FinChoice South Africa Loan : 6 months

PLEASE assist me.

I have been sent from polar to post with no assistance. I called in April to get a settlement amount and I was given a total amount to pay. To my surprise I have been getting calls saying I am owing an amount of about 300.00.

Today I get a call to say I owe 900 and odd rands. I unfortunately do not have the money. I asked to be given a total amount to pay in April because I knew that I wouldn't be able to pay in future since I am unemployed.

Please get me someone to call me to sort this matter out... I am really getting frustrated with the service I am getting from you...

FinChoice South Africa loan settlement

Hi

I got a call from an finchoice agent telling me my account was on areas while I was paying every month on time. It was not my pay time yet, when I received the call I'm in areas with them, I have proof that I pay them each month on time, and then reflecting onu account aswell that I have a homecjoice account which I did not had at the time. So after telling me my account is in arrears, the stop my account from having funds or airtime but I'm a good payer. I then ask for settlement and pay the full settlement amount into the account they provided me with but still they took a debit order from my account and there's still money reflecting in my account that I owe them. I sended them a million emails.. Up till now no response.. Not even an email that would say I have settled my account with them. There service are very very bad. I'm very unhappy with them.. My question is is something wrong with them?

FinChoice South Africa settlement paid and it’s not reflecting

I requested a settlement amount form Finchoice and NRB RISK Legal department and NRB RISK respond on the 06 May 2019 with an amount of R17194.06. Which I told them it can't be because I paid every month.They respond again on the 06 May 2019 with an amount of R14171.11. They supply me with a banking details I had to pay the money over to: BANK-FNB

ACCOUNT HOLDER: NRB RISK

ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected]

BRANCH CODE: 253305

REFERENCE NUMBER: [protected]

On that same day I made a payment of R14171, 11 into that account. I did requested a paid-up letter from the Legal Collections Team Leader Mr. Frans Ragmat and reply that I did requested it from the client which Finchoice.

On the same Finchoice debt review department give me an outstanding balance of R7363.49. My reply to them was to send the proof of pay I paid to NRB RISK.

Now somehow there must be a communication problem because I paid but can't get a paid-up letter and the amounts in question is not the same.

However, when I contact Finchoice, I was told my account was handed over to their debt review department and still reflects that no payment was made and account was not settled. How long does it take to reflect that the account was settled? I have been emailing Finchoice and NRB RISK but they won't or can't give me an answer where these founds has going. What I want to know was the real amount to be paid? Please assist

FinChoice South Africa loan application status.

I applied for a loan with finchoice, the call centre agents were calling me non stop wanting my documents. Even after I told them that I no longer want the loan, they still called me day and night. I have since informed them that I want a loan and they said I should submit my documents, I have submitted the documents but it has been 72 hours with no response. Furthermore the whatsapp chat number from finchoice is no longer responsive after receiving my documents but prior to receiving my documents they were very responsive and vocal. I will also lodge a complaint with the national credit regulator, because this is unethical processing and they are being fraudsters because they have all my documents with them but have chosen to go quite. I have also logged a case with hellopeter.

I am sick and tired of finchouce my account is not in arrears and I received a call to say my account is in arrears and when I try to get a loan they say funds available when d lady phoned me to say I'm in arrears then she realized d account is not in arrears but still I cannot get a loan FinChoice u suck u do not know how to look after loyal customer go to hell

FinChoice South Africa loans

To whom it may Concern

On the 21/11/2018 FNB settled my Finchoice Loan, I then called The Finchoice call center on the 23/11/2018 where I spoke to a gentleman that assured me my Loan has been settled and I owe nothing on this loan, He even offered me a new Loan which I declined.

On the 29/11/2018 I recieved a statement from Finchoice that shows I was in a positive balance of R0.22. On the 13/12/2018 Finchoice deducted R726.25, then I went into my branch to reverse it because I recieved a confirmation sms that I owed nothing on this account. A few days later I get a call stating I will be handed over to lawyers for non payment. I called the call centre back and the Teamleader Siphelo asked me to send him the statement that showed I was in a positive balance of R0.22 which I did. He never got back to.

I have never missed a payment before and this is just rediculous that I must be handed over to lawyers for an account that was paid up.

Please investigate this matter and get back to me

FinChoice South Africa handover to collection agency

I apply to have my debt restructured in may 2017. My application was accepted by the debt management & debt restructuring services company.

A restructuring letter was send to finchoice to negotiate an amount to be paid by the rapp & van zyl attorneys monthly to finchoice.

The payments started on 26 july 2017, but for some they say now i did not pay my account every month and handed me over to saya-recoveries pty ltd.

I'm not happy with this and will report the matter. I want to know where did my money go that i paid every month.

FinChoice South Africa instalment paid but loan still in arrears

I have never missed my installment at finchoice but now when O checked for my account online it said the loan was in erreas. I do not know how that is possible because the instalments are directly debited from my bank account and I always pay an additional R200.

I am so pissed of because this affects my credit score. Why are the finchoice people so inconsiderate. I will never use them again

FinChoice South Africa not receiving statements

I have been sending numerous e-mails to [protected]@emc.co.za to have them send my statements, I do not receive them on a monthly basis at all and got no feed back, this is how we get robbed with our accounts i am really sick and tired of this now, why is it so hard for you to send my statement. I will be taking this further.

Do you guys always do this to your paying customers, this is pathetic i have also laid a complaint to one of the agents regarding the laptop i took, i was told that the loan and laptop will be for (24 months) but when i finally saw my statement after months and saw that the laptop was for 36 months i flipped which was not sent to me earlier then i would of sent it back but they told me it was to late, i told them to pull call recordings of the conversation which i got no feedback as well, i want that sorted out as well.

FinChoice South Africa a negative listing against my name for paying in account early

I have been a customer of FinChoice for YEARS! In September, I paid R5000 towards my loan to settle it for the month. When trying to get an overdraft with my bank, i was told it was declined due to a default on my FinChoice account. When i called, i spoke to a sales consultant -Roxanne, who advised that there the amount i paid early, showed on the system as a minus and it was sent to the Beauru as a default? I now cannot apply for any credit because of this. I have never defaulted on any of my FinChoice installments - EVER! I have not received feedback, i have sent Roxanne's supervisor - Warren an email, of which he hasn't even responded. If this is not resolved timeously, and fixed at TransUnion, i will be taking this to the Ombudsman, the only reason why i am laying this complaint is because its part of the process from the Ombudsman's office to do so.

FinChoice South Africa my query was never resolved

I took out a consolidation loan in September. The company, Nedbank payed finchoice an amount of r25 521 on the 5th of Sep, then I also payed an amount of r5566, 31 which I believe then resulted in overpayment from my side. I've phoned, e-mailed, provided proof, threatened. No response from them and no resolve to my query. My reference nr is 303265. If it is found that they do not owe me, I would like a statement of my payments thus far at least so I can work out for myself and not be left in the dark by this company.

Hi My name is Musawenkosi Allen Nzuza ID [protected] had a MOB money and 12 Months Loan with FIn choice. last month i requested a settlement for mob money because iEmas was doing a consolidation for my loans. on the 25Th of september the deducted for 12months and MOB money and i didi the settlememt for MOB money after those deductions that was on the settlent qoute amount of R5381.16 and i was refunded the money they deducted on the 25Th on my bank account. This month they went and deduct R2500 for MOB money on my bank account while this account was settled in full, from last week I been request the refund for this deduction till today i not geeting it and i am tired now i need tha money because other creditor cannot get thier money because of this deduction which is impacting my credit score I need that money like yesterday

plz assist urgently

FinChoice South Africa finchoice

I have a restructured loan which was in arrears, made arrangements to pay the arrears which they said it is R1 120.00 and monthly installment 887.23 which was debited both in March till to date. To my surprise today I received a call from Finchoice, five months later and spoke to the lady by the name of Malika saying i need to pay my account its arrears. When I asked how come she said she can't answer that and they were suppose to call me to let me know but now i know she is telling me that i need to pay those arrears. So i need clearity on this matter as i am not impressed with the service and incompetency of all agents dealing with my account.

FinChoice South Africa cellphone insurance

This is my second attempt in complaining still have not receive any feedback or progress regarding my claim other than a notification that the complaint is received.

On the 14/07/2018 whilst coming back from work I was pick pocketed on my way going home, I then went to Gugulethu Sportscene where I spoke to the Manager and asked him the process on reporting a stolen phone where he then responded by saying he doesn't know as that Sportscene branch doesn't sell cell phone I need to go to Markhams, Exact or Foschini stores and enquire there. I then went to Gugulethu SAPS and there I was attended by a Constable Maseko who then informed me that I need to report the cell phone to my network provider in order for them to block it and issue me with an IMEI number which I was given by the consultant who had assisted me on the day of the incident which was the 14/07/2018.

I filled in the necessary documentation and Affidavit and asked if there was anything that I needed to produce at the store regarding the matter and Constable Maseko said the case number will be sent to my number informed him I had no phone but will do a swim swap and he said as long as it will be the number that I was using the message will still be sent and I will receive on my side. Having to struggle doing that swim swap you may even investigate with MTN service provider regarding my number [protected] swim swap process they will be able to give you the attempts that I had done trying to do it and that didn't go well. I eventually went to a MTN shop in the Golden Acre where one of the consultants assisted me and told me I need to go to the police station and do an Affidavit and a certified copy of my ID and bring it back to him as he will assist me. Did all that was requested and he sorted the swim swap process and all was well.
The 16/07/2018 I had gone to the Sportscene store in Cape Town Golden Acre where I had purchased my phone and where my insurance was done and reported the incident to Bradley the same consultant that had assisted me with the sale of my phone and the insurance and informed him that the delay was in the swim swap and he said as long as I had reported the matter all is fine. Once I got the case number I brought the required documents to Sportscene and when I went a week later to enquire the progress of my claim I then discovered that the claim was not even logged on the insurance side which is Finchoice and that was a shocker, was told to wait for 24/48 hours which now has resulted to 2weeks in waiting and still no sms sent to me, I then logged a complaint with Finchoice last week and still no feedback received would like to know what is your turn around time for resolving these types of issues before I take the matter further because all the necessary steps have been followed regarding the Affidavit that is dated later under Cape Town SAPS its because Constable Maseko couldn't find my docket when I went to Gugulethu SAPS for the case number and the Affidavit done in Cape Town was for the MTN swim swap but that was filled in incorrect as I need to sate my old number and new number and the sim card barcode number and the incident on the Affidavit they requested so that how I submitted the Affidavit done in Cape Town as the main thing required is the case number which indicates the date the incident was reported.

Please revert back to me with your findings as I am very unhappy at the way this incident is being handled.

I am still waiting for your feedback regarding the progress of my cellphone claim was told to wait 24/48hours still no sms received. please revert back to me with your finding via email: [protected]@frank.net I have sent through the vecessary documentation required as the incident was reported at Gugulethu SAPS the very same day and a case number was sent with the claim paper work, would like to know why is their a delay in responding as the last time I had spoken to a consultant at your side the claim seemed not to be logged either.

FinChoice South Africa loan

I had a loan with finchoice last year which I settled within six months, before agreed term, to my surprise this year I was called by finchoice consultants saying my account is in arrears but how since I I know I have settled it last year? When I called the accounts department and customer service they kept on promising me that the issue will be resolved but it wasn't, until I decided to resettle again these interests they said I owe. Each time I request for settlement letter they kept on saying they are sending it but they never did. I spoke to different consultants keeping on promising the same thing in sending me settlement letter which I never received. Today I got a message again saying I'm owing finchoice. How do I owe a company more Than one one the loan I repaid last year already on. Please resolve this issue and if failure to do so I will take legal actions against finchoice. I'm furious about finchoice loans and their service

My name is Urbania and my ID number is [protected]. I have a huge complaint a d problem with finchoice loans. Last year I took a loan with finchoice which I settled within six months and requested for a settlement letter which I didn't receive. This year I got calls and messages that I'm owing and account is in arrears but I don't knw how and when I asked the consultants they kept on saying they will resolve it, but the money kept accumulating interests which I ended up paying and resetting the loan again. Today I got the message again that I owe finchoice, this is day light robbery because I settled the account twice and they kept failing to give me settlement letters. Please help me to resolve this issue

FinChoice South Africa cancellation of loan

I am very dissatisfied by the service received from Finchoice. This is really a rip off that clients are not given an option to cancel their loan applications before the pay-out is done. I am not happy that I do not have a right as a consumer to cancel an application as I no longer have a need for the loan. I know that I agree to the conditions of the loan and that I am responsible for payment, but as a consumer I should have the right to cancel the application. I need urgent assistance and feedback on this matter

FinChoice South Africa payout letter requested from 2017

I Was handed over for collection in 2017 by Finchoice to Shapiro Sheik which is one of their debt collector, and I was given a settlement discount to pay up the Loan, I have paid the Amount of R14.975.00 as that was the Amount that was requested after the discount as I have told them to please send me the Balance for everything that I owe at Finchoice as I was in the process of buying a House but because they Blacklisted me I couldn't qualify, did the payment on the 03rd of May 2017 send the proof of payment I requested the pay out letter for me to at least have a proof that I have paid them, the lady that I spoke to at Finchoice promised to send it even today still nothing, after few month I received Emails and Phone calls from VVM and Hammondpole requesting the payment of R2300 which I didn't know what was that for when I called Fichoice they told me I don't owe them they can see the payment on their Books I requested again pay out letter and still nothing after few months I received call and Emails again that I owe them 300 I asked what was that for and they say it was for the loan that was outstanding out of desperation because I want my name to be cleared so that I can qualify for a House I paid and send proof of payment, after all the payments I did still no pay out letter, Emails and calls from different debt collectors requesting payment
if you can please assist in getting a pay out letter for both the Account and remove my name from ITC its been 1 year know and they cant send me the pay out letter and clear my name please assist, I cant buy a House because of this

FinChoice South Africa loan

I have contacted Finchoice for a settlement in October 2017. I then received a call to inform me that I still owe R1500. I informed the consultant that I have lost my job and that I will pay the outstanding as soon as I receive my outstanding money. I also requested not to offer the debit order as this will encure more costs for me as I have no funds in the account. On record they confirmed cancellation of debit order. Needless to say the debit order run every week until the amount owed om my current account exceeds R5000. I then started to get the harassment calls from Creditworx. In the meantime I contacted Finchoice several times with the same issues, again confirmed the cancellation. I receive funds and out of goodwill paid the amount of R1500.00. Further had to pay for all the debit orders which was returned. I have contacted Finchoice to resolve and they are just passing the buck.

I am a respected and valued customer with finchoise.
However I have a sincere complaint regarding the following:
I settled my account on 25 April 2018.
This does not appear on your system.
I have communicated via cellular and e-mails.
All the agents spoken to does not react to my concerns and dissatisfaction.
I am adoment that a reputable representative contact me immidiately to resolve this issue.

FinChoice South Africa kwik advance

I applied for a kwik advance loan last week Thursday, I was approved right away and recieved a text saying the money would be in my account shortly. I didn't recieve my money until Monday night at 10pm. I called a few times to find out what was going on and got very misleading information. I was told the money would be released to my account momentarily on Friday then again on Saturday. By Monday, I called repeatedly but got no reply. I will never use this service again
