Placed an order with Fashion Nova #[protected] was shipped via UPS tracking# 1ZW653X0320448724 said to be delivered 9/13/22. This package was provided to UPS with an invalid shipping address, it was missing the house numbers to be delivered to. UPS looked up the recipient's name in their data base and found a match to the name in the same city and changed the delivery address without the purchaser's knowledge or permission and shipped it to the wrong address. UPS attempted to get the package back but was unable to. UPS opened a claim 4359763501A and refunded the full amount $49.69 back to Fashion Nova (their customer) on 10/9/22 due to their mishandling of the package. Fashion Nova continues to deny a refund or re-shipment of the order and will not contact me the purchaser. Fashion Nova keeps stating they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages to file a police report; however, this package was lost due to their carrier and not me or a theft. UPS has accepted full responsibility and issued Fashion Nova a full refund of the order total and advised me to reach out to them to get the order re-shipped or refunded however, Fashion Nova is uncooperative and at this point has stolen my money. I want a refund of $49.69 back to the original tender type. I have emailed Fashion nova numerous times; it seems an automated system is responding as I get the same responses. True responses are file a police report, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once there is proof it was delivered, here is a $5 give card for your inconvenience.

I had a gift card and it was not applied to my order! When I was checking out, I entered the gift card details and are expecting to get the discount but I did not! Please, I am asking you to apply my gift card to my current order, if my gift card cannot be added to my current order, please go ahead and cancel my order and put the money back on my debit card because I will not be interested in any more gift cards. I placed an order back in May of this year before going vacation. I was unhappy with how a lot of the items fit me. I went to return them only to realize I can’t get my money back—only store credit. I was annoyed but I have experienced this with other online realtors before so I said whatever and sent the items back and waited for my e-gift card. Since then it has been SIX months and still have not received my store credit (of $235 mind you). They have no phone number for customer service. The only way you can contact this company is via e-mail. I have been in communication with them and all they say is for me to “check my spam and junk folders” for my e-gift card that ends in “399g”. I have checked MULTIPLE times—I am not illiterate. They are NOT sending e-gift cards out. They are scamming everyone of their money. After reading these complaints which all say the same thing I say we all group together and file a class action law suit against this company and report them to BBB as stealing customers money because this is not acceptable. I will be looking into this going forward because what they are doing is illegal

This morning, i bought 4 items from Fashion. Nova which cost 49.39$ including tax and shipping, but then when i checked my bank account it removed 70$! I didn’t even order anything more and when i check the app it still stated that the order was only 49.39$. How can i get my money back? The order number is: #[protected]

The "Keeping It Cute Top - Nude" arrived with holes on both sides. The "I'm Good Bodysuit - White" arrived with an out of shape wire that literally makes the top unwearable. Moreover, as you can see in the picture, it appears to have been sewn incorrectly to begin with.

Initially, when I reached out to Fashion Nova Customer Care, I was hopeful that this would be handled well. However, I am so disappointed as it has been over a week of waiting to hear from their team. Also, the more I look at images of these items, I am offended that you would allow such faulty items to be sent out to their consumers.

I ordered $157 worth of merchandise. I contacted the team when my package said delivered and they said to wait a few days, and contact your neighbors. No one has my package and the time stamp for my package is not shown on camera. Their email system is no help. They have no solutions. I feel like they are just taking my money at this point. I contacted the customer service email every few days and have had no resolution.

I recently placed an order on 9/14/22, it stated it would be delivered the 16th and the shipping got delayed and on 9/22/22 I got an email saying my package was “delivered” while I was at work, I found that curious since my ring doorbell never showed someone at my door. When I got home my package was not at my door or mailbox even though lasership said they left it at my door. I contacted fashion nova and that carrier that very day and was told to wait 72 hours. It has been past that and the carrier said they investigated and they can’t do anything since the package was “delivered” and fashion nova said the same and that I can not get a refund, they told me to file a police report for a stolen package. My package was not stolen because my doorbell camera would of recorded that. And my door cam was charged since early some JW went to my door and the app alerted me. This is so unacceptable I am not paying for something I never received.

On August 10th I ordered 2 pairs of Precious Fit High Waist Jeans and a zip up jacket for 102.82 cents. I NEVER recieved my order so i reached out to Fasion Nova via email. They told me there was nothing they could do as the shipment was showing delivered. yes it was delivered but not to me! I went back and forth with the rep for hours about my order not being recieved. They told me to call UPS but UPS said since Fashion Nova took my money they would have to refund me.Well for a 102.82 cent order they issued me a 15 dollar credit wtf! This company is SLEAZY and SLIMEY and i have contacted a lawyer and a few other reddit ladies and genst 250 to be exact are going to sue tf out of Fashion Nova for these very shady business practices.

Fashion Nova issued me a credit in the amount of 382.88 in form of a gift card and then disabled the gift card claiming there is an issue with the return.

If there was a question about the returned items, why wasn't I first contacted and given the opportunity to investigate on my end before cancelling my gift card and leaving me in the dark about it? I returned everything except two bathing suits, one for $23.99 and the other for $27.99. This gives me a credit balance of $382.88 which is still owed to me.

I am a long time Fashion Nova customer and when I make a purchase and the quality and or fit are not as advertised or do not work for me I simply return those items in accordance with Fashion Nova's return policy.

Fashionnova owes me a credit, has not responded to my inquiry, refuses to refund my credit card and will not issue a store credit. I would like my credit card credit or a gift card in the full amount owed to me.

In September the 5th I placed an order with fashion nova on the 13th upon tracking it shows order delivered left in lobby! I came home from work no package in lobby I asked around building no one has seen it ! So that night I contacted fashion nova only to relate they have no phone customer service and so you can contact only via email. They replied saying I have to wait until three days because e the package might still be in transit and advised me to go to their courier website lashership to track package, I did and on laserships website it shows delivered to 10468 left in lobby when my address clearly has my apartment number and my zip code is not 10468 but 10458! So for one week I’ve messaging fashion nova and they are making it clear to me tht they cannot resend the items ! They said it’s been delivered! I’m saying to them delivered to where the lobby where people walk in and out …apparently someone stole my package, I’m very disappointed in fashion novas customer service it’s horrible they are very unfair they need to use a more reliable courier

I placed an order on Sep. 3, 2022 and the order was not delivered on time and when I received the order there were several items that was damaged. Black/White tie Affair Midi, seam was coming loose. The Light Blue Ribbed Mini Dress had serval oil spots on it as if someone had worn the dress, I bought two of these dresses because they look really nice online, but the quality was very poor. Because these two dresses were final sales, I was told that I couldn't return them. I bought a Denim Midi Dress was a very low-quality product it look like cheap fibric. Also these cloths not true to the size chart. The Street Moo Mini Dress Fit nice in the waist down but the top of the dress was way too big, and I am a 38DD. The Ruched Denim Mini Medium Wash looked as if someone sewed a seam down this dress and just pulled the end of the thread too put gatherings in it and didn't cut the thread, this was the worst dress I have ever seen. I order # Jumpsuit and they fit fine but the Crotch area hung way down my leg. This is why I am asking for my refund. I am not at all satisfied the quality of your cloths. Because I will know longer be ordering from your website and company, I think I deserve to get my money back and you will never hear from me again.

I placed series of orders in that two week span. I received all of them except this particular order on that 23rd August .

What is disturbing is that I don't even see the order history in my account. Money was however taken out.

This involved women clothing and jewelries.sizes were mostly Medium and Extra large.

My order number is [protected]. I have been writing this company for weeks now trying to get my money back. The product that I received was very low quality. Some of the things I got was damaged on arrival and others didn’t fit me right. Some fit good in the top area but to big in the bottom. If it fit in the bottom it was to small in the top. So they sent me a return label and I mail the I clothes back to them and explain that because of the poor quality of the product that I would not be ordering anything thing else from the company, could I get my money back. This company refused to refund my money even though I have send them their clothes back. They keep trying to force me to order their clothes even though I explained that I want be ordering from them anymore and now I just found out that they have sent me another order of the same mess that I sent back without my approval. How do I stop this money hungry people from taking my money. I think every one who is going through this should call the BBB on this people and let them know how this company is taken our money.

I ordered items from Fashion Nova and I returned the item because I was dissatisfied with the purchase when it arrived. I returned the items at my cost and they were received by Fashion and Nova but they refuse to return my payment in the same form that it was received. They to give gift card/ store credit for the amount totally the purchase. They say that items can be returned and credited but not in the form of gift cards. I sent several emails requesting my payment be returned in the same form it was received. Because They are forcing me to do business with them which I do not want to purchase anything else. I just want my money back on my card.

I placed an order with fashion nova got my dress the dress is garbage very poorly made I took pictures and sent it to the customer support and I got the rudest email ever back telling me there’s nothing wrong with the dress we can’t see what the problem is yeah I’m so done and then my boneheaded self Tries to look for another dress on fashion nova and I should’ve known better but when I tried to put in a code to get a discount they charged me for the dress and now I’ve got a wait 10 days to get my money back but they took my money within seconds how is this right how is this fair I’ll never order from them again

Style- IP7629, 2x Rust Jumpsuit is too big.

Style- RJK30112,3X Desert babe cropped denim Jacket black/white 2x it is too little.

Style- BIA23, 2x and 3x Crushing on you denim jumpsuit medium wash it is too big.

When I ordered these items it didn't say final sale or no return I don't understand why fashion nova don't want to return me my money back if I can't fit these items. This is bad business for Fashion Nova. It says Return Instructions on the Packing slip it doesn't say final sale nowhere on my fashion nova order or on my packing slip. Why do Fashion Nova feel they are going to make you keep something there can't wear if it is to big to wear.

I ordered a dress for a WEDDING about a month before from FashionNova and never received it this is rediculous. I have 3 more days to get my dress. Mind you I have never ordered anything from there and I ordered my daughter dress from Shein and they received it within a week. I WANT MY ORDER THIS IS NOT RIGHT. To make it even worse they don't have a working phone number to call and speak with someone. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

leaving the US on the 27th of august and my order is late. i need all my items latest the 26. my order is not moving after a week when i track it and i was told that a majority of my order was not shipped. i have multiple packages however its the 3rd day now and i havent heard anything about the rest of my order. this is ridiculous and i am very disappointed if this is not resolve i will dispute this. it is very frustrating that the submit botton on thier website dont even work for me to contact them disrectly. they just take your money and ignore you.

I received an email from you guys with an estimated delivery date of Friday I did not mean for express shipping I paid extra for Express when I was trying to pay for Rush and I got an email saying thank you for your order that my estimated delivery date was Friday I even reached out via social media I have a red carpet event on Friday and needed a dress and the fact that I had an estimated delivery date of Friday and now it's saying Monday is unacceptable I have been a devoted fashion Nova customer and this is really an emergency.

Not to mention I put my order in on a Tuesday and I'm being told Monday for my delivery and I chose express shipping not to mention the countless times I have tagged your company in my photos and Hauls. If you place an order Tuesday how is the delivery date Monday when it's express shipping that's 6 days not three or four do not order from Fashion Nova if you are in an emergency and need an outfit
