[Resolved] Floryday — payment refund
Sometime in March 2019, i made an order (number [protected]) which was subsequently cancelled beginning of April, i had paid USD 1027.21 for the shoes i ordered. I have been requesting for my money back but got no refund and no response. Its six months now. The refund process takes a max of 14 days from their website... What frustrates more is that there is no contact number yo call. please help urgently.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
