FashionMe.com customers service on returns

I order a dress on the 20th of JUNE..I returned the dress.. I have misplaced tracking order.. staff informed me that I needed this but after several emails a Staff called Robin send me
an email confirming you had found my returned item which cost €66.14..
I kept been offered another dress in replace of it only worth a fraction of the cost..
I then choose 3items worth the same value of myreturned item but to no surprise they were NOT send to me.. After several and I mean several emails to confirm that my 3 items would be delivered I fault to get the info but I received several emails back showing one-off the items or none of them and a picture of one I was offered in the beginning...
I requested the name of the CEO so I can take legal action and was send an email stating that she had no right to produce thatinformation and that I was not to reply😡.. while I did reply and did so to all the staff I dealt with informing them that I either want me money back... if not I'll have no choice but to take legal action against them.. this is a point of principle now that I've wasted months of my time trying to solve the stress has been trouble as email cone in at night for me and therefore I can't sleep...
your company can NOT keep people's money and tell them not to reply...

FashionMe.com clothes purchased.

Falsely advertised dresses, arrived over a month after ordering and were basically home made by a child. They were not at all the pretty dresses I had bought for £46. Then I paid lots of money to return them but they never refunded me, claiminh they can't find the parcel. I submitted a review on Trust Pilot. They contacted Trust Pilot to say I was not a genuine customer until I provided the receipts and the millions of emails of me chasing them. This company is fraudulent and not a real business. Please please BEWARE.

Order number D2026661. They don't reply emails and their phone is wrong. I didn't receive any tracking number till now though they were supposed to send it 3-7 days after the order is placed but that is not true. They never respond to emails which is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I ordered two more orders after this one D2030449 and D2032167 which I totally regret. This site should be blocked! Very bad service

FashionMe.com 3 items ordered during may 2018

I placed and paid for my order (NO D1983569) on 23 May 2018 which they said I will received within 7 days.
After having chased it many times over the recent weeks I received various e-mails saying that I should be patient.
Still nothing so I have asked for a refund, which they ignored. When I tried to track the parcel it stated "expired".
Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM FASHIONME
I placed my order on 11th June 2018 and having chased many times over recent weeks I received various emails saying that they would be sending my order in 24-48 hrs / 24-92 hrs / 48-72 hrs. Still nothing so I have asked for a refund, which will apparently take their finance department 15-25 days to deal with. No promise or confirmation of a refund date.
I have now read many similar reviews.
I am now demanding an immediate refund but it's unlikely that I will receive anything any time soon.

FashionMe.com product not received

This website is a scam. I ordered 3 bathing suits for my daughter and I on 6/29, to go on vacation. Ordered a whole month and a half early... They never came in. They dont even have a actual number to calll. Its bs. I worked hard for that money and it was taken without a thought in mind. Im a single mother, I don't have money to just waste, I was trying to give my daughters the vacation they wanted. But I don't even think we will go anymore because they aren't gonna have anything to wear. I want either my money back or for these bathing suits to actually come in!

FashionMe.com late order, no refund, no reply on emails or messages

Order number D1987608. Took over 30 days to ship. When asked for a refund due to late order I got a reply saying the item has been shipped, I then receive an email saying one of the items is not in stock so I need to select an alternative. They lied about the order being shipped and now will not give me a refund. They do not get back to emails and are unprofessional in the way they deal with business. I would never use this company again. Their staff cannot speak English and cannot update customers appropriately. It is fraudulent behavior to not give customers a refund and not allow customers to cancel orders when they are very late. I am extremely disappointed in fashionme and will make sure I give my feedback on all social media platforms and get a legal representative to help me get my money back.

FashionMe.com no refund and unprofessional business relations

I ordered their products online and paid the company on September 19th, 2017. My order number was D1928839. Once the package arrived, all items were not as advertised. Most were too large, not form fitting, and sewn together haphazardly without any skill. I followed the online details to return all the products and reached out to the FashionMe representative, Kya, who also asked for the tracking number which I provided. She asked me to email her back when the tracking number showed it had arrived at the location. Once the package arrived, I emailed her and Kya confirmed the packages were received. She said that she would process the refund but the money never came. I contacted her again in December and she said the refund system as down and asked for me to be patient.in January, my daughter contacted her again and Kya said she lost the order number and the system was still down. She asked for patience until February. My daughter contacted Kya who forwarded us to Alinery who again said the system was down and that she lost our order number. As of now, we have not received a refund. We are seeking a full refund from the company immediately.

I have been waiting for over a month to receive a refund on my orders. The material is horrendous and it came very late. I've emailed them multiple times with no resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Order number D2034365. Estimated time of dispatched the package give in email and webpage had been already exceeded and I still did not get tracking number, which I supposed means that the package was still not sent.
They are not replaying to emails (automatic replay which not fits to the questions is not an answer!)!
