I filed an order with fashion nova on the 22nd of this month (July). I paid over 500 for the order as well as 5 dollars in express shipping however I had not received any kind of confirmation for my order. It was supposed to deliver within 2-3 days but it did not. I emailed multiple times since the money was taken out of my account but I had not received any kind of communication, let alone an order number. However, I got an email last night (27th) stating that my order had arrived but to an address on my street that does not even exist. I dont understand how they could have even shipped something to a nonexisting address. My order says it arrived though I do not have anything. My order is [protected]. I would like a refund on my shipping and to know whether or not I am receiving my order.

I placed an order Thu 7/9/2020 10:55 PM on fashion nova. On 7/11/2020 9:35 AM my order was confirmed and was said to be on its way. Two days later I decided to check the tracking Number but it was not showing an parcel. I checked three days later to the same thing. I then sent a message to Fashion Nova but got no response to my inital email. I then tired messaging them on Facebook and to this day no one has repsonded but they keep sending discount codes. I kept emailing unitl I got automated messages but no one has yet to address my issuse with my order although the site says 24/7 customer service. It is now 7/21/2020 and no one from fashion nova can tell me the status of my order #[protected]. I ordered this for a special event on the 30 of this month but I can now forget that. I have sent over 10 emails to fashion nova and I'm now force to made an offical complaint to the Better Business Bureau, then file a suit because this is now ridiculous. Fashion Nova seems no long to care about its customers satisfaction. I need a real person from the company to address this issuse or give me back my money.

I made two purchases online july 5th 2020. I received my second order first and have not received my other order. I went to track the tracking number through lashership and it said it was delivered and left with returned. What are the next steps for me to get my refund back of $195.91 or ask for a reshipment of my order.

My name is Pamela Winchester I have order thing for this company before but this time I'm not sure what happen. On June 6 2020, I order another Mask And on 7th of June I get a email saying that say package scheduled to be delivered. Tomorrow. Order # [protected] on June 16 I get another email update saying that my order is on the way, then I get another email saying my order was returned to them. Now it June 25th order # [protected] I have reached our many time with only a small result of a email that getting me nowhere. July 8th they send me a email saying there giving me a gift card credit of $8 and some change not including the shipping and handling I paid for in which I tried to use for the same item only to find out that the cost was more. And this point all I want them to do is send me my mask or return my money back to the card that was charged. This has be on going for over a mouth. The last email is today July 11th saying that This is an email to remind me that you request #[protected] is pending and await for my feedback but there no acces to there email to reply..

I ordered with fashion Nova over 1 week ago, the estimated delivery date shows the 9th of July. Fashion Nova sent an email saying my order on its way and sent a tracking number but Ups didn't receive the package so fashion Nova didn't sent my package and already take out my money. I ordered from fashion nova June 27th and and have been waiting since then to receive it. I have confusing tracking wich looks like the order was lost in the process, but the company OnTrac (the company they use to deliver in Southern California) posted my order as delivered. I ordered merchandise over a week ago. Website gave an estimated delivery of July 2nd then July 14th. But I received a text message and email saying my items shipped. This is not true nothing has left fashion nova facility. Fashion nova sent out tracking numbers but have not sent items to ups. It's all lies. So my merchandise is just sitting there. But fashion nova immediately took payment with waiting so i deserve the same

I placed an order and never recieved a confirmation email.. they took my money and never sent me anything ..
They also wont respond to my emails. I am infuriated!
The only response I have gotten from them is
"We dont see an order from you" even after i sent screenshots of the money clearly being taken out of my bank account from fashion nova.
They delete social media posts too! I will be telling every single one of my girlfriends not to shop from them ever again. The worst customer service I have ever come in contact with.

I mailed my returns on 4/27 fashionnova hasnt updated my shipping which lastly is in california for 5 days. They won't answer my calls. I reported them to the federal trade commission as well as the bbb. They won't return or issue a refund. I want my money back now. I spread the word on every site. Order # [protected] and order #[protected]. Totaling 107 it's been well over a month. 1 month and 5 days.

I ordered clothes in march 2020, week 1 but soon after they just deleted my profile pretending the order was never made.. But my bank account and credit card details are proof of the money taken. They refuse to acknowledge any of it. After much or writing on playstor, social media etc, they send a claims form.. Which I filled but it's been almost months and no response.. Of course I keep. I placed an order for clothing from Fashion Nova which was delivered on May 5th 2020. The courier left the package at my door when I arrived home the package was gone. I immediately notified the police and the courier as well as contacted Fashion nova. I provided them with a police report number and I filed a claim with UPS. After going through all of the proper channels I was told 3 weeks later that there was nothing that they can do. I am appalled at the fact they have no way to protect consumers from theft and that they also seem to not care at all. I wasn't even offered half of my purchase, store credit, replacement or anything. A total slap in the face as well as an insult to my character. As if I would file all these claims and call the police and constantly correspond with them for nothing. I am a single mom who is already struggling and in light of this pandemic consumers support and money should be taken very seriously.

I ordered some clothes, over four weeks ago, I received a call from a woman who has informed me she received my order by mistake. My order was sent to a wrong address she said my address was scribbled and her address was written on top. this is absolutely ridiculous.I have emailed the fashion over team who are very rude not responding to my concerns properly, they are keep repeating the same thing and not reading my email they've asked me to complete out of form which needs to be printed and completed and signed and sent back quite frankly I don't have the time to do this nor do I have a printer to do this also I shouldn't have to do this.

So what needs to happen is you need to contact DHL and inform them that the address the delivery was sent is the wrong and question why they changed original address . I cannot find a contact number for them to call them myself so it needs to be done by you.

I place my order at 10/26/2019 and I didn´t receive it yet. I informed Fashion nova about the order missisng at January 15th, 2020, and today they sent me an email saying that I should claim befor complete 90 days, knowing that at january 15th was on their time frame. The total amount of the order is 131, 22 USD. I would like to have my itens or money back.

Item not delivered and fraudulent practises causing uneccessary charges .

I ordered this item from Fashion nova since the 3rd of December 2019 and is over 35 days and my item has still not been delivered . This shouldn't be happening when I use paypal! I have contacted the seller so many times they don't respond to emails and when they do it takes weeks or they ignore your email .

They have been ignoring my emails and i have spent so much contacting them on twitter email and instagram.
They later confirmed it is with customs however I received no notifaction to pay any customs charge . Chased Fashionnova so many times to provide me with the reference for customs but they ignored. I have contacted Parcel force spending hours on the phone who have confirmed the following .

Address provided by the retailer was wrong ! so it was sent to the wrong address ! this Is bad service
They provided me the referenece to pay and confirmed that customs charge us £99 ! this is outrageous for a £132 order as you can see from my statement . Parcel force confirmed that the reason is fashion nova provided them that the amount for the order is $329 ! when I clearly paid £132 hence the reason for the high customs charge. I need this money back in full for the inconvenience and poor service received from this company. And I haven't also received my order!

I am still chasing my refund I haven't received my order is getting to two months . If I don't get espouse I will go to the press, involve watch dog and get in touch with my lawyers . Return my money in full £132 . I am tired of this fraudulent act . How can you scam people of their hard earned money

I have chased this severally with no response / please can you confirm when this order will be delivered or refund me in full to my account . I will also like to log this as an official.complaint . I look forward to hearing from you . It is unacceptable to keep sending emails and chasing you for my order and money and get no response .you can't take people's money and not return .
