I returned an item to fashion nova in June. It states my return is in progress and klarna is waiting for fashion nova to confirm, Mean while My card has been charged twice already. on 06-23 and 06-25 for $10.25 each time. The order reference number is XL2VKPN6-1. Klarna states I am due for another payment on 08/29/22. I should have no payments for this item. Please advise

I purchased two pairs of pants and two shirts on 8/14. They were delivered fast, thank you. I waited two days before I opened the items, When I unbuttoned one of the shirts, the seam came apart!. I did not get the chance to try it on. The material is terrible. I would like to have both shirts replaced. I love fashion nova. This is the first time I have had a product issue.

The first and last time I’ll ever order anything from Fashion Nova! I made an order today around; 1:56 pm just in time to get the next day shipping for all my clothes.. Everything goes through immediately and my card gets charged; 265.47$

Then around 2:25pm I get an email that they have cancelled my order because “billing information does not align with your financial institution. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to determine why the order would not process” But that is a lie, because everything is correct and the money has been taken from my account! They said that the money has been returned, but I got nothing. You can’t even call them and so far no answers either… I want the clothes that I ordered or my money back.. It’s repulsive how they can just charge my card only to then just cancel!

So far no answers from them or anyone.

I received an email saying my package was delivered. I emailed lso letting them know I didn’t receive a package. They in return sent me a picture of the door it was left at. Asking to confirm this was the right place. I emailed back explaining it’s a different building. I went to the apartment they say they don’t have the package. Fashion nova informed me that in there system it says the package says it was delivered to my address. I emailed back saying they sent a picture of them taking it to the incorrect address. They emailed again saying it says it went to the right place and wouldn’t respond again. I have spent thousands at fashion nova. It’s very disappointing to be treated as though I don’t matter.

this morning i made and order and did not receive and email right away like ususal. i figured there were alot of orders abnd it would come soon. now i see my card was charged and i have not received confirmation email nor is it showing on my account. when i try to contact fashion nova it is asking for an order number which i do not have! i paid for express shipping

I wrote to Fashion Nova on the SAME day as they alledged my £400 plus items were delivered. I explained to them that I did nto receive it and they are ingnoring me. I wish for investigators to investigate this company.

It is absolutely a disgrace that this company is still operating.

1. The company used Hermes to deliver the order

2. I paid Fashion Nova for a SAFE delivery

3. Hermes delivered the items and placed them on the street and took a photo and claim that this was deliverd.

How can an item be delivered if it was NOT given to the custome or

put through their letterbox?

How?

It is not my fault that the items were not given to me.

Fashiion Nova state that their policy states that it is nto their fault so so refund.

I been trying to file a complaint regarding an damage dress order number [protected] the items is DA25788 I am sick and tired of trying to report the problem with my dress and your contact support are not accepting report. My item came damage. The back hook is broken off and the package came slice not sure if this was done while the package was being inspected but that's the way to I receive it.

I placed a order for 18 items on July 16,2022. My total was$193.84. The courier fashion nova uses is lasership and I think there is something fishy going on. They said the package was delivered on July 21st and laser ship provided a picture but there was no package at my door when I went to check. Fashion nova takes no responsibility for packages once the courier says delivered. They are not attempting to resolve or investigate the issue. That is very unacceptable when it is their job to ensure us the customers that are spending our hard earned money to continuously support their business receives our merchandise. Fashion nova should start offering insurance on the packages, use discrete packaging and/or use a new courier. Too many customers are complaining about this problem.

I made a purchase from fashion nova on June 16th to Angola-Luanda. On the tracking info they say it was shipped and expected time of arrival would be up to July 7h. Till this day I haven’t received my package. I made the complaint on the FN app and they sent me an email on the day after stating that my package got lost and I had two options. 1) E-store gift card or 2) refund. I chose the second option because I didn’t like the experience and wanted my refund. In the same day they reply the email very differently from the first one, stating that my purchase is at some post and gave me a different number from the ones used here in Angola. At this point i’m just saturated and feel robbed. It seems like they will do anything just to keep your money even though I didn’t receive the product. Please help me

I made a purchase in the amount of $241.54 on July 1, 2022. I paid for express shipping, as this was to be a birthday present for a family member. The order was said to be delivered in two packages on two seperate days. The first package I received without any issues. The delivery driver provided a photo of proof per usual.

The second delivery seemed to be delayed. I noticed a day after estimated delivery that the status stated "attempted". I called LaserShip and the representative confirmed that they have my package and it will be redelivered in 1-2 days. The next day I noticed the status had again said "attempted". I contacted Fashion Nova multiple times who then redirected me to the shipping company and said to wait 72 hours. On Sunday July 10 at around 4pm the status then changed to "delivered" to the front door yet no package nor photo of proof. I immediately contacted Fashion Nova to let them know what was going on and that I never received my package. Yes, the address on file was correct. I was also sure to review our security cameras to find that there was never a delivery made to our address.

After many emails I have only to be in contact with what seems to be an automated response email that is of no solution. I am a loyal Fashion Nova customer who has spent a great deal of money with this company.

Ordered numerous items on 4/29/2022, with express shipping. Order was to be delivered 5/3/2022 and was never received. Reached out to company and FedEx numerous times. Company has no live person to speak to, and FedEx says that it was a shipping mistake on company’s end. Fed ex also contacted the company. Weeks later company refunds express shipping payment, and changes order delivery date. Today, 7/16/2022, after contacting company again, they claim to have sent an email offering a refund, to which I never received and said my case was to be closed and that they are unable to refund my money or deliver items because I missed the timeline of their “refund link”. An email was never sent, my request to speak to a live person was ignored and I still have not received my items, which they also say it was delivered, but FedEx says it was not.

I made an order with Fashionnova order at 7:15 pm in the 11th july 2022 and the amount was 195$ was deducted from my bank account but I didn't receive any confirmation email from Fashionnova and the order was not processed.

i called the bank to double check and they told me the the payment went through

and they gave me an approval number to double check with them but they never responded .

I have sent back two dresses to Fashion Nova and never received my gift card or credit for either item. I used their return portal and shipped both packages. When checking the tracking for both packages, they both just stop getting updates after a few weeks. I reached out to the customer service team and no response. Also, I never received the refund. This is a SCAM. I am surprised there is not a class action lawsuit from these unethical business practices.

The first pair I paid for product and the shipping DHL got it to indiana said it was delivered then couldn't be delivered because of address get packages all the time so I reach out not easy to do I get a gift card refund minus shipping reorder pay shipping and now waiting again and you guys are hacked or hacks my card is now shut of because of fraud charges from your end after purchase very disappointing 😞

Its almost been a month and 1) I have not received an email confirmation from Fashion Nova, 2) My credit card was charged, 3) my package was shipped but is stuck somewhere 4) I have contacted Fashion nova twice with no response!

I either want my refund or my package urgently! In addition to the links above, I am attaching screenshots of proof of purchase and shipping movement.

I waited a few days before emailing them about my missing package. They said they would get back to me and never did. I spent over 300 dollars and NEVER got my clothes or package. I emailed them multiple times to let them know the situation and they ignored them all. This is not the first time this happened. It happened to me a last year, but I assumed it was the delivery persons error. It clearly wasn't. This company is a SCAM! They don't even allow you to message them on facebook or to get a refund. They have been sued MANY times. STAY AWAY from this company (also a lot of their clothes are made really cheaply and rip or shrink almost immediatley)

I ordered a few items on fashion nova. I payed extra for fast shipping. The order did not come in time. I requested a return to sender as the items served no purpose because it was coming late and kept being delayed. The items was successfully returned to fashion nova however afterpay is still requesting to charge me. Fashion nova never requested to cancel my afterpay. Instead they have ignore numerous emails. They finally emailed me back stating i must either get a fashion nova gift card or request to re-ship the items. I selected gift as i had no choice. Afterpay is still requesting to take my money. Fashion nova never cancelled afterpay. I am getting charge for items that i never received!

I purchased an order from Fashionnova on June 2, 2022 for my daughter totaling over $400.00. I was notified by LaserShip that her package had been damaged and was returned to the Sender, to follow up with them. We reached out to Fashionnova and did originally receive a response with a case no. [protected]. we were asked for additional info. When i finally received a response it was said that they were issuing a gift card to my daughter for the total amount of the purchase within 10 minutes of the email and to click the link. I did that and it said great! i would be refunded the $474.85 for the purchase and that the link would expire in 30 days. To date, I have reached out on 6/10/22; 6/13/22; 6/16/22; 6/21/22; 6/24/22; and still have not received a response nor the gift card and am out of $474.85. Per their page, you will receive a response from customer support within 24 to 48 hours... I am well beyond 24 to 48 hours, out of $474.85 and pissed off.
