Be warned. This chair is always breaking down and will cost you a fortune to try and fix. Its awful!!! We've spent so much with service technicians trying to fix it, waiting on parts and patching it up until those parts arrive. Cheap Chinese parts chip away, discolor and break. How can anyone who sells this chair be able to sleep at night knowing every customer has frequent breakdowns. Stay away and don't buy this chair. We bought one and we have regretted it ever since. We can only try to help other be warned.

The complaint from "down under" dental is unfounded.
"parts chip away, discolor and break" will happen to all brands of chairs if you don't use a ph neutral detergent as specified in the 2012 ADA guidelines. Dental practices in Australia tend to use antibacterial wipes and products that contain alcohol and rust inhibitors. This causes the plastics to age quickly, discolour, crack, and deteriorate. If your surfaces are painted metal, the chemicals cause the metal to swell and rust.

Flight parts prices are extremely inexpensive in comparison to other well known brands, and priority supply means parts are usually supplied within a reasonable time period. Using trained Flight Dental authorised repairers/technicians will ensure that repairs are done quickly and properly the first time.

We are looking for parts for our Flight Dental Chair. We"re in Australia and need light handles and some switches. Is there a supplier in Australia? LA
