Fashion Nova shoes

I am livid at the fact that the company sent me a size 5 and 5.5 shoe size when I clearly ordered a size 10. I'm upset with the customer service as well and was indirectly called a "liar". The organization failed to send me an email that the shoe size I ordered was "out of stock", so instead they send me a shoe size 5 times smaller than my actual size. How can a company do this? No call. No email. NOTHING! HOW is this ethical? The representative said I made the error and I clearly told her I had a print out of my order and it has the correct size. Now, I have to return the shoes at my expense. This is ridiculous. This is my first time ordering from this site and the last time. I won't ever order from this place. Never order from this place. I spent over $100 online. Check BBB as well. There are thousands of complaints in this year alone. Worst experience.

Fashion Nova customer service with no appropriate resolution

I ordered a pair of heels. I received the heels and they have a defect and can not be worn. I called customer care and was advised to email pictures of the item, which I immediately emailed the photos to the agent while on the phone with the agent. She then stated she was sending the photos over to management and would put me on hold and would be back shortly with a solution. The agent got back on the line after some time and stated that she was advised that because I had previously received credit for defective items that I had received ….I would need to mail the item back to Fashion Nova before a credit could be received. I explained to the agent that any item I had previously received credit for was because I received the item with a DEFECT as I had provided photos and I was not requesting credit, but I would like to receive the item that I ordered, but without defect. It seemed as though the representative was advised to stick to the script as she kept saying that I wanted credit and was absolutely not listening. I explained that I order online mostly for convenience and all I expect is if I pay money for an item that I receive it without defect and if there is defect that fashion nova provides good customer service by providing a solution and that I(as a paying customer) not be responsible in any way for that solution. Instead the rep advised that I needed to mail the shoes back and basically correct their mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being placed on hold for a very long time I was advised that a supervisor would call me back. A supervisor called the next day and LEFT A MESSAGE saying that I needed to mail the item back. I find this absolutely absurd. If I ordered a wrong size, color or item then yes I should be responsible as I made a mistake, but why would fashion nova make a mistake and expect the customer to fix their mistake . Due to this issue I've decided to no longer shop with fashion nova and will advise my friends and family of this situation, so this can't happen to any of them .

Fashion Nova shipping

Hi my daughter has ordered off your website and loves fashion nova but after several delivery and some missed she pays £15 delivery but every time I can't get her parcels as you have too pay £20 as well to dhl on delivery I tried too explain with one package that I did nt have £20 and now it's gone to a bailiff . I actually thought was ordering off Jeffery stars website I stopped my daughter ordering but it was actually fashion nova that were charging £35 delivery intotalI, I have nt got £20 for this order so they going too take back then I m charged again she loves fashion nova but I 've got bailiffs and no parcels please help I'm in tears it her birthday money she spent what is the £20 on top because it doesn't say another £20 in delivery and if u dont pay it you don't get parcel and it goes up by hundreds of pound s I all ways shop online this is the 1st big problem I 've ever had my contact number is [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com thank hope to resolve soon

Fashion Nova horrible black ripped jeans and horrible service

Hello, I received my black ripped jeans from fashion nova recently and they are horrible, I hate the quality the fit is awful and it's nothing like the picture. On top of that, they sent me two of the same products and charged me twice for it, and when I tried to email them about it to send me my money back they ignored my multiple emails. Please help me fix this situation, I just want my money back.

Fashion Nova - international shipping: extra unexpected fee

10/13/2019 I ordered two items (order #[protected]), paying $45 in total of which $15 for international shipping. When my items arrived in the Netherlands, 10/15/2019, I received an email from DHL saying I had to pay about $45 (€42.75) for import duty/tax. When I called them they explained to me that Fashion Nova hadn't filled in the shipping fee correctly...

Fashion Nova their phony "easy return" process

I placed my order on August 22nd and the order number is #[protected] (I now remember this by heart due to how many times I've submitted a return through them). I submitted a return and refund for 4 out of 9 items I purchased and it took them two weeks to respond to me with a non-generic message. I completed my purchase for the shipping return label or whatever its called so I can have an "easy return". It took them four days and an email from me for them to actually send me my purchased information. When I went to my local postal office with my paid shipping return label, they told me it was invalid and concluded with me spending an additional $25 OUT OF POCKET to actually ship it(this was September 14th, 2019). After almost two weeks and no word from anyone, I emailed them for the SIXTH TIME for a status on my return. took them another week and three more emails from me for them to respond. All they asked me to do is repeat my issue and information and nothing was done. Now its October 2nd, 2019 and they have the nerve to tell me that they never received my returned products which is absolute ludicrous because I sent the returned items to the location they provided with not one but TWO completed return slips.

Fashion Nova postal

I purchased 3 items (order number [protected]) on the 22nd September 2019 for $78.73 from the UK. I have been waiting on my purchase for sometime now . I received an email today from Global Freight Service (GFS) regarding "duty and VAT".

I am very confused because I have been regularly purchasing from FN for a while now and I have never been asked to pay a further charge in order to release my items.

I have been asked to pay a further £19 so that my parcel can be released to me. I would like to know what is going on and if Fashion Nova will be paying thus cost. I need my parcel as soon as possile

Fashion Nova express shipping

I made an express order on fashion nova before 4pm and for some reason I get an email saying it's coming in a week. Got an email the next day saying it's being shipped and that also provided me with a tracking number. I called the customer service number but the tracking number was with DHL and they said they couldn't help me. I want to know why my package says it's coming in a week when I paid the extra money to receiver the next day. Also, I called DHL and they said they could track my number. What the hell fashion nova! I want a re fund if I don't get it by tomorrow!

Fashion Nova charged twice for one order.

I made one order of nine items of clothing from your store and for some reason I have been charged and my mother has been charged €167.25 on my mother's VISA on the 27/09/19 and for the same order I have ALSO been charged on my VISA for €167.53 on 26/09/19. I should not have been double charged. And I DO NOT want TWO parcels! I need you to refund me on my VISA. Contact me ASAP.

Hi I didn’t order twice, they have a policy on their website that if a card is declined, the payment strictly does not go through. I only have one order with one tracking number with nine items. Thanks for your help though.

Fashion Nova my order not coming on time

Before I placed my order which was September 23rd it says on fashion nova website that the regular shipping only take 5 days and today I got an email saying that my order will arrive October 9 which doesn't make any sense at all. I was gonna do the express but like your website said "Canada shipping 5 days transit time" I was willing to wait because my vacation is October 3rd. You have to get it to my place before my vacation I just think it's fair as a customer!

Fashion Nova my delivery is late and when I contacted fashionnova they replied with a generic message

I ordered a parcel from fashionova 3 weeks ago it didnt arrive and when i contacted fashionova it took them 3 days to reply to me by a generic email with a tracking link i looked into the tracking link and i contacted the company of the delivery and they have said that my parcel isnt found anywhere and its lost and they cant find it and they want me to contact fashionova for further informations even rho fashionova says that the parcel is with them i have no idea what to do i cant even ask for a refund because i cant return the parcel i am so frustrated by fashionova terrible customer service all they do is copy and paste an email to you they dont bother to read your email and they leave a link for you suggesting to buy more clothes for them even tho you just complained about not receiving your order

Fashion Nova items missing for my order

My order number was [protected] and one item is missing out of the 15 items I have ordered, I got flooded by the storm Imelda and lost my car, so my package was the last thing I could think about...Today Sept 24th I have finally opened my package and realized that the skirt was missing.
I have emailed them and the agent told me that they can't help me, I have never experienced anything like that .
I want them to send me my missing item or issue a refund please.

Fashion Nova an order

I placed an order on their website (not as a guest, I created an account prior to this order) and so after I placed my order I never received a confirmation order. Also I went to my fn account and checked under orders and nothing was there but they sure a hell charged my freaking card! And now I can't get any freaking assistance without a damn order number !

Fashion Nova poor customer service, deceptive practices, no delivery

They contacted me via e mail to buy items in my cart with a promise of free overnight shipping. Theres no such thing the shipping was regular time and never received the items. I e mailed them many times no response. Friday september 20 I got e mail my package was delivered I didn't sign for it or received it. I emailed fn on how they never reply and were lying about free overnight and now my package is gone. Douglas from customer service replied wow. They won't take responsibility and play the blame game is not on us ups is at fault go file a claim with them was his response. Fn work with ups I paid in full and got nothing. On the phone with fn angel assured me they have insurance and a claim was put in place. When the investigation is over I can get a credit or a refund. It takes up to ten business days that's too long. I want a credit now or a full refund. Why they lie on emails to get me to buy and then when their carrier looses my package they refuse to take accountability and want me to file claims when they have insurance? This is beyond the company fn need to do good and resend all items or give immediate credit and more for the inconvenience. If I don't get a quick resolution i'm prepared to contact bbb, ftd and legal shield. Thank you in advance.

Fashion Nova undelivered parcel and poor service

Date: 17-09-2019
Order Number: [protected]

I am utterly appalled by the delivery service that has been used to deliver my order within England, Yodel. They have failed to supply me with the correct tools e.g. A calling card which would alert myself that they had attempted to make a delivery nor did I receive and email or notification regarding the status of my delivery.

I then spoke with their staff who apologized and stated she would have the package resent (this can be seen in the pictures I have attached, which did not happen.
I then went on the website to find out the parcel had been returned to the sender (Fashion Nova).
I then spoke with another Yodel staff member who confirmed a re-delivery would never have been attempted as it was not in there policy to redeliver an item after 3 attempts. If the previous agent had not told me I would have a re-delivery I would have gone to collect the item instead and would have the item to hand.

Whilst pointing out all the errors Yodel had made, the adviser "Shelton" attempt to dispute the delivery drivers could not access my building, which is why they did not leave a calling card. I then went on to state my postbox is outside, right next to the door and proceeded to take a picture and sent it to Shelton. But rather than attempt to rectify the situation Shelton abruptly ended the chat, which led me to go to the depot the next day, I spoke to the manager who told me had the issue been rectified the day before by Shelton, my parcel would not have been in transit back to the sender.
I am told I am unable to receive compensation from Yodel as the sender would have to apply for it, rather than myself.
I am deeply appalled with the service and incompetence of multiple staff members at Yodel and now I have found out I cannot get a refund from Fashion Nova and a voucher is not what I would like.
I am saddened, as I specifically picked Fashion Nova to order my birthday outfit from and ordered within good time so it would come in time, now I am highly out of pocket and will have to pay again for another outfit.

Fashion Nova janice chambrey-medium washed jumpsuit

Received item with zipper broken, spoke to customer service and they in sured me the a replacement would be sent out by overnight shipment and should receive it the next day which was Friday. It is now Monday September the 16th and I still haven't received my replacement jumpsuit. I have been calling customer service and have been getting nothing but a bunch of lies. I would like for someone to resolve this issue and refund me my money back because at time I don't even want the jumpsuit.

Fashion Nova clothing ripped me off

This company has charged my account over 3 times, over 1200 dollars, cancelled my orders and will not respond to calls messages or emails. They have over drafted my account and I cannot get thru to them, beware of this company and their terrible customer service and shopping policies . Unless you can afford to be out over a thousand and never receive a single thing

Fashion Nova never got store credit after my return

I sent my return Aug 3 2019 through their return portal on their website in which you pay $7.99 and print out a pre printed label and I returned it in the same bag it came in. So far I have sent and received about 5 emails asking for an update and have gotten copied and pasted generic messages about their return policy. It has been over a month and no meaningful response! I don't even know if they received the package let alone if they are working on sending me the promised E gift card with store credit. I have bought some things from them in the past that I liked and fit me well but this is my first return and I have to say I will never shop with them again! I was supposed to get around $50 in store credit which I don't think I will ever see.

Fashion Nova False advertisement of shipping / incorrect value of goods declared

Misleading Advertisement / False Advertisement / poor customer service / automated replies / no delivery / customs
I placed an order with Fashion nova on the 19/08/19 (order no - [protected]). The order came to with a 30% discount $213.14 and I paid using PayPal. I have ordered before from fashion nova and i checked the shipping fees on both this occasion and last and it stated "free international shipping on orders above $125" which i qualified for. I received notifications from my order date stating my parcel had been shipped. The last correspondence regarding my shipment was from Global Freight Systems in London stating in a email that I had to pay £91 in duties and taxes in order for my parcel to be released to Yodel for delivery. This is where I realised I was a victim of false advertisement and misleading advertisement, fashion nova advertised free international delivery on the website and even confirmed shipping as $0.00 on my order confirmation (all evidence is available upon request). why was this not stated then on the order confirmation?. I am definately a victim of False advertisement as many customers have experienced the same issue which shows this can happen to any reasonable consumer. If they had made it clear that I would have to pay these £91 Custom fees for £183 worth of clothing (code 61) I would have never purchased this item like the thousands of others being scammed if I had known about these charges before hand and Fashion nova know this which is why they do not state it in the shipping explanation Grid. I got a shipping reference from Yodel but nowhere on the site regarding shipping is Yodel mentioned regarding any fees and takes they only specify DHL (this was noticed when I looked back at the international delivery chart) I spoke to Global Freight Systems and they refused to issue me a import entry, C88 or E2 to breakdown exactly what I was charged as Fashion nova does not give permission for this. This made me question the legitimacy of making this payment as the Global Freight Systems asked me to make a bank transfer stating their details or pay via this insecure link before receiving my goods https://globalfreightsystems.co.uk/PaymentService/MakePayment. I do not feel safe making this payment as this company has very negative reviews especially with fashion nova orders stating they have paid the duty and vat and never received their parcel at all!. I am not going to put my debit card details into an unsercure website unless they accept paypal, i even paid for my fashion nova order via paypal. During Further correspondence with Global Freight Systems they they informed me that Fashion Nova declared on the Import Entry that my order was $309 plus other charges however they still refused to issue me the actual documentation they just gave me than information. HMRC states that you have to declare the correct value of good and this rule was broken in fashion novas case, they put the value alot higher and are now refusing to speak GFS to sort this and release my package im not sure if it helps them in terms of their taxes or something like that but trust me there is some scam or fraudulent reasoning behind it please look into this. I have just given Fashion Nova alot of money and this is how they treat their customers vs how great they Influencers ( a known family member)who get FREE clothes I cannot believe it, my family member always gets free clothes and never once has she had any issues. Nothing has been done to try and help, Fashion Nova is asking me to speak to Global Freight Systems and they are asking me to speak to Fashion Nova it is like they benefit from each other. None of them are dedicated to resolving this issue, just a robot from fashion nova and a ignorant customer service agent at GFS who clearly has dealt with this query before thousands of times because she was making alot of assumptions. PLease can this be rectified asap as I am going on holiday and I should not have to pay nearly £100 to release my clothes from customs. I have requested documents and it has been refused. please help!
I would like my items to be delivered to my address as the Shipping chart which you have created to guide your customers through shipping costs which clearly states free international shipping over $125 but it really isnt free because my parcel cannot get shipped to my door unless I make that £91 payment according to Global Freight Systems. Please can Fashion Nova tell Global Freight Systems to release my parcel and to declare the correct value of my order as it is completely wrong. I am going on holiday soon and really need my order and I should not be forced to make a payment in on a insecure website when there are thousands or reviews claiming when making a payment no parcel was received. I would also like Fashion nova to take a more individulist approach when dealing with customer complaints and queries rather than sending automated replies and passing on the blame to shipping company because in reality when it comes down to it all my contract is with fashion nova so they are legally responsible for everything along the way and who they outsource to carry out the service. LOOK AT THE SHIPPING POLICY ON THE SITE NOWHERE WHERE IT STATES INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THE CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO CUSTOM AND TAXES BECAUSE OTHER SITES LIKE PRETTY LITTLE THING MAKE THINGS ABSOLUTELY CLEAR AND ALL THEIR CLOTHES ARE OF GREAT QUALITY AND ON TREND.

Fashion Nova shipping charges

I placed on order and requested overnight delivery and paid the extra charge for the service. When I sent an email about it I received a preempted message about the shipping policy which doesn't really matter to me as I paid for overnight delivery. I have requested my extra shipping money back but have not received an email in regards to returning my shipping cost.
