Fashion Nova Rush shipping fee charged, product not delivered.

I've reached out our to customer services twice in the last week about my order.

I paid 14.99 for rush shipping which is supposed to be 1 business day. I paid July 7th therefore my order should've delivered July 8th and it wasn't.

I need a refund on the rush shipping charges that was robbed and the product wasn't delivered. I will contest with my bank these charges if this issue isn't resolved I've been patient but to be ignored through email is not good quality service AT ALL.

Desired outcome: Refund of 14.99

Hi, something similar happened to me- I placed a very expensive order on their website which still says TBD for date of delivery, I was signed up for delivery notifications which I never received, after checking my emails daily & 10 days later, I contact Fashion Nova since I never received my package, Fashion Nova tells me that the “delivery has been successful”. What?! I have proof I didn’t & I get copy pasted emails from what I only can assume are robots answering emails & now I just want to file a suit because they’re NOT going to take my money & just ignore me as if I don’t work my butt off!

Fashion Nova Missing delivery

I really need someone to investigate this issue regarding your carrier. Lasership claims my package was delivered order number
[protected].

I have reached out to FashionNova support about my order and they say that it was delivered on June 29th at 3:58pm.
Please find attached a copy of the lasership shipping receipt which says that the package was delivered at 10:58 pm. Why does the Fashionova support team have a different time of delivery?

If I am not contacted by a person I will be having a legal counsel contact your company. Customer service should be important for a business like FashionNova. Your shipper needs to be investigated for these shenanigans.

We have a camera and there was no delivery on June 29 at 10:58pm or at 3:59. Lasership says that the package left there facility at 10:56pm. Kennesaw is an hour from me. I doubt if it could be delivered in 2 mins.
I would like this issue investigated t and don't just tell me it was delivered because it says that in your system. I need someone to review this and not received an automatic reply. If it is reviewed I'm sure you will have no problem providing me a refund.
Lasership needs to be investigated if they are changing delivery times and holding packages at a facility for 4 days. Please review the shipping details carefully. I have attached them below.

Fashion Nova Order number [protected]

I ordered over $800 worth of clothes from Fashion Nova and received all of them but one dress that cost $32. The delivery company that they used is Lasership who has a reputation for stealing Fashion Nova packages by the way! look it up on the Better Business Bureau website you will see thousands of complaints. I call fashion Nova and told them I didn't receive my package and I was home all day that day, and the response is that it was delivered to the right house? How would they know that? They refuse to send me a replacement. At this point, it's not about the money but the blatant disrespect they have for their customers that spends so much on their website smh. At this point, it is illegal what they doing to people, and the fact that I'm so upset going back and forth with that company through email just pisses me off. They have the nerve to send me an email stating they will not refund me after I spoke to leadership and they stated I have to contact Fashion Nova but FN say oh that's not our problem good luck

Fashion Nova Product

My name is Divine and my email is [protected]@gmail.com. My package was supposed to be delivered like 2 weeks ago and I just called fedex and I was told that since my package did not get here on time and is still not here it won't be able to track my location anymore. Now I have to order another one and it's $50 plus tax and shipping and I'm a teenager only working twice a day. This dress is very important and I ordered it a long time before the party I wanted to use it for now the party is over with I had to get another dress so in the most polite way it's either you guys place another order with my money that I put on that dress or I get my money back because how can I get just one item and it took so long to get to my house to the point where it can no longer find my location I don't think I'm going to waste my money buying another one when you guys could just use the money I bought the other dress with to buy the same dress even if it's out of stock when it is in stock you can get me as your first order on that dress with my money. Thank you. Have a nice one!

Fashion Nova Product/ Service

Made a purchase on June 9th with overnight shipping and never received my package. I emailed FN about this issue and they refunded the overnight shipping cost however they advised me that I had to wait 9 days from the last update on tracking to be able to see what happen with my order.
I never heard back on he 9th day so I decided to contact fed ex about my order to see if I can updates. They advised that the order was stuck in California and they will have to start a claim on it. I waited 5 days from the date I put in a claim and called back, I then spoke to the rep handling my claim and she advised me that the order was claimed as lost because they cannot track it, she advised me to contact FN and ask them to file a claim with Fed Ex and also ask for a refund. I have been emailing FN and have no yet gotten a response from them about a refund or possibly resending my order given the fact that I'm a very loyal FN customer.
Fast forward to June 28th, I called Fed Ex again to see if they have any updates, The rep told me the package has been lost and I have to call FN. Well FN has not responded to any of my emails. What to do next? How do I get a hold of someone for a refund? It's been weeks since and I haven't heard back from them at all.

Fashion Nova Fashion Nova SCAMMED me out of my refund

Fashion Nova SCAMMED ME. I was suppose to receive a refund on my order but never did. Their representative emailed me saying it was issued and sent to my email which I NEVER GOT! I told them this and they just repeatedly say they sent it and refused to do anything about the fact I have not received anything even though this order was returned over 2 months ago! In addition, I talked to the FTC and found out it is illegal for Fashion Nova to issue gift cards in place of actual refunds. When I brought this up they stopped replying. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and I just want my refund asap.

Fashion Nova Online Shopping

I placed an order last night on Fashion Nova and as soon as I woke up the next day my order was cancelled. Important to note is that I didn't recieve any text messages or emails regarding my order being cancelled, the only place where my order appears as cancelled is on my Fashion Nova app.
Now I'm pretty confused since I need those clothes for a certain event (you may say the days are numbered), I could place the order again and wait to get my refund but, since I didn't get any form of official cancellation report, I still have hopes that my packet will arrive on Monday as promised.
My order number is #[protected]. Also Fashion Nova doesn't have a public email address where I can address my issues and that's pretty inconvenient.
It's my first order and I'm for sure disappointed. I just hope I'll get my money or the products I ordered.

Fashion Nova Order #74283311

I made an order about 300$ but I never received it or signed for it. I live in Austria, tracking number says it's been delivered. It was delivered to the wrong country to Germany instead to Austria.
Fashionnova refuses to give me a refund, because they say it was delivered.
I filed complaint against Fashionnova and their curriers DHL and Yun Express.
The customer service doesn't help at all.

Fashion Nova Order

I ordered on June 1 and was supposed to receive items on June 10. They shipped it via laser ship. They haven't received item only created a label june 4th. Then I called them and laser ship said that Fashion nova used a third party delivery and it said they had item in Orlando. I have emailed fashion nova I get the run around and told to contact again on the 19 I have been emailing since the 19 and no response. I paid my hard earned money for these items

Fashion Nova Did not receive package

Hello my tracking number is [protected] says my package was delivered but I never received it. I ordered my items on June 7th and the tracking said it was delivered on June 16th. I was also out of town and just made it home to find out there was no package. I've asked my neighbors if they've seen anything arrive and they said they haven't. Please let me know if there is anything we can do.

Fashion Nova Orders keeping canceled

I've had 3 orders in a week be canceled right after submitting due to fraud even though I'm entering all my information correctly I haven't had issues in the past. Then I have to wait a week to get a refund which is ridiculous. I've been ordering for about 6 or 7 years and I'm officially done with this site. Block my order completely if that's the case don't take my money and make me wait. If my money is taken immediately I want it return immediately simple.

Fashion Nova product never received

Ordered 6 or 7 items from Fashion Nova. I received an email that the items were delivered. I never received any of the items. I have been trying to reach fashion nova and have not been able to do so through the phone. They sent me a generated email back. I also have a case open with fed ex. Fed ex says fashion nova needs to refund me for the items becausethey have a contract. It is noted in the contract that they signed. I have been getting the run around with this process.

Fashion Nova Returned Items,. Produced Proof of Return. Never Recieved Promised Store Credit.

To return three items back to FashionNova due to them being too big, I had to pay for a 30$ shipping label. The package arrived to them, was signed for and I was issued a proof of delivery from FedEx. When I contacted them regarding my promised store credit for items returned in the amount of (49.00) they informed me they could not find my account.
I then sent them the proof of return, my tracking number and purchase order number.
They apologised and said they would issue me a store credit that would be available within 24-48hrs. So I waited.

Five days passed and no store credit. I emailed them again explaining the issue. They asked again for my proof of delivery, tracking number and purchase order number. I sent those. They said they would issue me a store credit again, that would be available in 24hrs.

I waited 24hrs and nothing. I emailed them yet again. Their response was :
"Thank you for reaching out regarding the status of your credit. We appreciate your patience!
Kindly note: It can take up to 24 -48 hours for you to receive the E-Gift Card email, which will be sent to the address you supplied when creating your order."

So I waited again, another 48hrs to no avail. I emailed them yet again for them to respond with ..:
"credit was not processed yet but it has been created today and you will receive the confirmation soon.
This credit will be active in 24-48 hours. Please let us know if you have more questions. "

Everytime I email them asking where the credit is, they tell me to keep waiting..and waiting..and waiting..

It's so obviouse they are just banking on people loosing interest due to frusteration and not pursuing further.

I will keep pursuing because this is theft and fraud.

Desired outcome: I would like my store credit that was promised to me.

Fashion Nova Hacking accounts

Someone from fashionnova just hacked into our account and spent $535.00. The kicker is that we've never ordered from them so how is this possible. You can't get in contact with anyone, the help support is automated. This is so disappointing, especially when we're on a fixed income. Is there away to talk to someone personally? Has this happened to anyone else? Frustrated!

Fashion Nova Refund Credit not received for returned goods

On, April 7, we ordered $245.72 worth of merchandise. Package arrived on April 15 but most of the clothes were too large and did a return (my cost $7.99) and shipped back April 17th. (I didn't take a picture of the return label). I have only used Fashion Nova as a guest account so, I can only going by my emails. I have emailed Customer Service on April 24th and again May 11th asking for proof of my refund credit. No one will email me back. I can't even dispute it with my credit card company. I even turned around and purchased another $178.00 worth of clothes before I knew I couldn't get a credit on my credit card. Please just refund my money on my card or at least my almost $200.00 credit refund. I am so not happy!

Fashion Nova Express shipping

I've paid for express shipping for my package yet they're not even giving me express shipping, why should I have to pay an extra 19 for shipping when you're not going to do express shipping, my order has now taken 5 days rather than the 2-3 days promised, it's very frustrating and annoying, the package is supposed to be delivered to Australia yet it's still in America... . This isn't the first time fashion nova screwed me with express shipping, I want my refund.

Fashion Nova Never receive “delivered” package!!!

I placed and order over $500 a month ago. it says it was delivered 2 weeks ago?! no. it wasn't. they refuse to refund me my money and refuse to resend my package. they say it's out of their hands after it is with the carrier, but i know for sure i never received this package and they have been less than helpful in trying to resolve this issue. i love these clothes and thought this was a trustworthy company. i would love to feel comfortable to continue being a customer but until i see a refund, i won't be shopping here.
