Scammer Travel Agency
I bought a round trip ticket from FlightNetwork for an April 2020 flight from Canada to Philippines.As of to date, March 12, 2021 i haven't heard from them anymore.I sent dozens of emails to them but they never replied.I tried calling them but they never answered the phone.I found out that not only me has problems with this scammer travel agency based in Toronto, Canada but hundreds if not thousands of us.

Did not receive the Refund
Me and my husband were supposed to fly on March 28, 2020 but the flight got canceled. I filed the request with the airlines for the refund and by August, 2020 airlines emailed me saying that the refund was issued to Flight Network. And by end of August, 2020 an agent from flight network confirmed that the refund was received but since then the money never got refunded even after calling them several times.
Flight cancelled french bee
My flight has been cancelled by French Bee on Jan.31, 2021 from San Francisco to Tahiti. Reservation L3Y058 Made for flight on May 16, 2020. I have been calling on the phone to French Bee for 3 months and always get told that yes refunds can be made if French Bee cancels the flight which they told us to be patient and contact flight network, which I have done every month. Finally on Jan.31 French Bee showed on their website our flight on March 17, 2021 has been cancelled. Flight network told me to phone French Bee to get a waiver number from them. French Bee informed me that they do not give me the waiver that Flight Network has to process the request. After my 4th phone call to Flight Network, they stated they need a payment of $30 to process the request. I agreed and was told they would get back to me. Our 1st flight was on Alaska Airlines and they told me they could not help me that Flight Network needs to follow up. I would like a voucher from Alaska Airlines to use in the future but a refund from French Bee because our whole trip was cancelled due to the corona virus and flight cancelled by French Bee.

Paid for my ticket and your agent cancelled it and tried to charge me more than the ticket cost to change it. I asked to get the flight I already paid for and agent said no. I asked for a refund and your agent said no. I asked why should I pay for y'alls mistake. She told me they never mess up and they don't refund money. I desperately needed to be on a plan to my baby boy in Colorado. Your agent hung up on me 2 times and made no effort to treat me like a customer or help at all she only tried to charge me. And lied
Desired outcome: Get me to my son and respect your customers. If you have to rip people off your no better than the mafia. Stop taking advantage of people just trying to make it
Ticket not confirming and not answering phone call
All the information below I write is truthful and I have proof of call.
They are giving one of the worst services, they providing. customer care doesn't answer your call for hours and hours keep waiting you call them 6 times in last 25days I call them and none of them answer. I book a ticket for my mother on the 3rd of December with my friend. suddenly after 4 days, my friend got a message flight canceled. (Remember I never got the message, I got information from my friend ). so I call (WAITING TIME 1+HR) them and ask about rescheduling. they send a reschedule request to the airline company and ask me to wait for 5days, so I waited for 7 days but didn't hear anything.
I call back (WAITING TIME 1.5+ HR) for the update, they didn't hear anything from the airline so sending an email again to them and ask me to wait 5 more days, again I waited for 7 days not here anything and call back (THIS TIME WAITING FOR 3.15HR). ask me to wait for 3 days waiting for 3 days not here anything again call them (waiting time 2HR) and they again send a request to airline and ask me to wait for 1 day, not hear anything for 2 days, today I am calling again and (waiting for 6 +HR) not here anything.
After getting tired I call the airline company, they already replied to the flight network and you can contact them. when you contact FN they said they didn't hear anything. FN just asking for more money every time to reschedule
Every time you here wait time is 10/20/30min never got an answer for 1/2/3 hr.
Other the number mention website not working. these guys are insane. First, you think dues to charismas number not working but after that come to know this number is not working for many days.
It has been 1 month and still not solved my queries.

Covid-19 cancelled flights refund
My flight with departure date of 4/19 got cancelled in April due to COVID-19. Back in April I contacted FlightNetwork to process the refund, which they say they would do. After that I have sent several emails and have been on the phone for many hours waiting for an update which hasn't come up to date. It's been 8 months and I haven't received even one email with an update on what is happening, even though in their webpage they say they would be providing updates every 1st and 15th of the month.
Moreover, Norwegian confirmed refund of the tickets back in July but I still haven't received anything from FlightNetwork.
I would like to receive my money back ($1, 018.50)

Hi, did you end up getting the refund? I am in the same boat and been waiting for almost 1 year now.
Fake services.
Charged 50 bucks for hand baggage, confused because the airline had no idea what it was, no one did, they recommended I redo the order without the extra charge so I did, was told i was gonna get a full refund within 7 business days.
Turns out I didn't get a single cent back, now having to pay for two flights, because of a charge for services that don't exist.
I am more than frustrated so close to the holiday season that 140 would have come in handy.
Desired outcome: Just wish I could get a proper refund.
Flight got cancelled and no rebooking
My flight also got cancelled, that was booked through FN (Booking #S0X43K Ordering # L4T7ZT) also same here, FN claimed it was cancelled by the airline, but when I checked with the airline, they referred me back to FN. Pointing at each other. Somebody gonna solve this.
FN emailed me with open ticket but I when call them to rebooking. Guess what they [censored]ing let me to wait 2 hours and finally one agent answered and without asking anything and transfer me to another dept. Then another 6.5 hrsrs of waiting (still waiting). wtf is this. All I need to do is rebooking another route to canada using their damn open ticket. Is there a [censored]ing big problem about this. Purchased airline tickets 9/15/19 From Flightnetwork.com for trip from Portland Or to the Azores 6/4/20 (rtn 6/20/20). Flight canceled due to virus. For the past two days days (9/10-11) I have been trying to rebook this flight For June four 2021(Rtn 6/18/21). To rebook, the tickets must be purchased within one year of the original purchase date of 9/15/19 and fly no later than one year from original Flight date of 6/4/20. Call #1 1:06 pm on hold over 5hrs -- agent said she couldn't find appropriate return flight for dates I wanted and told me to call airline myself to find flight I wanted and to call Flightnetwork back when I got info on return flight I wanted -- I told her of the awful wait times to get through but she offered no alternative. Call #2 was to Alaska air to find return flight we wanted But she said only Flightnetwork could make changes to ticket. Call#3 Next morning (9/11/20) was back to Flightnetwork, on hold for over two hours. Agent Deepak said we had to fly within one year of date of purchase of ticket, not one year of original flight date, which meant fly within the next four days -- obviously impossible and told me that was SATA (the Azores airlines) policy. I disputed this but he said there was nothing he could do -- suggested I contact airline myself. Call# 4 was to SATA air -- they said Flightnetwork was wrong, that we should have a flight credit for one year from original flight Date (6/4/20) but that they couldn't rebook, only Flightnetwork could do that. Also suggested I call Alaska air to see if they could help. SATA said they would hold the flights I wanted for me and to explain to Flightnetwork that they were wrong about SATA policy. Call#5 was to Alaska air who essentially said the same thing as SATA -- the flight credit was good if used within one year of original flight date and that Flightnetwork was wrong about the policy. They could not make changes to the tickets either, only Flightnetwork could. Call#6 was back to Flightnetwork this morning. After over 5 hourS on hold I explained the situation to the answering agent and gave him the flight info to rebook our flight for 6/4/2020. He said he needed to put me on hold while he checked availability AND then cut off the call. I am currently again on hold On call #7 but it is obvious Flightnetwork is trying to prevent us from rebooking our flights until the one year limitation (to rebook within 1 year of purchase) has passed. Our tickets were over 3 thousand dollars and this is felony theft in my opinion. My phone records back up all this information. It would be great if you could get them to resolve this issue before the cutoff date of 9/15/20. Thank you. This company should be prosecuted.

Flight cancelled
My flight (Booking #SPTZ4G) that was booked through Flight Network (FN) was cancelled. FN claimed it was cancelled by the airline, but when I checked with the airline, they referred me back to FN.
I have been trying to rebook my flight or get a refund of my money, but my attempt to get through to FN has been an excruciating exercise in futility. First their number is busy. When you finally get through, you are transferred from one department to another. Eventually, someone answers, but then tells you to call another number. And when make that call, the number is out of service or eternally busy.
They do not return your calls. They do not respond to emails and if they do, the response is meaningless, as it provides no clue as to how you can resolve the problem, except that you should dial their "Customer Service" number again.
FN seemed to be running a scam. They are taking customer for a "ride" and they seemed to have deliberately made it difficult for you to reach them for a resolution or a refund. I am NOT going to allow my money to be scammed by FN and will not rest until they respond to me in a meaningful and thoughtful manner.

i have purchased a ticket on 17th February-2020 for the travel date 03-24-2020 from DAC-DOH-JFK-DEN. The ticket was for me, my wife ASMA SHEULY and my daughter MARIAM MOSTOFA. The ticket was cancel by you/Qatar Airways and i had to take a different flight (Cathey Pacific) to come to Denver. Now i'm asking for a full refund as you cancelled the flight NOT BY ME.
I dont want a refund voucher/credit for a shorter period as i have no plan to visit back to my country or any other place next 2 or 3 years.
Please give my full refund as soon as possible as i am jobless last 3 weeks and i am going through a financial crisis.

Customer Service (DROPPED MY PHONE AFTER PICKING IT UP)
I was waiting in line for 3.5 hours yesterday no one picked up. I was in the waiting line for 2 hours today, someone picked up told me to wait for 5 mins and dropped the call. WHAT? How can someone drop the call on their customer? I am an international student and my university is restricting any travel abroad. I paid $1200 dollars to see my family after 2 years and these 1200 is a huge deal for an international student. I am crying right now as I have finals next week and I am just wasting more than 6 hours waiting to just talk to a representative? This is unacceptable. This is harassment. Qatar has a full refund policy, and I should be getting my money back. If they don't answer my calls, or HANG up on my face again today, I am filing a harassment case against them. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER. NEVER buying tickets from this website again.

I am filing a complaint about Norwegian Airlines and the lack of customer support from the airline and your company for travelers. I arrived to Madrid Barajas Airport within the time frame to check in for an international flight and was denied check in for arriving to the counter 2 minutes past the one hour mark to check in (6:02 PM). I have been living abroad for two years, travelling internationally, and have never encountered this problem. Additionally, when I tried to negotiate with the Norwegian Airlines representative at the airport they were extremely rude and unhelpful. After going to the WFS Counter to see if anyone could help me, the representative there was also unable to assist me because of the restrictions of this website. My ticket was purchased through this website and therefore I was not eligible to even purchase a new ticket with Norwegian Airlines at the WFS office. I had been living away from home for two years working for the U.S. Peace Corps, haven't been home since 2017, had a family emergency and it was right before the holidays. It was extremely frustrating how inflexible both Norwegian Airlines and the restrictions of your website were during a customer emergency. Both were unable to refund my ticket, compensate me for an additional hotel stay in Madrid. When working with the WFS representative at Barajas Airport, I was not even able to qualify to buy the ticket with a cost difference for the following day due to your website's policy. This was the worst customer care I've ever experienced from both parties. There needs to be some compensation for this.

I tried to book a ticket with them, they sent me an email saying the payment had not proceed because of my international credit card. I talked to the bank and got this fixed, and came back to them saying it was ok. They told me the ticket had increased in 40%, even when they had given me a time to reply that was later. I said no thank you as the price in their side continued to be the one I had booked previously. When I said no, they came back giving a discount vs last price of around 15%, which I still rejected. I bought the ticket again with, got charged, talked to my bank and they said everything had proceed. 14 hours later I received this communication from them: This email is to advise you that we are not able to proceed with your Flight Network reservations due to not having a ticketing agreement with Avianca, Interjet and Lineas Aereas del Estado . Your credit card has been charged however airlines have voided the charges and you will receive full refund in 3-4 business days. and this reservation has been cancelled. When I called them, they wanted me to pay 70% more for the ticket.
It seems like a joke! This company is not serious at all, and I would never use it again. My advice is to go for a company that respects their offers, and is more client centric, they seem to bring clients with false offers to them get them charge more.

Double charges for cancelled air booking reference NCM505( ID 8310135) It have been agreed on 24.09.2019 to cancel completely flight booking and charge 50% of airfare on Oman Air flight immediately after performed authorisation.
In the meantime debit to my credit card shows otherwise.
Please explain why you charge 515, 99€ (on which we agreed) and again 513, 95€ thru subsidiaries in United Kingdom on 24.09.2019?

I have experienced similar delays. I have contacted the Department of Transportation and Better Business Bureau. I will call my bank tomorrow to complain about fraud. Best wishes.
