Flirt.com unable to cancel

I did the 3 day trial and want to cancel, as far as I can tell there is no way to cancel it via their website and the email just told me they would give me a week for free and then didn't reply when I said no thanks.

The company is based in the US and expect me to call them from the UK to cancel when they can do it online.

They also without me knowing signed me up to a different site sexintouch.com which also has a subscription fee and is clearly run by the same company.

I would like to cancel both subscriptions if possible but they aren't allowing me

Flirt.com cancellation of payments/subscription services

Hi,
My ID is [protected] and I would like to cancel my subscription to Flirt and for any recurring payments to be cancelled. I have paid for a 3 day membership which is due to expire on 25 January 2020 and I do not want to continue after this date or to have any recurring charges. I have tried cancelling online however it doesn't seem to have been deactivated. Hope to have this resolved, thanks.

Flirt.com cancellation of subscription and membership

I've tried multiple times to cancel subscription and delete account but to no avail.

I've also tried to contact customer services via email and had jo response as of yet.

I signed up for the 3 day trial and they tried to charge me for the month subscription which I didn't agree to.

Flirt.com impossible membership cancellation process and all of its affiliated dating applications

Upon signing up using the Flirt.com App, you are automatically enrolled in other third party memberships that you are not aware of because they are maliciously hidden in the terms and conditions and you are not told upon canceling your Flirt.com account that you must also cancel these other websites that you do not even know you involuntarily agreed to enroll.

If you attempt to cancel your Flirt.com account, you must go through a multi step process, which ends with you having to talk to someone on the phone to give you a code in order to cancel. However, this telephone number does not work in some countries and you are stuck with no method of cancellation as Flirt.com does not consider emails as legitimate cancellation.

I have contacted the payment processor for this site and they refuse to refund my "membership fee" after beating around the bush at which dating app I was supposedly a member. Finally, admitting that I signed up for Flirt.com and was automatically signed up for other website memberships.

My advice is to go to your bank and cancel the credit cards and request new credit cards for your bank account. Do not use other credit cards for dating apps as it can take a few weeks to be reissued new credit cards.

Would you believe directly after I posted this complaint, they charged my credit card again?
I am on my way to my bank now to cancel my credit card so they will not be able to steal any more money. I cancelled this account in November 2019 and they are still billing me for it.

I have attempted several times now to cancel my repeated billing without success. Every time I complete the process it says thank you then returns me to the last screen where I can see that my repeat billing has not been cancelled. I got annoyed enough at this that I attempted to delete my account but that also has not been working. When I try to delete my account it brings up a message telling where I can deactivate my repeat billing. I am very frustrated and would just like to cancel my billing.

Flirt.com cancel subscription

I would like to cancel my subscriptions before I get charged I don't use flirt & I don't wanna get charged for something I don't use. Please fix this problem I tried to cancel via online but it's not working, and I don't think this is fair that it's not letting me cancel subscriptions that I don't want, I'm not trying to get charged for this, so please fix the problem.

Flirt.com unsubscription fails

I canceled my subscription three times and nothing happened.
I subscribed for a 3 days trial. On the SECOND day i UNSUBSCRIBED but now I see that the system has charged me another month which is not correct! The website is still running as if I didn't unsubscribe the account. It a system failure please help me and rectify this as soon as possible, thank you.

Flirt.com why can’t I delete or unsubscribe to the subscription, it really isn’t fair and you are taking a lot of money

I canceled my subscription twice and nothing happened. I sent your support team an email and it was not responded to, we are we wasting our time here . There are many website we could use for free but I chose give this one a try and it was a mistake. The website is still running as if I didn't unsubscribe the account. Unsubscribing to emails did nothing as I'm still getting emails, is it a system failure or it's glitching either way I'm loosing money so please help me .

Flirt.com cancellation of account

The whole cancellation process is unfair. Theoratically a cancellation validation code is sent. It is told that it arrives in 1 hour. But i havent received yet (i started the process 8 hours before). (Spam folder is checked)
I cant initate a new code sending in 24 hours and
If i do not cancel the payment a new period automatically will be started. It is a complete cheating.

I want my subscription canceled! this is a scam i cant do it even when i follow the steps. I will not pay any monet for something i dont want! and also signed me up on other sites. I have paid my account... Keep getting messages to pay if I want to read messages.. According to web page I have over 80 messages I cannot read.. This is not acceptable.. The ladies who are trying to contact me will think I am not interested also I could be missing a life partner... Please sort or refund my payment..

Flirt.com repeat billing

I've called and cancelled numerous times. I e called and these people over the phone have told me that everything will be canceled. A month later and I'm charged again. I don't understand this. This is a fraudulent scam. Iam requesting for this site and all there monopoly of different companies to stop with the charges. I do not want to have my card charged by flirt.com or any other site that this monopoly is apart of. My username is samchoni75. Please stop all future payments.

Flirt.com cancel my subscriptions

I signed up for a 3 day trial and it charged me for one month so now im out 30 bucks for something I dont want and the site signed me up for other subscriptions that I dont want. I need everything canceled before I am charged again my username is h111 please cancel all my subscriptions before I am charged again. I really need everything cancelled and deleted.

Flirt.com unable to cancel

I try everything to cancel my payment but am unable to. When i contact them they tell me to go through to steps on the site that don't work. Nobody is willing to help and I have demanded they cancel but to no avail and surprise surprise they keep charging. The whole thing is a scam. It can't be hard to just cancel the subscription, why can't you just do it.

Flirt.com cancel my subscription

I tried to cancel my subscription but all I get is the email to complete the steps on how too. I have proof that shows on what I need to do and it does not follow. It was not me that created the account. My ID IS ranssom20. Please cancel my subscription before I am charge for something I did not agree too. Such as the two extra month plans. Thank you.

Flirt.com stolen profile photos

I was informed by a man on a legitimate dating site that he has "spoken to me before" on a site called flirt.com. I was shocked as he told me my same photos appear on flirt because I have NEVER opened an account with flirt or posted any photos with them. It is a serious and illegal action to steal people's photos from a reputable site and then use those photos to trick men. I am horrified that some fraudster is talking to men in vulgar manner using my photos to do it! Horrible! Flirt.com needs to be shut down! How can I get my stolen photos removed from a site when the site has so may complaints for fraud already? Apparently their customer service is a scam too.

Flirt.com cancel my subscription and account

I paid for the 3 day trial period and now there trying to take out money for an automatic billing and when I go on the website it's not letting me cancel my subscription I want it cancelled now as I don't want them to take any more money. As they have already take 1 months payment off me and every time I try ringing the number it just keeps going to a dead tone.
