I signed up with Fasturtle and was promised a team run by former Googlers (whatever that means.) Their reporting was confusing and every time I asked for specific questions I could not get straight answers. I saw no valuable return of investment and felt their SEO was a bunch of lies and rubbish. The owner Eric Olson is a smooth talker who manipulated me into a contract and when I stopped paying, threatened to take me to court or submit my business to collections despite the fact that his company was hired to help make me business. He was not by law fulfilling his end of the agreement and after doing legal research and speaking with a lawyer I found that the State of Arizona actually supports the consumer when services are negated. Everytime I called I was given the run around, it seemed like their Account Executive who was nice, was disorganized and almost timid. This company wasted my money, time and is not worth signing up for.
SEO
Spent thousands on "SEO" at this company. There owner Eric promised me that my business would grow and we'd show up on the first page of google everywhere and after months, I found out that they did more harm than good with how we're represented. We spent a boat load of $ and the only thing we received was a half ### report that made no sense. Nobody from Fasturtle ever explained it to me besides a gal named Sheri and then she was gone suddenly. I kept trying to call the owner Eric but he never got back to me. I finally cancelled. The more I asked around the more small business owners I found that were ripped off by this Eric Olsen time and time again. Stay away from Fasturtle! They say the want to help small business owners like us but they just want our $ and do nothing to earn it.
I agree, however I don't believe anyone will see this review. Fasturtle, took my friend's companies money after building a so-called app that never worked. They were out $40K. I just don't understand how a business like this can get away with this stuff and still have good standing with the BBB and have positive reviews. I hope karma catches up with them.
Web Design Scam
I hired them to build a simple website for my company and it seemed like it was fine until their owner got involved. This guy Eric Olsen has no idea what he is doing. He sold us on some search engine optimization, and couldn't even get us ranked for some simple keywords. Now, I know it takes time to get ranked in search engines, but it has been almost a year and we don't even come up in Yahoo, Bing or Google. Overall, their designer are good, but just want to warn anyone looking for design services to stay away from Fasturte Interactive, they will rip you off.
Good advise. I heard about that Eric Olsen ripping people off, especially small business owners. I will definitely pass the word to my colleagues about Fasturtle being a scam.

Fasturtle has integrity. Eric Olson is a man deeply involved in charity and their programs work period. I've been with them over 2 years and it's nice to have a business that actually knows mine and doesn't treat me like a number.
