I placed an order on the 24th February and to date I am yet to have my order shipped. I have emailed the information site 3 times already and no one has addressed any of the comments I have made. I have asked 3 times already when my order will be shipped and I am yet to have a straight answer. No one has informed my why my order has not been shipped. This is the most disgraceful service i have ever had. There has been no information on the complaints procedure and no form or reimbursement and it has been so long it's a new month. I refuse to ask again when my order will be shipped to be completely ignored.

I ordered a package from Fashion Nova and I never received it I left emails I contact them through Instagram and I also called and no response they took my money and no one's responding to me and I'm very upset. The package I ordered was on March 1st today is March 9th and still no word on the package and it still delayed in the post office for no reason I've been trying to reach someone about this matter and it's getting very frustrating all I want is my package from them and fashion Nova is not answering the phone can somebody please help me

I place an order March 5th & haven't heard anything since its says I've paid but it's unfulfilled this has never happened to me with fashion Nova and I just want to know what's going on my order the money has been took off my card and everything and I don't appreciate the bad customer service y'all have we call the customer service line it's just a machine talking

I placed a $95 order Feb 20th hoping to get it for vacation. I have not received any updates, despite emailing and writing them on social media multiple times. I also placed a smaller order so I can at least have a couple outfits for vacation, and it has already shipped. I'm not sure if they just skipped my first order, but if they're not here by 03/15, I plan on disputing it with my bank!

I ordered 5 shirts on February 26, 2018 and all of them came out to be crop shirts and they didn't appear to be so on the models. One of the tops had a hole in the seem. I returned all 5 tops and didn't receive the amount of credit that I paid for the items. No one answers the customer service number and I deserve an explanation as to why I'm being cheated out of my money.

I placed my order on 3/1 and I bought around 5 items. My total came out to about $85 (I also paid for 2 day shipping. I got a confirmation that went to junk mail but never recieved any shipping details. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything back from them. I sent them an email which says they will get back to their customers within 24 hours (lies) they didn't get back to me until 4 days later and they didn't even solve the issue they just stated that my items will ship soon due to a discrepancy in their system. Just this morning I got an email that my items shipped (finally!) but when I looked at my email they are only shipping ONE item but they still charged me for the full amount. It says in small font that if you don't see some items they are going to refund store credit... umm sorry but I want my money back not store credit what makes me think this isn't going to happen again? Also, I PAID for these items so how did they sell it AFTER I paid? I think fashion nova is a scam and treat their paying customers like [censor]. If I had a social media platform or if I was Kylie Jenner they would be solving any issue at the snaps of my fingers. If they do this to me I'm sure they do this to a lot more. And they have a lot of following so I know they are keeping their coins. I also don't think it's professional not having a customer service line where you can speak to a live representative. Instead they just send you coupons to purchase more of their China quality clothes. So if anyone wants to purchase from them, buy at your own risk.

This was my first time ordering on this website, but I have a couple of friends that have ordered from here various times and they've never had a problem with their order or anything. My order has been said to be "delivered" and never showed up to my house... I have emailed them various times and each time they tell me the same thing and saying its not their responsibility after the order is said to be "delivered". It should be their responsibility until the package officially gets to its destination. They are basically stealing peoples money. People depend on this brand. The company was the one that pays USPS so it could be shipped to the customers' house, the customer doesn't pay USPS we pay Fashion Nova. They don't return people's money back or find a solution to people's problem. What kind of company is this! I was counting on them to get a dress for a concert and never got anything! I demand a refund, NO STORE CREDIT! Why would i want store credit when they can't even do their job and ship a package right or find a solution. All they do is ignore or say the same thing.

Online it Says that I'd your order is $75 or more you can get up to 2 day shipping . I placed my order March 2nd and it still hasn't been shipped . I'm just about ready to cancel my order . I tried to contact customer service but it's just a machine talking . How are you going to run a business and not answer to your customers ? Never will I order from fashionNova again .

I need all to know! My financial information was used without my authorization and amongst other purchases #fashionnova was one of the merchants. I'm beyond perplexed that @fashionnova has no course of action for this kinda of thing. I called as soon as I was made aware of the purchase and asked them to cancel the order - they did not. They sent me the shipment anyways 2 weeks later. Then I asked them to send a return label (why should I come out of pocket to return something I did not buy and tried to stop from being shipped 2 weeks prior)- they wouldnt. The only way I got my refund was by filing a claim with my financial institution and putting a stop payment on @fashionnova. I shipped the items back and we'll see if they reimburse me for the shipping. But based on my customer service experience I highly doubt they will help me. I am a firm believer in customer service! I will take my business to the most expensive place and leave the most cost effective places based on customer service! You can not put a price on how you are treated and I will say this loud! @fashionnova treated me like crap! I'm not an "online" type of shopper but if I was - I will never give my business to them. I hope this was a one off and they don't treat everyone like they did me... But I for sure want this to be known because they deserve to be exposed for there wrong doing and lack of empathy for consumers in general! @fashionnova learn some customer service. This aspect of business will surly round out your business. You have a product that is wanted, you have marketing that brings you business, now work on your customer service and this will secure your business.

I ordered items from fashion nova a week ago they haven't packaged my order yet. Now I understand it takes time for my items to be shipped to me but why is it taking so long to process my order? I specifically ordered it in advance because I need it for an event. To make matters worse, I emailed their customers service and no one returned my email. I am not satisfied with the service at all and will not be purchasing from them anymore.

I ordered my dress from fashionnova on march 1st at 12:29pm I have yet to receive an order update it's been 72hours. They said in 24 hours my order status would be updated nothing has changed. It still says "unfulfilled" which mean they haven't even prepared my order to even be shipped. I'm highly upset! There's nobody I can call and actually talk to. I have to keep emailing them and no response has been made. And this is my first time ordering from them what a bad first impression. I'm never ordering from them again.. Ever

Hello, I'm still waiting for order to be shipped. It's been 9days. Money has been taken off my card, everything has been paid, and yet nothing has move. Again I'm getting frustrated because this has never happened. I really need this problem handle. It's not fair to me or anyone else in that matter. I don't understand how items can be out of stock when I ordered ahead of time. I emailed multiple times and called. You say it's 24/7 customer service but take 2days to respond. And then when you do respond, there's no clarity at all. Basically telling me what I want to hear instead of informing me what's going on. I'm attaching a picture so you can see when I ordered it, how much, and that it has been paid

I'm extremely upset that some one put the wrong address on my package that I ordered on feb 23 ( 12476689) this is the 2 time that I've missed an important event due to my package being late or lost! I'm very disappointed because I've been ordering clothes for 3 years . I no longer need the clothes I order because the event was this weekend and I didn't receive my order ! More importantly I had to spend more money for the second time because Fashon Nova dropped the ball! I need some one to help me expedite this situation with my order that I still haven't received ! I want a full refund! And I don't want no gift card! I'm fed up with this

I placed my order 2-24-2018 & I have yet to get a shipment email or anything. They sure as heck took my money super fast though. I can't even get ahold of an actual customer service person. This will be the last time I ever order with them. If I could get ahold of them to at least see where my order was I would be less upset. This is seriously the worst customer service ever.

Ordered 15 plus items on February 27, 2018 and Fashion Nova has took the money but have yet to ship none of the items. I am very pissed because I feel that they are preying on people and stealing. They don't have a customer service where you can talk to a real live person. I have sent several emails and have yet to get a response from them. All I want is my money back or my items and I don't want no damn gift card, I want the same money I paid with back if they do not send my items and I am about ready to file a lawsuit because this what they are doing is not right, professional and show poor and bad customer service.

I purchased $337.00 on February 26 2018 worth of clothes I paid $20 rush one day delivery that currently still says unfulfilled I called their calling service no one answers I emailed them I got one email back stating after 5 days that my items was shipped which they weren't on the site it clearly still showing up as unfulfilled. I don't usually do things like this but they have my money and never sent the items that I still would like.

I placed an order on February 23, 2018 and I have not received my order. I ordered Keeo It on the Low-Olive. It still says unfulfilled but no one has emailed me letting me know anything. What's up Fashion Nova the Devil.

I'm writing this review as your [censor] business has brought nothing but misery to me and my poor wallet. 14 days ago I ordered over 100 dollars worth of your junk and up until the day I'm writing this, I still haven't received them yet. I understand that Fashion Devil allocates so much of their budget (that comes from silly people like me who ends up buying from this company) towards sponsoring famous rich girls to wear their clothing, mindless in-your-face ads, yet they spend so little to ensure the actual paying customers are satisfied.

I live in a proper city in Germany where other packages usually reach me just fine, but Fashion Devil chooses to use RRD (whatever the hell that is) to ship the package and when I reached to both RRD and Fashion Devil, no answer was given. While other websites use DHL and UPS as their shipping method, this company chooses RRD? really. Try leaving them comments on their instagram? those will be deleted. Sending emails? those will NOT be answered.

I truly regret shopping there, my whole life I will spend telling people not to shop there as much as I can. I would hate to see people's hard earned money gone to waste/ towards [censor] quality clothes.

If I could give Fashion Nova the Devil 0 star, I really really would.

To those thinking of caving in and ordering the stuff, DON'T. You will not get your packages in time and for the price you can certainly get better clothes some place else. Perhaps from another website where they value your money and treat you properly.

This company is horrible. They sent me a e gift card that was not my full amount first off, I contacted them by phone an they never ansrw or reply. I sent them several emails an all I got back was a pre rented email from them. So since they only let you use the gift card online im like let me hurry up use it an be done with them. I orderd a two piece set an a make up pallet totaling one of my gift cards an they said my items were being processed. Then I get hit with a email three days later saying my items was being shiped with a picture of the out fit only. So I sent them another email an now I just got my order today an only the jacket is hear an they not open on the weekends. I am pissed. Trust me this place is not worth it at all. I feel like they only have a couple 100 that look like the picture online an the rest of the clothes are bootleg.

I placed an order for 2 items to make it worth the shipping cost. I mainly purchased for the dress. Within a few hours of my order I got a notice advising a gift card for the dress only. I immediately asked that my order be cancelled BEFORE they sent the shipping notice. They refused to refund me until I went to PayPal and then only offered a refund LESS a restocking fee of $12. Restocking fee for what?! The item you NEVER sent me?! So unethical! The gift card alone is an unethical and illegal business practice in Canada. These scam artists need to be put out of business immediately.
