FixMyWeb.com.au They don't know how to communicate with people

We wanted to get help from www.fixmyweb.com.au. We needed to develop the website and the company offered different ways. But the main problem of this company was that they have no idea how to speak and deal with the customers. Maybe they are talented, but they can’t simply reply to emails and phone calls. They were rude with s all the time, when we called them and asked about the website. We weren’t pushy, but they were too nervous.

FixMyWeb.com.au They refused to work with us

My brother and I decided to create our own website. We weren’t professionals, so we decided to contact someone from the company www.fixmyweb.com.au. We spoke with the rep and offered our own ideas and the rep told me that they would use them. After couple of days we got the response from the rep, who refused to use our ideas and told that they had a lot work to do. We were shocked and asked to return money back then, but they stopped to communicate. Very unprofessional company.

FixMyWeb.com.au They took money and not a sound from them

We paid money to the staff from www.fixmyweb.com.au. We agreed that they would make the website for us. We spoke with the representative several weeks ago, and we decided to contact him now. It turned out that his email address was fake and we couldn’t contact them now. We got all our emails back. They are frauds and better don’t deal with them or you will lose money as we have lost.
