I placed an order from fashion nova that was marked as delivered by lso on november 22, 2022; however, I did not receive this delivery. According to lso’s message, the package was delivered to my front door at 11:58am, but this is not possible because my apartments are secure and don’t allow non-residents access. Furthermore, I work from home and would have been available to answer the door if this were true.

My apartment also has mailbox lockers that notify me when I have a package. Why would the carrier leave my package unsecured if there are secure locations to place them?

I received 2 packages from other companies on this same day. One from amazon and another from general carriers. Both companies used the lockers and I was notified of the deliveries. I did not receive an alert about a delivery from fashion nova or lso from the secure lockers that my apartments provide.

This leads me to believe that the carrier either left my package unsecured, resulting in theft, or my package was not delivered at all.

Fashion nova will not file a claim for this because they say it is the carrier’s fault. If my package was stolen, this is because it was not properly delivered to the secure lockers in my mailroom. There is no way that the package could have been left at my door, as there is no access to the building.

So disappointing to be left responsible for the negligence of other people. No one that I contact seems to care. They just point fingers to the other company.

I ordered items from fashion nova never got order number or tracking number never received email can’t call them they never responded to my email this company sucks they just took my hard earned money which was over a hundred dollars never responded to any of my emails I am so disappointed but I will never order from them again. Hopefully they get it together because their going to get t o get reported to the BBB cause now it feels like this company is scamming people which is so sad their going to loose a lot of business if they keep messing over their customers they also have to realize their are other companies out their too like SHEIN who are on their game well Fasion Nova don’t have to worry with me I will never order from them again not in this lifetime.

I made a large order back in Sept of 2022 for nine - 9 - pairs of jeans. For me and my daughter. I know our sizes very well.

I've bought from Fashion Nova a TON in the last year, alone. Having spent over $1000 (not counting this order) in 11 months time. I'd never had to return an item, even though one of the jumpers I bought was more snug than I wanted and I could have benefited from a size up, it wasn't worth sending back - in my opinion.

Then came my order of 9 pairs of jeans. I ordered mine and my daughters normal sizes and only ONE pair of her jeans fit her. The others she could practically swim in. One pair of mine were practically swimming on me, the others - however, were so tight, I could barely get them over my hips and only one of those could I zip up - 80's style by lying on the bed and stop breathing...

It was a bit odd, since they were ALL the same sizes (my daughters were all in her size and mine where in mine). So, I contacted Fashion Nova to get exchanges (preferrable). And was told that only one pair of jeans could be refunded (no exhanges) and it was the one pair I got free...

SOOOO... I needed to send back my $0 pair of completely brand new with the tags on them jeans for a refund of $0... And, all the rest was literally a "we're sorry but no refunds on the other jeans..."

I sent them an email to express how upset that made me. And I proceeded to get spammed by them with the same email SIX TIMES expressing that they were sorry my experience was not what I wanted and they hoped I understood that (and I'm completely paraphrasing here, obviously, but I can read between the lines real well...) while they wanted me to continue to spend my money at the fashion nova website, it was not beneficial to THEM to refund my order and they hoped I wasn't so upset that I wouldn't continue to give them my money with no guarantee that the products will fit.

This wouldn't even have been a problem, had their sizing been consistent to what it (use to?) be... Over 11 months, I had literally made a minimum of 6 orders... I 'was' very confident in mine and my daughters sizing. I feel that if you can't consistently stick to your sizing... then you need a great return, exchange, refund policy. And telling a customer - basically - sorry about your luck... thanks for the money and keep sending it! Is not only ethically wrong, it's insulting.

Fashion Nova jeans have been my favorite jeans since I ordered my first pair in 2021. And I have a ton in my closet. Sadly, I won't make another purchase from them. I have begun shopping at Shein (apparently they have a great refund policy). I have yet to try their jeans.

I often wondered why there are literally no "Fashion Nova hauls" on Youtube... this is why. No one can trust their sizing and people don't want to spend money to basically throw it away because our normal size doesn't fit.

this website is so absolutely horrendous. i placed an order and i had a credit from a previous return, i went to go apply it but i accidentally hit purchase and can no longer get my money back. i did not have the money to spend in the first place and it is really upsetting how unethical this company is with returns. i even called the phone number and it just redirects you to go to their online help center and then hangs up. what a load of garbage.

Fashionnova now wants you to pay to return each individual items . Sometimes items are small enough to be packaged in one box or postal package however , for them to steal money from the public , they require you sent each item individually back and want separate shipping labels which is ridiculous. In a case you send more than one item in a package , they would only refund one item and not the others basically keeping the item , or giving you a run around for your refund although they received the item!

This website is a scam so please do yourself the honors of ordering absolutely nothing from this site unless you want to be taken advantage of and also if you want to find out you will never receive the product, etc. A few days ago, I placed an order for a Falls Favorite Girl Sweater II - Burgundy and a pair of boots for about $50. I tried to contact the company via their phone number and email. As much as I tried to recover the money I lost when I placed my clothing order, I got absolutely nothing. And I am still trying to send emails. I need help. However, I could say that in Tinkuyshop I got better quality clothes and 10/10 attention, therefore I´ll never use fashion nova again.

Fashion Nova on October 24,2022 order number [protected]. Everything was going fine until it was time to be delivered. They used a company called Lasership also known as OnTracc. I checked the app continuously to see when my package would arrive. I saw that it said delivered on October 30 through the tracking number 1LSCY2H0015IDF1. I looked outside there was nothing. I was confused. I still looked and I saw that the driver for Lasership uploaded a picture near the sidewalk where she “allegedly” delivered my package. First thought was she stole it because why place it near the sidewalk just for a photo op to say it was delivered, no where near the front door even though it said “ delivered at front door.” I contacted her Lasership continuously and was told that there were, and I quote “ two big dogs in the yard” by Josh the supervisor in Meriden, CT, and that’s why she, the driver, did not place the package at the door. It is indeed a lie because we do not own a dog, neither were there any dogs in the picture that she took. Then she claimed after I called out her lies that she couldn’t open the gate as per the general manager Juan in Meriden, CT. Now Fashion Nova refuses to give me my money back or at the very least replace my package. This is ridiculous, the Lasership delivery drivers uses their own vehicles and are considered “ private contractors” as told to me by Juan the general manager in Meriden, CT. I think this gives them an opportunity to steal and Fashion Nova are responsible for my package if the carrier that’s supposed to deliver it steals it!

I made a purchase online on November 15th based on the offer that if you purchased an order over $100 and before 3pm et it would be free one day shipping...and I did just that. The order was supposed to be here on Wednesday November 16th by the end of the day and I have yet to receive it. They gave a $15 store credit but that does not make up for the money that i have spent. And the days are still getting pushed back and now it's the holiday and I need my item today. Now it's saying November 25th They are still offering 1 days shipping in which it is FALSE! They are just wanting you to spend more money and I hate I even tried it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I WILL STILL SAY.

I reached out to Fashion Nova about my missing item on 11/4. As of today I have no response from them. Not a refund/credit or the missing item. I have tried to call only to find out there is no "customer service" live representative. I have emailed NUMEROUS times with only a generic response but no item and no credit or refund. This is frustrating.

After spending over $500 with Fashion Nova the last two months I am now having an issue with an order they said was delivered that I never received. I contacted the carrier LSO whom Fashion Nova used and they said my package was sent back to the carrier because it was undeliverable. After contacting Fashion Nova multiple times they have yet to investigate the claim and will not credit my refund. I have provided emails from LSO (again the carrier that Fashion Nova chose) that states the package was "returned to sender". But, Fashion Nova has yet to issue a refund for a package that I never received.

This is my order # [protected] it is because it is the fourth purchase with them the first purchase I did not receive it said delivered but I did not receive it, in the second and third I did receive the packages but there was nothing inside them, in some boxes where I did an order for boots only 1 shoe arrived, so it is already my fourth purchase they wrote on November 14 that they would give me a refund and that they apologized for what happened and then they write that they will not do it it is so exhausting me in my fourth order thought that Everything would be wonderful when I receive it, the bags are empty, I only got a lipstick that came free with the purchase. I wrote to them and they say that they can't help me anymore that there are multiple losses, so how can I pay for something that I have never received? I do not recommend Fashion nova I have read other similar cases regarding them and the truth is that I do not recommend it I also saw a video where they modify the garments for their models and when you receive it it is not what you see on the page

I ordered clothes from fashion nova back in October, they website claimed my package was delivered which never was. They refused to assist me with getting my package or resolving the matter. I ordered some clothes from Fashion Nova. I was told that my package was delivered on Sunday 10:38 am October 31,2022. The driver for Lasership took a picture with the package by the SIDEWALK and NOT at the door, I couldn’t believe it! Then sure enough, there was no package. My worst fear was realized. The driver had STOLEN IT. They didn’t want to walk up to the door to raise suspension, so acted like they had good intentions of delivering it by the sidewalk and took a picture as the “ proof” They scammed me and I need to report this disgusting scam and brazen theft! I made an order on 10/25/2022 my name is Carstyn Roggenbuck and my email is [protected]@msn.com. I used zip to pay and the first payment has already been deducted from my account but I haven’t received a confirmation email and therefore have no order number. I tried to login to my account but it says sent activation email but I haven’t received that either. I want a order number/confirmation email or please cancel my order!

2 weeks ago I placed a order with fashion nova. $680 worth of clothes. I paid for the rush fee. I waited at home for my order that day. The package never came. I contact ups and fashion nova. Fashion nova says I have to wait 48hrs to see if I receive it because sometimes the delivery person will mark it as delivered when it’s not we’ll the deliver guy that was delivering packages that day said he never had my package to begin with! So I place another order the same way, over $680 they let my payment process I get a delivery date of Friday the 21st with my rush fee. I get a email today saying it was canceled because the billing and shipping does not match mind you the last package did not have the same shipping and billing address yet they still shipped my order I never received. Now they cancel this order after a day and take my money. I then place another order and just use my original address I used the first time and they cancel again AFTER TAKING MY MONEY! I’m so furious and I will never order from fashion nova again. If the address does not match billing before even processing payment why would you guys let 3 orders go through? We should get our money automatically back not 7-10 business days! This is a big inconvenience and very unprofessional. After this is resolved I will never ever order from fashion nova again. This year has been the most problems.

I am yet to receive an email with over $200 of store credit. Although I have proof on my Fashion Nova account that they do exist, I cannot use them because they don't provide the complete numbers. I've reached to them repeatedly over the span of a week and although I do get a response, I still get no e-gift card.

Order # [protected] I have sent 12 emails and this issue was not resolved. My package was delivered to another apartment. I do not have my item. No one will help me. They say it was delivered in an automated email. However, it went to a strangers home and I don't have my dress. My apartment is 15307. I contacted LSO and they have not responded. I sent them pictures of the wrong apartment
