Firestone Complete Auto Care broken car lift

I came in for an my scheduled oil change. I get a call that there's problems with my tires, which is not the reason I am at firestone. 1.5 hours later I ask what is taking so long, apparently the lift that my car is on is broken. I have waited 3 hours here so far and my car is still on the lift. This is unacceptable and all I have been compensated is that my oil change is for no charge and a free oil change in the future. But I guarantee I will not be back to get my oil changed here. This is unacceptable.

Firestone Complete Auto Care fraud!!!

The Manager (Jarred) and the District Manger (of the Pickerington Oh Location on 1007 Refugee Rd, Pickerington, OH 43147) along with the CNFA Allowed and unauthorized user to fix their vehicle at this location on MY DOLLAR! I disputed these charges with the Firestone credit card... to my surprise I AM RESPONSIBLE ! This is absurd and to add insult to injury they processed to talk to me as if I'm a liar! After speaking to the District Manager I realized this was a total cover up! Jarred should have never allowed the unauthorized user to fix this vehicle with my Firestone card but, he took it a step further and ADDED THE UNAUTHORIZED USER TO MY CREDIT CARD! I know laws had to be broken at this point I want these charges off of my card. I also want an apology from the Firestone Manger and District Manager... You Can not keep me quiet I will go to the top If I have to. this issue will not go away FIX IT ASAP!

Firestone Complete Auto Care damage to vehicle

On September 20, 2019, my husband took his 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT to Firestone Complete Auto Care on 2136 George Urban Blvd, Depew, NY 14043-1848 for a standard wheel alignment. When he picked his truck up, he found damage to the passenger side door of his truck that had not been there when he brought the vehicle in for service. I can attest that the damage was not there when he left the house before taking it in for service. He pointed the damage out to the employee when he picked up the truck. The employee swore they did not do any damage to his vehicle. My husband argued with him, and then finally called the police to file a report. The police came but indicated it was more of a civil matter and my husband was better off trying to work out with the manager. My husband took off that Monday, September 23, 2019 to speak specifically to the manager, Max Taylor. He called and was told Mr. Taylor would call him back. After three hours, my husband had to call again. He brought the truck in for the manager to see the damage and the manager told him it was too bad there was no paint color on the dent because then they could figure out what cars were in the shop that same day. He also told him that his employees would not lie about damaging his vehicle because Firestone gives full authorization to the store manager to fix any damage done by employees. My husband continued to explain the dent was NOT there when he dropped it off and that the insurance agent had said that Firestone is culpable for any damage while the vehicle is in their possession, which this was. Unfortunately, this branch does not have any video cameras so these employees are getting away with causing $920.00 damage to my husband's vehicle for a $102.00 service.

If we file a claim with our insurance, the deductible is $500.00, more than half the cost of the damage incurred and our insurance rates could increase. All because we cannot trust taking our vehicles to Firestone for professional repairs and trust the company will be honest and take responsibility for damage caused by its employees.

I have the pictures of the dent caused by your branch office as well as the estimate to fix the damage caused by your company! I also have a copy of the invoice to prove the vehicle was there. I am hoping you will resolve this matter immediately before I take this public and explain how Firestone is able to cause damage to a vehicle so never trust it with any branch because all they have to do is damage it and then claim they did not do any damage.

Firestone Complete Auto Care poor customer services and poor quality of services.

Request an oil change in June 2019. On Friday, September 27, request an appointment for another oil change because, the signal was announced oil change. When my car will be around 110, 000 miles, and the schedule for this oil change was for November 2019 with 113, 000 miles.

The car was in the Firestone Logan, NJ inside the mechanical room. When the mechanic opened the car to do his job, he detected the oil did not have a dipstick that serves as a lid and an oil meter and that is why the oil had leaked out and sprayed on different parts of the car.

The worst was the bad treatment given to me by the store manager, Bill Greathead and he not assumes his responsibility and any solution. He said "this store has not responsibility for that dipstick missing, that is your responsibility" he said me too "today I have not time to do this oil change job, go to Nissan to find a solution." or come back next week ... " I was very confused with the situation and was just thinking about my commitments without my car.

I have some questions for you ... Who made the oil change in the June, 2019. Additionally in July, I requested the engine diagnostic service for that service my car needed it.

I have another question ... What happened in the diagnosis what not they not observed a piece missing?

I had to resolve this situation soon as possible, that was not addressed in Firestone by store manager Bill Greathead.

I went same day to another store mechanic around of city and received great treated me with understanding and was responsible for offering a service with quality and respect. The result was that my car was clean, with new oil and the lid. Just at 3:00 pm that same day Friday, September 27.

On Saturday, September 28, I had time to come back to Firestone store. I needed to show my complaint to the store manager because obviously his poor customer service caused me severe stress and risks for my car and for me.

When I arrived at the store, his arrogance and body language towards me with such superior behavior without any kindness towards me was so horribly . I said "I have my Nissan car here in the parking lot, this was ready yesterday at 3 p.m., " he said sarcastically ahhh well.

He keeper that the problem was my responsibility because I went to the engine diagnostic service in July 2019 and this piece was missing from this day.

What?! Could you explain why this piece was missing? why Firestone was not putting this piece when they oil change ? Who controlled the oil change last June, and who made the Engine Diagnostic last July 2019?

His poor answers was: " this is your responsibility and this is your opinion" For this reason this store have all bad complaint and I am another client with bad treat and never I will be looking for a service there

Firestone Complete Auto Care new tires

The service center continued to installed faulty new tires on my automobile. I requested that the regional manager call for a resolution and have been ignored for the last two weeks. It appears that there has to be an accident before action is taken. There is no quality control nor accountability. I still have two faulty tires on my vehicle, one of which should not have been installed (34 run out) and the other at the very top of it's run out limit of 26. The service manager informed me that new tires are not check for this issue, they just install and balance. A SIMPLE Solution to this issue was to install/provide the service I paid. Here is the the deal, I will escalate this issue through social media and the local news media of the quality of tires that are being installed. I am absolutely sure I am not the only customer with this problem. Someone from Firestone other than the local/area manager is strongly advised to contact before I publish the information about the faulty new tire being install. A Firestone representative has exactly 14 days to contact me directly with a resolution. October 4, 2019, I will escalate these issues via social media, local news, BBB and YELP. My safety and peace of mind will not ignored.

Firestone Complete Auto Care store manager

Store manager Bill Hollinger was very rude. Vehicle was brought in for a warranty repair from another store. When I picked up the vehicle the check engine light was on. However, this light was not on prior to dropping it off for service. The manger made the accusation it was on prior basically calling me a liar. His demeanor, professionalism and interpersonal skills were are unsatisfactory. I will never take my vehicle or recommend this location if the individual is still in a position of management. I intend to discuss this matter with military base leadership and hopefully recommend this location me watched and avoided by military service men and women, their families and others.

Firestone Complete Auto Care nys vehicle inspection

On Sept. 2, 2019, I went to this Firestone dealership to get a NYS vehicle inpection. It was 10:00 in the morning. Sat there for half an hour. Service manager comes out, tells me my 2008 Honda Pilot did not pass inspection. Reason given? His mechanics couldn't read the computer.
Then he asks if I had battery trouble lately. I answer no. Then he asks me if I disconnected the battery. Again, my answer is no. Then the clown asks if I TAMPERED with the car's computer.
Was there a check engine light he asks? I say no. Then I ask the [censored]. DO YOU see a check engine light on? He says no.
That's when I lost it!
Yes, I did say a few expletives. But that's to be expected when you know you're about to be ripped off. I tell the idiot. If the car is running, then there can't be anything wrong with the computer. Obviously, this was an attempt at a shake down. Which would likely run me hundreds if not a couple of thousand dollars.
All the lights, guages and everything else worked. The car is not burning oil, there is no heavy smoke coming out. The car runs great.
In effect, nothing that would indicate anything wrong. Just that these [censored] couldn't read the obvioulsy working computer. Or so they said.
This is not the first time I had issues with this FIRESTONE! They screwed up an oil change on a previous visit that left the car leaking oil. I took it back and they fixed it. But that shouldn't have happened.
Stay the hell away from this place! They are obviously crooks and thieves.

Firestone Complete Auto Care Back break shoes replaced

I left my 93 vehical to have new back breaks placed on my vehical following a front end elinement did the week before. The cost for this simple project has blown into a cost that can only be referred to as remarkable. I left my 93 Ford Ranger at 7:00 am yesterday morning and was contacted last night with a cost of nearly $600. Subsequently, contacted again with break in line and a further cost with labor and parts to something that was not even a problem to began with. I still have heard no news today and wondering if something else is going to come into play. My number is [protected]. Please give me a call if anyway possible. Thank you, respectfully.

Firestone Complete Auto Care bad attitude

8/23/19
Employee name: Jesse

Hello,
First and foremost i would like to begin by saying that we are a long time customer and we have never been treated with such disrespect.
On August 23rd i took in my truck for alignment and balance.
I was told to find a rim because it was needed so i did, i went back and i was told i couldnt be helped because i had brought back an old tire. I understood that i couldnt be helped because of safety reasons. That i understood.
When i proceeded to let Jesse know what else i needed he told me he couldnt help me with such bad attitude and he wouldnt even let me put a word in to explain to him that i needed the alignment and balance.
This is such bad service!
My company has all their cars under Firestone's care but now we are rethinking this because of such bad service and such an ugly attitude.
I do not understand how this employee doesnt understand that he needs to hear out his customer.
Disgusted.

Firestone Complete Auto Care customer service

Took 2014 Nissan Sentra to Firestone in my hometown of Spartanburg, Sc on Aug. 12th to have 4 new tires, oil change, etc. done prior to leaving for vacation on Aug.14th. Picked vehicle up on the 13th and upon waking at 5am on the 14th to leave for trip Conneaut, Ohio fd both front tires were extremely low. In fact, front driver side only had 12 lbs press and passenger front only had 20 lbs. Obviously, no Firestone open at this time so only option was to add necessary air pressure and keep eye on it throughout road trip. Thankfully, we made our destination with no troubles. However, an hour or 2 after arriving in Ohio we checked pressure again on driver side and it was back down to 22 lbs. Contacted Sc office that did work to advise of problem . I was told to contact any Firestone within the area and this issue would be looked at and taken care of due to road hazard coverage that came with new tires. So, at 3;50pm I contacted Firestone in Ashtabula, Ohio at 4710 State rd. Unfortunately, I did not get the young man's name who answered phone. I explained my issue and that I was from Sc and on vacation in Ohio and needed this looked at as soon as they could fit me in. From the get go, he seemed to have no interest in taking care of this problem for me. Told me they were about to close. It was 3;50pm and the hours posted stated they were open until 4;30. Said I would have to call back the following day to speak to his supervisor Sean. Honestly, he basically just kept giving me the run around the entire conversation. No interest in taking an appointment or even trying to help! Said it would probably be days before they could get to me. I have been with Firestone for years. Not only do I use it for my personal use but we also take our work vehicles to numerous locations throughout our area in Sc. Due to this, I do know the easiest way to get in with Firestone is to schedule an appt. This is why i contacted this service center as early as possible after learning the tires were still not holding the pressure. Needless to say, I got nothing scheduled with this young man due to his lack of customer service. I immediately contacted Firestone in Erie, Pennsylvania. Spoke with service advisor Tim and he was very professional and accommodating. Scheduled me for the following day with no problem. Very thankful to Tim, Fernando, and the service guy who took care of my problem within a few hours the following day. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service at the service center in Ashtabula. Normally, I don't complain but was concerned due to the fact I was in unfamiliar area and so far away from home. Just wanted safe trip back home. Plus, I had just spent almost $500 on these services and was a little frustrated that it was not properly done the first time and that I had to even deal with it at all. But, the Sc store was apologetic and willing to help with whatever help I needed. I have never had any issues there before . My issue was with this one particular location in Ashtabula. Customer service is key . I know bc I have to do the same thing in my job of 18yrs. Just hope that maybe this can be brought to their attention and that maybe the next person shows a little more interest in his/her job and can be more professional.

Firestone Complete Auto Care oil change, lost keys

My husband, Nicholas Denton, dropped my 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan off at the Firestone on 2001 Huguenot Road, Richmond, VA 23235, this past Saturday, August 10, 2019, for a routine oil change. He was told at that time that it may not be ready until Sunday, August 11, 2019, we were okay with that time frame. I, Heather Denton, realized on Sunday after church that I had left some stuff in there that I needed by 1:00 that afternoon. So I drove over to the Firestone immediately after church let out at noon. When I arrived, I informed the man behind the desk that I needed to get some belongings out of my van that was parked out front and that I needed the keys to get into it. He sent the man that was there with him to retrieve the keys, and he was informed when he returned that he was unable to find them. Both men started searching for my keys and ticket within the front and back of the shop, as well as peaking in the windows of my vehicle to see if they had been left inside. In the mean time, I had been sitting here for quite a few minutes and needed to get in my vehicle and back to church prior to 1:00, so I called my husband and asked him to borrow my moms car to bring my extra key fob that controls my remote start so we could unlock the van and get my belongings out. Once he arrived, I got the belonging out and told the men at the shop to call me and let me know what they find. The man stated that they believed the keys were in one of the mechanics boxes and that particular mechanic was on lunch. A little after 5:00 that evening, I go to look up the phone number online to find out the status of the situation, and see that the shop is now closed. I never received a call or my vehicle with the oil changed.
The next morning; Monday, August 12, 2019, I called the shop again. This time I got a gentleman who had not been there over the weekend, and I told him the situation I had run into the day prior. He said he was looking himself for my ticket and keys and was unable to locate them. I was walking into a doctors appointment and asked him to please call me back as soon as he had an update. My appointment was at 10:00 that morning, by 1:30 that afternoon, I still had not received a call and called him back again. He apologized and stated that he thought someone else had called me but also informed me that no one had located my keys. He also stated that he believed that the keys were with a mechanic who was off that day and they were waiting to hear back from them but had not yet. At our first conversation he asked if I had an extra key, and I informed him that both of my keys were on my key ring. I had a spare remote start fob that would allow the vehicle to start remotely, unlock, and lock, but that you could not move the vehicle without the actual key. On the second conversation, he said again "but you said you have another key for this vehicle?" and I repeated this same thing again. During none of these conversations with any of these individuals, had they offered a solution to the problem at hand. I asked him to once again call me back with a status of it and he said he would, once again, the shop closed and I had not heard anything back from anyone in the shop.
Both the van keys we had were on the key ring my husband gave them. Along with all of my other keys; house, relatives house, other remote start key fob, mailbox, storage, very meaningful medallion that was given to me, all my key tags for various stores. This morning; Tuesday, August 13, 2019, it occurred to me that I needed my parking hang tag to go into the office. So again, I drove to Firestone, went inside, and the man behind the desk was the same man that was there on Sunday. I informed him of who I was again, and made a mental note that my van was in the same place it had been since I saw it on Sunday. He said he would go ask about this information and update. The mechanic he spoke to asked if I had an extra key (AGAIN!)... so I informed them another time, that they had both keys on this key ring and that the only thing I had was that which would remote start, unlock, or lock the vehicle. Repeating this information is not what frustrates me though. My car has now been sitting in the lot at this Firestone since Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, and it is Tuesday at 8:30 AM, my vehicle came in for a routine oil change that was supposed to be complete on Sunday at the very latest. NOT ONE single person has called to ask me if I have a spare key at home, or offered a solution to what they are going to do to remedy this issue, and I am having to repeatedly call the shop to get informed that nothing has changed. I am without my vehicle, and having to come to collect things that I should have had back with my vehicle after the routine oil change was completed and all my belongings were returned to me.
After I inform them again that there is no other key, they tell me that they will have to get a lock smith out there. I ask if this is going to be completed today, and he says that it "depends on the locksmith". I have waited more than twice as long for my vehicle, and the work that was supposed to be done on it is not even begun.
So I explain to him that not a single individual has called me back, and he responds and tells me "ya they don't like to do that"… really? I don't care if it is bad news, I would like to know what is happening to fix the situation so I can have my personal vehicle back with the oil changed and the keys to run it. If I had a spare, I would have taken my car on Sunday and gone somewhere else.
NOW, I am waiting again for a call back… nothing, no call back, no oil has been changed, and ALL of my keys are now missing. Not one resolution has been made, not one person has reached back out to me, and I have no choice but to leave in the hands of these imbeciles because I literally have no way to move my vehicle.

Firestone Complete Auto Care alignment and tire mounting.

I went to this location to have tires I purchased new put on my truck back in February 2019. I was told my alignment was out of spec and needed new cambers to keep tires wearing evenly. I had Firestone order these camber kits and align truck twice that took 2 days. And now my tires that were $250 each are wearing uneven on the front. These tires have less then 1500 miles on them and I'm very disappointed.

Firestone Complete Auto Care technician damaged my engine

I had my 97 gmc suburban towed to the Firestone that I get all my vehicles serviced at. 2329 Center Point Parkway 35215. I told Jamie that the truck needs a heater hose connector and a battery. They never called me back. So when I called back they told me that they cranked my truck up without any Coolant in the truck and no heater hose connected. I was told that they saw blue smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe. So I asked the technician "Why did you crank my truck knowing that it had no coolant or heater hose?" This is when he got rude saying " I know more about this kind of [censored] than you do!" So I told them I need another number that I can call to file a complaint. Jamie put me on hold, and came back and said " I can't find the claims number to call, I will call you back when I find it." I'm still waiting. My truck was never smoking at all. This damage was done by this technician 😔 please call me back [protected]. I don't want to get my lawyers involved

Firestone Complete Auto Care very dissatisfied with service

I am contacting you to file a complaint. I went to the Firestone 200 Crossraods BLVD location in San Antonio, TX 78201 today 6/22/19 at 11:35 am to have the battery and the drive belt on my Lexus replaced. I specifically told Derek that when you replace the battery you have to reset the computer so that the controls for the windows work, due to this has happened before. My first complaint is that the manual reset of the computer was not done, my second complaint is that when I went to pick up my Lexus at 1:38 pm 3 clips were missing from the engine bay, my engine was now making a strange noise, and my a/c no longer works properly. I went in to let the technicians know that something was wrong that had not been before and they told me that my a/c compressor was going out and so I would need to pay over $2000 to have it fixed. My a/c had never had a problem before this day. I left thinking there was nothing else that could be done at the time. I then returned at 5 pm due to my a/c was now completely hot and my windows did not work. When I spoke to the technician he told me that you can not work on a vehicle without something else breaking. He then told me that there was nothing else they could do for me today, but I could bring it back another day even though they close at 7 pm. When inquiring about the complete auto care package that I purchased at an earlier date I was told that checking freon was a part of that package when I purchased it, but was told today that it is a separate charge and service all together. I am very displeased and dissatisfied with my car service today and being denied something after they made a mistake even though I had specified what needed to be done and was lied to about a service package that I needed and purchased in advance.

Firestone Complete Auto Care brake replacement

We had the brakes and rotors replaced at 7810 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80005 on a GMC 4 wheel drive. On a trip to the mountains the brakes failed, overheated and began smoking. Even with a 12000 mile and 12 month warranty they refuse to replace them. Said they cannot prove anything is wrong after driving around the block but we should replace the rotors because they are blue which means heat damage.

Firestone Complete Auto Care they cross threaded my lug nuts on two studs.

I had my tires rotated at the tallyville Delaware store. I tried to get my wheel off to check brakes. Two of the lugs nut threads were so messed up they would only come off half way. All of the other ones came off easy. Called them about it and they said they would charge me 140.00 to fix them. I have been using firestone a few years now without any issue. This will cause me to take my business elsewhere for oil changes and tire services. They only way this happened was with the gun. You need start the lugs by hand then use the gun to tighten. Lug threads do not get messed up taking them off. Very disappointed.

Firestone Complete Auto Care repair/service

I have been using the firestone location listed above since I began driving this car in 2014. I have used this location for most repairs, maintenance and tire purchased, as well (totaling 24 service visits) for the last five years.
I scheduled an appoint at the location for 8:00 am, on 6/15/19. The service requested was for an oil change, tire rotation and to check the reason why my engine light was on. When I arrived, I was told that they would be finished with my car about 10 am. I was disappointed at the timing, because I had made an appointment, but was ok with it, since it was saturday. I ran a couple of errands, and then returned at 9 am, and waited. After 11 am, I was told that in addition to the oil change, I need a new battery, new front brake pads, two new tires, and lug nut caps. I was aware of the tires and was waiting to purchase those at a later date. I had purchased tires at this firestone since I have owned the car.
The employee helping me said that his records showed that the brakes had been recently replaced and had a "lifetime warranty", and seemed surprised that they needed to be replaced so soon. Due to the timing, he would only charge me for the labor to replace them. I was confused at this point as to why they needed to be replaced, if they had a "lifetime warranty", and why he would be charging me at all for unacceptable work.
The employee's mentioned new lug nut caps that seemed to becoming "stripped". I have never owned a vehicle that needed these, and I have changed one flat tire since I have owned the vehicle. Any wear and tear on the lug nut caps must have been caused by new tire installations and rotations by firestone.
I asked the employee about the engine light, and he told me that sometimes a new battery will resolve it.
So, I replaced the battery and told the employee that I would make another appointment to repair/replace the additional items found, and left.
When I got home later that day, I discovered that the tires I had asked to be rotated, had not been. The older tires were placed back on the front, and the newer tires back on the back.
On monday, 06/17/19, my engine light came on again. Apparently, the employee's theory about the battery was wrong.
Although the employees were very friendly, I am greatly disappointed by the quality of work during my last visit to firestone. I am considering seeking out and using a different retailer to purchase tires and completed mechanical work currently needed for my car. My expectations for quality service at firestone have been decreased to the point that I will not return.

Firestone Complete Auto Care appointment on 4/30/19 9am

Dropped my 2015 grand cherokee off at 1891 dewey ave, rochester ny. It was to have an alignment and tire rotation done. The store called me at noon to see if I wanted them to replace a headlight, I told them to go ahead. I called the store at 13:35 and asked if my jeep was done. I was told they hadn't started on it yet. The jeep was still sitting where I parked it. He assured me it would be done in two hours. The store is located at 1891 dewey ave. Rochester ny phone number is 666-7827.

Firestone Complete Auto Care repair not fixed right the first time/cadillac seville

A few months ago I was having trouble with my steering and it was making a loud noise so I took it to your shop on van buren and estrella parkway in goodyear. The tech there was very informative and let me know I needed to have several things fixed on my cadillac but the main concern was the rack and pinion being repaired. Several months had went by and I was unable to take the car in but I continued to put in power steering fluid as I noticed it was leaking quite often. A couple of days ago I could no longer get the steering to work so we had it towed to your shop on pebble creek parkway and they fixed the rack and pinion even though on the form I had told them I knew there was a leak coming from the power steering reservoir, and I couldnt get it to steer. When we picked up the car the tech told us they found the power steering pump needed to be replaced and there were leaks in the hoses! Duh! I was frustrated and asked why they didn't check this first because you could clearly see that, and I had told them I knew there was a leak? The tech said they did the repair that was on record for the rack and pinion and now here's the estimate for repairing the power steering pump. I don't see how this is abiding by your "fixed right the first time guarantee" because you sent me home with a broken car with the same issues as when I had it towed?! You had the rack and pinion fixed and took almost $800 from me on the firestone credit card that I just applied for to get my car fixed and now I have my car and it is not fixed and I have to pay for it for the next 6 months! The rack and pinion is repaired but that was not the urgent issue. The urgent issue was the severe leak with the power steering which was obviously causing the noise and trouble steering! I don't understand how you can be okay with your company knowing you took this money away from me and my car is in the same condition, I can't drive it and now I don't have the money to fix the urgent issue that needed to be fixed in the 1st place because you took it all with the credit card you so strongly encouraged me to apply for, and I just maxed out for a repair done improperly!
You should honor your guarantee and have my car brought back in and have my power steering pump and hoses replaced/repaired for no additional charges!

Firestone Complete Auto Care urgent matter “please assist have been trying to resolve”

Good Afternoon,

This letter is out of concern for my grandchild Mia Jackson who has been unable to get a resolution to the problem one of your stores as created - located at:

608 Valley Hill Road SW
Riverdale, GA
30274
Ph# [protected]
[protected]

My name is Ms. Butler an I have been given Mia Jackson's permission to assist in the handling of this situation. The matter started back on March 25, 2019 when Mia took her 2015 Chrysler 200 which had about 62, 000 miles on it into the above mentioned Firestore Care Center in for a simple oil change. She left the shop the same evening to get about a few blocks down the road before her vehicle started knocking an smoking. It was to late to take the car right back, therefore; the next morning on March 26, 2019 Mia began attempting to reach Firestone, but; was now given the run around. Mia than took the vehicle back to the location an was eventually told by the store manager name Emanuel that there was no oil in her tank when her vehicle was returned to her an that they would need to hold the vehicle to correct the problem. It was stated that in error "a new gasket was put over an old gasket"!

The vehicle was left as requested, after a few days went by with no correspondence made Mia tired calling a few times an a woman each time would advise her to hold "only to hang up on her, this happened about 4 different times". Please also be aware that my granddaughter was also given a rental from Enterprise Rent A Car which Emanuel set up "on March 26th located on Highway 85 at Firestone's expense. Mia also gave your corporate office "reach# 675-937-7021" an was given case# 2356196-C by a representative name Cassandra who after making a call to Firestone, she stated that someone would be in touch with Mia within 72 hrs "this to date has never happened".

On April 2, 2019 Mia finally reached the store manager who than stated that their Adjuster/Inspector would be coming out "to date this also has never happened". Mia was able to reach the store manager "Emanuel" again on April 9th in concern as to what is going on with her vehicle? Still no real answer other than being told that someone would be getting back in touch with her within 48hrs! Please be advised that Again this Never Happened. Mia at this point decided she needed to advise her insurance company:

Nationwide Insurance
reach# [protected]

about the situation an status up to this point with her vehicle. She spoke with Tiffany Durham with Nationwide "an insurance adjuster" an was given claim# 782468-GI To my understanding, Miss Durham did go out to Firestone an saw the vehicle yet was only able right now to advise my granddaughter of the same information she had already been given. It was stated that still nothing has been done to correct Firestone's mistake an that she was given No additional information at this point, please note that Mia also spoke with Miss Durham again on April 11, 2019 who still had not been able to get any true update on Mia's vehicle.

Next on Thursday April 11, 2019 my granddaughter received a call from one of the representatives with Enterprise Rent A Car who now stated that Mia now owes them $482.09 for the rental due to the fact that Firestone only paid them for 1 day! When my granddaughter got back in touch with Emanuel, he stated the rental will be taken care of? This is when the situation was brought to my attention due to I have an attorney who can step in. In all fairness, we felt it would be best to first see if this situation can be corrected before pursuing any further if possible.

Another call was made to Emanuel on April 13, 2019 with myself on a conference line with my grandchildren. It was at that point explained to the store manager "Emanuel" who I was an that I was given my granddaughter's permission to become involved with this situation. Emanuel an I spoke an I was informed that there was in fact a mistake made an that they were trying to fix Mia's vehicle. Emanuel was very kind an honest while talking with me until I advised that I was taping our conversation, at that point he immediately stopped talking an gave the phone to my grandson who I than advised to put me on speaker to Emanuel to hear out what I was attempting to say,

I went on to explain that the recording was only for myself due to a lot of people are not honest at all. I stated my only concern is that my granddaughter receive her vehicle back in the good condition which it was when she came in for a simple oil change. I also went on to explain that quite along amount of time has gone by with no results "this is not acceptable". I went on to state that no one what's this to result into a legal matter nor does anyone have time for so much unnecessary nonsense. It was than explained by me that I was sending this letter in hopes that we can go ahead an get this situation resolved "this should have never happened an is truly taking to long to correct". Emanuel stated that Mia would hear from him by noon on Monday the 15th however it is now 6:15pm on the 15th an I have heard no update. I am hoping to hear from someone shortly. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, all we need is to get this whole situation resolved an made assured that Mia owes nothing, please respond to myself or either of my grandchildren at the following.

Mia Jackson: [protected]@yahoo.com
or Taytvforeveraicloud.com
Ms. Butler: [protected]@aol.com

Thank you in advance,
Ms. Butler. - grandmother

Note: I look forward to hearing back please

Yeah, good luck on a resolution. I've been trying to get a resolution since January 17 on a bad alternator job they did on my college son's truck at an Austin, TX location. They owe him $438. I've been told my issue has been escalated multiple times. I have had over 25 email correspondence with the Firestone customer service over the last 3 months. I was told a regional manager would call in 48 hours...no call, EVER. Next I was told a divisional manager would call in 48 hours...no call. Finally I was told my issue was escalated to corporate and would revive a call within 72 hours...no call. I guess they think if they ignore us long enough and never call, we will simply forget and give up. I filed a complaint with the BBB and was offered a coupon for a free oil change. That is supposed to be my compensation for an alternator that lasted only 3 months. it was bad when they installed it.

Why does the Firestone customer service keep telling me they have escalated my issue and I will be contacted by a "regional manager" or a "divisional manager"? No one ever contacts me. I am very disappointed in the response from Firestone and the fact that they won't make good on a bad repair work. Since I was unable to get any response from a management level individual from Firestone I decide to try and reach out through the Firestone Facebook page, they seem to respond to comments but I've come to realize those responses are simply "bots" and not real people. I see too many others on that page that have experienced the same thing I have, they get promised a contact from Firestone but know one ever actually contacts them to resolve their issue. The really sad part is that now Firestone has deleted all my posts and blocked me from posting additional comments on their Facebook page. All of this to try and get Firestone to do the right thing. It's sad. Once a great company that was trusted for auto repair now rips off college students.

It is obvious that Firestone will not stand behind its work. I guess they win. I hope they are happy they were able to rip off a consumer. Hopefully, I will be able to educate enough other people on the Firestone business practices so others are not taken the way my son was. Luckily, there are enough other auto service options. Good job Firestone, you should be very proud. It is my new life mission to make sure everyone I know and will ever know goes out of their way to avoid giving this horrific company any money. You know the old retail saying, “Satisfied Customers Tell Three Friends, Angry Customers Tell 3000."

I hope your lawyer can help you and your grandchild. Good luck
