I placed my order November 24, 2017. Of course it's been there 7 days of extended wait period and I still haven't received any of my goods. Also I cannot get ahold of them by phone, I'm pretty sure their emails are responded from automated messages because she didn't even address my main issue. This company is terrible. I will never order from here again.

On 11/25/2017 I placed an order (#9741335) with this bogus company.My order is still on "unfulfilled status" I've sent out 3 emails so I can get some type of info and I get is some BS AUTOMATED Message. It's disgusting the a.ount of customers who are getting robbed and not to mention the frustration we feel from not getting any clear and concise answer. Quick to take my money from my Amex card tho. NEVER AGAIN AND IM FILING A COMPLA INT WITH MY AMEX SO I WONT POAY FOR SOMETHING I PROBABLY WONT RECEIVE. NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT... FRAUD, SCAM, UNETHICAL, UNWORTHY COMPANY

I placed this order on November 27th and it still hasn't been shipped. I don't know why it's taking so long it's been worrying me for days and I wish y'all would email me saying that the order is on its way or something. I need these items asap if I don't gave them by when I need them then I don't know what I am going to do. I hope they arrive soon and that y'all at least include a coupon inside or something.

I order a dress and a garter on cyber Monday the website said it's 2 day shipping and I still haven't gotten my order this is my first time ordering and it's the worst experience I've had like i Have received no email about the status of my order I can track my order because I login back in and it said that hasn't been fulfilled like are you kidding me I ordered from here because supposedly you guys are fast but where's my stuff my email telling me it's coming the right tracking number I have a trip next week and I need my stuff so I need someone to contact me

This place is a scam. On November 26 I ordered a dress and I didn't receive my order. On November 27 I placed an order for a different order I received those on December 2nd. So where is my order from the 26 that I paid so much money on. I emailex, called an still no [censor] answer or reply. I am really furious. My first and last time ordering. They took the money out

I placed an order on 18th November 2017. On 24th my order status was unfulfilled so I emailed Fashion Nova and they emailed me stating the items I selected and purchased were NOT in stock so they would issue me a refund within 24-48 hours via email. It's 6th December and still haven't received anything and have emailed them numerous times and also sent Facebook messages with no success. I'm opening dispute with PayPal.

I placed an order of almost $200 on December 1st 2017. On December 4th, Fashion Nova emailed me stating the items I selected and purchased were NOT in stock so they would issue me a refund. I double-checked to confirm and the items were in fact IN STOCK.

I rushed to re-order the items so that they would not "sell out" again. So now I am out almost $400. I sent 5 or more emails to fashion nova's help desk regarding this and I received one response which DID NOT address the dilemma I had! Nor did I ever receive my refund.

Fashion Nova is non-responsiveness, false advertisement and awful customer service is shameful! Calling my bank immediately to block all charges from this company! SCAM!

I ordered for the first time on this [censor] and I haven't gotten the email to say my order has been shipped! I ordered on 12/2/17 and it is 12/5/17 i'm angry I will never shop here again until I get my order or refund. I spent over $200! Please I want my clothes! I order 2 separate orders on 11/24/17. IT IS TUESDAY 12/05/17 I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS. AFTER FINALLY GETTING A RETURN EMAIL ABOUT MY ORDER I WAS TOLD THAT I CAN NOT CANCEL AND GET A REFUND. NEEDED THE ITEMS FOR A TRIP. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM FASHION NOVA FOR YEARS. THERE CUSTOMER IS TERRIBLE!You can never get anyone on the phone and when they reply to emails they are not helpful.

I placed an order on November 12 with a total of about $77. I finally received the package November 25th. I was so excited only to open it and find the wrong items in it. I've been emailing the company and the only response I get is the automated message and the number on the website is a joke. I really want my items butat this point I'll take a refund.

I've called you guys on your Customer service number and no response. I've never had issues with this company. I've ordered from you for years & so have my family. Recently I ordered the natural fur faux coat with my Black Friday order and three other items. I received the three but not the coat. I was still charged for it but didn't get it in the mail, nor have I heard a reason why or refunded the money. What I really want is the coat. Either send me the coat or give my money back. I ordered two bodysuits a week ago today. I still have not received a tracking number and my money has been taken from my account. Everytime I email them I get this sorry automated response. This is the very last time I will be ordering from them. I have warned my bank and all I want is my items or my money back. In which they say we don't give refunds. They never have to worry about my business again. Since they are so big on actors modeling their clothes, I wonder if any of them have had a problem. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB). If need be legal action will be taken.

This is my third and last time ordering from Fashion Nova and I haven't had any problems with delivery of my previous purchases but my third order placed on November 26th has not arrived and I have not received any kind of shipping email. You can't talk to a damn human or get anyone to respond to your emails which is RIDICULOUS! If a persons order has not shipped, why take their money?!?!? I feel like this site is a cam site now and I will be finding a resolution. I will kindly tell my referrals to look elsewhere for clothes so they won't endure what I am currently going through.

They have already took my money but I'm still waiting on email that says my stuff has been shipped. I order from fashion nova all the time and this is the first time I've ever had an issue. It's really making me reconsider shopping from here if it's going to be such a hassle. I just don't get what is taking so long to send my stuff but they were super quick to take my money. That's just not cool & then keep sending emails about deals and coupons. I just want my items ! I ordered 3 pair of jeans a top that I would love to have especially since I've already paid for it!

Fashion nova is now a scamming company. I placed an order closed to $150 and fashion nova took my money and it been more than 2 weeks already and I emailed them and nobody is returning my email. I either want my money back or my order . I emailed them 5 days ago and am still waiting for their email. But when I go to their page on instagram. They keep posting and asking followers to buy more. I don't want to believe I have been duped

I didn't receive my order since November 20 that you guys send me an email that it was delivered but I never Received my order it was a black dress and an earring! I try to call and it's not working so can you guys please email be back [protected]@gmail.com or give me a call [protected] if I can get my order back or if you guys can just give me the refund !

I want you to respond to my past with my order that I made for Black Friday and that has not yet arrived and I do not receive any email with my order number. They charge me the money and the shipping so that I arrive in two days and it is already 8 days and there is still no sign of my order. I ordered a pair of boots from your website it's two weeks ago and you have received money from my debit card but I still have yet to get my product my daughter ordered a dress two days after I ordered my boots and she has received the dress still I don't have my boots I spend a lot of money with your company and I've sent many customers your way this is an outrage I want my refund or I will have my bank deal with your fraud remember as customers like myself made your company an successful on line it could also break you. I am sick of this [censor]! I try to reach out to yelling regarding my damn order! What the [censor] is y'all lying about this 2day shipping for?! I ordered since the 29th! Only response is a automated email! I'm pissed I have to do reviews so this is not going to be a pleasant one! At least someone needs to call me. Every single time I order from FashionNova they always refund my money. I ordered 2x by far. The second time I ordered it was a week after the first order and I'm always getting a refund due to "some of the Novababes share the same sense of style... blah blah blah no longer in stock". I'm really confused as to why if it's no longer in stock it's on the website. If it was "no longer in stock" I would've been happy if I was informed during checkout. I really want to order again but what's the point if "EVERY" single order may either get returned or take up more atleast a week to arrive. If anybody knows a website that sells clothes that have a great sense like FashionNova please let me know @ [protected]@yahoo.com
