FedEx fedex driver attitude

My name is Susan Bolin,

I am a Services Coordinator at Windsor Court Apartments, located at 305 E. Windsor Court Rd., Arkansas City Ks. 67005

Today, September 27th, 2019, at 12:30 p.m., while working at my desk, a Fed-Ex Driver appeared at my door, and told me that he had a delivery on his truck, and asked if this was 305 Windsor Road.

I advised him that it was, and asked him if he knew the Apartment number he was delivering to, or the name of the Resident.

He said, yes, and gave me the name of the Customer (Steve Graham) and the Apartment number (702).

He then said " I've got a lift on my truck that weighs 260 lbs., and I'm not getting it off the Truck, so you better find somebody to help you get it, because I'm not!"

I told him " Ok, first of all, I didn't know what you were delivering, how much it weighs, or what your policies are for delivering items, there's no need for that attitude.. I'm here to work with you, not against you, and it would help if you came in here, nicely, asking for help, rather than coming in with a negative demanding attitude."

I then advised I was the Services Coordinator, that I provide Social Services, and that the Property Manager was out for lunch, but that I would contact her regarding the delivery. I invited him to have a seat in the lobby outside my door.
I called the Property Mgr., and advised her that a Fed-Ex Driver was here, that he had a delivery for one of the Residents, which he said he would not get off the truck and that it was up to me to get someone to help me, and get it off the Truck.
I asked the Delivery Driver if what I had just said on the phone was correct.
He stated that " Well.. I'll help..some, - if I have to".
The Property Manager advised this was not something Staff can do, due to potential issues, if the item were damaged in transit, or her Staff were injured.
She asked what kind of equipment the Fed-Ex Driver had to unload the item.
I advised he had none, and reiterated what the Driver said about not getting the delivery off the Truck, but rather that I had to do so.
I got off the phone with the Prop. Mgr., and advised the Driver that he might want to go and talk with the Resident about the delivery, and maybe reach out to his Supervisor about the policies of delivery, to see if he (Spvsr) had any suggestions.
The Driver sat there for a moment, got up, and said " I don't think so!" He then walked out the door.

I am filing this complaint based on his Unprofessional attitude, his reluctance to perform his job, and trying to push it off on me, expecting a total strange (me) to take delivery of an item that wasn't meant for me, but rather a Resident who lives in my building, (he was aware the item was meant for a Resident who lives here, and not for me, in the Office). He had the Resident's name and Apartment number, and declined to perform his duties.
He was rude, belligerent, and demanding.
Please advise as to the action that will be taken, in order to prevent a re-currence of these issues.

FedEx fedex package delivered to wrong location - a different country

We placed a federal express envelope into a drop off box on Sept. 12, 2019, to be delivered to its destination on Sept. 13, 2019. Another individual also placed a federal express envelope on the same day and same place. our shipping labels were switched. My package with her shipping label WAS DELIVERED TO GERMANY! Her package was sent to my intended recipient in Raleigh, NC. I have called for the past two weeks to ask that my package be retrieved. There have been no updates unless I call, and no success with the only time they went out there to retrieve the package. My package contains a large amount of checks that were supposed to be delivered to my accounting department. This affects my customers and my revenue. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT I RECEIVE THESE CHECKS! Each time I call, I feel as if I am running into a brick wall...NOTHING.

FedEx package delivery

My package wasn't delivered at my front door as they claim on the walmart site they put it on top of my mailbox and my neighbor just happen too see it brought it up to my house I don't go get mail everyday since I no longer work I don't appreciate them handling my package like that it cold have gotten stolen are number of things could have happen to it Pam creek 205 Arthur Irvine lane spring city, tn 37381 is where the package was delivered

FedEx delivery

Tracking #[protected] 24Sept19 delivered large box that I could not handle. The driver had the large box on a cart and wheeled it to my front door. I asked if he could put the large box inside and he said NO! I asked him how am I suppose to get it inside my house? It was already on the cart, but he laughed and said that's not my job. I could not believe what he was telling me. I guess the customer does not come first! What happen to your hiring practices?

The driver said he tried to deliver the package 3 times but only left a sticker once and we were home the entire time the following 2 days when they said the tried again- fedex lies.
Their people lie and I will not use them again. I will be switching all of my companies shipments to UPS as well.
Don't lie to me and then tell me it's my fault...it's YOUR fault and you are lying a-holes- period.

FedEx dangerous driving by fedex truck

FedEx Truck with License P19684 swerved into my left lane as I was close behind - I had to brake drastically to avoid a collision. I hooted at him as I passed - he hooted back and gave a rude finger sign. He was exceeding the speed limit as well. A rude boorish driver! I followed behind, moved into the right lane and slowed down to take this photo.

FedEx drivers

Your drivers drive WAY TOO FAST in subdivision s. They already killed a neighbors dog just 2 summers ago. Please tell your driver to slow it down! I know they have trackers so you all know. This is really just ridiculous... putting people, kids and animals in harm's way. SLOW IT DOWN!

This compliant is coming from branson missouri . Route that includes Eagle rock Rd. Your driver was just through here about 10 minutes ago. Again, SLOW IT DOWN!

the package was not delivered to 16295 hardwick mountain drive
gordonsville va 22942 if the package came back to the warehouse I will come pick up.
I have already filed a formal complaint case# [protected] I have already filed with the better business bureua.
I was told the package was placed in my mail box we have video cameras that alert us when someone is at the house.
no alert came through also reviewed from 9/1/19 forward and again no footage of any driver.
this is so sad and unacceptable

FedEx unsafe delivery driver

On sept 6th 2019 at 1:20 pm I finally was able to catch the plate # of the Fed ex driver on our street. He has been hailed down many times for doing excessive speeding on our rural lane. Driver doing 50 to 60 miles an hour between posted " Watch children Signs" is not acceptable to the families on this road. The plate number on said vechicle
is West Virginia NRV 680. Please submit to our local Fed Ex office. A few neighbors were outside when we heard him flying down the hill towards us.. as our children normally ride their bikes after school we walked up to the road to flag him down and ask that he please slow down. He slid to a stop rolled, down his window and said whats the problem. My husband ask" if he couldnt slow down a bit ...and was he in a hurry". His rude reply was " Yes I am, as he rolled his window up while speeding away" Please ask this particular driver. to follow the laws and slow down. This particular driver is a hazard to us residents and our children. Accidents do happen and until now we have been lucky.. I felt the need to report him and have on record, In case he continues to act in this irresponsible manner and one of our children are hurt by his actions . Please address this matter with the necessary people in our area to slow him down. Thank You

FedEx horrible service, no communication/feedback from local offices

I ordered several things from Walmart and they were delivered by Fedex, following tracking numbers. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I waited 3 days for the delivery and each time the driver provided an excuse and never showed. First he said the address was wrong, it was not, then he said he could not scan the barcode.
I work Mon thru Friday from 8AM until 5 PM. I have asked my sister favors for the past 3 days to be at my house in which she remained there from 8 AM until 8 PM and Fedex has never showed up. I have called the Fedex customer service line a minimum of 10 times in which I have received any resolve. Every time I call they go thru the entire history and offer me solution.

Finally today, I was optimistic about receiving my packages and only to receive an alert saying my packages were rescheduled for tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated and absolutely disappointed in this level of service from Fedex. In the past I have heard great things about Fedex which makes this entire situation even more troubling.

I would like to request a complete refund of my packages and I need my packages delivered today Thursday 9/5/19. I have no one else I can ask to go and wait in the Fedex truck.

Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.

FedEx jordan hagen, operations manager, fedex ground, greater salt lake area

FIRE Jordan Hagen IMMEDIATELY! There is something wrong with your company if you allow this type of person to continue working for you! Read the following:
WEST VALLEY CITY — Police arrested a man they say tortured and killed kittens and then told officers he would probably do it again.
Jordan Hagen, 27, of West Valley City, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of three felony counts of torture of a companion animal.
On Monday, Hagen's roommate called police to report "the suspect had violently killed his cats, " according to a Salt Lake County Jail report.
When questioned by officers, Hagen told them that "he had been strangling his kittens and told his roommate that he needed to get rid of them for their safety, " the report states.
Hagen said he "got angry" at one of the kittens and "beat it to death, " then "used the body of the dead kitten to beat the other kitten into paralysis, " according to the report.
The second kitten, while close to death, was put in a box and left to die either from its injuries or starvation, the report states.
"Suspect openly admitted to his actions and claimed that he has done it before and may do it again, " according to the report.

FedEx Delivery

We watched a fed ex van driving slowly by as if lost. He passed our house, did a u turn in the intersection, and stopped in front of the house next door. He got out and tossed a package on the ground, then drove away. My husband walked over to check and the package was for me. I was on the porch when he turned around but he didn't see me.

FedEx driver speeding in a residential with children present

We have enough accidents on this block. But apparently FedEx doesn't have to follow the rules. I don't know why it surprised me, but when I heard a vehicle speeding up I was surprised to look up and see a FedEx truck barreling through the intersection with absolutely no regard to the small children nearby. We are a half a block from an elementary school, there are small children that play in this area year round. He was going too fast to even get a truck or license plate number. Not that I think the corporate office would do a darn thing about it even if I did.

FedEx delivery

Fed Ex is the most offfensive company. It is very difficult to get to agent and the automated help is absolutely worthless.
They really make it VERY difficult for person getting a package. If requies a signiture you can wait around all day and then still miss drive either he never made delivery attempt or hardly knoked on door or gave time for you to get to door. So mary times they have said final delivery attempt and this is only door tag ever received and you have to take your time to drive to Greenbille to pick up after you had already paid an excessive amount for shipping. If they could get act together missed deliveries and incidents like this would be less frequent. I would urge any seller if they want a happy buyer DO NOT USE FED EX.

Also, My house has a porch on the front and rather than bothering to put at door or under prch the leave right at edge of porch where fully visible and where it will get rained on. A little more effort would be appreciated. I do not know what kind of training and what sort of people are hired by Fed Ex but something is lacking somewhere.

FedEx on july 16, 2019 in office building fedex form

On July 16, 2019 I obtained Fed Ex packaging from Fed Ex Box located at 225 Hwy 35 N, Red Bank, NJ 07701 I filled out form for delivery next day. On US Air Bill Fed Ex Tracking # [protected] I filled out all information and in #7 of form my Visa information. I received a telephone call in the afternoon from Fed Ex Eatontown, NJ stating my letter wasn't delivered. This was important to be delivered first thing on July 17, 2019 to neurosurgeon. When I asked why, someone didn't call me sooner no explanation. I was told the Fed Ex Form was outdated! How would I ever have known that.

I called a Courier service and the cost $171.93. I have called Fed Ex Customer Service 4 times. I have submitted receipts and copy of out dated Fed Ex Form 4 times with no response.

Now what?

FedEx International Delivery tracking [protected]

My son is student in Germany, and his cell phone got stolen on 8/11. I shipped a new I Phone 10R and it was supposed to be delivered on 8/14/19. When shipping, I was not told to include the invoice in the box. Shippment got stuck in Germany since they did not know the value of the phone (which you can google). I sent them a phone invoice on 8/14/19 and continue to send it 5 more times to de-import@fedex.com and every time I send an invoice, next day I get a message from same person asking for an invoice again. This is ridicilous, my son is without way of communicating with us, school, and friends, no way for him to bank, use transportation...e.t.c. I am very dissapointed with Fed Ex.

FedEx please stop using fedex delivery service

FedEx was suppose to deliver my mattress today but instead of them making the delivery they lies and stated that I wasn't at home and that they left a door tag. When in fact I was at home and I never received the door tag showing that they attempted to make the delivery. I took off work today just so I can get my mattress and FedEx flat out lied.
Due to this HORRIBLE experience I will NEVER again purchase from Mattress Firm if they continue to use FedEx as there delivery service! I will also go out of my way to be sure everyone & anyone I come in contact with is made aware of this HORRIBLE experience AND poor customer service received from FedEx & Mattress Firm! I am a VERY Unhappy Customer!

FedEx delivery/customer service.

Package tracking number 788722618087 was due to be delivered today. I worked from
home to wait on package. Also signed up for updates via email. The driver did not ring bell, left tag on door DT105261298522 and did not update system so received no notices of changed status. Twenty minutes on phone with customer service rep and advocate yielded nothing more than a message left with dispatcher.

Waste of a day, waste of money. No package, indifferent attitude.

What could possible be the rationale for not buzzing? Additionally our building has a package room which driver didn't bother to visit and drop off envelop.

FedEx ignorant racist action by manager, sorry to say

I am a retired disabled attorney. I speak Spanish and volunteer to help Latinos. This rning around 10:30 a.m., I met with a Latino at the Work Station inside the FED EX OFFICE at 444 N. Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, Ca 92832. A Caucasian man was sitting near by when I spoke Spanish to an immigration applicant who needed to change his address and make copies. The Caucasian man was sitting at the work station filling out a puzzle and not using Fed Ex services. He got up and complained to the manager that I was "doing business" at the Work Station. The manager came over and asked me to leave. I had already made approximately 111 copies ( receipts on my credit card), so I was using their services. A witness heard her say, "pack up your things and leave". I finished what I was doing and then attempted in a calm voice in front of the security to explain to the manager that many Latinos do not have credit cards and need assistance. Every time I have sent a Latino to the counter, the fed ex staff sent them to the self-service copiers and they could not use them, so I became accustomed to helping them make copies on my credit card. I spend money in this Fed EX office 2-3 times per week helping Latinos as a volunteer. I tried to talk to the manager before leaving and in front of the security guard, she said she would call the police if I tried to help Latinos again with their immigration paperwork. Prior to this, the security guard always greeted me in a friendly manner and pointed out any Latinos who were asking for help. The manager obviously did not want Latino business even though she is Latina. My experience has been that many recent immigrants hate new arrivals. I explained that I am disabled and cannot go to coffee shops to meet people...and the purpose to meet there is to make copies. That's when she threatened to call the police if I ever returned. The manager complained that Latinos were calling to get the address and that was disruptive...I thought they wanted people to find their office so they could make copies! I am appalled by this treatment. Fed ex has set up work stations to do paperwork and make copies. They allow homeless people to charge their phones in the same area, but I was kicked out for helping Latinos because a white guy complained. I want to continue using my vast knowledge to help people. I spend 20 hours per day in bed and like to use my mind productively. I have a heart condition, drop foot that keeps me from walking fully, bleeding ulcers that could kill me from the blood thinners I take for my heart, diabetes, bulging disks in my back that are always painful and make it difficult to walk. I enjoy 3-4 hours per week helping others. This is my resume:

Judith Marty, Human Rights Attorney

Judith Marty is an attorney and former INS supervisory asylum officer. For six years, she supervised and trained asylum officers on how to adjudicate asylum cases. Ms. Marty worked on high profile projects while working for the U.S. Asylum Corps.
She worked on a project in the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) Commissioner's Office of Congressional Relations in DC. She answeredcomplex and controversial matters, and was the liaison with Heads of INS operations and the INS Public Relations Office to properly inform Senators and Representatives about official INS policies or how to resolve problem cases.
She also participated in a quality assurance project for the Office of International Affairs, Washington, DC to develop and implement a review standard for credible fear decisions pursuant to changes in U.S. immigration law. The process developed was under the scrutiny of the General Accounting Office and the NGO community.
From 1996 to 1999, she trained asylum officers in international law, federal immigration law, intercultural communication, how to interview victims of torture, decision writing, and implementation of juvenile detention procedures at their Asylum Officer Basic Training Course at FLETC. She was also responsible for developing a weekly training program for asylum officers at the Los Angeles Asylum Office for 3 years. She organized training on complex issues such as posttraumatic stress syndrome and sensitive issues such as homosexuality to assist asylum officers making difficult decisions about persecution.
Ms. Marty is trained in drug abuse and sexual abuse counseling. She counseled minors in one of the first treatment programs for juvenile sex offenders from 1977 to 1984. She worked with abused children ages 12 to 18 and counseled them and their families to determine if they could safely be integrated back into their family. She is specially trained by the Center for Victims of Torture, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Bellevue Hospital, New York, New York in how to recognize post-traumatic stress disorder during interviews to attain information to establish legal criteria. She was certified by the INS as a trainer for the Flores v. Reno settlement agreement regarding how to properly detain juveniles in INS facilities.
Prior to working for the INS, she worked for two years with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Hong Kong. Her duties as Deputy Field Officer for 5 months were to liaise with consulates, non-governmental organizations, the refugees, and the Hong Kong government to resolve any disputes or issues arising in a refugee camp setting. This included human rights monitoring, compliance with international detention requirements, and organizing the day-to-day activities for food, water and shelter. For another 19 months, she interviewed unaccompanied minors and advised the Hong Kong government about their refugee status and durable solution. This involved the application of complex international law and the consideration of foreign policy issues.
She asist the diabled, elderly, HIV-positive, and poor populations in California to attain citizenship so they can become full productive members of society.

She retired in 2017 for medical reasons.

FedEx do not use fedex ever!

I have been in business for 22 years. Fedex ground and freight have serviced my business for 22 years and they are horrible. They are never allowed onto my property again. Their employees are rude and jerks!
They do not know anything about customer service!

They destroy or lose shipments and refuse to pay for the damage they cause!
I received a pallet, 775703084605, they crushed 2 packages, totally crushed them. It was obvious a heavier pallet had been set on top of my pallet and destroyed my order. The driver had us make notations of the damage and refused the damaged material, only to get a letter of legal notice stating we will be charged a storage fee for the damaged material they damaged? Rita kennedy, 251-443-5284 is beyond rude and needs to be written up or retrained on how to deal with customers! Theni called the complaint toll free number to file a complaint only to have that employee also be beyond rude. (did not give his name even) enough. Everyone on here complaining about how awful they are needs to start a petition boycotting fedex!
