Festivarewards.com review: Worthless! 1

I paid $1600.00 down on a timeshare, and due to my challenged credit I needed to put another $1200.00 down. They were very nice about it, and gave me a month to pay the additonal $1200.00. During that month I was hospitalized, and had an illness that was going to keep me out of work for at least 90 days. I figured I would lose the $1600.00 I had already paid, because I just wasn't going to be able to afford to purchase because of being unemployed. Well, they were so nice, and told me they didn't want me to lose what I had already paid, so they suggested I put that money toward their Festiva Voyages Travel Club, and I would only have to pay an additional $50.00 per month.

I had not other choice, because I had already paid the $1600.00, but I want to warn anyone else that is thinking about joining this travel club, DON'T! It is worthless! The $49.00 dollar weeks are not available, the customer service rep told me they only have one or two of each of them, and those are probably gone within the first day. I won't mention any names, nor will I publish this salesman's cell phone number for all of you that are having the same problems, but I would really like to. He told me they bought up blocks of rooms, and whn they didn't sell they put them out for their members, well...I've tried to book for two weeks now, and NOTHING is available! Someone should stop this type of business. I don't know how they get away with it.
