Vapor Barrier
On 8/18/2023 Justin came out to evaluate crawl space for replacement of damaged insulation and installation of vapor barrier. On three separate occasions three different crews came out to do the work as promised. The vapor barrier has gaps that I can see from the photos that they only provided after paid them. Now my new floor is coming up. No insulation was installed as promised. I contacted Robert at least 5 times during and after the job. He is very polite, but nothing was resolved. Since they don't have to be inspected by county or city agencies, they don't care.
Claimed loss: $4300.00
Desired outcome: I would like a properly installation of what I paid for.

Company came to my home and gave me estimate for floor repair. Agreed to price and traveled 22 hours to my mothers florida home to oversee project. Employees showed up and in 10 minutes advised me they could not perform agreed upon work. Very upset that they do not seem to care. Complained to better business bureau and the response was not acceptable. Had to travel 1000 miles at my expense and no satisfaction. Beware
