When I checked my cc I found I was being charged 19.82 a month for a service I did not rcogniize I called first clubsave to find out what they were charging for and was told long distance service I only have a cell phone I do not need long distance. I was told then they had been taking it out since October last year why did I not call before. I was at the James Brown Cancer Center for the last 10 months I did not have a chance to check my
account. They said they would reimburse me for three months and gave me a cancelation number the amount would be posted in 3 to 5 days. It has not been, now when I call their office I get a recording telling me I have been canceled and giving me a cancelation Number. I am so upset and the cc company by the way is VISA what a piece of work they are they just said cancel the credit card so no more money can be taken out that is unbelievable that they can not stop thaing money out of my account for something I did not ask for in the first place...Kathy Mclean

    I was searching for a colon cleanse and found raving reviews on a product called BromaCleanse. I went to their website and was offered a 12 day free trial. I thought now this is a company that has confidence in their product. When I received a bottle of 60 pills with nothing else but a packing label I began to think something is wrong. I went back to their website and found a little tiny T&C in the corner, clicked it and discovered they were about to charge me $79.95 a month. I wrote them a letter to cancel and mailed it certified. Two days after they received my letter I found a charge on my card for $79.95. I called them and about three days later the charge was reversed.

    In the mean time, the day after I signed up for my 12 day trial with BromaCleanse, I got a phone call from this company wanting to verify my shipping information so they could send out my discount shopping card. I told them I don't shop, I'm on a pretty tight budget right now and I don't want any discount card. They were extremely pushy and basically said I already am signed up and I just need to authorize them to charge $2.48 to my account for S&H so they can ship out my membership package. I told them I didn't want the card and to cancel it. The lady told me she was not authorized to cancel it but when I get my membership package I will have so many days to try it for free and if I don't like it I can cancel it in that time. I finally said fine.

    The next day I start getting calls from them to authorize them to send me my discount dinning club card. I went through the same thing over and over with them again and finally said no I am not going to authorize you to charge anything to my account and hung up on them. The continued to call for several days and I would hang up on them.

    Twenty days after the charge of $2.48 I looked at my bank account to find a charge of $19.82. So I called the 800 number listed on the billing and got a recording that said to cancel my account press (2, I think) I did and it told me my account is canceled and my authorization code was xxxxx. Then it gave me the option to speak with a customer service rep. I talked to a guy, explained it all and told him I wanted reimbursed for the $19.82. He all but called me a liar when I told him I never received a thing from them. Then he told me he would see what he could do for me. After 10 or 15 minutes on hold I realized I had been disconnected.

    I called the number back and got a recording saying my membership was canceled, my authorization code was xxxxx and they will miss me and thank you for trying our voice mail box service. Click.

    I then called BromaCleanse and told them I wanted contact information for this company that they gave my information to that now owes me money for something I never received. They told me they don't have any information on them and that I need to contact my financial institution to get a charge back.

    Luckily my financial institution is our small town bank and I know almost everyone that works there. I have to file a grievance but they should be able to reverse the charge.

    What a pain in the you know what! I would never do business with BromaCleanse again even if theirs it the number one product on the market. NO WAY!!!
