FIDO — customer service and credit department
My name is Serguei Serdiouk. My opinion about Fido is completely horrible. Company irresponsible. I pay my phone bill automatically from the bank account. First of August 2019 they send negative credit report to credit report website. I spent 1 hour on phone call to clear situation. Credit department doesn't gave me any clear answer and later disconnected phone call.
Please think twice if do you still have good credit history, Fido will destroy in near future.

I already spent one hour on phone conversation, even doesn't get any apologize. Problem was made by Fido and doesn't solved.
