Fashion Nova Missing Package

I spent $144.94 dollars on Fashion Nova I have never had an issue until recently. I put an order in Jan 6th 2022 received an email with an estimated date of Jan 15th 2022. I received an email Jan 9th 2022 advising that my order will be delayed, however I received another email on Jan 12th 2022 saying that my package was delivered to the Front Door. Nothing was at my door. I go to Fashion Nova website to Track my order but I can't call anyone I can't email anyone. The website says to file a complaint within 10 days yet how can I when I have no way of reaching out to Fashion Nova. You can't tell me a Live Person does not work for Fashion Nova.

Fashion Nova Package not received

I ordered 11/26/21. On 12/10 Lasership tracking posted via tracking that my package was at a distribution center on Brookpark in Ohio, which is just minutes away from my home address. My delivery date changed multiple times 12/11, 12/15, 12/18 and then marked as exception. These items ordered were for my vacation on 12/15/21 needless to say, those items did not go with me. I've reached out to fashion nova several times about my order & I kept all emails. On 12/21 immediately after I sent another email about my order oddly enough I received a delivered message which was not true as I was home at said time of 3:59pm there was no delivery made and no picture of delivery either as fashion nova claim form asks. I immediately reached back out to them only to recieve a response to wait 2-3 days before I file a missing package claim. On 1/11/22 against my better judgment I completed the verification form and chose my order to be replaced, per their policy I only had 2 options store credit in the form of a gift certificate or replaced items. I have not heard from fashion nova since sending the form 2 days ago. You'd think after all this time they'd be quick to resolve this dispute. I am not new to fashion nova I've made many orders in the past and other than very slow shipping I received my items. Customer support has been far less than helpful. I feel like I kept receiving the same copied responses. I am beyond disappointed with this whole ordeal. I just want it resolved and never shop with them again.
Today I attempted to contact fashion nova again this time it says they're unable to file a claim because it's been over 30 days. I am blown away by this response and don't know how to proceed from here.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova only issued me for 1 item when i returned 2

I've been a long time customer of FN. Before celebrities started endorsing them, back when they only had a few million followers on IG. I purchased 2 items and returned them both but was only issued a store credit for one of them. When i emailed them they claim it was because 1 of the items was apart of the b1g1 and i wouldve had to return both items to receive full credit, which doesnt make any sense. The item i never received credit for wasnt apart of the b1g1. Anything to scam paying customers out of money. They definitely lost a customer. Maybe if they could stop paying these celebrities ( who only wear designer clothes) millions to endorse them, they could hire some customer service reps to answer calls. Im currently disputing this through paypal and if that doesnt work then Chase will surely give me my money back.

Fashion Nova my package says delivered and I never received it.

I contacted fashionnova 9 times to get this issue resolved. I contacted them on Jan. 5 notifying them my order says delivered but i never received it. They said it says delivered so as a one time courtesy they will issue me an e-gift card. They emailed me a form to complete and return to email. I did this 9 times from 1/5 to 1/12 and i have yet to get my e gift card. One email stated, they are unable to find my email thread with the attached form. I resent it right away with proof of how many times i sent it along with the signed form and no response. I don't know what to do next. I have had an issue with them once before and never received my money back. I even tried calling no one answers. If i cannot get my e-gift card i will like a refund.

Desired outcome: I want my refund or the e-gift card. I paid for items i never received.

Fashion Nova Did not receive my package

They sent my package back to the sender. They did not give me a refund and has said I would get a gift card and also did not get that either. Horrible communication with their customer service and their help center does is not helpful at all. I have no emails from them letting me know what the next step is to this situation. I have no idea of what to do myself, I want my package or just the refund of what I had ordered.

Fashion Nova My order #86849892

My order was placed Dec.14 gotten an email from them saying Carrier delay Dec.16 and on Dec.23 email says package on the way Dec.25 says arriving soon and expect your order to be delivered by the carrier within 14 hours then Dec.28 email says your package was delivered at the front door Dec.28 @ 4:49 pm I am a homemaker and been home all day no deliveries to my front door was made we check the camera and even ask my neighbors across the street from my house to check theirs as well and same thing no deliveries was made. I waited another day before I reach out to FedEx since according to the tracking number it's being delivered by them so they check the tracking number and I was told that it's being delivered by USPS since FN used FedEx post so then I reached out to my USPS and they check for the same tracking and was told they do not have that package nor can find the tracking. I have reached out to Fashion Nova and finally gotten an email back Jan. 3 have me a case number and said they will respond to my request in 24-48 hours and it's now Jan.8 and I still haven't heard from them. I have all documentations. Please help and thank you!

Fashion Nova Did not receive package

Never received package, it was delivered to wrong address and they refused to refund my money after their delivery service made this mistake, which even apartment management stated the picture of doorway sent was not the same as mine. Which proves my package was dropped at wrong address. I contacted fashion nova delivery company and they sent me back to fashion nova, then fashion nova sent me back to delivery company . Nether is taking responsibility. I looked online to double check and my delivery address for package was correct, so they definitely made mistake and left at wrong address. I want my money back it was part of my daughter Christmas.

Fashion Nova Gift card

It keeps saying my gift card is invalid . It's a 300 dollar card . Do I need to contact my attorney to resolve this issue? I get no response from you via emails and calling the 1 800 number gets me no where. This has gone on long enough. Let's get the gift card working or issue me a refund.asap Thanks

The same has happened to me, i have been in contact with them for about 9 days, they sent a form for me to complete and send right back which i did 9 times and yet they claim they cannot find my email to issue me an e-gift card.

Fashion Nova Order not received

I have waited over a month for fashion nova to respond to my request of having my original order re-sent to me. On November 26th 2021 I was suppose to receive an order that totaled approximately 158.00 and some change. The carrier (Ontrac) delivered my order to the wrong address and then documented that it was dropped off at my house. Upon further investigation they discovered their driver in fact gave it to the wrong person and was unable to retrieve it. I received an email from the carrier where took full responsibility. I forwarded this to fashion nova along with the required paperwork they asked of me in order to have my shipment sent out again. Since December 1st 2021 Fashion Nova has failed to reply back to me regarding this order, resend my order, or refund my money. I am disgusted and upset that you can't reach customer service because they turned off their phone lines and their help center will not respond back.

Desired outcome: I would like either my MONEY or my ORDER re-sent before I obtain legal representation and sue fashion nova for theft and false advertising!

Fashion Nova Return and lost package

Fashion nova customer service is the worse. They don't email you back and you can't talk to a representative. I have 2 problems with them and have not resolved the problem. My first problem was I returned 3 items back and was only refunded for 2 items. They never replied back in regards to the lost item. The 2nd problem is that I ordered some shirts and I never received my package. The ontrac reported my package delivered but I was home all day and I did mot received that order. It was delivered to the apt next door she refused the package due to wrong apt and the driver did not unmarked that delivery as un delivered. Fashion nova ignored my emails and I was not refunded back at all

Hello, I have a problem with an order that I placed on the 24th of November 2021. My account name is Uvi Sewchurn. The order number is [protected]. The tracking number is EPG010647915436756. I ordered a total of 7 items. I reside in 25 Curtis Street Brenthurst Ex2, Brakpan, Johannesburg, Gauteng in South Africa. I've been waiting for 31 days and I have been tracking my order. On the 24th of December at 7:29am it said Out for delivery and today at 1:45am it said vendor tracking events not currently available. I don't understand what's the delay and why I'm all of a sudden unable to track my order

Fashion Nova Missing item

I keep contacting them for my order [protected] and nobody has gotten back to me for weeks. I have received an email saying that a case has been created for me and someone would get back to me in 1-2 days but I have not been contacted at all. My other issue has not been resolved regarding the promo code/gift card issue as I tried to put it in the section that was stated on the website and it did not work. Now, my top prize sweater is missing. Both issues have not been resolved.

I didn't receive my items and it's suppose to been at my house today I got the text message can someone call me [protected] and I would like to have my items b4 New Year's Eve and I left a Message for the fed ex people if I'm not home leave a note and I'll come and pick it up and they did none of that and I called the customer service number and no one answered it after the operator said what he said and hung up and I ordered over $189.00 worth of clothes

Fashion Nova Fashion nova men clothing/ refund

Ordered from fashion nova with an understanding from advertisement & promotions that their clothes are made to fit my body type. After receiving clothing I learn that in fact fashion nova clothes run small. And for that reason I returned the clothing. Seeing as this was false advertisement. There is no need for me to shop at fashion nova anymore. The clothes don't work for my body type & ultimately I won't be able to use a gift card as refund. I request to have my money back in the original form of payment asap.

Fashion Nova Order Number-[protected]

My daughter made a online purchase with Fashion Nova she has yet to receive it. She was keeping up up with the shipment because the clothes were for a trip that she planned for her college graduation out of the country. She received an email about the shipment of the package on December 1, 2021 saying shipment information was sent to FedEx, on 12/2 picked up at Hawthorne, CA and left Hawthorne, CA by FedEx. December 3, 2021 arrived at FedEx hub in Memphis, TN and on December 7, it says in transit and nothing after that. She tried to reach out to Fashion Nova with no response so she filed a claim with FedEx not feeling like it was you guys fault because you did your part and shipped the merchandise, so she filed a claim with FedEx being that the merchandise was in their possession. They denied the claim because they are telling us that we the shipper must file all claims as per their contract agreement with Fashion Nova and told us to contact the shipper for further information. It is impossible to speak with anyone at Fashion Nova so we have been emailing since this started. This is too much money to ignore the situation and to not be able to speak with anyone is just nerve racking. PLEASE RESPOND!

Fashion Nova Order Issues

I ordered from FashionNova's website, Got express shipping, didn't come when it was supposed to so they refunded me my shipping cost which was great. Now it's been over 3 weeks still no package, no updates and nobody from customer service is emailing me back. Which I find funny because they were so responsive up until they date they gave me which they'd start the refund process.

Fashion Nova FashionNova Delivery/Customer Service

Order was never received no way of contacting FashioNova except email that doesn't provide any help all it says it was delivered….but the horrible LaserShip courier keeps telling me to contact seller. So I'm out $40 because it claims delivered and signed and that's not my signature. I checked my whole building even the next building. This is not ok. Never again. FashionNova needs to be more responsible and responsive to their customers.

Fashion Nova Return portal error

Order # [protected]

My issue is with Fashion Nova's Return Portal. I am receiving an error message when attempting to process my return. I reached out to customer support and have exhausted all recommended steps to try to resolve the issue to no avail. I have done the following:

1. Utilize a different device
2. Utilize a different Web Browser
3. Clear Cache and Cookies

Last approach recommended was to send separately through a carrier of my choice. I went to the Post Office to price the return and it is approximately $100 to ship. Fashion Nova offers a pre-paid shipping label option for $7.99. Since I am receiving an error from their portal, this option is not available to me.

I refuse to pay such an obnoxious amount for return shipping when I am entitled to their pre-paid shipping label.

I have asked them to send me a courtesy label since their portal is not working. I have also asked for them to send me the label and then charge the shipping fee to my refund amount. They continue to send me the same instructions for accessing the portal, which isn't working so it has been extremely frustrating.

There is no phone number to call to talk to a live agent. I have been unable to escalate my concerns.

Fashion Nova Wrong item sent

I received my order and they sent the wrong pants. Sent customer service the photos of the pants I received vs the pants I ordered in my order confirmation email WHICH ARE VERY OBVIOUSLY NOT THE SAME PANTS. Do you see rips and distressing on the pants in my order confirmation? NO! The pants I ordered are solid black. Totally different item from the faded gray jeans with rips I received. Looks like at the time your website was posting pictures of the wrong item. Please send me a prepaid shipping label so I can return the wrong item received. I am not paying to send it back as this was an error on Fashion Novas part.
