Store Manager is discussing personal business with other employees and customers. This is not professional work ethics. You train them on how to be a manager but do you train them on work ethics because if so she surely has forgotten what she learned . Anything that has to do with an employee no matter how relevant it may be should not be discussed with customers .She may be nice and friendly to customers but it takes more than just that to be a manager. She is totally violating privacy.

You have mapco open 24/7 what measures are being used in prevention of Corona virus. Despite the be safe at home pleas customers still come to your store for non essential products late at night beer cigarettes Swisher's you have no disinfectant in the store and if they did when do they have time to disinfect with only one person running a register and people still coming in your store just to play lottery people are dying having just 10 people in the store at one time is just not enough action you only doing what you have to do not what you NEED to do saving lives at this point is more important than mapco making money
