As someone deeply invested in the world of movies and entertainment, I have mixed feelings about Flixster Inc. While the platform offers a wide range of movie-related content, including reviews and showtimes, the overall user experience seems to be lacking. Many customers have expressed frustration with issues such as poor picture quality, unresponsive customer service, and difficulties in accessing digital copies. It's disheartening to see a once-beloved app struggle to meet the evolving needs of its users. As a movie enthusiast, I understand the importance of a seamless and enjoyable movie-watching experience, and it seems like Flixster has some work to do in order to regain the trust and satisfaction of its audience.

I like the layout of flixster but the part where you can watch movies, etc online for free is a waste of time because you cant watch older movies.

My favorite movie community - I used to have Netflix, and one of my favorite features was Netflix.com where I could write little movie reviews and share them with my friends. But I got too busy and canceled my Netflix account, so I nowhere to write reviews. Then I got spammed by one of my friends on Facebook by some app called Flixster. But I'm a sucker for movies, so I clicked on it, and now I'm hooked. All my movie addicted friends joined too, and now we all share reviews and pictures. It's great. I also like their movie quizzes. My only complaint is that I waste way too much time on this... I think I need help!

I have redeemed quite a few movies over the last few years. I have not logged on for a while and I cannot find the films that I previously redeemed. I have a ultraviolet account a flixster and a warnerbros account all using the same email address.
I hope that you can help me in this matter.

Why don't companies understand that new things are not always good. No need to improve your service if it's fine, no need to try new things if the previous ones are cool. Why did you update? What's the point of this? It didn't get better, it's only worse.
Why did you do it? Ask your customers, whether they want to use your app or not, and most of them will say: not anymore. I am one of them. What you did is appalling. So long.

I wish I had read the reviews before doing what I did.
All of a sudden my movies stopped playing. Now knowing what to do I called customer service and asked for their advice. They said I had to delete and install their app again. So I did and you know what happened? All of the movies I had there were deleted. You will say: not a big deal. Just download them again.
And I tried. But when I found a definite movie the app asked me to pay for this.
I informed their customer service yesterday, they have been working on this. But I am not sure they will help...

I have got multiple movies in my collection but have had so many issues with a number of them... I have recently had 3 out of a 4 movie series not work ("code is invalid") with countless emails of various things I need to verify before I can get the movies in my collection. First it was that I needed to show the receipt and movies before having then added to my collection which was fair enough. I had taken a photo of the 3 movies together along with the receipt (which they were all bought together). After sending them, I then got told that 'I' had given them the wrong flixster account email (as they just assumed it was the email I used to be contacted on). I then was only given one of the 3 movies. I then had to email again stating that only one of the three were added to the collection and needed the other two that I originally had send seperate emails about. I was then given another one of the movies but twice instead of the two remaining... This has gone on for several days and I am absolutely outraged with the lack of communication, skill and care Flixster have for their customers and have been employeees. As I mentioned earlier, this has happened with countless other movies and I am absolutely sick of dealing with this company.

IV been in contact with flixter on numerous occasions to try and resolve my problem I have been trying to access my films on my account IV got hold of ultraviolet they say its flixter problem so put me back in touch with you I'm going round and around I don't seem to be getting any where I have about at films in my account my facebook account won't let me in trued resetting password on advise from you didn't work I have lots of money worth of film just can't gain Access to can someone please help I certainly don't want to purchase them all again my email is [protected]@hotmail.co.uk my name is Luke Murphy DOB 5/1/1994 can someone reset my account with new passwords just try and help please I'm getting really frustrated your staff just don't seem to be resolving the problem please please can you help!

I had an account on www.flixster.com but now I cannot access my account. I'm sure I did not forget my password or something. I'm actually using one password for everything. I'm also sure that there is nothing wrong with my login name. I would like to know what is going on with my account and I need Flixster help, but for some reason they do not reply. It seems like they don't really care. Very poor service.

The website www.flixster.com provides different movies and TV shows, which was possible to watch online and download for small fee. At the beginning I watched movies online, but it was really inconvenient for me, because the player worked slowly. Later I paid some membership fee and started to download movies. But recently I received the bill, which stated that I need to pay more, because I exceeded the limit. But they didn’t mention about it before, please leave comments if you had the same thing.
