FedEx Fedex delivery

ON 12/21/2022. I was facing my door and unleashing my dog (on my front step) after a walk. The fedex delivery person (Jefferey Johnson, Portland Oregon) walked behind me and made no attempt to announce himself. I turned around and was very startled as he was behind me. My dog reacted to the fact that I jumped and then she jumped at him and nipped his wrist. She did not draw any blood but you could see that his skin was broken. I got her into the house and then went back outside to talk with him and show that my dog was fully vaccinated. He had already jumped in his truck and taken off. I contacted fed-ex to let them know and they stated that they had no report of the incident yet. The fed-ex person informed me that typically in these cases Animal control would be called and then it would proceed from there. Three days later animal control did call and she wanted to hear what happened. I told her and informed her that I felt bad of course but that what he did and how he approached was " pretty much everything they tell you not to do. She agreed with me and stated that he had tfold them that the dog was unattended and off leash in the street. He had lied and did not belive his version, no consequences were placed on my dog other than her requiring vaccination status. I have just now recieved medical bills (workers Please be ware of this situationcompensation) from the parties involved. I have since called fed-ex and basically put a restraining order on them to NEVER be on my property again.

Desired outcome: Never to use fedex again and Warn others of this situation with driver. Not only did he lie about the situation they obviously don't train their drivers in home delivery 101.

FedEx Delivery of replacement credit card not attempted, but driver lied

Tracked and waited for a replacement credit card sent Express FedEx and it was to arrive by noon. At 1 pm, I tracked it again and the site said delivery had been attempted at 12:01 pm, but no one was available to sign for it. I had been sitting in my living room with a view of the front door's window. There was no knock on the door. There was no doorbell ring. No door tag was left. The driver f-ed up and lied to his company. FedEx blows and I'll NEVER use such an incompetent, lying company for ANY of my shipments.

Desired outcome: Delivery the stinkin' card, numb nuts!

FedEx Delivery

I received a notification saying my package was delivered today at 12:28. When I got home, no package was found. I called several times each time I received a different response. The first girl closed my account, when that’s not what we discussed. The second girl said it was signed for, when I was at work, and I have no neighbors. The manager I spoke with, Amy, let me know the previous girl was wrong in saying it was signed for, as I didn’t pay to have that service done in the first place and there was no signature. Several hours later, I had a gentleman come to my house and bring me my package which was laying on the ground on a different road, completely and no homes around. The picture the fed ex driver sent me as proof of delivery was a pic of his leg and some gravel. When I tried to call back to advise of this, another girl answered the line and just kept saying I can only track packages I can do nothing else.. she refused to provide me any other numbers as she said she didn’t know any other number for me to call. When I told her I’ve called the same number several times and was able to be transferred she went silent for a few mins. She then came back and said she’s transferring me to someone else and that lady said she can take a msg for. This Is insane and I want to know what’s going to happen. No one had a straight answer for me and all of them were completely different.

Desired outcome: My parcel was dented and very dirty. The contents inside was $382.03.

FedEx Damaged lawn and topsoil

1:10pm on 05/05 23 driver dark in color appeared as a female parked her truck on my private driveway, she then purposely damaging my private property, SHE pulled a LAWN JOB (25 feet with all six wheels rutting the ground under my grass) causing damage to my lawn and topsoil, I need her to come back here and repair the damage or send someone that can. she has done this before but not to this extreme level of damage. if this does not get repaired I will send a Cease and Desist order to your company explaining that we will not accept incompetent FedEx drivers and your are not allowed on this property any longer as it is a private property and a private driveway. FedEx Delivery of a package

I was to have a package delivered on 5/4/23. At 1:27 pm on 5/4/23, I received a notification that my package had been delivered along with a picture of where the delivery driver left the package. The photo was not of my house and did not show much to indicate what house it was. I called FedEx immediately and let them know what had happened. They offered little more than to file a claim and stated that they would let me know by 5/9/23 what the outcome was.

The contents of the package totaled over $100 and that is not so much my concern as it can be replaced but the fact that if the package contained a packing slip, which I am sure it probably did, whoever got my package has my personal information.

This is not the first time this has happened with FedEx and one of my packages and I am extremely frustrated by the incompetence of their drivers. As I understand that they have policies for this type of occurrence, my question is why could they have not just contacted the driver on the route and had them correct the issue?

I have attached a screenshot of what I received from FedEx after the delivery was made. This is not even close to what my home looks like.

Desired outcome: I would like FedEx to either retrieve my package from where they left it or refund the amount of my purchase for the items that they "lost".

FedEx Shipment of a very expensive musical instrument with severely damaged package

on Friday April 28 the music store handed Fedex a large box for the VERY ESPENSIVE keyboard that I had purchased. The Store manager took several pictures of the box and sent them to me prior to handing it to Fedex. The box was in perfect shape at the time and had several labels on it and large printed words saying "Fragile, Handle with care, Delicate musical instrument". The package was in PERFECT shape when it was handed to Fedex.

The Package arrived on 5/3 (travelled from San Diego, CA to Marietta, GA) and the side of the package was burst open, ripped up, where you could clearly see the musical instrument inside from the huge visible open hole. I asked the driver what had happened. His response, was "Sorry, we get a lot of packages". That is NO EXCUSE. They get paid handsomely for shipping and delivery and they MUST take care of fragile equipment. Took several pictures of the driver next to the ripped open package as proof that it was delivered to me that way. I asked to file a complain with Fedex noting tha the box is damaged he said there was no way he could do that.

Tried to contact someone in the customer service phone number that Fedex provides to complain. The recorded message said that my package was delivered. I asked several times to talk to someone, kept saying that the agent has no further information, and it hung up on me.

Fedex is a VERY poorly run business. ZERO customer care and their handling of packages is VERY POOR. This is not my first bad experience with Fedex. No one at Fedex does anything about my complain. the order umber is [protected].

Desired outcome: Someone from Fedex to call me and take care of this situation. Other people beware that if they use Fedex is at their own risk.

FedEx Bad delivery

The issue of FedEx delivering our packages to the wrong address is one we ha endured for 13 years. We live in rural Oklahoma their drivers apparently think it is ok to throw your package out at any random gate along the roadway. NONE of our last 4 deliveries have made it to our home. We were able to drive around and locate 3 of the 4 but the last one is still unaccounted for and FedEx customer service is awful.

FedEx FedEx Delivery Service

1. FedEx informed delivery date 9th May.

2. Received a text that delivery would be on 2nd May while I was at work.

3. Went home to receive the package, no attempted delivery note, therefore,

assumed no delivery.

4. FedEx sent an email informing me an attempt had been made on 2 May at 11.37 am. No note was received, so I have to take their word for that.

5. I made a complaint to their virtual Assistant, which informed me an attempt had been made on 2nd May at 3:37 am which I feel is an unacceptable time for delivery to a residential property, if in fact that was the case.

6. Virtual Assistant said delivery would be made on 2nd May before 6.00 pm. No delivery was made.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and ask that FedEx maintain some form of integrity with regard to informing their customers of the status and whereabouts of their packages.

FedEx Billing

i called feex to ship ground a doll The rpresentative then directed how i get a label to ship as well as receive back the doll Fedx said it would be 38..00 so i shipped to only find out it costs 120.00 i was decieved they said box was 16 which feel intohigher cost by 1 lb.. I disputed charche paid the 38 they quoted and 5 dollar shipping and deliveruy fee.. The company was told not toship back with prepsaid label which wwwould coast another 100 and so dollars.. I stead they brought the origina box toups which measured it as 15 not 16 and charged 38.00 Fedex is being deceptive added extra pund to make me pay exhuberant amount for a 15 dollar toy..it is frraud on their part.. Theyare now charging me late fees account [protected] and robbing the public by adding extra measurement to bix so it falls in higher cost category..To top this billing is rude I want to gopublic with this and have the proof

FedEx I ordered a pipe adapter for Starlink dish

I ordered a pipe adapter and a router from Starlink, after a couple days I got a shipping confirmation and tracking numbers when I checked the router tracking number it gave me a date to be delivered... it was delivered however on the adapter it said "Pending" it said that for 12 days... I checked it regularly. Then I checked it and it said they delivered it a week earlier. They did not deliver it, I need it and waited day after day for it to come. I looked at router tracking number and there was a picture of it at my front door, So I looked at adapter tracking number and no picture of it at front door. I called FedEx and they said if I had a problem call the shipper. Starlink has no customer service phone. Ill never order anything else where the shipper uses FedEc. Im out my money and my dish is bungee corded to a flag pole. FedEx sucks

I am done with chewy! You can blame it on the fedex driver!

I have ordered from chewy for several years, and I quit chewy many months ago because of the same driver that brought the order today. A chewy representative assured me that it would not be a problem again. If you can go back to my emails from many months ago, you will see why I quit using chewy at that time. It is even worse this time! The same fedex driver, as the other time, not only did not bring my order to the house, she left it at another house down the road!

The people at that house saw the driver throw my box out her back door! When she did that, it caused one of the litter boxes to break open, and none of that litter could be saved!

So, good bye chewy and you can thank fedex for employing such a driver!

I'm so sorry your packages weren't handled with much care. That's definitely not the Chewy norm. While Chewy doesn't personally deliver packages, we chose to partner with the shipping company that does, and they become a direct reflection of us when they're delivering our goods. I've filed a formal complaint with our shipper and I assure you this will be addressed immediately. At the moment Fed-Ex is our main carrier so we are not able to have your package be shipped with someone else but I assure you we have sent over a complaint to the shipper and this will be addressed appropriately.

We also suggest to contact FedEx directly HERE where they have a chat feature or by calling [protected] and expressing your concerns there as well.

Due to the damage to the boxes of litter from order [protected], I've processed a refund of $33.13 to your Mastercard ending in -3182, and that’ll post back to your account within 3-5 business days. FedEx Unsafe driving thru neighborhood in Waycross, GA

At around 10:52 am today (4/29/2023), I was standing at the four way stop intersection of Baltimore Avenue and Dean Drive in Waycross, GA when one of you drivers in a van drove thru a stop sign on Baltimore Avenue. This is wreckless and unsafe practice that could have lead to me being hit by your vehicle if I had not waited to cross.

I think you drivers need to be trained on safety of the public especially in a residential area where I was. Please take this issue seriously and reprimand or suspend the driver for his action.

FedEx Misdelivery

FedEx keeps deliver my packages to the wrong address. Sometime we are waiting for our meds. They are 2 houses on the street with almost similar number, one digit different. If FedEx truck enters from west of the street we get the package. If they entered from east of street it will be delivered to wrong house. I have security camera and investigated it. My address is 3221 Milton st, Pasadena ca 91107

FedEx always delivers to 3321 Milton street. Both houses have a clear numbers shown and there is no reason to be mistaken. The house that they deliver my package is Airbnb. people come and go and can easily take the package. We have to call the owner of house to see if the package is there every time. If we are lucky and package is there we have to wait until the guest leaves.

I am filing a complaint against FedEx since they don’t pay attention to the address and the number of the house they deliver the package. I expect FedEx to solve this problem as soon as possible

FedEx Package delivery

At approximately 1150,4/28/23 I checked my email to find out my package was delivered at the front door, well there was nothing ,also the picture they had uploaded was not the front door. Went down the driveway to check, well sure enough Fedex decides to just leave it on the grass right next to the main road. Anyone could have just taken the package and drove off! This isn't the first time they've done this (leaving packages near the road, under the mailbox or saying no one home when we're actually at home), it's happened too many times! So frustrating! I get it you guys are really busy but at least put it where it's not laying out there for everyone driving down the road to see. USPS and UPS never just leaves our packages next to the road, they've always delivered to the house.

Yes shipped a package to Orlando 47 e Robinson and they return the package ,some how with my address on the label,and it made it there,they couldn't return it to my house ,I called and it's in Memphis,but the still can't return it ,I load up the confirmation to olive Memphis shipped to fed ex Orlando FL 47 Robinson st Orlando FL,they said they were returning the package,at the time they didn't arrange to have return postage ,the customer service can't do won't do anything positive,I've called numerous times since the 17/April they didn't even know exactly where it was til 4/20

FedEx A driver

I live in wisner louisiana 71378 on calhoun rd. There has been a driver for months now that drives extremly fast infront of my house, so fast that the truck throws rocks on my porch and knicks my front glass door. My door is atleast 20 to30 feet from roadway. It is going to become a bigger issue if my door is busted! I want this to please be resolved. It is very uncalled for to be driving an excess amount of speed down that road. It is alot of kids and animals on this road. Please have this issue fixed. I could not get a plate number due to the fact the driver was going so extremly fast. Someone is going to get hurt or something get broken.

FedEx FedEx Tracking

For over 1 month the FedEx company website either refuses or cannot track deliveries. Even when one logs in with one's username & password. When one does not log in, one gets a message saying "FedEx is unable to track your delivery at this time". When you log in, the message you get is that FedEx is experiencing "connectivity problems" and "try refreshing the page" or "try later". What the heck is up with this? Thank goodness some merchants, like Creations & Collections, LTD let you know your package is out for delivery, otherwise, Albuquerque's infamous Porch Pirates would make off with one's package for failure to know when FedEx is delivering it. The only other thing I can think of is that FedEx has BLACKLISTED ME for complaining when their drivers were leaving packages on my walkway instead of my front porch & not ringing door bell. They did that quite a few times.

Desired outcome: I want FEDEX TO FIX THEIR WEB SITE SO PACKAGES CAN BE TRACKED!

FedEx Constant delivery screw ups

For some reason FedEx failed to deliver the packages to my address after three attempts. The first two times they had the wrong address they kept trying to deliver it to Suite 11 and I'm at Suite 21, so I called them and gave them the correct address then the next three times there was a "Delivery Exception" where they said that there was no one home. That's not true there is always someone home at my address. Then I requested that it be sent to the Walmart FedEx facility and then they said that there was something wrong with the bar code that needed to be fixed but the next day the packages still were not delivered. I then once again requested that the packages be left at their Walmart facility, but they informed me that I would have to contact the shipper and have them redirect the packages as they could no longer do it on my behalf. I contacted the shipper, and they told me that they were not able to modify anything concerning the shipment once the packages were shipped. I contacted FedEx and they said they could not deliver the shipment to their facility without the shipper's authorization. A catch 22, I asked FedEx why when my shipment included two packages was the first package allowed to be left at their Walmart facility on my authorization, but the second one could not? And they said that they didn't know. So, I gave up and waited for the packages to be returned to the shipper so that I could ask for a refund of my purchase price.

Desired outcome: I want to be able to pick up both my packages at the FedEx Walgreens facility. As they consist of brake shoes and rotors for my automobile I cannot use one without the other, I need both.

FedEx Milwaukee electric inverter

By far the biggest scam operation I've ever dealt with. On the first day my package worth over $909 was "lost". It had to travel basically one state over to the southeast. I was lied to about what the problem was, which I knew was incorrect. Then when they admitted it was "lost" and not extra bar codes I was shuffled around for 8 weeks on complete non sense where no rep had the same answer. Then they sent a $135 check claiming my package price wasn't confirmed which it was and also proven on eBay by the sales transaction which was half of what the retail price was anyway. Basically out around $800 because someone obviously stole the package from their company within the first day. A completely immoral company with horrible F - customer service

Desired outcome: I want the money I deserve for the item they haven't returned.

FedEx Shipping not receiving package

For the 3rd time in the last month shipments being delivered via FedEx have shown delivered and left on my front porch, however there is no package anywhere. I verified with the shipper that Name and Address were correct before contacting FedEx. Called FedEx customer service and provided the tracking number and they proceeded to tell me that they cannot verify the Name and Address. So if the information is correct on the shippers end why is it not correct on FedEx side? I was told they could not do anything because they couldn't verify the Name and Address with that tracking. I sell on internet platforms for a living and purchase supplies from other online sellers on a regular basis. FedEx is the only shipping service that has an issue with delivering my packages. I was not hatefull with the customer service representative I just wanted answers. She couldn't tell me where my package went to, ok I understand that they are not allowed to give out another Address. But there was literally nothing done to resolve the issue of my packages going missing. The rep transfered me without warning to another department that has absolutely nothing to do with my issue so again I was transfered. Had to go through the whole situation again. I was refused a supervisor and hung up on twice. FedEx is absolutely the worst shipping service to deal with and the level of disrespect shown by there customer service representatives is atrocious.
