Yes I am writing regarding my order I bought a case of gobstoppers off of Amazon on November 23rd 2022 I have my order number but I will reply if needed I was short I had all the boxes but I only had like 5 gobstoppers in a few boxes and they are all purple I would like my box of gobstoppers and the different colors then what I have replace I do have pictures if I need to show them.. I was taking care of my wife due to a severe illness and was unable to do anything with them until we were home this weekend 1 28 2023 and found out just what I have please I would like to have them replaced

I bought Lemonheads created by this company on 05/14/2022 at a Superlo in Memphis TN and they very distasteful and stuck together in the box which made them taste even worse. The candy was so stuck in the box I could bearly eat any of them. The best by date even said they were good so I felt I was cheated out of my money buying this product. They where so bad I found my spitting them out.

On the 23rd of April I bought a box of nerds as I normally do, I live in worksop Nottingham shire UK, went into a abc shop on carlton Rd, when I opened it to give my niece some I was shocked to find a piece of plastic, it was a good thing I saw it, I would much be grateful to get a packet back for my nieces please, as I've never had a problem before an I've been buying them for years. thankyou for hearing my letter, Joanne Rutledge.

Sent an email complaint to Ferrara Candy Company regarding product quality of a box or their candy. NO response or even an acknowledgment of receipt. Would like an explanation from them at the very least. I had a problem with this product several years ago and they did get back with me. New owners? No quality control? Going out of business? Really!

We purchased the jelly beans the tiny ones are my favorite! But when we started to eat them we found a piece of plastic inside of one of the jelly beans picture are attached . My husband had it in his mouth so it does look yucky! But please be aware of this the number on the back are also in pic! I bought the Maple Nut Goodies product on October 22, 2018 at Walgrens, Cordova TN. The candy was so hard I had to throw away. Have not bought this in a long time but it is one of my favorites. Teresa Aeschliman, 1954 Mt BAdon Lane, Cordova TN 38016.

Brach's Maple nut goodies Best Buy 10 - 19 - 2018. I purchased a bag of maple nut goodies that were unsatisfactory. The coating was not shiny and hard and the filling was stale and hard not chewy. The freshness guarantee on the bag said to contact the company rather than return to the store of purchase. I'm sure brach's stands behind the quality of their products and guarantees satisfaction to the consumer. I would appreciate a replacement of this product.

I purchased a bag of this candy today and it was like trying to eat rocks just wondering what the deal is here I have gotten these candies often over the years you might consider fixing this product before someone sues the company for dental work I almost broke a couple teeth not knowing they were rocks instead of candy I use to buy if you can contact me and let me know what changed with this candy I would appriciate it

I have purchased Maple Nut Goodies for years. It was one of my favorite candies.During the last six months I tried three different stores because I thought I was getting stale candy. But now I just gave up, I didn't want to keep wasting my money. The candy was just horribly hard, not the chewy kind I always enjoyed.The very last bag I bought actually scared me. The coating was not smooth as in the past, it was scaly and lumpy. That's when I decided to finally give up. That bag had a Best by date of 12/18/2017 and the number was 7C20BB182.It's very sad, that such a great product has been so badly compromised. I hope that other staple candies aren't going to be changed.Why fix something that isn't broken?

Hello my name is Fernando Gonzalez and I am a really big fan of you and your candy corn products I've been buying them for many many years now. On the day of 10/19/2017 I had purchest a 3lb. party mix bag of candy corn and pumpkin mix and was very upset and disappointed to find only 5 yup that's rite 5 pumpkins in the entire 3lb. Bag, I am and will still continue to be a loyal customer I figured cause I love your candy so much, I would write to you to let you know to see if there's a way to fix this so it doesn't happen to someone else thank you for your time and understanding.

My sister and I always share a bag of these candies when we get together. I purchased this bag at Walgreens in Baldwinsville NY about 1 week ago. The candy was the opposite of what it should be. The maple coating was soft like frosting and the centers were as hard as rock. the sku is [protected]. Bag size 7oz. The other number is 7C13B183. Best by 12/11/17. They were inedible. This has long been my mother's candy of choice. I found some the other day after not bring able to find them for a while. I don't know what was done to the recipe, but the changes were not for the better. These were horrid, tasted nothing like they used to! I am so sorry I threw them away instead of sending them back! Looks like we'll be looking for another sweet for my 92 year old mother!
