Fiverr International Sales of organic real twitter followers; a uk seller order no: #fo3bb1944a43

Hi, I made a formal complaint of a seller selling fake fraudulent Twitter followers. I also asked for a full explanation in regards to the complaints policy to see how I was protected as a consumer. To date I have not received this. I was only told I would be excluded from any investigation. The seller is still selling fake followers and removing followers from my twitter account. Could you please look into this urgently as I feel my rights and the public's rights are being violated. Below is a copy of one of the initial email I sent to fiverr customer services.

I have asked several times now for a full explanation of your complaints procedure. To date I am being ignored. I wish to take my complaint higher, as I see this seller is still selling misleading gigs on your platform and they have violated my twitter account.
You seem to be suggesting I just leave it at that and let them carry on with their fraudulent behaviour. I'm not asking for any personal details at all. I just wish to escalate my complaint as I am not satisfied my complaint has been taken seriously.
Please now confirm if my complaint is being escalated as I have been informed this is my legal rights as a consumer/ customer.
A full explanation of your company's complaints procedure along with my complaint escalation is what I am asking. Why has this taken 4 emails to answer?

Desired outcome: I would like this seller taken off fiver and the public protected. As they are putting the public’s twitter accounts at risk. And giving misleading sales promotion via fiver uk.”

hi i want to tell you that this site is not ok they told me that my gig harm their policies a although they make a revision to any gig before they publish
please read attachments very well and you will judge by yourself please this site claim me iam a responsible for publish this gig and they ignore the fact the before they publish they make a review to this review may take more time

Fiverr International Scam Issue

Scammers use stolen credit cards on fiverr and get products services from sellers after work delivery they cancel the orders. and the card owner open dispute and get their money back from seller and fiverr give them their money back from the seller balance in this situation buyer get their service and product free and seller bear complete loss. Fiverr facilitate these kind of scammers and never provide any kind of protection to seller. They did same thing with me i have all the profs. my fiverr complain ID: #4903620

Fiverr International Website malicious code infection

I ordered the implementation of a feature on my theme's website. The seller inserted also malicious code into my theme. I contact the fiverr support (that answered after 16 days) telling me that I have to contact the seller and solve the problem with him. The problem were 2: first of all fiverr blocked the seller's account due to other complains so it cannot be reached anymore and 2 I have been told that the proof that I provided is not valid. My question is: How can the proof cannot be vaild if the malicious code can be found in the delivery of the seller in the same chat?

Fiverr International Seller service

I completed 2 orders with Fiverr... after a week of no longer hearing from the seller, I filed a dispute through my financial institution. There were two transactions both in the amount of 367.50. Shortly after filing the dispute, Fiverr contacted me and stated it was against their policy therefore I closed my dispute with Pay Pal. They refunded the one payment of 367.50 back to my fiverr account as pay pal released the hold. They said I could use that credit on anything else. The seller contacted me and expressed that she had death in the family. So I used the one credit I had in my account of 367.50 and reissued payment to begin services again. She stated they had taken both services totaling 730.00 from her. The next day they cancelled the order again and disabled my account. I was told that the funds were placed back into my fiverr account because the seller violated their terms even claiming I did! After putting the 730.00 back into my account they disabled my account so that I couldn't have access to my money. At this point I filed another dispute through pay pal for the second order dated 367.50 and received the 367.50. I could not dispute the first one again because I closed it and they will not reopen. I had to pay the seller out of my pocked yet they're still holding on to the other order dated July 16th in the amount of 367.50... they tried telling me that all of the money was sent to pay pal which isn't true only 367.50 was and then later stated I was in debt because I did 3 transactions. I tried explaining that when they cancelled the order dated July 16th and credited it to my account, the seller created another invoice for her to try and begin services again so I used my credit and paid for the third invoice which they came back and cancelled. I believe they know they owe the money but just won't give it up. I've been fighting them over this since August. If the seller is saying they took all of the money for the cancelled orders totaling 730.00 and I've only received 367.50, where is the rest of the money? They're unable to verify this. I continue to get different answers.

Fiverr International Customer support and account suspension

I disabled my Fiverr account at 17:38, on 29th June, 2020 as I was willing to change my Username and service category after learning and offering new skills on other platforms for over a year. I selected the I want to change my username option while disabling. I received an email from Fiverr that my account has been disabled according to my request. Screenshot has been attached.
Then I created another Fiverr account at 17:41, on 29 June, 2020, and received an activation email that is also attached in the screenshots.
However, on the next day, Fiverr had already disabled my account stating I have multiple accounts which is a lie. I followed their stated procedure to create a new account after closing one account and they violated their own terms by using some bad algorithms to suspend my new account. P.S. I always earned good on Upwork and had never earned anything on Fiverr even from one account which is why I was willing to change my skills and username in the first place so it did not nake any sense to have multiple accounts while I was not earning a penny from one account. Their customer support is rude, illogical and dismissive as despite providing screenshots and proofs they simply declined to accept their mistake and said they'll not reinstate my account.
Highly not recommended for freelancers or sellers.

Fiverr International Manual intervention of search result ordering for seller gigs

This complaint is regarding fiverrs manual intervention of search result ordering for seller gigs and lying to it's seller stating they do not do this. Evidence attached to this complaint.

I have been a seller on fiverr for over 6 years now, it is my full time job and my welfare depends on this service.
I am a level 2 seller, I should be a top rated seller, but they removed that feature. I have made over $28, 000 on this platform, of which, fiverr have also profited with 10% at $2, 800. I have attached screenshots of my metrics which show my reviews are 4.9/5 (based on buyers experience), 100% response rate, 100% on-time delivery and 97% order completion rate. These metrics are better than 99% of sellers on fiverr.

However, on august 15th. My messages stopped. My orders stopped. I was also appearing on the last page of the search results overnight. This literally happened overnight, at the click of a finger.

I was told by seven members of staff that they cannot influence the positioning of gigs in their results. This includes responses from a team lead and a shift manager. See attachment: https://i.imgur.com/5u3JMj0.jpg
I had a final concern stating this was not right and something was very wrong. However, my support ticket was just closed out manually by "santiago | shift manager" totally ignoring my concerns. 3 days had not passed in this time, so it was not automatically closed.

I re-iterated the problem to them. I provided screenshot evidence of my search position changing to the last page. I provided screenshot evidence of no messages received. I provided screenshot evidence of no orders received. They continued to say things along the lines of : "I absolutely understand your concerns regarding your gigs and after further review, I can confirm that everything is fine. And your gigs available in search. As mentioned in the previous request."

I pushed and pushed because something was very wrong here. Screenshots do not lie. I have been doing this six years. My messages/orders have never stopped once, not once! Until finally on "yesterday at 09:43" oscar said "if necessary, fiverr may conduct a manual review of your service, typically when we get complaints about the experience working with you. If we find that the actual experience users are having with you is not appropriately reflected on your metrics, we may take action to help you improve on those areas. This is why your gigs have been pushed back in search." (see screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/fLvBpW6.jpg

Oscar then went on to say that I had to advertise fiverr.com in order to bring my gig back to the front of the search. This sounds really bad and fiverr could get into so much trouble for this practise.

I opened a support case presenting these screenshots with fiverr. It was instantly closed. No reply. Nothing.

So my complaint is as follows:
1. Fiverr customer support is lying to it's sellers stating that they cannot influence search presence for gigs. See attachment: "fiverr lying about being able to manually change search presence. Jpg". They closed out my ticket when I had concerns over my search presence making me feel like I was wrong. (see request #4586391). They even threatened me for wasted customer supports time. (see #3991138 where roberto states: "this has been addressed several times now and you are currently spamming customer support, we ask that you refrain from doing so as this will cause your account to be reviewed by our support team.")

2. Fiverr is hand picking sellers and manually pushing therm back in the search as 'punishment' without any explanation or anything. If my service is so bad, then why do I have 4.9 star average reviews? Why do I have over 1000 reviews? Why is my order completion so high? Why do I have 100% response rate? Reviews speak for themselves. Reviews are a fair and balanced way of ordering search presence based on buyer experience. See request #4629543

3. Fiverr do not mention anywhere in their terms of service that they manually punish sellers. My attachment shows seven staff members stating they cannot do this.

Fiverr International seo backlinks

Myitsolutions fiverr scam

When buying SEO backlinks from fiverr just be aware that they do not work, I have purchased many gigs over the past five months and not one of them has made the slightest difference

Myitsolutions fiverr comes in for a special mention, he puts and article with your website link on his google verified website and initially the traffic is great until a week or two later when it suddenly stops, you ask what happened and he tells you that you need to buy more.

At this stage a lot of people have given him a good review and they cannot change it because they are outside the 10 day period where you can leave reviews

Because when a potential customer reached your website, they say hey he or she is not longer available but here you go get your stuff from someone else

Sorry to say but Fiverr International is the biggest scamming company online so stay away from these Israeli crooks

Fiverr International pending clearance why I can't order anything on fiverr from what I earned???

Super bad customer support, they are bunch of mf's

I used to have an account with about 12 $ from my services, they blocked me for nothing, I told them to recover them back at least then close the f account they kept it restricted till they took it

those pigs BEWARE AND BE EXTRA CAREFULL WITH THEM

Fiverr International cannot withdraw my earnings — been trying for days now

Been sending ticket requests in on this problem through my Fiverr account for days but whoever is there is just ignoring them. Very unprofessional.

Trying to get earnings sent to my Paypal account but after entering the verification code they want entered, I get a message that instructions will b e sent by to my registered email account to register my Paypal account and have my earnings sent there. This is the proper saved email address on my account.

The messages never come here in order to follow to register Paypal account and get the funds.

Sent many requests to solve the problem but they just ignore me. I cannot get my Fiverr earnings transferred to me.

Fiverr International ilhamkim’s account and services

Hi All,
Please consider this as a complaint for Ilhamkim, a Fiverr service provider.
The issue is regarding order no #FO6138EA53F46, requested on 3rd of July 2019 in the amount of 89, 25$.
The assignent provided to me on the 13th of July was also provided yesterday to one of my colleagues by Ilhamkim. The similarity on Turnitin went up to 94% for both, which is now considered as plagiarism by our University.
Please treat the trouble created by Ilhamkim as a very serious matter and I request for this persons account to be closed and the 89, 25$ refunded as being accused of academic misconduct and plagiarism.

Fiverr International freelancing complaint and payment issue

Firstly my Name is Yusuf Saeed, and iam a previous freelancer in "fiverr's platform" who was expelled from the site and my account was disabled.
My work was specific to Medical Articles writing and everything was very good, and got my first promotion to Seller Level 1.
I took a vacation, i decided to take it until i finish my final exams, but later i decided to go back from vacation and added note in my profile that i will offer 50% off if buyers contacted me and Book a business "By messages only" it was something like marketing for my self.

PROBLEM is here:
After about 2 days, fiverr's team contacted me to edit my description because iam offering an academic writing which is against their terms i was not offering that as i mentioned iam doing researches for site, blogs, facebook pages and something like that, after taking that warning i decided to confirm that iam not accepting these kind of work "Academic writing", i added a note that iam not doing Academic Writing in my profile and added FAQ in my profile confirming again that iam not accepting this kind of work
after about 2 days fiverr's team closed my account, removed my gig and refused to get it back again because iam doing academic work for students which is completely wrong, i had about 24$ in site and they told me to contact them after 90 days of my account closing, so they ruined my life for no reason, iam sending this complaint not to get my money back or to back to work with them again, iam sending this complaint to know why i was fired after 1 year of hard working and for no reason !?

Fiverr International customer service

So, i provide a service in the website Fiverr.com. I got a buyer for that service. i delivered what he requested, he finished the order saying that he got what he wanted. He was very unprofessional and abusive during the whole process. I got the advice from the Customer Service of that website to block the user. So, i did it. Now, almost 2 weeks later i got a message from the Customer Service saying that they will refund the buyer because he was claiming that the file did not have the correct format. Obviously a lye. So they refunded the buyer and i end up working several hours for FREE for someone that knows how to abuse the system. I think the customer service had no right to take back the money after me having worked several hours to produce the files requested. I feel totally defrauded by Fiverr website.

Fiverr International sellers advertising but not available to do the work.

Fiverr had the largest collection of amateurs ever. Statistics should be maintained on sellers who offers services but cannot provide the service because the have to take finals and any other such nonsense.

The dog ate my homework is not a good business model.

I need to have a logo designed and I will not pay $300.00 for said design.

I scroll though thousands of offers and when I see one I want to offer a gig to the seller tells me they cannot do the work because they have to take a final.

Fiverr International product and services

i nipuna12 from india i am using fiverr from 2007 i never try to break his TOS rule. But few days back they removed my top listed gigs by saying i violated their TOS. Am level one seller. I dont have any warnings on that account.@ days ago they removed 3 gigs saying im violating. But i saw lots of gigs same as my gigs like. And yesterday evening they disabled my account permanently

Fiverr International about my account

i raaz_graphic from india i am using fiverr from 2015 i never try to break his TOS rule but few day later my friend post a buyer request page that "need idm licence key and bandicam licence key he does't know that this request againt FIVERR TOS and i get a message that my account became disable i contact several time to customer care but all of they not able to help me. and i lost my best account please help me to recover my account thank you

Fiverr International refund - scam

I have ordered a gig through Fiverr for $50 USD seller delivered very poor quality work and canceled the order when I requested the revision. Fiverr does not want to refund my money to bank account. Money is siting in my Fiverr balance but i will never use tis site again. I can't believe that such scam website is in existence. They stole my money. The customer service is they do not address my complains at all. PLease help me to get my money back.

Fiverr International fiverr restrict my account without reason. al tickets withdrawn by fiverr without even one word

From 25 Feb, a Fiverr buyer rosemank45 send me an order for purchasing STEAM gift card from taobao. I delivered order and received 5 star rating for completed orders. Thereafter, total 11 similar orders proceed. Total order amount is USD 1650.
I fully trusted Fiverr and do confirmed proceed order upon Fiverr instruction.
However, out sudden, all my orders canceled by Fivver customer support without any explanation. All my earnings are gone.

I filed many tickets (#2582730, #2582819; #2583520; #2582877; #2583870; #2583662...) to Fivver CS, but no reply and all my tickets disappeared.
My account is restricted by Fivver.
I don't know where is wrong.

Now, I need:
1.Explanation why my orders are canceled without explanation.
2.How to trace back the canceled orders revenue.
3.I still have near 100 earning in Fiverr not related to this order. How to retrace back.
