FastTech refrigerator service

28/02/2020: Date of booking service for refrigerator repair.

Technician came to repair my refrigerator on 29/02/2020 and informed that compressor had gone and need replacement which will be done on 01/03/2020 (Sunday).

I paid advance of 2000 INR on 29th Feb to a technician named Asif

Finally negotiated total cost of repair including labor charges to 6500 INR. They said they will give 1 year guarantee in their services and if any problem arise again then service will be done free of charge. And technician said I wont face any problem for minimum period of 4-5 years since complete repair of the refrigerator is done.

Finally Asif (technician) along with his one guy came with new compressor on 1st Mar 2020 and replaced the compressor. I made the Final payment of remaining 4500 through google pay on 1st Mar 2020 to Khalandar Baig

Totally I have paid 6500 for the refrigerator repair and I'm already facing same issues from next day itself.

From 3rd March 2020 I started facing similar issues in my refrigerator (no cooling), I started calling to Khalandar and Asif(technician) they said they will come today and no one really came to sort the issue, I called again on 5th March nobody is picking call I'm not getting any support and they are not responding to my calls.

Desired Resolution: Full refund of the amount 6500 INR.

FastTech fast tech ignoring my request for a refund after a product did not arrive

After ordering a product in August 21st and paying extra fee for a 7-12 days shipping, I saw that it doesn't arrive and on september 20th wrote to Fasttech support. I was told one day later that "there are too many packages in the post office, they will take a long time to update the tracking information." and I was asked to wait 5-7 days. after that I wrote them again 5 days ago, asking for a refund. I did not receive any response and 2 days ago, wrote again, asking to not be ignored and for a refund. still, no response.

We are sorry for this issue. As now there are too many packages in the post office, they will take a long time to update the tracking information.

Could you please give it 5-7 days more for the tracking update? If there is no update then, please get back to us and we will send an inquiry to the post office.

This is simply disappointing and unprofessional. My order was made in August 21st. It is still not here. I paid for a 7-12 days period and it's been more than a month now. I have already had to buy a replacement via amazon. I am pretty certain this is the last time I am using your services.
I am expecting a full refund.

Sorry for trouble in this issue. Please kindly note that the international shipping sometimes is unexpectable, as many factors will affect the shipping time. The package is still on the way now, please wait for some more time for it.

how much time exactly do you (and I) need to wait more for you to realize that this is not ok? that if a client pays for a 7-12 days delivery and he still doesn't get his order after 40 DAYS (!) maybe you should act like a serious business and finally give him a refund?
This is simply outrageous. I am asking for the second time-give me my money back.

Still you rather not answer.
The fact are that I paid for a product. I paid for the product to arrive in 7-12 days. The order was made six weeks ago. The tracking have lost track since the 16th of last month.
You are refusing to give me back my money and ignore my messages, there is one word for it,
please, for the last time, pay me back my money.

FastTech ego twist 2200 mah & ego 3200 mah

So ordered these 2 on July 27th they supposedly shipped it on August 1st & today is the 14th and upon checking tracking it says it was returned to sender? But then in another status it said it got lost in transit? Well that's not my fault so yes this [censored](ME) has been emailing them & calling for my refund of $40, what they think they can steal from us hard working people & scam is out of the product we order? I DONT THINK SO, THEY DONE MESSED WITH THE WRONG WOMAN HERE, THEY THINK BECAUSE THEY ARE IN SINGAPORE THEY ARE UNTOUCHABLE THEY ARE WRONG, AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY WONT SEE ME COMING...STEER CLEAR OF THESE IDIOTS

FastTech complaint on lr45a 433mhz module which I never received

Tracking number RT389392096HK status shows that the package been delivered however, I never received the package

When contacted Fasttech customer service they informed me that they don't have any means of finding package with the tracking number provided by Fasttech. Instead customer should find the package in post office on his own when there is no proper tracking number.

Moreover, I have paid USD1.64 more for the shipping.

Am looking for complete refund of the money which is total USD5.24.

FastTech Scam and ripoff

oh what a mess their website is! It takes them forever to finally ship your items, but it takes them only two seconds to charge your hard earned money. It's what they usually do with no problem. But what next? Long long waiting. The longest waiting that a store like this can provide. 2.5-3 months... So ordering from there is like checking your ability to be patient and stay calm at the same time. oh and if you get a non-functioning part and will want a refund, they will give you a hard time, but won't do anything.

FastTech they claim to have products then take your money...

I searched online for replacement coils for my atomizer on my ecig. Fasttech was the only place that claimed to have them. I thought it was great because every other website said they were out of stock. I placed the order for 10 5packs. 10 days later I received an email from Fasttech that explained they did not actually have this item and I could receive store credit or a refund. I responded immediately that I wanted a refund. That was the last I ever heard of them. Although I sent multiple emails to them they would not respond. Well one month after I made the order And 20 days after I told them I wanted a refund there was no response.

It was clear that they were not going to refund my money. I was lucky that I paid with PayPal. I decided to complain through PayPal and SHOCK! within 12 hours and on a weekend the money was returned to my PayPal account. Of course they don't want to loose their use of PayPal. How else would they be able to milk unknowing people out there in cyberspace?

I recommend never to purchase anything from these scam artists. They are not trustworthy and WILL steal from you if you are to trusting.

FastTech Shipment lost

I placed my order on March 12th and it was shipped out March 13th. I have ordered two other times from this company and the item arrived within 10 days. It appears that USPS has lost the package and I requested assistance from the shipper to try and help me locate the package. I got the sorry message as well as telling me I needed to contact the post office which I told them I had already done that two days ago. Their idea of customer service is to copy tracking information, paste it into an email and send it to you. This was purchased through PayPal so I am going to contact them for assistance. My advice is avoid this company at all cost.

FastTech They don't deliver to my country and refuse to give my money back

I have ordered some stuff from Fasttech and paid for my order. Later I received a message stating that they don't ship to my country. Seriously? When I placed my order I provided my address and they said nothing! And only after they took my money they informed me that they don't deliver to my country. Then I asked for a refund but they refused. I told them that was not my mistake, they saw my address and they could have told me about that! Do not order from these guys! Please, someone help me get my money back!

FastTech Scammed

I made an order in early January and nothing ever arrived. I still communicate with these clowns and they keep saying my stuff is on its way. Asked them to cancel my order a million times now, but they refused and told me to be patient. They said that my order was shipped on February 2nd, but when I asked for some sort of confirmation they ignored me. There is no tracking information, so I have no idea where my order is. www.fasttech.com is a total scam! I'm sure that they never shipped my items and they still have my money!

FastTech Extremely slow

If you order from these guys do not bother paying extra money for shipping. Even if you pay extra you will be waiting for your package like forever. I purchased three items from FastTech and paid extra for rush shipping. I actually expected to receive my items within two weeks, but it is already two months since I ordered. I contacted customer service, they apologized and asked me to be more patient. Paying extra for shipping is useless, it’s just a waste of money, and will only cause your order to take much longer to arrive. Still hoping to get that package.

FastTech Total ripoff

Fasttech has lied and misrepresented several things to me. first, that the item would be shipped in 2 days. Then amended the item for 2 more days, then, "We apologize that the item you purchased SKU 1787302 is currently restocking " That wasn't true either. The item is actually discontinued. Then, when I cancelled the order:

We will send you the gift certificate code in a few hours. Please kindly check your FastTech account.

The gift certificate code is as good as cash. Simply enter it in step 3 of checkout. There is a gift certificate link right above the "Place Order" button. You can use it to get anything you like.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

OK, bit of a bummer, first that they gave me 3 different shipping times when the item is actually discontinued, and second, partially my fault. for not fully going through their Money Back Guarentee. There is no Money Back Guarentee, just a "gift certificate".

I'm not sure what you are asking for. This is my first order from
FastTech. I ordered 4 items. One of those items, SKU: 1787302 was
supposed to be shipped 2 days after the order. Then, FastTech revised
this from the 9th to the 11th. Since the 11th, my invoice has stated the
item is being restocked. Now, the item is discontinued. Doing business
with FastTech is a waste of my time. What I want is very simple. I don't
want any gift certificate, I want to be refunded for my cancelled order.
Enclosed are screen shots of my invoice, and SKU: 1787302 which now
says it is discontinued.

By the way there is no gift certificate, I just checked. I'm starting to thing you are scamming me. The only thing FastTech has actually acomplished, is taking my money.

Please explain how a gift certificate is as good as cash. More BS. It's not. First, I don't even have one, and second I don't think any reputable business will accept a Fasttech gift certificate. If you know of any let me know. Can you buy a meal with a Fasttech gift certificate? Can you make a mortage payment with a Fasttech gift certificate?

Why is it called a gift certificate? It was not recieved as a gift, and I cannot give it away.

Fasttech took my money on July 07. It July 25 at the time I write this, and the "gift certificate" does not actually purchanything. Not even an iten for $1.59. Nothing. The response time for Customer service to email a response, is usally over 24 hours. I have had no answer about anything for 4 daysw now.

They misrepresented a discontinued item as bering restocked, screwed me around for a week to get a "gift certificate"that can only be used on their website, ant can't be given as a gift, and it will NOT work on their website, and Customer Service (lololol) now refuses to even reply to me.

Avoid.

FastTech They lost my battery

I bought two batteries from the website www.fasttech.com. I paid for the fast delivery, but they have serious problems with the delivery. The package was badly wrapped and one battery was lost. The delivery guy checked the van, but he found nothing. I already called to the company and asked to return money then or send another battery, but the seller promised to check the staff in the delivery company and contact me back. After that no news. Irresponsible company.

FastTech I waited too long for my order and can't get refund

I ordered earphones and battery for my camera from the website www.fasttech.com. After that my order was in process within one month. I waited patiently, but the seller told me to wait more. I finally contacted them and told to cancel the order and provide money back. But I received refusal and the seller stopped to communicate with me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
