First Convenience Bank [FCB] Dispute

I purchase from Fashion nova 07/19 for items to be worn for my bday trip to Mexico. I left with no items and came home 08/01 and there was no package. I was told to wait 10 before filing a claim. Which I did and still have not gotten an update or even an reply from Fashion Nova. So I took matters in my own hand and contact my bank. Waited on hold for over an hour to speak to someone just to be told since I authorized the charge they are unable to dispute the amount. And I would have to deal with Fashion Nova‼️ How can I deal with someone who has not reach back out to be about my concerns? It's been weeks and I still have not items or funds back into my account! I have never had this issue and I shop frequently. I have had this account for many years and do not want to close my account due to the lack of concern I have.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] Loss prevention / deposit services

I am disabled and I depend on getting my benefit money to help take care of the medical, medicine, co-pay fees for office visits, copay for Surgery Services, food, shelter. For six months my benefits were denied Jan - June - because of a missing medical report Denied in January - Reinstated in March backdated to 1-1-21 - so when that happened all the monthly checks that I should have gotten needed to be paid. So they sent me a check to cover the last 6 months of missed benefits. I suffered through the last 6 months having over half of my support money taken it's been very hard to make it - when I got the call it was fix and to be looking for this payment I was excited because I have to catch up on lots of missed payments. I discuss for a good time with the branch teller the nature of this payment. There is absolutely no reason that this check should have caused this much attention. This is the total of 6 of the checks I deposited or cashed last year. This company is very well known - plus there was a number provided for my case manager who would have been able to provide any level of information required as she was the person who created and had this payment authorized. Her name is Silvia Duncan - she has been my case manager for over 6 years. This shouldn't have triggered this kind of attention to the point of denying access to funds that constitute work funds, its not play money or special project its the funds I depend on to help me get things done during the day or to eat and since I am homeless lots of time I need money to have a room a place to sleep and have shelter. The other major concern that makes this action questionable from an ethics standpoint - when the account was open there was a statement that clearly says this type of account doesn't allow the assignment of benefits to anyone whatever is in the account in the event of an accidental death or death by natural causes, any money in the account at that time would be the property of the bank. I find this action to raise serious concerns about the business practices - did this account only get picked up because of the amount of the deposit, my disability status because for the life of me I am trying to see how loss prevention has a legitimate role in this situation. I need my money released and any charges applied to my account for nsf they will pay all those and remove any indication from my record.

Desired outcome: Is to have the extra hold applied to my payroll check be released immediately and a new policy be drafted to eliminate this type of mistake ever happening again. Its a waste of time, resources, money.

I went in today [protected] and the banker who was in the front was a Hispanic lady was really rude she threw the change at me she didn't even greet I was wanting to talk to the manager but she didn't even want to speak to me I think this location needs to hired better people every time I go they have the same attitude

First Convenience Bank [FCB] Branch Manager Incompetence, disinterest, laziness ( Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia )

I came to First Convenient Bank in the Walmart in Scottsdale Arizona on Saturday, April 17 at about 1:30 PM to use Western Union to send funds to some friends. I've sent funds to these same friends many times through Western Union whohad my Friend's names and all my transactions on file.

I sent $100.00 to one friend and wanted to send $200.00 to another friend but the teller, Ms. Mabel Mui, said she would have to get permission. So she went to the back office to talk to the Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia, who was texting on his phone. She said Mr. Garcia told her I could not send any more money.
So I told Ms. Mui, that I have done this many times before, with Western Union, to these same friends and that she can see it on her records of my transactions with Western Union. Again, Ms. Mui went to see the Branch Manager, Mr. Garcia, and he told her I was only allowed to send money to one person a day. I know this is not true, as I have sent money to many friends, many times on the same day at the same location.

Because of Mr. Garcia's lack of knowledge, I had to find another Western Union a Mile away and send the money from that location.

The Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia obviously doesn't know his job. I had to go to another Western Union to accomplish what I should have been allowed to accomplish at the Western Union at First Convenient Bank, in Walmart in Scottsdale Arizona.

I suggest your Branch Manager, Mr. Juan Tuxtla Garcia get remedial training so he doesn't continue to inconvenience your customers with his lack of knowledge, disinterest and laziness.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] New service

This is shirley mcdonald. I got stranded in tx from az with no money for fuel or hotel last week because customer service said my card was not blocked when it was! She said use credit instead. Did not work! She said use the atm. It did not work! I had to borrow money for fuel to get back to az and sleep in my truck on the way back! I stopped in casa grande at my bank and they said it was locked and unlocked it! Now a week later I cant get my ss disability check because I need verification and they send me emails saying to check my secure messaging on their website, but there are no fxxxxxg messages! This is the worst customer service in the world! I have to get in the fxxxxxx car and drive 45 minutes each way to the fxxxxxg bank to ask a simple fxxxxxg question! They wont answer the phones for hours!
Chat wont open!

Branch Supervisor "Paul Gonzalez" has displayed nothing but unprofessional sarcastic condescending behavior since he has been employed at the Beeville HEB branch, many people including myself have mentioned the possibility of switching bank services. If something doesn't change the Beeville branch is guaranteed to lose customers in the very near future.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] Koshar/brown checking and saving

I called First Convenience Bank 02/1282021 @2: 10 pm on Ph...# [protected]. I talked to a man who was not very nice. I asked how I would go about in my Checking account and my Savings Account statements from the very first statement of both accounts. I also to him that I Court Ordered legal guardian of my grandson who is in Jail at the present. And I am also Court Ordered "TRUSTIE" representative payee on both account. I gave him all the information he asked for but my grandsons I.D. card # which he doesn't have because he is in Dallas County Jail. This guy got so lets just say out of hand that he hung the phone up in my ear.

I haven't been with first convenance bank very long and already i'm about to lose my home and my bills because they have this legal scam going on wit my money. Hear is what's going on can you say overdraft every month they are taking money out of my account for overdraft I did not sign up for overdraft so why are you letting people take money from my account I don't have I thought banks were suppose to help you save money in stead first convenance is taking money, they have so many fees it's crazy, i'm on disability can't afford any of that so I asked her can I set up a payment plan she said we don't do payment plan so please do not do business with first conveyance bank. There's more but i'm going to chanel 4 news about this because the bank is not in our best intrest

The bank located in Kroger has the slowest service. They need a system where there is one line for deposits, withdrawals, or check cashing only. No one should have to stand in a line over 20 minutes or leave the bank and go to another bank or come back later to get service. As a customer we should be thanked for doing service with the bank. It is a young lady there that is not friendly and courteous.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] Direct deposit... And over draft.

I'm on disability. The bank has misinformed me from the beginning. I had direct deposit set up. My initial payment is set to hit on the 3rd of each month. For the past 2 months I've gotten my check on the first. So I moved my Bill's to the first. Today I call the bank they said I might get my check tomorrow or the next day. The bank is so inconsistent it's really taking a toll on my lively hood. Also they know I have direct deposit and last month I over drawn my account 500$... they know they will get paid back when my check hits. I depend on that over draft and there telling me I only have 100$ over draft limit... why does this bank not offer me any garentees? Why is everything always changing? I can not plan a single bill to be paid on time using this bank because of the way things are going. Please help me.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] customer service / fraud prevention

Over the 12 years I have been a customer with 1st Convenience Bank. I loved this bank in the beginning, but I have seen the quality of this bank slowly decline. Branches closing, personnel rotating out, denial of loans even with a "stellar" credit score, and holding deposit checks for two weeks.

I even talked my son into getting an account. I regret that now.

The breaking point came this weekend, with an agent calling and saying there was a problem with my sons account. I explained he was working and could I help, as I do his banking for him, but she could tell me nothing because of privacy concerns. Fair enough - but I get off the phone and now my account is frozen.

I call back for an explanation and again, I can get no information ... about my own account! She provided absolutely no help and even accused me of bank fraud at one point! The best I can figure is that I transferred $300 to my son's account, and when he repaid me by transferring $300 back, that triggered some flag that this clueless agent couldn't comprehend. Let's see ... $300 out, $300 in ... criminal profit of $ 0. Yeah ... I'm a criminal mastermind!

A visit to the physical branch fixed the accounts, but they had no idea why I was being treated this way either. How can you protect me from real fraud if your idea of protection is attacking your own customers?

I'm done...closing the accounts. You can't fix stupid.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] business account

It took almost a month to open my business account. I had all the information that was requested on my FIRST visit and throughout the following 3 weeks I kept getting asked to go in person to submit documents that were already provided.
After opening my account I visited another branch to deposit two checks and order new checks and was advised by the teller that the checks were ordered. It has been almost a week and was told by the online agent that the order was never placed.

I'm now having to go in person, AGAIN, to do something I was told was already done.

This has been by far the worst experience with any bank I have dealt with. The word "convenience" should not be part of the banks' name.

Everyone that has helped me has been friendly and courteous but the actual process of dealing with the bank itself has been a nightmare.

First Convenience Bank [FCB] fees for account

Was thinking about closing out my account because I only had 100.00 in there. Got a nice email stating that I only had a little over 50.00 since they charged me an inactive fee of 35.00 which brought my account under 100.00 where they could then charge me a fee of 12.00 because I fell below the 100.00 mark. I have never seen a bank with so many fees. They operate the gray line and know how to work it. I don't recommend this bank at all. They will nickle and dime you LITERALLY!

First Convenience Bank [FCB] banking

I have been with this bank for 3 years and for the entire 3 years I have received nothing but trouble I have overdraft protection on one of my accounts which doesn't matter because they charge fees for any and everything this is probably the worst thing I've ever had in my life I also run a business through this Bank in which I have a business account but having a business account really makes no difference because the regular account or like way better the business account has nothing that really makes it business or special these people are very lazy I called the customer service line I have been hung up on after sitting on hold for hours and I have literally been hung up on numerous times I had a fraud case open recently where I file a claim when a business that was taking my money would not rendering the service this went on for over a month yes for the bank to tell me that I had to write a note which they could have been told me the bank does not communicate with its customers at all but it sure can take your money out of the bank please do not I repeat do not open any accounts with this bank at all you will regret it everything that they promised is a lie

First Convenience Bank [FCB] deposits and overdraft

I've been with this bank for close to 4 years and every single interaction I have with someone rather it be in my local branch or over the phone I'm left feeling even more frustrated and helpless than I already was. I've cashed at least 5 checked from my 401k and each time you all want to place it on a seven day hold even tho I have cashed several of these checks with you all before. They even want to hold your bank transfers. Transferred money into my bank from my cashapp because I needed to get a rental car that day every other time I've done this my money was always available immediately, but all of a sudden they now need to hold it for 24 hours while I have 2 pending transactions into overdraft. I feel that they only held money so that they would be able to charge my account the extra fees to get more money out of me. This place is the worst can't wait to leave you all as soon as money clears. I will be posting my bad experiences with you all across all of my social media platforms.
