Yesterday 4/2/23 lso carriers are stealing packages they are scanning packages delivered in a whole different city from where the package is supposed to be delivered. Then they are also falsely taking pictures of random doors to try and cover up their scandals as if they provided "proof" of delivering the orders, but the doors doesn't match! explain that fashion nova! they've done this twice to me! i had placed 2 orders 2days apart and they did the exact same method! scandalous as hell! i can't possibly be the only one going through this!

I made a check on a package that said it was delivered but wasn't. Then I'm been told that it wasn't and there's nothing they can do about it! This is unacceptable! I made my purchase with you and not the carrier service so the ownous is on your end to ensure I receive my package.

It is clear that they delivered my package to the wrong address even tho the correct address was stated on the package. Do you have concrete proof that the package was delivered or you're just taking their word for it?

There's nobody by the name S. SAM who signed for the package doesn't work at the location that the package was suppose to be delivered. So it's clear it wasn't delivered at the right address!

If this is how you guys treat your customers is very unprofessional. You don't even have a contact line where I can speak with someone to see how best to get my issue address.

And for you to tell me that you won't be refunding me that's crazy!

I will never order from you again! I will make sure to make others aware of this.

This leaves a very bad taste in my mouth!

I ordered yesterday an order about 250 $ and it's confirmed. The second day they sent me an email informing me that my order is cancelled and they don't have any reason, just the order is cancelled, even they didn't tell me that the amount is refunded. I sent many emails no reply till now.

It's not the first time that fashion nova don't give importance and respect to their customer.

I spent about 300 dollars at this only line store, bought multiple sizes so that I could return the ones that I did not want. After returning the clothing they are trying to give me a gift card as a refund. I did not pay them with a gift card, I paid them with real money and I want real money in return. This is theft I feel robbed.

I received no confirmation code no email no package and I ordered express shipping last Thursday. I’m trying to keep in contact and message them I can’t message them if I don’t have a order number but I can’t give them a order number if they didn’t send me one so it’s out of my control. I’ve been waiting for days. Honestly I don’t know what to do anymore. If my package isn’t here in a week I’m contacting a lawyer and never shopping with them again

LaserShip did not deliver order and Fashion Nova refuses to assist knowing that items are not being delivered. No photos of package being delivered and time that it was supposed to be delivered it was not. Falsifying records and deceiving customers. LaserShip and Fashion Nova are in cahoots. For the life of me I can't understand why they will continue to use a company that is giving them a bad name.

I will NEVER order from them again, their business practices are terrible.

I placed an order on 3.11.23. Received notice it arrived on 3.13.23 at 7:23 pm but I confirmed with video footage and the ontrac investigation that my package never arrived. There was never even an ontrac vehicle on my street around that time. I was first advised by the website that I must wait 72 hours in case a neighbor has it. I had to fight ontrac and provide video footage for them to send me an email that they did an investigation and I never got my package. They advised to take that to fashionnova.

Fashionnova does not have customer service instead sends a generic email about the return policy and I cannot get a refund because there is no one to speak to and no matter what I send I get the same email back stating I will not get a refund because I have my items.

This is actual theft to charge someone for a service or product not provided.

I placed an order for nice boots got them tried on and they would fit sent them back now as i sent them via online return site did mention i pay $3.99 that seems to be their return label and so paid shipped off days gone by i contacted them via email check status no one ever responds to email and their service is terrible and to top that off i informed them ahead of time to send me any info via my gmail instead of my yahoo account multiple times and and told them that i want my refund not the egift card and now they being dumb and they gave me my egift card via my old yahoo account instead of my gmail account issue with that i can only see the ending numbers to the egift card instead and they shortend me on the egift card too instead of receiving full 40.00 i got knocked to 33.00 something so i cannot see the full egift card numbers except the end numbers they are pathetic i might need to contact headquarters and ceo and maybe my lawyer involved in the situation i told them not to send it my yahoo send it to my gmail and that i want my refund not the egift card because i knew this was gonna happen and here still sending these idiots multiple emails yesterday and continuing today and might get attorney general involved in the situation as well the more the merrier i guess i am pissed...

Just got a gift from my partner of 4 tops and 4 leggings. All were awful quality. Material on the Brianna High Rise leggings feels like cheap dollar store fake silk. The other items feel like stiff, itchy cotton - buyer beware (Running around high rise leggings and Robin long sleeve shirts). I would not have placed an order from this company as you cannot return unless you want a store credit and based on the quality of the items he got me, I would never buy anything from here. What a waste of money.

I ordered a pink jumpsuit from Fashion Nova. It has very faint blue stains around the edge of the ruffle. All I want is to exchange it. Initially, I tried to submit a return through the website. I kept getting an error code and couldn’t submit it. Then, I emailed customer service. I’m only receiving an automated response. Finally, I emailed [protected]@fashionnova.com. That email address isn’t working for me. I keep getting an error message. The outfit is nice and fits well. Still, I shouldn’t be ignored and forced to keep something that’s defective. I have several photos but am having issues attaching them to this complaint.

I ordered The Ciara Feather Mini Dress - Black it was 104.99 and they sent me the wrong item I want my dress or refund my money. I received my Haven Sequin Midi Dress - Black but not my feather mini dress I spend all this money on this dress just so fashion nova to send me a random dress that Ciara dress was for my birthday. I had ordered some clothing from fashion nova on January 31,2023. I received the items on feb 12 2923, on February 13 I had requested to return 4 of the items which were pants. I contacted customer service person through the email on February 13 with proof of the items that needed to be returned. I had gotten a reply from the customer service representative on February 15 asking to send more pictures , I sent them the same day and about two days later I was told because they were on sale there no retiring the items. I had explained my reasoning for wanting to returning the items t, the items were the wrong size and one of the pants the zipper were broke . I never heard from a customer service person after February 16 on this matter. I had paid for my items through zip here the order number [protected].

I ordered a size small blue teddy along with a few other items for a trip coming up. Upon receiving the items I immediately noticed that the teddy was the wrong size. It is clearly an XL if not larger, but it has a size small tag on it. I reached out to fashion nova via email letting them know what happened and even included a photo with the teddy they sent me compared to an actual small for size reference. Expecting it to be corrected as it is very clearly not the right size regardless of the tag, I was surprised when I was told no multiple times after including numerous photos. They told me I could repurchase, but they were not going to send me the corrected item.

Hello, my package said it was delivered on the 10th of February but never received it. I do have cameras and a ring and I have checked them and no delivery was made that day. My order #[protected]. I received an email that the carrier provided but the picture that was provided was not my home address or door. I'm not sure whose door it is. I also checked with my neighbors and no luck. Could this situation be handled not sure what exactly needs to be done.

I placed my order on 2/18 and it was suppose to arrive 2/28 however it arrived earlier on 2/24. The delivery driver for Laser Shipping, the company Fashionnova hired to deliver my goods stole this package and was seen walking back to their vehicle with it after taking a picture of it at my door and reporting that it was delivered.

Now, they won't give me a refund claiming the picture taken by the delivery driver is proof that it was delivered. I did not receive it so NO, it was not delivered.

I paid you for my items and you used an unscrupulous company for delivery then you tell me you are not responsible. Why are you still using this company as I researched this shipping company and they have thousands of complaints for non delivery and stolen packages. The seller is responsible for using a reputable company to deliver their goods to their customer. This is simply unaccceptable for them to say they have no responsiblity in this matter.

Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

I have been sending emails with pictures for days and keep getting reply that pictures not clear. I need label to return. This is very bad business and why would I trust and want to ever trust ordering from you again. My granddaughter trusted your company and this is what you show her. Your error but you want us to pay for returns and only get store credit. I think i'm going to report your company to bbb.

December 14th I signed up for the fitness plan offered through Nova Fitness Modeling. I was offered to have a trainer to come physically to my home for two weeks. I paid a total of $5980. The trainer was never sent. I asked for a refund and received no response. I contact Richard Sengstock through WhatsApp and he agreed to refund me. I have yet to receive a refund. I will be next contacting the news and bbb.org for assistance with this matter as well.

An order was placed with Fashion Nova on January 24, 2023, it arrived on Thursday January 25, 2023 to a Lasership hub in Peabody Darst Webb MO. The package was scheduled to arrive at Lasership hub in East Hartford, CT on January 28, 2023. As of today's date, package has not been delivered. It was last scan on January 28th in Dayton, NJ Lasership hub. I was informed by Lasership that package is lost/ misplaced. Because of Fashion Nova/Lasership neglect, I'm requesting for a full and speedy refund. I have also placed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. If no response next move will be with The Law Office of Menken Simpson and Rozger LLP for they currently have existing cases pending. I'm hopefully that this issue can be resolved without further actions.

The carrier they use Lasership... frequently lies and steals your packages and signs your signature... I filed a complaint with fashion Nova clearly that is not my signature because I was at work! Anyone can write your last name and the package is gone! Fashion nova customer service told me that was verified and they can't help me! $100 gone! I will never shop with them again. LaserShip steals customers packages and fashion nova is still doing buisness with them!

i placed an order from fashion nova on the 24th of january, 2023 only for me to receive and email which says my order was cancelled because the billing information does not align with the financial institution. i’ve asked for a simple explanation and how it can be resolved. i used a friend’s card who is in the united states because I’m in nigeria and our bank cards have spending limit which will not enable me purchase the amount of items i want to.
