Fazoli's - Waiting

Waited in line for 23 minutes nobody would take our order kept saying just a second. We finally gave up and left with 7 cars behind us one before us which was still there waiting on their when we finally gave up and left

Desired outcome: That they let you know they can't help you

Fazoli's - meal and experience

My friends and family frequent this location but it has slowly gotten worse and worse. Today was the cherry on top. I ordered via drive thru and there were approx 4 vehicles in front of me. I was in no hurry and had to wait to order. Everything was still okay up to this point.

When ordering it wasn't until I was ordering the third meal out of three that I was told I went too fast and they didn't have half the first order correct. Still, I was okay with this. I understood that the person may be newer or a number of factors could have contributed. I slowed my order down and got it ordered.

I waited in line and when I arrived to the window I paid for my order. My card was swiped and I was given my three beverages. All of which were spilling into a cup older which was now spilling into my car. The straws were shoved half underneath the largest beverage (later to find out they were broken and not to mention I only ordered mediums with my meal. No larges.

I got my card back with the receipts and waited for the food. When the food was given to me I set the first bag in my passenger seat. It was light so it was the bag with salads.

I then got the next bag and said to the woman working the window (Courtney P on receipt) that she's got some challenging weather to work with. She said nothing and handed me the bag. Despite the fact the person was not very friendly I was still okay. Despite there were three beverages leaking into a drink carrier onto my passenger seat I was still decently okay.

I get home and unload the food for my family. Our penne pasta had such little marinara on it that we could barely see it. I was still okay. The person receiving this penne meal is okay with light sauce.

I opened the baked spaghetti with meatballs. I've ordered it many times before and enjoy it. Well, this time there was no sauce as it was before. There was only a drizzle of sauce on the top of plain noodles with some cheese and three meatballs. At this point I was a bit upset seeing as this dish cost over 11 dollars making it a meal and it didn't even have sauce on it. I added sauce to the baked spaghetti and "fixed it up." And tried to make the best of it seeing as I live 20 minutes away.

One salad was great looking and the other looked as though it had been in a bowl from inside Fazoli's and got dumped from one corner dumping the tomatoes and cheese and was scooted back with the other corner having the lettuce.

Well. I'm SURE this is what happened because after I fed my three year old this salad (after picking out the bad lettuce) I noticed a sticker on the back with an EOD date to eat same day. It was dated 10/9/19. Today is 10/11/19. This restaurant was NOT too busy to look out for the customer. This is inexcusable serving past dated food.

I'm not thrilled and will think twice before I spend my hard earned money on a experience like this again.
