I made an application via www.first-utility.com website and nothing! When I contacted their customer service they said that my application was cancelled and that they were not able to supply to my house. I asked them to explain in details what was going on and what the reason was but they had nothing to say. Their rep said they'll contact me later but that moment I already knew they will never do that. I'm very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
I switched to First utility about a year ago but had some problems calculating my current consumption information, so I called their customer support in order to get some answers but it proved to be nearly impossible to get through voice mail. Once I finally managed to talk with representative of this company they couldn’t help me what so ever.
