I was a Fuel Delivery Driver for Florida Rock & Tank Lines. Manager Brian Shaw and Dispatcher Leslie was very unprofessional with communicating and this company practices unfair labor. Doing emergency hours at this company the telephone was not being answered by Leslie the dispatcher or any other dispatcher. Mr Shaw the manager showed signed of anger and negativity's with doing business. He used under-handed tactics to cover his errors along with the lost of accounts.

I personally believed that Brian Shaw has something against me when, I contacted Florida Rock division in Jacksonville, Fl to asked them if it was ok to returned their truck back to the Ocoee terminal due to a violent shooting that took place with their head mechanic who was shooting up the place. I did not want to walk into a hostile environment and that is why I contacted them. Mr Shaw, Leslie and whoever probably did not want the main terminal to find out about this incident.

Now I am face with not being hired at other fuel companies because of the lies they tell them when they call. I had a few companies call me back and told me that Florida Rock & Tank Lines said a lot of thing which are not true. I have one that was recorded. Not only does this company practice unfair labor but also discrimination practices against minorities.
