Fashion Nova employment

Theres a Supervisor named Edgar he's a racist.. He treats black people poorly.. He should be fired.. He gives Hispanic people superiority over the African-American one's.. He gets the African-American workers fired.. Edar has the Spanish speaking workers file complaints on African-American workers, to get them fired... Something should be done.. Its sad...

Fashion Nova refund not in full

Received e-gift card for returned items; however, I paid total of $57.62 for the order and store credit refund amount of $32.33. What happened to the other $25.29 that I paid? Additionally, I even had to pay to ship returned items back. I do not recommend shopping at Fashion Nova. Waste of money if you're not 100% sure you like the item or it will fit

Fashion Nova returned my jeans and never got anything back for them

I ordered two pairs of jeans from Fashion Nova for 62$ in june, they did not fit so i filled out the return card that came in the mail with them and I shipped the two pairs of jeans back and paid 12.99 for shipping. it has been 3 weeks or more and ive never received an email about them or anything. When i emailed them about it they said i needed proof with the package number and receipt showing that i shipped them, the worker at the post office did not give me any receipt and i told them that and have not heard back from them since. i am not just going to give them my money. I dont even want store credit i want my money back because i never wanna shop there again.

Fashion Nova faulty items

Hello, fashioniva sent me faulty items such as bikini that has a massive hole on the bra. They are refusing to issue a refund. Please help, I've never come across a company that won't return money for a faulty item.
The customer service has been replyjnvbwith the same email reputedly, which makes me think it's copied and pasted. I just want my money back or store credit so I could at least buy something I can weAr

Fashion Nova stolen credit card info

I'm getting a crazy amount of notification of stuff that is being bought from this site, I have never use it, and the have retired all my savings from my account. I talked to them from an email and tweet them, but there is no answer, they just ignore what I'm requesting. I had to do a research with my bank, but probably I'll be loosing around 1000 dollars. I'm pretty sure they have something to do with this.

Fashion Nova poor customer service

I drove from Sacramento to LA..expecting to see/find a plethora of clothes like there is online. Instead, I was met with a bunch of no's. "No we don't have this and "no we can't take this back"and "no, you can't use your Fashion Nova gift card here in the Fashion Nova store." It was the worse store experience I've ever had. I will NEVER go back to the store again...and once I am able to actually use my gift card...I don't plan on patronizing this business again and will spread the word as well to EVERYONE I know!

Fashion Nova customer service and policy

Fashion Nova petty...first I ordered items from several different stores so that I can help
Someone out in need. I got all tracking info from all companies but Fashion Nova.

So I decided to contact them by there only means EMAIL 🤔👎🏾 but they did respond according which shocked me. So I ask where is my tracking information. To find out the have not even prepared the order yet from Tuesday.

So then I stated that the items I ordered will serve no purpose two weeks later ( that's how long it's gonna take) because the young lady that don't have anything will not be able to have them cause she would be gone I DONT KNOW THE LADY IM JUST HELPING IN NEED.

So I asked th to return the items since there not sent out yet and this big company DO NOT DO RETURNS. And I have to WAIT till the item come to me that has net even been sent to send them back with my own returns and I only get STORE CREDIT.

Store credit, long shipping process...this is ridiculous so now I have to donate perfect cloths and a BIG WASTE OF MY MONEY.

NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM UNTIL THEY CHANGE THERE POLICY.

Fashion Nova biker jumpsuit

I had order a biker jumpsuit before trying it on i check it out and saw a blood stain inside on the outfit. It just piss me off and hard to reach out to the about their product they sent to me. This is bad business especially my first time every shopping with fashion nova. I was couldn't believe this. I was very upset

Fashion Nova jumpsuit

Customer service is just horrible! i have no problem with no other company. Im trting to just return my jumpsuit because its too small. Customer service just want to give me a headache and not listen to my problems about a return label. Saying it have to be damaged. Why wouldnt i want to return this. Such stupid people. Will bever shop here again ?!

Fashion Nova return policy

I placed an order realizing that I accidentally chose the wrong size for a pair of jeans. I emailed them not even within 5mins of placing the order to ask them to change the size or remove it. Their answer was pretty much no they can't and that I would have to wait until I get my items so I could return it. But I now have to pay $10 just to return the pants. Ridiculous. Last time I'm going to purchase anything from here.

Fashion Nova accidentally purchased an order

I accidentally purchased an order from this company that made som changes to the website. I was told they dont do refunds and I was to reject the order and could only get an e- credit. I am still waiting for the order to get back there, after almost 3 months. I have not gotten anything from this company and feel like I'm being robbed. They should not have a business online if u dont have a proper refund policy and they dont seem to know anything about the shipment. I hate this company and will never ho there again, plus the clothes look very cheap, nothing like online

Fashion Nova product & service

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM FASHION NOVA!

My experience was 100% horrible. I had bought a nice dress that was on sale for a presentation I had to do in school. I waited a good 5-6 days and when my "dress" finally arrived it turned out to be pants ..! One the shipping label it said my name and the correct order I had but on the inside the label said "love pants, khaki" which is not what I ordered! I called fashion nova right away and didn't even open the package. When I called they expected me to go out of my way and return the item as well as not giving me the correct item I ordered . Another thing, they did not return the money I spent on my dress, they only give store credit. If this mistake was on their behalf and cannot even give me the correct item, why can, the consumer, not receive my money back? I do not want to buy from this store ever again, I was left completely empty handed. I sure as hell hope I don't have to pay for shipping as well to return their error.

Fashion Nova order still not received

I have been waiting for my order for about three months now, I have sent so many emails to fashionnova about the delay but they continue to send me an auto mated message just confirmed the order is ‘on its way'. I finished got an response about a month into this stating my package needed duty paid so I paid it the next day expecting this to be sorted. Now the company can no longer find my package since the tracking number doesn't work and fashionnova do not hold any responsibility and now are ignoring my emails. This has been the most distressing experience of my life, I have spent so much money on this company and all I want is my package. They are so unhelpful and just simply don't care.

Fashion Nova customer service

I ordered from FashionNova on 05/05/2019 and my package was delivered on 05/08/2019. Every item I ordered was incorrect. I tried to follow the Easy Returns process that they claim to have by going to the Returns Portal. The Returns Portal did not find my order #. I then emailed them because it says they have customer service 24/7 and to contact them via provided email address. I received an automated response but nothing more. I then decided to search for a 1-800 number but that was nowhere to be found on their site. When I finally found the 1800 number on the Better Business Bureau's site (because there are numerous complaints about their order fulfillment and customer service) I was able to make a call to Customer Services. When I finally got someone they explained that the Return Portal had a glitch and that they have been having issues with their new system so several orders have been sent with incorrect items. As was the situation in my case. The C.S. representative asked for details about my order and I let her know that everything that was sent was incorrect. And she said as long as it was reported within two days of the order I would be able to receive a refund. She sent me an email to reply to and asked that I sent pictures of the items that I received that were incorrect, so I did. She asked me to unpackage the items (3 items total) and take a picture of tags and reply to email with pictures. I sent the pictures back to her and then she said that the items she shows on her side are the items that I received. I told her that all three items were incorrect and that was the reason for my call so that I could return them with the packing slip marked incorrect item sent.
She said since what she sees on her side are what I was sent, then they can't give me a refund. She all of a sudden had a different answer than her initial statement about their system having a glitch and incorrect items being sent out. She said that they would not be able to issue a refund even though they were incorrect items but they would send me a credit. Why would I attempt to buy more items from them when they clearly are having issues with their system and they will continue to send the wrong items and then I have to pay to have them shipped back and not even be able to receive a full refund. I think this company is fraudulent and just out to take consumers' money. The reviews on their site are fake. I filled out a review on all three items they sent me and none of my reviews were posted even after confirming my review via an email they send once you submit a review. I looked back at all three items they sent me and there were nothing but good reviews on the clothing. I think this company is using fake reviews to get people to buy from them and nowhere in the buying process does it say that only store credits will be given when returning. There are even some items that are non-returnable and I'm not sure if they let people know before the order is complete if you cannot return those items, even for a store credit. I will never place an order with Fashion Nova again and I am also filing a complaint against them on the Better Business Bureau website. I will post my reviews of this company in all places possible in order to bring awareness to those that are not aware of these bad business practices Fashion Nova is becoming known for. SHUT DOWN FASHION NOVA!

Fashion Nova returned item not refunded

I originally bought 3 items and checked out as a guest. I received the items March 2, 2019. I decided to return 1 of those items and mailed my returned package on March 21st. I filled out the form and used the return code they specified. I then mailed it through USPS. USPS tracking showed the package was received. Unfortunately, I don't remember the exact date. I then deleted the picture of the tracking number thinking I no longer needed it. I waited well past the 5-7 business days they state on their website and never heard from them. I finally reached out to customer service on April 12th and was told that I needed the tracking number from USPS. I tried my best to get the tracking number but I did not save a picture and the post office told me the only person who received a tracking number was me. I gave them the date they received my returned item, my order number, the specific item, and color of the item I returned, the reason code on the return form, and they insisted I needed the tracking number instead. I understand that it is part of their policy, but that is ridiculous. I have never ever, and I repeat never ever, have had to keep the tracking number to return an item. I just returned an item through another vendor and kept the tracking number just in case, since this has me paranoid, and they didn't even ask. It's almost like they are hoping you don't keep the tracking number and wait until you reach out to them so they can blame it on you. Surely there has to be another way to find the item I returned, especially since I saw it arrived. If it didn't arrive then it would have been sent back to me eventually through the return address, but that never happened. The unfortunate thing is that I really enjoyed the other clothes I received and would have loved to order more things in the future, but this fiasco definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

Fashion Nova bad to the bone boyfriend jeans

I ordered these jeans and they look look nothing like the picture. No one ANSWERS the phone I've called multiple times and have waited over 20 minutes. They arrived today and I can't find the ones I actually ordered online now. Now I'm out 40$ with no use of these pants. I would love to have what I Payed for. Also would love if the phone was answered. Terrible service. I can't submit to [protected]@fashionnova since I can't find the original pair I ordered online !

Fashion Nova customer service

I placed a order last night, after placing the order, i realized the zip code was not right, so I immediately called them, received a email, so we cant help "order shipped they said", that fast, i told them, i placed a order with youll before, please check to vefify, they verified and still could not correct issue and did not care, they had the money already, this is not good customer service or dealings, it could have been corrected. I will not be ordering from here ever. The customer is suppose to count. They told me to call USPS to update address, it could have been done on their end, sk easily, if they cared.

Fashion Nova online fashion store

Product arrived incomplete. The bathsuit was missing from the package and it all it included was the cover up.

When contacted they told me they would not ship out a replacement bathing suit and I would need to just make another order or send the piece I had back. They would give my a store credit instead of a refund. What good is a store credit if you never want to shop with this company again? For a mistake that was clearly theirs. I'm not sure why I should have to inconvenience myself to go back online to order again or to even take a trip to the post office. They also will not reimburse or cover returns but can't be sure they are shipping out the entire sets. This sounds like fraud. Do not support fashion nova.

Fashion Nova dress

I ordered a dress for my bday in medium the shipment came in small I new who the hell do u have working over there. Then you have the never e to tell me I have to wait 5 days to get a credit and by then my size will be gone and my event will be gone what good is this company? U guys are cheap and low no customer service for your errors oh I promise I will go further and little by little the company will drown u might now no who you are inconveniencing.

I ordered some pants in size 1x. Tried them on they were extremely huge. I noticed the inside tag said 3x, the tag on the pants was 1x. I’ve been emailing back and forth. All they can offer me is a store credit and up to $10 refund for shipping. Reorder the pants when I get my store credit. Why should I have to inconvenience myself for their mistake. Not to mention pay $7 to have the pants shipped. I ordered those pants for a special event. Now I’m I’m basically I’m spending more money. I’m so done with this company.

Fashion Nova received wrong item

I placed my first order with a lot of hesitation. I got my package quickly but the main reason I placed this order was because I needed a blouse for an even this weekend. I did not get the blouse and instead got a pair of jeans. I have sent several emails and am currently waiting on hold with customer support (going on 10 min now.) The responses that I am getting to my emails are telling me how to return the jeans... perfect. But I NEED the blouse and nobody is responding to my questions on how to get that. This was your company's mistake and I feel you should send me the shirt that I paid for ASAP. What can I do to get this fixed?! I do not have time to sit on hold all day long.
