Fingerhut account billing

Had a payment plan between cambridge and fingerhut. All was well. They accepted plan. Cashed check for almost a year then boom sold account without notice to Resurgent starting never recieved payment nor did they forward those cashed and received payment to resurgent. Now resurgent wants full amount originally owed in the very beginning. Now fingerhut wont give answers only back paddles. Resurgent says they dont care about pymts prior lost out on. Just screwed. Never will my family or friend ever use them because of this. Hard times and trying and sign agreements and cashed proof is not in thier lingo! They wont even let proof of cashed checks at thier end be sent and resurgent refuses to contact them saying they cant yet fingerhut says yes resurgent can! We have all the proof in the world. Someone needs to meet in the middle and yes cambridge credit does have permission to talk to all parties involved for however long it takes.

Fingerhut customer service lies

Placed an order0093702542 fireplace on November 23, supposed delivery date to be dec 10th, contacted fingerhut the 10th when I checked with them was told item was on it's way. Called ups lost prevention department they told me that they never received the package to call fingerhut. Called back fingerhut they just kept repeatedly telling me it was on it's way, demanded to speak to supervisor, even after explaining I had talked to UPS he rudely told me it was on it's way to me should be anytime. Finally got a hold of someone who seemed to get it. Was told that it was now being sent out should be there the 17th. It's the 17th called fingerhut only to be told that the package had never left their hub did I still wanted it shipped or credited to my account. After all the run around and lies I've been told I will never again go through fingerhut.

I just experienced this exact same problem! I ordered 3 items from there, received one of the items, the other two are packaged together and I can't seem to get a straight answer of exactly where the package is. I did the same thing as you, called UPS was told they haven't received said package, fingerhut stated UPS has received it... I'm so angry with them, those were presents for my children and now I dont know if I will ever receive the items I paid for. I do know I will NEVER order from here again!

Fingerhut never received products

Not only have I contacted Fingerhut numerous times by phone and emails but no one has yet fixed this problem that I have not received any of my items that I PAID FOR! They don't care about their customers and I no longer want to have anything to do with them again and want my full refund for products I was charged and never received! Or contacted !

I have written emails called and everything I could possibly do and not one person cares about their customer, I want my full refund and nothing to do ever again with this SCAM OF A COMPANY! Idk how they stay in business by not caring for their customers!

Fingerhut apple watch 3

I got a apple watch 3 series from fingerhut around 12/3/2018 and about a week or so later I get a email saying that I can save 150 off the cost if you spend 50 more than the cost of the item something like that and get a rude customer service rep who didn't want to do anything to help don't deal with this company wish I would have know company is a joke

Fingerhut online credit application

Last night 12/11/18 I apply for credit and am told I have an online account and must log in to do that, so I did. My application was refused because my address was wrong. I have moved twice since that online account, but nowhere online did it ask me to verify my information only my phone number. I was instructed to call today 12/12/18 before 6 pm. This morning I receive a call from your company, the lady said since the address was wrong she was going to deny my application and transfer me to a customer service rep to start over with the new address. This gentleman's accent was so strong I couldn't understand him. He began to ask questions to verify my identity and I told him I couldn't understand him and asked to speak to someone else and I was denied and he asked several more questions and I kept telling him I couldn't understand his accent. So he denies my application and sends me to another customer service rep who reads all the terms and conditions and denies me telling me I needed to mail proof of identity, social security, etc. Insane for a 680 to 701 credit score. I've never experienced such bad customer service. Ever. This is my 2nd time attempting to shop with you and it has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Fingerhut wedding band

Order a personalized size 10 wedding band...received a size 8. Fingerhut refused to exchange the product for the correct size and treating to dispose of the ring and insist I pay for the ring away...very bad business. I returned the product called and explained the situation but received an email stating there was nothing else they would do for me except bill me for a product I didn't order. This was a $400 ring .

Fingerhut order delivered to wrong address

I placed an order and it was sent to the wrong address// half of the order was returned back to Fingerhut by the wrong addressee but half was not //now I have filed a police report and a none received item affidavit by them and they are saying just because it was not returned then that means I have to pay for a product I never got and I am responsible for them sending it to the wrong address.. that $500 of products

Fingerhut account credit

Last year I opened a Fresh Start account which I proudly paid on time until my last $10 payment. I had to be rushed to the hospital around that time and ended up being admitted for almost 2 months. At age 32 I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. A year & half ago it came back with a vengeance. Then a few days ago I received an email from Fingerhut saying I'd have to start all over again with the low credit limit. So I called them today to explain the situation and beg to "graduate" up 1 level so I could make this Xmas the best I could knowing it could be my last. I just wanted it to be as memorable & unforgettable for my son. I spoke with 2 different reps yet they both denied me because of that $10 dollars (which I did pay off). Making that call was truly humiliating (I was uninsured when 1st diagnosed which destroyed my credit & finances) yet I swallowed my pride for little help. My ex husband was even willing to sign something stating that he'd pay my balance so Fingerhut wouldn't lose any money but they still refused. A $10 late payment & a company with zero heart or compassion just destroyed a young moms dying wish for Christmas to be as great as I humanly & financially can. Shame on you Fingerhut! I needed help, not a handout, but you truly let me down!

Hoover WindTunnel Pet Upright Vacuum and Hoover Power Scrub Elite Multi-Floor Pet Carpet Cleaner - FH50256PC
On 10/6/2018 I ordered the above items and request for them to be shipped to chicago by mistake, I immediately called back and changed the shipping address to ship to Georgia. Unfortunately I did not write down the young man name, however he assured me on 10/10/18 that these items would be rerouted with no problem and that I would receive them by within a couple of days... WRONG - 10/12/18 I was told same story, 10/16/18 I was told the same story, 10/18/18 I spoke with Ralph who informed me package still in Chicago waiting for pickup, I spoke with supervisor April (if that was truly her name) she once again assured me that these items would be sent back becasue by this time I was furious that customer service were not honest and continued to lie to me. I was offered a coupon ($20 off) which does not do me any justice... once again 10/31/18 I spoke to Ina she said items were sent back to fingerhut...another lie because as of today 11/9/18 items are still at UPS place in Chicago waiting for someone to pickup.. I'm sure you see by now I am so furious with FINGERHUT I want something done NOW! I have been a loyal customer and with all this nonsense I still make my payments on time. I would greatly appreciate it if you all would resolve this issue...PLEASE pick up these items where they were delivered and return, the only way I would take these items is if I got them free...I believe I deserve that since I was being told lie after lie by customer service department...

Fingerhut fraud account

i never opened an account i disputed on my transunion as fraud in April, it was deleted. Then someone charged on jt in june or july. i called fingerhut and no one ever cled me back. i get papers in mail saying its my account and I charged it. i havent lived at that address in over a year so charg is fraud and now dropping my credit score down a 100 points.

Fingerhut android tablet

I ordered a tablet that was never received. I contacted fingerhut to let them know they advised me they would be sending me paperwork when i never received anything from them yet again i contacted them i was advised nothing could be done time has exceeded to investigate. I asked if payments could be at least lowered it kills me to pay for something I do now owne. Customer service is unwilling to work with me what so ever all they can do is put late payments on the account and take a payment for something I never received.

Fingerhut order

Do not order from this company! It's a scam! I placed an order last week on Friday with the understanding I'm supposed to receive my car seats today which is Tuesday! Online it said today ! They told me an argued stating their poilcy is that it does not ship till 1st payment is cleared! Unacceptable liars and false shipping date to get you to buy! When I called to complain they argued and said it's there policy ! What a joke !

Fingerhut bear waterfall

I received a box that appeared to have been left out in the rain. As it was water damaged, After opening the box there was no instructions inside the box. I contacted the CUSTOMER SERVICE and told them about the situation as was informed to get another box from the post office and pack it up, but I told them that it can not be sent as the package weighs in excess of 85 pounds . Another thing it was not as depicted in the sales brochure . After we got it hooked up and running I have to fill it up between 3 to 4 times a day thus indicating a leak in the bowl
All that I ask for is a REFUND for a damaged item and unusable item.
Also a SUPERVISOR was to be contacting me and as of yet I have NOT received a Call.

Fingerhut customer service/lack of communications/billing-accounts

I have received 22 calls and 27 emails in regards to my account. The last 2 just today, the 22nd. Last time I called Fingerhut I spoke to one of several supervisors. I stated I have the Safeline protection plus for my account. I missed Sept 7th payment due to illness. He informed me the calls and emails would stop after he NOTICED it was on the account. They have not.

Fingerhut poulan pro lawn mower

I received a lawn mower that was broken when I took it out of the box. I haven't opened the box when I first got it. I opened it 6 weeks later. I was told by fingerhut to call assurian. Once I called assurian they told me since it was broken when I first opened it to send it back to fingerhut. They gave me a confirmation number to put in the box. I lost the tracking number from the ups I went to and nobody knows where the lawn mower is. I mailed it in a Uhaul box because the box that it came in was destroyed

Fingerhut fraud

Shoyontah clay 7/16/[protected] stole my identity and open account with FINGERHUT.
Trans union caught it early checked with me, I informed them that I did not apply. I contacted the company and they inform me that the credit was not going to be given. Less than a month later, $400 credit was on my credit. I contacted company, they have refused to close the account and were very rude. The y say I need to open another fraud alert and provide police report.
After this I am Pursuing legal action against this company, they have violated my rights and continued to do so and refuse to resolve this issue.
The fraud Rep named Kim promised me that It would be taken care of with no issue but obviously she was lying.
Other companies were very understanding after they confirmed my information and took action immediately.
This company need to be taught a lesson!

This company approve a fraud credit even after the acknowledged that I'm the account was fraud, .
The account was approved after the company was notified of fraudulent identity thief.
Now company have refuse freeze or close the account.
They continue to accept orders and the amount is growing now $400.

Fingerhut dell laptop computer

I purchased a laptop computer through Fingerhut. Received the item on June the item stopped working due to battery issues! Contacted dell recall on item! Returned item to fingerhut ! But, due to outsourcing to the Philappines the customer service representative could and would not understand the issue! The laptop will not stay on! They shipped the item back to me despite ha thanks ng purchased the warranty. Unfortunately I will be terminating my contract with fingerhut! Beware of all electronics brought from this company they will sell you recalled items!

Fingerhut bill arrangement

Arrangements were made money being debited every month, was told no more charges surgery Nov 5 times on head so needed to make arrangements. I get a letter every month that I owe more and more and am not paying anything, by someone. Not going to stay on phone with you guys every month. Corporate helped make arrangement if any questions please check my account and the debits that were arranged every month with no extra fees which promised but letters say different. Fingerhut fraudulent credit check on me

I am applying for a new mortgage and yesterday during my final credit check the mortgage company found that I had filed for credit with Fingerhut per Equifax. This is completely wrong! I have never and would never purchase from Fingerhut because I think they prey on the poor with cheap but outrageously priced products. I have repeatedly called Fingerhut and I keep getting hung up on. I sent an email and have of course received no reply. I will report them to every agency possible until I get this resolved. I hate Fingerhut!

Sorry to hear that. You have a right to get the application information used to get credit.
You maybe surprised as to who have done it. Most of the time people use there real phone number or email, just do reverse phone check n you will find out whose name is tired to that number. Also the phone companies can also give you info on the number you find.
Ask for statements n application n then file a police report.
FINGERHUT is the worst ever company and will need to be sued so they can understand how regular people feel.

It was also wrong
Sent it back also
THEY are telling me I owe shipping cost
Their mistake not mine
Now the cost is over 100 dollars and is being reported to credit bureau
Affecting my credit
I think now is the time for a lawyer to get involved
