Flexable Hose review: Fraudulent return policies on Flexable Hoses 1

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ordered two flexable hoses, received two free, per their offer 1-50 ft. hose, one free, and one- 25 ft hose, and one free. Received 4 hoses, after waiting over two months.
Two of the hoses, one 25 ft, and one 50 ft. were defective. One had a hole, an one wouldn't connect wihout substantial spraying.
I called Customer Service, within days of actually receiving the hoses, and they sent me a return label. This was on July 26th, 2013. I am now tryng to return the hoses, but they will not replace them as they say it is past 90 days from date of order! It
took two months (60 days) to receive them, yet they state 90 days to replace defective items from the order date, , , , not the
actual date. Per my calculations, it is 90 days from when I reported the problem, which should be from July 26th, giving me
until October 26th to return the product. THIS IS A MAJOR RIPOFF...I truly believe they may be offering defective hoses as the free hoses, as both of the "free" hoses I received were defective. I spoke to four separate individuals about this problem, incudng a "Supervisor." No one would honor their own warranty. Nothing on the return label e-mail stated the defective products had to be returnd by a particular date. DO NOT BUY FLEXABLE HOSES or anything else from TRI-STAR PRODUCTS!

Never authorized for continued membership with Flexable Hose! Please Cancel! Being charged $19.95 to my credit card monthly and never even got any answers. Now I wish to cancel and have NO more charges to my credit card or will have to report to Better Business Bureau.
