I tried multiple times to fill out the return form but where I enter the order number and the item number is says in. red, that item does not exist and that order does not exist. The dress fits fine but the jacket is too small and I want to return this item for a refund. Order date was May 19, 2019. [protected]@hotmail.com

FloryDay clothing: dresses - urgent order not shipped despite expedite delivery

Last week on June 10, I ordered for two dresses from FloryDay and I selected expedited delivery which showed 3-6 working days for delivery because I needed the dresses delivered by today June 19, 2019. I have been reaching out through all your support channels and no one is responding since two days ago to follow up. My dresses have not been shipped yet!... Please help anyone! I even chatted with your help online, but the person shut me out when I asked for a phone number which I could reach anyone to speak to discuss the urgency of the need for the dresses to be delivered today unfailingly.. Please help! This is urgent and needs to be delivered today otherwise there will no longer be need for the dresses.

Thank you for all the offers. 3-6 days is late for my use of the dresses. I need the dresses as at today or latest tomorrow in Nigeria for use at a conference starting on Monday, June 24. I have tried to get it delivered to South Africa and have a friend bring down for me in Nigeria. She has left SA already. Then I tried the UK option, but I was told that will take another 306 days before being delivered to London.

I have made alternative arrangements. Kindly send a full refund of all the money I paid urgently and immediately. My Bank has taken this up and has written that they are yet to get the funds if to begin legal actions. Please treat with immediate dispatch.

FloryDay trying to return 2 items, return/refund page a floryday says there is no order.

Tried to complete return form on 6/18/19 three times. It's saying the order has not been found & only shipped orders can be returned & exchanges. I received the package on 6/17/19 & my card was charged. I would like to receive a refund for these 2 dresses due to not fitting.

FloryDay blouses

I ordered 4 blouses on the Floryday website, but never received a confirmation email. I received the blouses, all of which were way way too large (I ordered a size small, the blouses would fit a person 100 pounds heavier than myself). My invoice has been lost, so I don't have my order number. Floryday's website does not recognize my email address, even though the order was placed online. I want to exchange or return the blouses, but there is no phone number shown on the website. In my opinion, reputable companies make it easy to contact them with concerns or issues. I should not have to do a search online to find this website to register my issue. If I don't get any help, this first order with Floryday will definitely be my last.

FloryDay the quality is so bad

i Have ordered two dresses from FloryDay when they arrived I figured out that the quality is so much bad and they aren't the same as the photo at all even the drawing is printed not sewn as it appears in the photo I didn't expect it to be like this at all, when I first opened them I thought that they have sent me the wrong order but unfortunately it wasn't and I want to return them back but I didn't know how to contact the company

FloryDay product and service

I bought two items from this company
A block coloured skirt which arrived with felt pen marks on the front ordered a large and size came would not fit size 8uk.!
Second item ankle boots that were supposed to be size 5uk but were also very small.
There was no information within with package of any nature so went into their customer sight which kept telling me it did not recognise my order numbers!
I had to use an email address to request any returns advice which as yet is not fourth coming.
How is a company allowed to operate this way.
I spent over £50 with postage for items that were at best shoddy

FloryDay refund

I received a pair of leather sandals from floryday which were not suitable for me. I attempted, on the day they arrived, to return them, but was unable to find the address details of exactly where to send them. I used the chat facility, and was told an email would be arriving which would give me the info I need. An email arrived, but it was so unclear. Then another arrived, offering me a discount. I attempted on subsequent days to contact somebody for help, but still have not been successful. I am not willing to phone hong kong - the only phone number given is in hong kong. A london address is shown, but no phone number for customer services. Help, please!

FloryDay returned item months ago. no sign of refund yet. reference on email #[protected]

I returned my items of 2 dresses early March- following the details I had in an email dated March 6 to vicky.[protected]@tewharau.school.nz
I returned the item to the address as stated in email and as above. To date and we are now nearing the end of May- there is no refund evidence back to my credit card at all!
I will not recommend Floryday to anyone. Expecting a response ASAP and a refund that was going to be $124.80 as stated on the email.
The cost of posting Floryday items are far over and above anything else I have received online and then there is a cost to return- all up amounting to another $90.
I would appreciate hearing from you

FloryDay [protected] dress half sleeve maxi - x line dress

I had ordered a dress on the 14th of March but it took nearly a month to arrive.
I tried to cancel the order when I realized it would be very late, as I was going away for 5 weeks. Of course it was not right as I could neither try the item on nor return it on time, due to the very late delivery...

I am now home, tried the dress on but it is not at all like the picture; the colours are less vivid and the material very thin...

I want to return the item and request a full refund as soon as possible as you are in breach of contract for not sending it within 9 days but over 3 and a half weeks later...

I am expecting a reply asap. Where do I return the item to.Could I have a full address in the UK>

FloryDay slacks way too small

Can't get hold of anyone to talk to. No phone # to call. Slacks so small it fits my toes. I usually wear a size 12 and now I need a size 16.No return label.
They don't answer emails.

FloryDay unable to make contact to return two items

I ordered two dresses, which I'm trying to return. I tried every way possible to fill out the online form and was never able to submit it. My order date was 2019-04-26 and I received the items 2019-05-13. I was disappointed in the material and appearance of both dresses, as they looked very different than the online presentation. My order # is [protected]. The dress numbers are [protected] and [protected] and both dresses are green. I would like an address to use to return the dresses and get a refund. I sent a complaint that the two dresses I ordered 2019-04-26 were not the quality or appearance I had viewed online. The dresses arrived 2019-05-13. Within a few hours I received a very polite email from Zoey, who offered a full refund. Thank you! The only problem is that, when I followed her instructions, I could not find a section to mark complaint as "resolved.". I am hoping that this email will serve as a removal of the complaint. Thank you for your help.

I order a dress I have just got back from holiday and the dress was here I am so disappointed it was screwed up in a bag and has Mark's down the right hand side I am getting it ready to send back but are these dresses checked before being sent ?

FloryDay order not received

I sill have not received the order that I placed on April 4, 2019 for two dresses. After several communications about this matters the representatives and managers at Floryday issued me a full refund via my PayPal account and have authorized me to keep the merchandise whenever it arrives.

FloryDay unresponsive customer care

Hi,

I have been trying to return a dress for the last week but have still been unable to do so. I have received one response, but have been unable to follow up with the instructions provided in the response as I can no longer sign in to the website. I tried contacting customer care but have received no response since then, despite multiple emails from myself.

I placed two orders from this company on February 17, 2019. It took over a month to receive the clothing - and the quality of the items was very substandard. I asked for a refund. I never got it. The company told me that if I changed my reviews to 5 stars that they would refund me. I refused to be bribed. Still do not have my refund. I wrote a review on Trust Pilot and Floryday had it removed because they claimed I was never a customer!

FloryDay unable to return dress/ contact floryday

The dress I had ordered - for which I paid £50 - was sent to me in the wrong size and looks nothing like the advertisement.

I am now trying to return it but the online returns form does not work, so I do not have an address/ instructions on how to return the item.

I have also written to customer care, who have not responded within 24 hours, as they claimed they would. They do not have a phone number in the UK, so I am unable to speak with the company.

It is ridiculous that the return of an item should be so difficult! A complete waste of time.

FloryDay I want to return 4 items all poor quality, tried chat, no english instructions

I want to return order [protected], chat agent gave me a web site to fill out a form, no form, finally got a form and it won't submit when you click submit. How do I return the product for a refund? Please send me an address to return items and a form if needed! I ordered 3 pair of shoes and a swim suit. None of the products are acceptable. Poor quality and poor fit! Please send me a return form and address to return the items. If not resolved I will be forced to report!
When I hit submit it takes me to a social media site!

Beware of ordering from the Floryday site! I placed an order and am getting a total run around as I try to return the items. The quality is poor and the photos look much better than the product you receive. I keep getting requests to fill out one more form and then they do not submit to Flory.

FloryDay merchandise not received

My order, #[protected] was place April 9, 2019 and I haven't received it yet. The order was for 2 dresses, a black floral, and a green A-line, I continue to get the runaround regarding this! The email that I sent was returned in Chinese. I received shipment notification on April 12, 2019 with tracking information that I cannot track. The package has not arrived yet!
