FedEx package

I was supposed to get a package #[protected] delivered at the end of the day 12-9, then 12-10, then 12-11, then 12-12 because I am told the address is wrong.
I have ordered from Piping Rock Products for years and they never got the address wrong on my shipments. They also use FEDEX who always had the right address until now. WHY?! My guess is a 'still wet behind the ears' driver.
I have put in a request with the company ordered from, to not send my packages with FEDEX anymore! I will not order from any company who uses FedEx anymore.
Customer service is rude, inconsiderate, lied to me constantly about calling me about my package that I still haven't received.

FedEx my package at terminal and still there 48 hrs later and still waiting

was ship out on the 12/9/2019 was to be here at my house on 12/10/2019 as promised didn't arrive called customer service they said its here where im at and still at terminal 24 hrs later stating to them they told me it will be another 48hrs for them to get it to me and there 38min from my house asked them to talk to a supervisor they told me there not talking to customers because there to busy to and rep told me that it was loaded on truck but nothing after that this company is a joke for doing mail service i don't know how they stay in business well they lost mine not dealing with this headache any more with there [censored] lies they tell you about where your package is when i tracked it to a station 38 min from me and still waiting for it. reps are rude and seem not wanting to deal with you when you have a complaint.

FedEx delivery

I have had two packages left at the mailbox by the street. I do not live in a
neighborhood but I do live on a busy main road and my home is down hill from street, therefore I do not know when package is left. Today I was not
home and if my Daughter had not driven by my house, someone could have
very easily picked up package and taken it. I tried calling local facility in Braselton, Ga and was transferred to a phone that rang for 3 minutes and no one answered. I call corporate and she said to fill out request that all packages be dropped at front door of house. I do not know where to fill out this info. My address is 2663 Thompson Mill Rd Buford Ga 30519.

FedEx delivery services

We received a Fireplace TV stand delivered on 12/5/2019 with the glass broken. The replacement was delivered 12/15/2019 intact. Today, 12/11/19 Fedex arrived to pickup the returned merchandise. The delivery person (female) weighed approximately 110 lbs, and the TV stand 80 lbs or more. I have absolutely no complaints at all against our delivery person. She said she was accustomed to heavy packages, and as a matter of fact informed me she delivered the first TV stand to us. I understand now why the glass arrived broken. She said the dolly is broken, so I used our small flat dolly. As I helped her put the merchandise on the truck, I was shocked that the Fedex truck did not have a ramp to glide heavy merchandise. I'm about 30 lbs heavier that our delivery person, so two light weight ladies had to lift up the box and place on the truck. What if I was not at home? My recommendation to Fedex 1) Inform delivery personnel of all merchandise exceeding 80 lbs to ensure driver can lift; 2) ensure dolly functions properly; 3) equip all trucks with ramps. FedEx package past arrival date

I have never imagined customer service could be so poor. My tracking for an expensive and time sensitive purchase was supposed be delivered by the 7th, I have called customer support and have been lied to more than once when I was told that they were submitting work tickets to the station to look into my past due package. When I found out I had been lied to by customer service I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told a supervisor would available after 9 am. I called back after 9 am to be told I cant speak to a supervisor. I called back again and was told that supervisors are only able to look into medical emergency situations. I was given so much differing information and feel like no one in fedex took any accountability and couldn't help in the slightest even thought it's their job to ship the item and keep track of packages and not just blame the holiday season as it's something that happens every year. As a shipping company, I would expect them to be prepared for a annual busy season, and at least let someone speak to a supervisor when requesting if they have been lied to by customer support. I guess they can get away with literally taking no responsibility for not doing their job.

FedEx driver complaint

driver had dropped off our package at 1702 N. M43 Hwy Hastings Michigan about 1:30 pm and went to back up out of my driveway back onto the Hwy. now my driveway is not the best when wet do to it is part grass part dirt. but the driver apparently does not know how to back up a panel van (delivery truck) as he backed up he back onto my lawn which part of it is slightly on a hill and he back right down the hill as he tried to pull forward and the back tire started to slip. by time I got out to see what was going on he had the back driver side tire about 5 inch deep in mud. he could have called a tow truck but it would have made a bigger mess, so I got my SUV and pushed him out. the driver could have used better judgment when he seen the driveway was wet and a little muddy could have parked on the highway which is the last picture. I would like to know who is going to repair my yard. Thank you for your time Mr Ken Coulter

FedEx home delivery

Over the years vendors have used fedex to send items to my house and every time i go through a hassle. This last time is the straw that broke the camels back. This will the last time from now on I will ask how they are shipping if its fedex i will due what everything i have to get it shiped another way even if it cost more it will be worth it not to have to go through a hassle again.

FedEx ran over mailbox and left

Mr. Fedex driver backed out of our driveway and ran our mailbox over. He did not stop, come back and tell us. Nothing. Shannon in Michigan, the gal that contacted us after filing our complaint was VERY defensive and blew it off like nothing happened. She told us it would take a couple of days to get our complaint filed and we could then submit an invoice and try to get reimbursed.

FedEx delivery left in lobby of apartment building with no locked doors and unlimited visitors in and out all day and night

The package was brought to my apartment by a member of the maintenance staff. However, this is not the first time. A couple of weeks ago, I discovered two large boxes in the same lobby addressed to someone on the second floor that didn't even know they were there. Another resident and I took them to that resident's apartment. That person is bed ridden and would not ever have gotten the packages. Those boxes contained medical items for that resident! So sad, we can't get the packages delivered to each individual's apartment! What is the problem with FedX ? They have some really incompetent people delivering for them or they are overloaded with deliveries to the nth degree! I hope this company gets it's act in gear or it's going to have a lot of legal issues! Items can be stolen!

FedEx delivery service

I just had a package delivered that I ordered through Walmart. I am at work but my daughter was at home and seen the Fed Ex delivery man literally throw my package from the beginning of my carport to my door approx. 8-9 feet, really? It was a tv mount and was not damage but really just throw my pkg. instead of bringing to the door and ring bell like they are supposed to? Maybe he thought no one was home but what if it was something breakable? I think this is so rude. My name is Debra Lopez, my address is 1606 S Stuart St, Denver CO 80219, my tracking number is [protected]. My daughter was expecting a pkg too and was set up with treats for the delivery man but obviously this guy did not get any nor did he deserve any. Is that how he delivers all his pkgs? FedEx package

Yesterday FEDEX delivered a package to my home in Pavilion, NY. I saw the truck pull into my driveway and then witnessed the driver throw my package onto the porch and leave. It might have not been breakable but i guess it wouldn't have mattered if it had been. Is it too much effort to walk to my porch and ring the bell or knock. Being handicapped it takes me time to get to the door. Having a little common courtesy would have been nice.

FedEx driver was speeding in a closed neighborhood she was driving at least 40 in a 25 mph zone.

This neighborhood is a single entry neighbood The longest street is three blocks and the driver had just run a stopsign and accellerated to what she said was 30 mph. She nearly hit a dog and it could have been a 6 year old that lives in the location the insident occured. When I mentioned she was driving too fast due to the children her response was i did not see any childred and she slammed the door in my face. It seems to me that the elaborate complaint system that Fedex has is indicitive of a driver culture problem which included the disregard for the safety of others. This system in its self will be a factor in any major accident suit that occurs. The culture needs change. The vehicle number was 266-793 and I did not note that untill she slamed the door in my face refused to speak further with me and sped off.

FedEx a small package was never picked up today and it was scheduled already for pickup

I had a small package that was supposed to be picked up at my home today and Fedex didn't pick it up like they were supposed to! I already arranged it yesterday and when I called Customer Service, the representative said that there was no pickup scheduled, which is incorrect! My address is: 1773 W Dali Way, Hanford California, 93230 and it hasn't changed! So I am not happy about it and this is unacceptable! The package had been on my front porch since 8:00 this morning! Fedex needs to make sure that they have the right information and address and the one I just provided is the correct one, as I mentioned earlier! I have a pickup scheduled for Monday, Dec, 2, and the pickup number is: BCTA15. This package needs to be picked up by Monday! The tracking number is: [protected], if that helps and this was all arranged yesterday, not Wed 11/27! I hope this doesn't ever happen again! Fedex has picked up from this address before without any issues, so I don't understand why they didn't do it today! As I said, this is unacceptable! I hope they get it right on Monday!

FedEx massive delay by fedex liars

I shipped my package from the US to Madagascar where I am. Package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 26 November 2019, and today is Friday 29 November 2019. No package has arrived. I contacted FedEx in Madagascar and they tell me customs is holding it! I contacted the customs office (I have friends there because I taught English there). And they tell me FedEx has not yet attempted to clear my package. So basically my package is just sitting in the warehouse waiting to be cleared.

This is what happens when you build a brand and you let someone else represent you!

FedEx has built a strong brand, but unfortunately they get other companies to represent them in other countries. In Madagascar, FedEx is represented by a company called InterEx which does not care about the name FedEx. They are rude to customers, throw packages around in your face, and guess what! It's FedEx to blame, because who knows InterEx?

Bottom line: NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN

FedEx fedex truck driver running over and killing my dog and then not stopping.

My name is Lawrence Poell and my address is 915 County Road 5 Ashland, NE 68003. My e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com. On 11-7-19 at about 2:00 PM my dog got out of the yard and as I was chasing it, it ran out on the road. A Fed Ex truck was traveling fast down the road and didn't slow down even though I was on the road also. The driver ran over and killed my 11 month old labrador and missed me by around 5 or 6 feet. The driver did not stop ! At that time my neighbors were out and witnessed the entire event. Between my son and me we've called 6 or 7 times and finally a gentleman from the Lincoln, NE unit called and left a voicemail stating that no one there was responsible. I tried to call back but no one would answer. A Fed Ex truck maybe comes down this road once or twice a month so it can't be that hard to track down who did this . I know you all have tracking capabilities on your trucks so why not just have the individual come forward and apologize? What kind of a person would or could do something like this. Again I have 2 witnesses to verify the facts. I'm only one person but I will never again do business with your company again until that driver apologizes. I have also shared the sad story with many other people and most are in disbelief. My granddaughters cried for two days and the youngest is only about 4" taller than the dog. I wonder if they would have stopped if it would have been one of them ? I've warned other families on this road to watch out for this driver so he doesn't run over one of their pets or children. FedEx driver

Today a Fedex driver was rude and after trying to force me to stay in a lane which had been closed for construction, he tailgated me into a parking garage where he was delivering and I took a picture of his licence plate. This was in Miami on Kendall drive at about 9:45 am. He was delivering merchandise to TJMax and even threatened me for taking a picture of the truck

FedEx large box truck blocking view exiting complex

Pinecrest Arms Apts 3400 Beneva Rd Sarasota FL 34232, this large box trucks is blocking your view from both exits from the complex. I had no idea you allowed employees to bring these trucks home. I can not see to exit the complex without pulling my car into the road and trying to see around this truck. If I have an accident because its blocking my view who do you think will be responsible for that. This is parked here everynight and on weekends, the busiest time since the end of the road is a Golf Club. This is a dangerous situation and Beneva Rd and Pinecrest Arms. Please respond ASAP. Take into account that I am deaf and wouldnt a warning car horn if I couldnt see a vehicle because your truck is blocking my view.

FedEx unethical and illegal actions

I expected a pkg to my Nashua, NH location from a Huntsville, TX. The package tracking was easily followed. Expecting it today, I remained home as my signature will be required, postponing all other activities. Research showed the driver made a delivery attempt to the wrong address. My apartment complex is quite large and impossible to miss, although spread over 2 locations with the street address clearly marked.
Driving to the Londonderry, NH FedEx Ground hub, I was routed to an office and spoke with "Paul". Paul gave the "canned excuse" of my pkg was buried in the back of a trailer. This would have been acceptable if the delivery vehicle had not yet returned. I have been at the same address for well over 10 years. He returned after approx 25 mins with more "can not find it". During the ordeal, a young lady showed with a similar issue trading her signature for the pkg under 10 mins. I wore a military service hat. They young lady did not. After more patient waiting, I was presented a printout to a closer address for pick up after noontime the next day, 20 Nov (wed). This is both avoidable and entirely unacceptable. Are all military folks treated in the same regard? If the database provided a text of my tracking #, I could have been contacted for delivery, as it did not. How am I not to be offended by this type of conduct? "I'm sorry" and more excuses do not solve the incompetence and internal managerial operational flaws.

This is a continuation of the NIGHTMARE from a previous complaint. I had a pkg sent to Nashua, NH from Huntsville, TX. After speaking with the Londonderry NH FedEx ground rep "Paul", I was informed I could pick up my rerouted pkg at 283 Main Street, Nashua. It is a Walgreen store. I was told it would be in place by noon. I arrived at roughly 12:30. I called FedEx customer service and drilled through the maze of options. Finally reaching a rep, "Angel" had such a thick accent that was borderline not understandable. Explaining why I wanted someone else, I was continuously cut off with why he would not do so although I reminded him the call was also recorded on my cell phone as well. I asked for a supervisor to complain as he conveniently reminded me none were available. I've run call centers during my IT support career. A shift supervisor is ALWAYS available. There was a period of about 5 mins of silence as I was expecting a supervisor. I was not aware of his speaking over this customer instead of listening to me. I was then disconnected vs the CSR giving me what I asked for. Calling back, I then spoke with "Johnny" who elected to correct anything I said when it was already accurate. As the call went to a center in the USA southeast, the reps speak slower. If I was forced to go any slower, I would have started to back up. During the call, the "ground driver" arrived. Her social graces also lacked, barking where to find anything I was looking for would be at a counter. I am a retired veteran and a former Drill Sgt. She was a breath away from discovering the limits of my anger control THE HARD WAY. While I (the customer) pay for a service (your company), I expect to be treated as if I am at Burger King by getting it MY WAY. In a nutshell, the delivery driver AVOIDABLY went to the wrong address. It cause me to get my pkg a day later after I was FORCED to chase it to the Londonderry hub, and told it would not be handed to me until the next day (FEDEX convenience). This circus could have been avoided by the driver's ATTENTION TO DETAIL. The driver already had my phone number as it was confirmed through my order searches and updates. The entire maze was avoidable from the obvious lack of laziness of a single individual with no apparent work ethic. I also found it odd that a civilian girl also showed at the hub after my arrival, and for the same matter, and was presented with her pkg in a matter of under 5 minutes. I would call this harassment to military personnel with the runaround given. I will be taking this further regardless how many empty "I'm sorry and I apologize" comments are rendered. Oh, and by the way, my PhD happens to be in Organizational Leadership over a 30 year military career.

FedEx delivery

My tracking number is [protected] and case ID is [protected]. Was waiting in a package because I have a early morning appointment to install cable equipment. At first I contacted the cable company and was given a tracking number. According to this information it was already delivered yet I didn't see anything. When I called FedEx they gave an a case # and said they would contact the driver to find out where was my package. Never got a call, instead later a neighbor came later knocking on the door with my package who lived on the opposite side of the building and on a different floor. Upon receiving the package I checked the mailing label and it had the correct address. This is not the first time I have gotten a notification that a package has been delivered and was not delivered yet. The last one while looking for a package that supposedly arrived showed up later. Very poor service for this area I have recently moved to. Nothing like past deliveries in other locations

FedEx delivery services

On a continual basis i order merchandise for my business and fedex seems to always never make the delivery. I have to go to the main office to do the pick up myself due to missed or failed delivery on the drivers part. I have actually sat in front of the delivery location multiple times waiting for fedex to show up and no show, but i'd get a text stating the delivery failed. To pick up at their fedex center which is more than 30 minutes driving.
I call to have the situation resolved and no resolution is found.
On other occasions packages are left in the lobby unsecured where a passer by can just take it and claim a package that is not theirs.
