Fashion Pet/ Travel Gear Pet Carrierzippers defective

I contacted this importer of pet carrier about defective zippers on my pet carrier. I sent email that went unanswered, and then called them on the phone. I was told they would get back to me. I was never contacted about this defective product. Used one week on vacation I was unable to return it to retail store due to distance from my home address. Manufacturer/importer is in my home state not where I purchased product. I contacted main headquarters in my state and no response. Stay away from this product it is No Good.

    proud that k-mart carries alpo in 50lbs. bags off dog food but every time i go to get the dog food i have to go get someone to go stock room to get it why dont put more then one bag on the shelf ? it always is that way @easley s.c. takes forever to buy dog food
