I place an order totaling $175 my order was shipped out on 7/27/2021. I received tracking information (lasership) my order was suppose to arrive 8/1/2021 I never received my order. I contacted the shipping company I was told to contact Fashion Nova there was no one to speak with I was sent a email telling to contact the shipping company and that was all. I am out of my money and no items. #[protected]

I return several order in one shipment as I was shipping and paying for my choice carrier. I sent several items and these workers according only received 3 items return when everything was in the bag and box about 9pound package, n yet they said they have no effn records. My tracking paper were all attached. You guys this is the 2nd time u stealing from me because of the lack of customer service! The rep processing my return could have not been stupid to not see all the effn items! An envelope w all the tracking slips for everyone and item. I need my money or my items returned back to me!

I have not received my package is they said it was delivered but it has not been delivered I checked my address from the order and the address is correct the carrier delivered it to the wrong address the carrier took a picture proof of delivery and I live in apartment they delivered to a shopping center where the building was closed from what I can see in the picture. I asked for a refund due to I'm not able to enjoy the clothes that I purchased it was never in my possession. The carrier was laser ship and the picture below I have no idea where they delivered my package and I am pretty sure it gone. I reach out to see if they told them the wrong address to get to the bottom of it and I can't get in contact with laser ship fashion nova only can offer me 25% off my next purchase I spent $99.79 and did not get anything in return

Order number [protected] paid for expedited shipping on order for a business trip and did not receive package and estimates arrival is 3 days after promised date. I brought some business casual attire for upcoming business trip now I have to go out and purchase clothing due to not receiving order on time. I would like my money back I paid for shipping. I'm a very loyal customer and don't deserve this type of treatment.

I received 2 separate order's that were placed. In each order there were items that didn't fit so I returned them via USPS. It states you will in return get an e-gift card for the balance you are owed. I have only received one refund for one order. I have tried multiple times getting in contact with someone to receive the 2nd refund and haven't received a return call. I'm very displeased with this service and will not be ordering again.

I have sent several emails to the customer service online still with no reply as to how they're going to handle the situation I sent pictures of the bag that had a twist tie on it and I only received two items I would like to receive my other items. Below our pictures of the items I did not receive I paid for this quad pay so they're going to take the money out of my account regardless I do not know how to resolve this or no one's getting in touch with me to say what they're going to do or if they're going to do anything and it's really frustrating . Please let me know what my next step is thank you so much.

First off, I never received an email confirmation. Second, I did receive the merchandise but I need to send two items back. I do have a case number [protected]. I explained my situation and even attached a copy of the packing slip with all my information on it.
I started a return but it says my order number and email are incorrect. How do I do a return if I can't start the return. I have not received an answer back on the three emails I have sent in. Times running out for my return. Please see what the hold up is. Thanks in advance.

I have been a loyal customer of fashionnova for years now and I was
very displeased to find that when my order arrived it contained items
that had been removed from my cart previously. The page was refreshed
after removing the item and I continued to enter my credit card
information for the payment but did not have any reason to think I
would be charged for all the items that again HAD BEEN REMOVED. I
understand this was not done intentionally, and likely an error with
the website but as you can appreciate when I ordered one item and
MULTIPLE ITEMS arrived it was reflected in my bank statements. I took
the purchase for fraud because I know I did not spend over 400 dollars
when I only wanted ONE item. Upon removing the clothing from the
package I recognized these items as the same items that had been
REMOVED from my cart prior to purchase. I understand again this was
likely an error with your website BUT I do not expect to have to pay
for these items when I DID NOT ORDER THEM. I now have had to pay for a
shipping label to return these items when I should not have had to. I
only marked some items to return because I wanted to reach out to you
to resolve this matter. I will be returning all the items even though
the return label does reflect that, I simply needed the return label.
Nowhere on there could I put, I want to return this item because- it
was sent to me, I was charged for it and now Im having to send it back
having to spend more money on a return label when this should have
never occurred. I can assume you will make this right and REFUND MY
CARD for all items except for the chain dress with the sleeves that I
plan to keep as that was the ONLY DRESS I WANTED. I can provide the
number for that item and my order number as well but I am expecting a
refund to my card and not a giftcard considering my unique situation
and the inconvenience this has caused, from thinking this was fraud,
to purchasing a return label. I will provide all information when I
get a response and am free to discuss this over the phone as well. As
I said I am a loyal customer of fashionnova but I do expect a full
refund for my troubles.

On July 7, 2021 I purchased a pair of heels. I received the shoes, however, I received two left shoes. I contacted Fashion Nova and they advised they were unable to assist me because it was outside of their 7 day window. The shoes are for an upcoming trip & I will have to buy another pair of shoes and I won't need the ones purchased.

I order a big men's clothes order and got charged twice the ssme amount. One was on 22nd of july and the other one was on the 26th of july. I never got any bad experience with fashion nova. I am a loyal
Customer, but this Is unacceptable. I want my money back. I don't want any type of gift card refund. I hope they understand and give me my money back.

This is the second time i order something and it comes with a hole in it. First a shirt . Now a dress. I'm very disappointed. This isn't the first time im reaching out and i never hear anything back. It's by my breast area so it stretches out.

I purchased a dress on July 8th for my birthday. I did overnight shipping hoping that I would receive it before my birthday, which was July 12th and I never received it. This has ruined my birthday. I have contacted FedEx and Fashion and still to this day nothing has been done about it. FedEx said they don't remember which house it was delivered to and to file a dispute with Fashion Nova. I did about this about 4 times and still have not heard back from Fashion Nova.

This was my Very First Time ordering from here and I will never again. I payed for fast One day shipping and my stuff isn't here. I ordered it on Tuesday July 20th and now today is my birthday and I don't have my items. I only bought the clothes because it said "Order today and get it by tomorrow". So I'm going to need my money back for the shipping when I haven't even received the fast shipping. it'll be 3 days on the day it's supposed to be delivered and I don't want it for Friday I needed it for today.

I ordered overnight shipping because I was going out of town and I knew I wouldn't be home after July 16th. I placed my order July 13th and my order said delivered on July 18th! I came home To no package. I paid over 350 dollars and I didn't get my order. When I contacted customer service they pretty much told me to [censored] off! I spend hundreds of dollars every month to buy this brand and this is not fair that they will not refund my money for an order I did not receive! I will never shop with them again. And ask their clothes are on Amazon anyway.

I ordered a one night shipping and didn't receive anything from you guys and I paid extra money. I need my money back, and my order saying it can't be tracked nomo because they couldn't find my house. Mind you I order before and you guys found my house. Order #[protected]

I ordered these for my bf bday by the way this was the worst

I have paid a stupid amount for delivery and a paid extra on the second parcel which is the bag and dress. On the website it says it is 4-6 days for express delivery to arrive and it is 2 days late and still hasn't arrived and I have had no updates from the parcel. The other order said it would come in 7-12 days for standard delivery and the parcel arrived late. You should not be pay £10 - £15 +tax on a parcel for it to arrive late and you should not be advertise on your website fast delivery. The clothes are so good but how long the delivery is and how expensive makes me not want to shop on this website.

I had a friend of mine who placed an order to you online and accidentally put in the wrong address, and customer service told him he couldn't get a refund or cancel his order. He travels a lot for his job and placed his late at night and mistakenly put in the wrong address! I feel it's totally wrong that your company has policies like this for customers that order from your store all the time. His name is Donte Perry and he deserves better treatment as a customer!

Last year during the first wave of COVID I placed a $200+ order with fashion nova. It was returned to sender as the driver ‘couldn't locate my building' I then emailed their support team ( which is impossible to get a hold of ) who didn't assist me in any way.
I wanted to exchange for different items and correct the shipping details and they never replied and still to this day won't reply to my emails. I just want to exchange and have new items sent to me I'm not even asking for a refund and they won't contact me.

I ordered two dresses. A blue one and a aqua blue one. I got a green and a brown dress. One of them came damaged with a dark spot aswell. I tried to let them know but that option dosent work on their page…it will cost me 70 dollars to send back, and I want my money back. Totally a scam.
I want it fixed but they dont answer instagram or facebook. And on their site dont work

I'm concerned my debit card has been used by someone to make purchases here. I have no idea who and how to order anything online. So I'm reaching out to find information on fraudulent on someone using my debit card. I have no numbers to contact fashion nova I pray this issue get resolved quickly. They have made several purchases using my debit card if you would please help me out looking into this situation. Thanks!
