist and call us back. Hours laterwe still hadnt heard from FTD. On third call, FTD tells us they dont have relationships with any other florists in the very populated area we sent them to so there is no other florist that can deliver flowers and businesses are now closed! I ask to speak to supervisor and after being on hold multiple times and waiting a long time for supervisor, the call was dropped. On fourth call, agent refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. This agent was unprofessional and used a creepy almost sultry tone and manner - I asked maybe 5 or 6 times to be transferred and she finally says it will be 2-4 hours until I can get a supervisor! We call back and get supervisor fairly quickly who tells us we can cancel our order and get a refund or just wait and see if eventually flowers show up! So Flowers were never delivered by Friday and FTD has not rectified situation by sending flowers from another florist. We asked for full refund but as a Mom myself, I spent my Mothers Day weekend dealing with this grief!

My fiancee ordered flowers for her mother on Mother's Day. Was told that they had been delivered. Mother never received them. A full refund was given but that isn't taking care of the issue. Her mother didn't receive flowers on Mother's Day. FTD is a huge company with the worst customer service I have ever had experience with. The customer service reps are ineffective and next to impossible to understand. FTD will never get a ounce of business from us.

I ordered flowers on behalf of my children for mother's day and received a confirmation when finished. The day before I was informed my 'confirmed' order was cancelled because they couldn't find a florist to deliver. I offered to pick up but they said it's too late. I spoke with multiple representatives but no solutions were offered except sending it through *** the week AFTER mother's day or the bare minimum of a refund. They advertise a refund + future order credit in these situations but I only received a refund. Upon inquiring i was told it had been cancelled, refunded, and they're finished with the situation.Surprisingly Door Dash was able to come to the rescue with a last minute delivery of a beautiful bouquet at a fraction of the cost. It came at the exact time as scheduled as well. I will not be using FTD in the future but do thank them for forcing me to find a more flexible service with better prices and actually come through on CONFIRMED orders, all at top quality. I would have never thought Door Dash would be better at delivering high quality flowers on time than FTD.

FTD Companies Non delivery of flowers.

I placed an order on 9/3/23 for delivery on 9/5/23. At 6pm I called on 9/5 to find out when delivery would take place. I was told they did not have a florist in the area (Palm Coast, Florida) who could deliver the flowers that day. I was given a 30% discount and promised delivery the next day (9/6/23) FIRST THING IN THE MORNING.

it is now 6:30pm on the 6th and no one (after 6 calls) can tell me if the flowers will be delivered today.
NOT 1 AGENT HAS RETURNED MY CALLS AS PROMISED,
What the hell?
I am disputing the credit card debit when my bill comes in.
THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
YOU HIRE PEOPLE WHO BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH and just use a scripted line to customers.
I WILL FOLLOW UP UNTIL I RECEIVE RESULTS.

FTD Companies Garden of Life Basket

The basket of flowers delivered were very sparce and did not look like the photo of the ones I ordered. I was very disappointed as I wanted them to be very special for my nephew who was hit by a car and in the hospital's ICU. Is there any compensation you can make for this? FTD Companies My flower arrangement for a funeral

I was very disappointed when i arrived at the funeral and saw the arrangement FTD delivered. the arrangement didn't appear to be freshly put together, some of the small flowers were starting to wilt. When I spoke to the person who took my order over the phone, I made it clear that I wanted a sash or ribbon across it to say "Cousin" on it. she assured me that it would. Because she wasn't too convincing, I emailed FTD the following day and re-itterated that make sure my customed sash or ribbon was added. I received no reply back. As I stated, I arrived at the funeral to find this non vibrant arrangement with no sash or ribbon added to it as requested. Funerals are emotional times for families. With that in mind, every effort should be taken to present your very best to grieving families. Very little effort was put into this arrangement.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a partial refund or compensation of some sort.

FTD Companies Mrs. Fields Mother's Day Cookie Tin Bait and Switch

I received a "deal" via discount website Brad's Deals for the Mrs. Fields Mother's Day Cookie Tin for $36 Shipped. I clicked and linked to the FTD site and purchased the item using PayPal. The cart listed the $36 price but when it linked to PayPal it switched back to the original price and charged me $57.16. I called to cancel the order and was told I could cancel but I would still be charged the $16.99 "processing/ shipping" fee. What an absolute outrage! Nothing had been processed or shipped! So basically I was overcharged over $20 and was told by FTD to pound sand! This is a classic bait and switch illegal process and now I'll have to work with PayPal to resolve. Very shameful...
