FedEx fedex ground delivery service

Of Course!

Today 10/8/2019 a delivery was made to the neighbor's apartment. I was not my locaiton but I know FedEx contains in and on its website other options if/when delivery attempts fails!

Why the FedEx employee decided on his/her own to take all life blood liberty and pursuit out of my own hand and deliver elsewhere is beyond myself and the seriousness of my legal business!

FedEx is playing games with persons and people's life blood business and I don't like or love it! Its not the first time and its very upsetting! FedEx is no USPS! USPS is no FedEx! See you all in court!

FedEx no refund for late delivery

Two packages shipped identical methods from and to same locations five days apart. Both leave Indianapolis at same time and both are on delivery truck at the same time on their respective delivery dates. The first is delivered late. FedEx denied refund because of "a weather delay in Indianapolis." Local Sr District Manager will not assist in getting credit. Shameful! "Late = Free" = BS.

FedEx ground shipment to my home

11/4/19 - received email that my package would be delivered that day.
11/5/19 - received email that my package would be delivered that day. When it was not by 8pm I contacted customer service. I was advised that the package should have been delivered and was indeed late and that the rep would send an escalation to the facility to see if the shipment could be made first thing the next morning.
11/6/19 - received email that my package would be delivered that day. I called at 9:30am because shipment had not arrived and I wanted to inquire about the request to have it delivered early in the day as opposed to later. Rep advised that package would be delivered by 8pm and that she could not guarantee a time. Called back into customer service at 7:50pm because package had still not been delivered and now the website showed that it had been returned to the East St Louis facility. Rep advised that it was back at the facility but could not tell me why and advised it was scheduled to be delivered the next day. He advised I should call at 8am and ask them to call the manager of the facility to ensure it would be delivered.
11/7/19 - received email that my package would be delivered that day. I called at 8am as instructed and was told that the systems were down at the facility and they could not provide any information but that the manager from the facility would call me back. No callback received, so I called in again. I was advised again that my shipment would be received today before 6pm but that no guarantees could be made thatif it didn't show up it would come tomorrow. This is just not good enough. No one would put me in touch with anyone who could help or shed any light on the issue. The delay in shipments and false information received daily caused me to have to spend $42 additional dollars at almost 9pm at night to replace the shipment that has still not arrived. I would like someone to speak to who can explain what happened and why. I would also like reimbursement for the additional money spent. I will be receiving this shipment on a regular basis and it is a necessity so I need to be sure that this is not going to be an ongoing issue. Tracking number [protected], claim number [protected]. FedEx consignment delivery

I am Robert Michel Makatuuk from Indonesia, Passport No.X145338.
Some Someone named Pator Johnson David - Staff ID No.28038IJB2015 - from Fedex Benin.
He called me this morning and reported to me that he brought a package shipment for me, and at the moment the package is still stuck at Kemayoran International Airport in Jakarta, and he asked me to pay a Clearance Charge of $ .300.
My question is, is he really a Fedex Benin staff member and is this package really for me? And who sent it?
Explanation please.

FedEx ground delivery

Hello, we received a shipment today TRK #[protected] that contained 3 boxes.

The driver backed up into our handicap parking spot, opened the back doors on the van and simply "dumped" our boxes on the ground approx. 8 feet from our front door and left.

The box that was damaged contained 10 reems of copy paper. I don't need to file a claim, I believe most of, or at least 9.5 of the reems should be usable - I just wanted someone to know "how" it was delivered.

I have never experienced service quite like that from FedEx. To just dump the boxes on the ground outside (in an area not covered) and just leave. No nothing?

FedEx passport services

I am referring to my first claim passed this morning.

after multiple attempts I was able to reach the person in charge of the passport service. the person speaks in a non-professional way gave me the number of another colleague (who holds my passport).

this person told me that he will not bring me back my passport because he is not in charge of my area!

if that's the case why my passport is within this person!

he says that he is a far away and if I want to have my passport today, I have to wait until the end of the day and I also have to move and meet him to get it back.

this is unacceptable that I pay money to wait 3 more days and move myself to get it back.

I leave you to take the disciplinary measures necessary to put an end to this amateurism.

I contracted Fedex for the delivery of my passeprot after a deposit with BLS (Visa Application Center of Spain) I received an SMS from Visa Application Center on Thursday, October 31, 2019 by which they informed me that my passport was given to FEDEX.

so far no contact from FEDEX.

in addition I called FEDEX and no one answers !

I kindly ask you to review the quality of this service which I am not the only one to complain of.

I could not recommend Fed Ex for Passport issuance. I paid a lot of money for a new passport. I still had to got to the Post Office to have everything checked and even the man at the Post Office told me I should go through my Congressman that I was paying a lot of money for not extra service.

Silly my, I stayed with Fed Ex because I had already booked them.

I was told that I would have the passport returned by June 9. June 9 was a Friday and I did receive an email from govWorks telling me that everything was being processed.

I waited until June 12 (Monday) and heard nothing. I called govWorks - waited form 35 minutes - an talked to a person who told me that I needed to talk with someone at the facility near the passport office. She took all my information and told me that person would call me.

NOTHING

Now I am getting nervous about getting the passport in time for the trip.

June 13 (Tuesday) called again. This time the man told me that they were working on it - he supposedly contacted them - and it was still in the government office.

June 13 - 10 minutes later - I received the passport.

2 and 3 days later - received a call from the person who was suppose to call me on June 9. telling me to call him back to talk about the passport. I did not.

June 28 - today. I am back from my international trip. Received an email telling me that "Your final documents are shipping."

This is horrible service and I believe that Fed Ex owes me a refund of sorts.

FedEx delivery service

I bought my daughter a Christmas present from Walmart. After paying for the item I noticed signature required to deliver. On Friday 10/25/19 DT742446074504 was left on my door. I work and can't be home to sign for package. I went online and changed address to my office. I also added updates to my phone so I would know when it would be delivered. Did not come to my office and no updates. Wednesday evening I attempted to contact at local warehouse Punta Gorda no package. I just called again to try and hold my package. I live in Port Charlotte and I was told my package could be picked up in Ft. Myers 45 minutes away. We have a warehouse in Punta Gorda. All items have always gone there. I was not able to change delivery address to office, told to contact shipper. Then told shipper not Walmart they are only the seller, I have no info for the shipper. I do not understand why my package can not be left at the local FEDX warehouse location that I have picked up at for years. This is the one and only time this has ever happened. I had another item shipped by UPS this week and it required signature. Left at the local office for pick up. Why back to another county, when you have a facility here? I wont be able to get my daughters present.

FedEx a b&w print job that I was charged color - kinkos cda

Hi,
I submitted an order online yesterday for 20 copies of a simple liability waiver for my yoga class. I had to reformat the file twice and talked to a guy there multiple times and even emailed the request for 20 cheap b&w copies. I head to kinkos to pick up before my class & he rings me up and I see the total to be $15.90 - I said this is almost a dollar per copy and I just wanted the cheapest b&w - he says sorry I can't modify anything you have to pay for the order and I said really? That's pretty messed up considering I talked via email order and on the phone and requested b&w considering it's all text no images. I am super upset. My order ID is *[protected] on my receipt. I literally wrote on my order with the file "I need 20 b&w copies". I specifically requested this and he couldn't assist in rectifying my customer satisfaction while in the store last nights. He was polite BUT he was not concerned with my issue in the least accually blaming me even though I communicated what I wanted exactly. I'v used kinkos a ton over the years of owning a studio and I'm so upset I may just have to use staples if we can't correct this with a refund for this headache!

Here is an image of my print job & my receipt. Again, I am very upset by this. Please help correct what a low paid hourly employee couldn't. I can send other images if needed. This was literally a copy job not a color print job.

FedEx fedex ground shipment

I had a delivery that needed a signature and I was not home at the time the delivery was attempted. A door ticket was left which is included in the photos attached. It was very confusing as to where I should pick up the item. There is some writing that I was not able to decipher written across the face of the ticket. But there is also an address stamped on there for a FedEx facility in Lake Wales. I could read that it was a Walgreens where I should pick up the item, but I assumed it was in Lake Wales. After getting off work at 5:00 pm, I drove 40 miles to the first Walgreens in Lake Wales. The package was not there and they said it might be at the one about 5 miles up the highway. I drove to that location and the item was not there. I was beginning to get upset because the item was an engagement ring that cost over $800. At the second Walgreens, the attendant helped me decipher the address on the ticket as an address in Sebring (not noted on the ticket) which is the town I drove from. We called to see if the item was there, which it was, and I admit I should have called the first 2 Walgreens that I went to, but again the assumption was that it was in Lake Wales. The location where the item was to be picked up is only a couple miles from where I live and if that would have been clear, I would not have ended up driving 80-90 miles round trip to the wrong location.
When I finally got back home and picked up the item, the box was partially crushed, as shown in the pictures attached. The item itself was not damaged, thankfully, but it shows the level of care given to packages shipped by your company.

FedEx fedex driver license # 2375zv1 or 23752v1

I was driving on highway 101 south near Chualar, CA. A FedEx truck pulled out right in front of me going about 5 miles an hour. Traffic Including myself was going about 55-60 miles an hour. The truck pulled into the right lane heading west at about 5 miles an hour and I had to slam on my breaks barely missing hitting him. He then turned left at the next street. I don't know if he didn't see me coming but he he should not be driving a FedEx truck.

FedEx delivery issues

On Oct 09, 2019, I had FEDEX door tag when I got home from work, so I called to reschedule delivery for when I would be home. I set up for delivery on 10/12/19, as I would be home all day DELIVERY NEVER ARRIVED ! On Sunday tracking updates showed undeliverable as address was incorrect ! Please advise how on 10/9/19, a door tag was left, but on 10/12/19 address was incorrect... A few weeks back FEDEX delivered a package to my neighbor instead of myself, and when I had trouble retrieving the package from neighbor, I called FEDEX and was told that's the address send gave them so they could do nothing about it. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH FEDEX DELIVERY !

FedEx deliveries

I have to wait 2 more days for my package. Which was a birthday gift who is now not going to get his present because yall made a promise and could hold your promise up. Why do we pay for shipping if we are going to our product and are told our package is on a truck out for delivery and then we are told we have to wait 2 mores days because the driver didnt deliver. This happens everytime I have to have fedex delivery something. Every state I've lived it this has happened. Can someone please give me an answer. I'm more disappointed.

FedEx driver delivered to wrong address

On 10/7/19 I ordered from HP.com with next business day delivery being 10/8/19 tracking # is [protected] for 2 Ink Cartridges that cost me $$ & time that were needed for project, that is now overdue due to I guess the driver delivering to wrong address. I do not have hard earned $$ to throw around on something I do not have that I paid for. When I did not recieve my shipment, I immediately tried to contact Fed Ex tracking dept. chat with online Customer Service person by the name of Ana C. & for some reason got cut off with the full conversation I was trying to have, kept giving me Error: You have concurrent queries! messages whenever I tried giving her the information asked of me. Then I called numerous times I got the run around and still getting the run around from the Case Investigators, they keep saying that they are waiting to hear back from report from driver? This whole situation is very aggravating, for this costly mistake on the Driver's behalf, so I'm asking will I get reimbursed for my Ink Cartridges? You can see the Price of each in the photo.

FedEx lost courier and no refund received so far;

I live in France and came down to Sril lanka(My mother counrty) to get done 2 IMPORTANT CERTIFICATES of mine and handed over to fedex Sri lanka (tele 011 5222200) to send to Canada, on the 20 Th August 2019. and I came back to Paris

Afrer 5 days received a call from fedex sri lanka from the mentioned number saying my courier is lost, and i was shocked and was lost my mind and coud not even think of what should I do next.
from that day up to date, since 7 WEEKS every day I have been calling fedex about my courier and finally I asked to refund my courier charges with a compensation for the lost

I had in a contact with very unprofessional staff members, firstly was contact with one Romano, always given wrong information, I was fed up with his responses and the way he handle customers and I asked him to get me contact of a superior and a responsible manager who can hand this matter.
I was told by him that there is no manager working at fedex regards to and didnt have a single minute to listen to me ;
after few weeks,
I have asked even ONE OF MY sri lankan friend to call fedex for this matter and he had called fedex 26 TIMES And FED UP AND he stopeed heping me...Romano was missing when I contact him and was told that he is no more working at fedex
secondly
got contact with one staff called Tharindu wanninayake who was very unprofessional too, have no custerme care at all

and contacted him soo many times and after few weeks finally he said there is a lost refund of RS 22 614.00 (Twenty two thousand six hundard fourteen Rupees)

Then I had to contact him every day untill last friday the 4 Th October to ask him take care of this matter and make sure untill Ireceive the refund.
His answers untill the 4 TH OCTOBER AS FOLLOWS

"No accountant to sign the cheque he is absent..."
fewdays after the answer was
" cheque is ready will send it to your sri lankan home address through fedex courier"
AGAIN AFTER FEW DAYS
"Courier delevary man's route is different, we have just one person to delevary all couriers, so madam you will receve it within 2 WEEKS four sure"
I told him that up to now I have spent a lot OF MONEY on calling from France to Sri lanka, so I cant call them every day and for him to call me from a official phone or a whts app

his answer was
"we have no officials phone to contact overseas clients, even I dont have a person phone number to give you, my phone is broken since few weeks"

I was fed up with his unprofessional responses
after I have mentioned to him to deposit that cheque in my sampath bank account in sri lanka and given my bank details.

Was waiting one week no respond, finally when I tried to call him he was hiding, not responding my phone calls when the operator transferred my calls.
finally I found him on the 4 Th October Last Friday and he said that its deposited in my account . then I asked him for the receipt to e mail me and sent him my e mail with a testing e mail then he cant say that my e mail address is wrong.
I RECEIVE NO RECEIPT, NOTHING up to now. he is missing when ever i call him
after
I informed my cousin sister who worked and left TNT some time back to help me for this matter.
EVEN FOR HER THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME THING
and asking my Bank details again from my cousin sister also to deposit the checque

So, according to Tharindu Wanninayake its deposited on the 4 th October
and
since yesterday I am in contact with a girl ...NARMADA asked my account details again
I am fed up of giving my bank details again and again and explaining my matter to your different staff members since 25 th AUGUST

Finally this girl NARMADA... promised me today 8 tH OCTOBER that she will follow up and make sure to deposit the cheque

And I am glad to mentioned that she was listing to my matter, treated me nicely and stated caring on my matter

But I am waiting until I get the money in my bank.

I am so stressed and disappointed of your fedex service and the unprofessional staff

I have wasted lot of my money to contact fedex for these period
I am so stressed and wasted my valuable time

I would like to mention you that I WAS WORKING as a customer Relations manageress for (Twelve) 12 years In Sri lanka and Maldives in the Hospitality industry .

I am shocked shame on your Fedex service sri lanka and your staff

Now I should pay for my flight again and come down to Sri Lanak to get done new certificates and send them to canada

I am still waiting at least your staff member get done this job

I will write on your website this matter and the stupid way I was treated by your fedex and the staff

FedEx tracking # [protected]

My package was picked up on 10/2 in North Carolina, but there has been no update since. I called on Saturday and was told an investigation was being opened and i would receive a call back by 5pm Saturday with an update. I did not receive a call. I called today and was told nothing had been done with the investigation because someone was out sick. Unfortunately i still do not have a package. I was surprised to hear that one person being out sick prevented anyone else from following up on the status of my package. FedEx makes it very difficult to contact anyone and seems to be set up to prevent anyone from getting a refund for lost packages. Very disappointing a delivery service cannot even track packages.

FedEx irritated fedex express driver

I live in Orland ca and one of your express drivers was going through town to the freeway and tried to pass multiple times on the right around a motorcycle on a 1 lane road. Then he was behind me where I made a mandatory stop at a stop sign that is at the base of an overpass to go over the freeway and when I came to a full stop he brakes and raised both hands in the air with a look on his face of disgust. Proceeded to narrowly take the on ramp of the freeway around my car. I had a wheelchair bound child in my vehicle I was afraid he would hit us causing damage as I was afraid for the motorcycles at in front of him earlier. This occurred at 12:32 pm orland ca license plate 91529A2, and drove with his lights flashing as though he was stopping the whole time. Do something about the safety of the drivers and those they interact with on the road!

FedEx claims

What good does it do to complain here when we got screwed over a claim they kept playing us for more pictures? All this time.. no one told us that there's time limit and I had to find a picture that was like or similar to what we had that got damage.. FedEx refused to be straight with us.. when it was their employee that shipped did not follow the Handle With Care that was all over the huge box. We just screwed over a shipping that costed us over $300 ... Sorry.. FedEx just truly failed to follow through!

FedEx delivery driver

We had a delivery at our home 300 W Hickory ST Rich hill, mo 64779 today 10/3/19, about 12:30 in the afternoon. Im sure the driver didn't expect anyone to be home.. however I watched him FLY BY our house about 40mph.. which we live on a dead end street only 3 houses on our road. If he would not have been flying by he would have seen our house the first time.. comes back.. passes the drive way a little so he can back in.. however he doesn't just back in.. he backs WAY to fast and doesn't stay on the drive way.. he went into the yard.. almost half of the truck was off of our drive way. So I meet him at the door.. he says how are you here you go. I said im good next time can you not drive so fast and in my yard thanks. HE COMPLETLY IGNORES ME.. doesn't apologize or anything just leaves.. and FLYS out of my drive way I guess to prove a point that he can do what he wants. Completely rude and un-professional.

FedEx international package was not delivered on time

I had a package sent from Waldorf, MD (USA) to Kyrgyzstan, and I has informed that the package would be delivered in 2-3 day. I sent the package Federal Express International Priority. I paid $496.95 and was billed twice (issue for another day) and the package was delivered in 10 days. The package went to the village and was returned back to Federal Express and had to be redelivered. I am asking for a FULL refund of $496.95. My daughter was stuck in a village without her luggage while her package was traveling around the globe. The fed ex tracking # was [protected]. I did not receive the level of customer service that I paid for. I if I had been informed that it would take 10 days instead of 2 days then I would have been better prepared to deal with the situation. However; this delay was a major inconvenience for me and my daughter (she's in the Peace Corps).
