Fashion Nova clothing ordered over $400 worth

So I ordered from this site years ago and for a much smaller purchase. It was 2 jeans . This time I found a track suit I liked . I recieved it a week later . After which I went and ordered over 10 items I spent well over 400 dollars . That order was canceled a week later . With no explanation I contacted them via email and phone with no response . They sent me an email following my canceled order and said here's a discount on us if the items are still available reorder them . So I did . And ordered again all the items .. 3 days later they canceled it again . This time after many emails I sent they finally answered saying they could not verify my address . I said how so ? You sent my first order with no problem now I order many items and it's a prob it's ridiculous and I'm pretty sure they just don't have all the items they show and this is why I was being denied . Never again . Do not buy from online places unless it's a major company store . These online sites are scams .

Fashion Nova shipping

I have had the absolute worst experience with this company. It all started with me buying some clothes and just happening to hit it during a sale where I could get one day free shipping then when I went to track my order it said cancelled by the sender. I could not believe this, I have tried contacting their customer service but nothing and they still charged my card. This is unacceptable and I am in shock that a company as big as them cannot keep there stuff together to fulfill a simple order. If the company sees this I would like a full refund not in store credit but to my BANK ACCOUNT asap or (which I would prefer because I needed the outfit fast) I would like my order shipped and a great discount for all the inconvenience I have been caused by this. I will be telling other about the horrible service from the company.

Hi! Just curious did you receive any communication or your package yet? I only ask because this is exactly what happened to me and it sounds like we used the same sale. I’ve waited the one to two business days to hear back via email and have heard nothing.

Fashion Nova my order

The standard rate for shipping is $6 right, I placed an order on the 23rd of March, my order was shipped later that day. The processes are so slow, it hasn't been showing tendered to postal service for 3 days. I need the dress by Saturday evening tomorrow which is 31st and no progress has even been made in 3 days. My order number is [protected]. I need to know what's up and if I could pay extra to have my dress today !

Fashion Nova clothing

Fashion Nova did not honor next day shipping after accepting payment for it. I should not have to wait 1-2 business days for correspondence about product that I payed to have next day. All the reviews are absolutely correct and the false advertising is unfair to customers. They have given no no further information about my order status or if I will receive a refund

Fashion Nova 5 items never received

They did not respond to none of my emails in regard to taking my money and never delivering my items, so I am currently handling this matter with small claims court. I hope the rest of you do the same. Let's all get them on a national court show so they can be exposed to the world on television and their reputation will be ruined as it should. I will keep you guys updated on this matter. Good luck with getting your orders

I just ordered from them for the first time and I didn't receive 2 of my items. The package had a sticker on it from the USPS that item received damaged. I have emailed and called and I can't get anyone. This is the most [censor] up customer service I have ever received in my life. I personally hope these store(s) go out of business. I want my merchandise or my $$ back.

Fashion Nova fashion nova took my money and didn't send my merchandise!

I ordered 10 pieces March 15, 2018. The order showed delivered on March 17, 2018. Two items were received which was a pair of heels and a teddy lingerie piece. The rest of my items were not included one of them being a robe. I wrote fashion Nova several times and they blamed the post office. The shoes I received were too big so I needed to make a return anyway. When I arrived at the post office to inquire about my full order and return my shoes; the post office informed me that the shoes I was returning was the same weight as the original package that they received from fashion Nova at the time of scanning it in. That let's me know that my items never left the warehouse. My birthday trip was messed up due to this and I have yet to receive a refund or proper communication to get my situation resolved. I'm so upset right now and I feel like I just gave them $189.00. DONT USE #FashionNova! You may or may not get your stuff and it's extremely difficult to get a response on your money if you get one at all because I did not!

Fashion Nova items not received and issued store credit

On the 3rd of march, 2018 I placed an Order#[protected] with fashion nova for 10 items. The order total was $142.01, which I paid using a $50.39 e-gift card that was issued to me for a return made on a previous order and I put the remaining balance of $91.62 on my visa credit card ending in 6346. I received a shipment notification from them on the 5th of march, I tracked the item on the 8th but it was showing as a pre-shipment status (which indictes that they just generated a shipping label to create the impression that the items have been shipped but in actual fact it hasn't). I checked again on the 11th and there was still no movement! I sent an email to them on the same day inquiring about the status of my order. I receive a reply from Vanessa on the 13th stating that my order has been shipped and I should expect a tracking update within 48hrs. I kept checking everyday for any updates but still none. I received a service review from them on the 16th wherein I replied that there's still no movement on my order and that I was unhappy with their service and why there's been no explanation as to the delay on my order. I didn't receive a response from them at all on that one. I called the customer service number on the 22nd, no response. On the 23rd, I sent another email saying that there's been no movement, it's been over 3 weeks with no explanation. I also called the customer service number twice and after being oh hold for over a total of more that 30 mins, the call hung up. As of this morning, the 27th, the tracking info hasn't changed since the 5th. I called twice earlier today, didn't get a hold of anyone after being on hold for over 15 mins each time and had to leave messages for them. Eventually, I get an email from someone called Karen Loza stating that they have completed their research (what research?!) and they have decided to issue me a e-gift card with no explanation or apologies whatsoever for the delay. What?! You've got to be kidding me, right?! I pay you almost a $100 from my credit card without making any returns, in fact you're the one in default and you're issuing me store credit! Are you trying to force me to buy from your store again?! That's detestful! It's bad enough that I didn't receive my items after over 3 weeks, I had to go through the most horrific customer service ever and now store credit?! Please kindly issue my $91.62 back to the original form of payment, in fact for the inconvenience you've caused me and for your shady tactics, I believe I deserve to have the whole $142.01 refunded to my original form of payment because I dread having to shop from you again! I will not hesitate to resort to more stringent or legal methods if I do not get my proper refund.

Fashion Nova stole my money

It's been two months since i've place an order. ive emailed them multiple times and nobody has replied. one woman said she was unable to locate the order and apparently placed it for resubmission & still nothing after two months. it's clearly under my fashion nova account and i was charged for it. like what kind of business is this? i'm such a loyal customer .

Fashion Nova international customer service

This will be a long post so I apologise in advance.
On the 1st of February, I ordered two items from FashionNova: Vicky over the knee boot worth $49.99 and a deb mini dress worth $19.99.
This order totalled $79.98 with the $10 shipping fee.
On that same day the company charged my card and stated that they received my order.
This order was to be shipped to Macau, South East China, where I am from.
I was excited that my first time purchase from FashionNova was going so well.
On the 4th of Feb, I receive an email stating the order is on the way.
On the 6th, I get another one saying the package is in transit and all the tracking information.
So I begin tracking my order and see that it had arrived in Macau on the 23rd of February, but no info on when it would be delivered.
I work odd hours every day because I'm a journalist so when I checked the tracking again, I see that there was an attempted delivery on the 24th, when I was at work of course. No notice was placed on my door saying when it would be delivered next, nothing.
So on the 26th, I email FashionNova with my number asking the local courier to call me or something so I can get home to get the package.
A service representative named Alejandro responds to my email with an American USPS number to contact the courier, and no other help or information.
So from Macau, I make an international call to the number where i spend over an hour on the phone with an automated robot trying to get to a courier. Of course that was no help and nothing came to fruition.
At this point I check the tracking again and see another attempted delivery on the 27th of February.
Needless to say I am beyond furious, there is no other information on the tracking page and I receive no other email about anything.
So I email the company once more on the 5th of March with all this information, every single piece of it, and demand my $80 be returned to my bank account as it looks like I will never receive the package.
Over the next 2 weeks this is what I email FashionNova with. And I get responses like "store credit minus shipping fee" will be given to me if package is returned to the company.
How they think I want to ever purchase anything from them again is beyond me.
I don't want the damn store credit, I want the money back and this nightmare to end.
Over the course of more than a month, I had no actual offer of help from anyone in the company.
Not one single person emailed trying to help.
Instead I got platitudes of "with love, Caroline" or "thanks for shopping with us FashionNova babe".
I just want my money back.

Fashion Nova international shipping

on my latest shipments, i have been receiving my packages 8 weeks later than specified. My shipments come so late that i am unable to return them, if needed.

please go back to DHL for international shipments.
I live in South Africa and have ordered clothes for my graduation for the 12th of April. My order was placed on 5 March and is still not here on 23 March.

Please improve on your international shipping otherwise I cannot order from Fashion Nova anymore due to this horrible inconvenience

Fashion Nova not receiving store credit

I ordered something on March 3, 2018 and a couple weeks later they sent me an email saying the item I had ordered was unavailable and they issued me a gift card. I used the gift card to order another item and then that item became unavailable and they said they would refund me the full amount back to my original form of payment via gift card. I STILL have yet to receive my money back on a new gift card. They owe me $51.08 I am so displeased with this company. I will never recommend fashion nova to anyone.

Fashion Nova I need a full refund to my bank account now!

Hey there Fashionnova
You sold me items and then told me that they are not available anymore. You gave me no choice in replacing these items, because placing 2 orders requires 2 times shipment. You said that you issued me a gift card with the amount of money that I PAID you already, which i don't need.

I do not need your giftcard, I need my money back. You are not a bank that can keep my money on your bank account. You have no rights to keep my money. You don't provide a good you return money back.

If you don't have these items and if you would never ship them to me than I don't have any reason to keep MY MONEY on your bank account.

I am not an investor.

So I demand my money to be returned. Provide me with full refund for all items that were never shipped to me to my bank account stated in the order. Otherwise I will see it as a illicit enrichment and will sue you.

Think twice! All of these items are created in Chine so there is a very big chance that you will see the very same items on other websites. Moreover, do not believe photos on their website. Their items never look like that. They also delete all 1, 2, 3-stars reviews.

Fashion Nova return policy

They advertise "easy returns"...
I spent $40 on jeans that were way below the quality I prefer.
To return, I have to pay for return shipping, and then they offer you store credit?
At the end of the day, you are receiving less back and it's in store credit!
Disgusting and misleading.
I will do whatever I can to make sure everyone knows this, unless I get my money back in the form I paid for it with (credit card).

I forgot to mention, I will file suit with Fashion Nova if I do not get return in full to my credit card. I don't care how small the amount was; I will not let them get away with their shady business practices.

Fashion Nova poor customer service. bad business practice

I recently placed an order through Fashion Nova's website.
Received my order on March 7, 2018 with one-day shipping. All of the items came with the exception of one shoe. I contacted Fashion Nova to advise of the mistake and was unable to speak to anyone through the customer service number. I sent an email an advised them of their mistake. I was advised that I would have to pay the cost of shipping to send the shoe back and if I chose to keep the ONE shoe then I would be credited for half the price of the shoe. We have been corresponding back and forth as of today 3/14/18 and nothing has been resolved. All I've asked for is for them to send the shoe. They have yet to say if the shoe is out of stock. I advised them if they could not send the missing shoe then I would not be spending my money to send one shoe back and I still expect my refund and shipping fee refunded. Issue still pending... Very poor customer service anyway to make customers pay to ship back an item due to an error that was their fault.

Fashion Nova order saying delivered but I have not received anything

I placed an order on Feb 24, 2018 order#[protected], provided address Pakya, 7950 NW 77 ST STE 4, Miami Florida. [protected]. the USPS tracking is showing delivered Mar 5 2018 at 4:43 pm to the provided address but i have not received my package.
I am beyond frustrated about this. This is very unreliable. For a company who has developed its brand so well i am very disappointed. Also, to say that you are not responsible because the status is saying delivered is ridiculous and unfair. For that matter, this is unacceptable. This issue seems to be a regular occurrence based on reviews and this is not good for your brand. I will not allow my hard earned money to waste, i need this rectified as soon as possible. I need my order shipped to the address or i need an issued gift card to reorder. This creates problem for your brand because once the word gets around persons will not be encouraged to place orders if they are uncertain of receiving their package.

Fashion Nova customer service/ order fulfillment

I've called this company's customer service number over 3 times with no answer or response. I ordered 5 items and only got 4. I was never given a notice of unavailability for the item or that it was out of stock. I have emailed about this problem and have gotten no response as well. This website is a scam do not order from them no matter how good their products are. Forever 21 can give you the same satisfaction.

Fashion Nova order

I ordered my products last week and received an email that my order has been received and they charged me but yet 4 days later my order still is unfulfilled and hasn't even been shipped yet
I am beyond frustrated seeing how I can't get ahold of anyone and I need the clothes I ordered specifically for next week
I am not okay with the fact I can't get ahold of anyone but yet they can charge me and not hold up their end of the bargain
I'd like to know why my order that I purchased last week hasn't even been shipped

Fashion Nova website and ordering

where do I even begin. first everytime I order from them there is always something that later is out of stock so they have to give me a gift carded refund, on the second time of this happening I emailed them saying I want the refund back in my bank account because it is their problem why should I get a gift card when it's the second time. 2 weeks ago I was told i'd be getting a refund to my bank account and it should be there 5-7 business days...it is day 9 and STILL nothing in my bank account and anytime I email them about it I get no response. now I made another purchase right after I got that email or else knowing now I probably wouldn't have but anyways, I had this stuff in my cart for a week with the coupon code SHIP30 that I was given in my email telling me i'd be getting my refund lol, and every time I hit checkout to see what the amount was while I was changing items the coupon code was ALWAYS still saved in it and I didn't have to renter it, no matter how many times I closed my browser. finally when I decide to purchase it since it was always still saved in my cart I choose to hit "checkout with paypal" to make it quicker and I figured why not sense the code was always still in there. well no. apparently when you checkout with paypal it takes out the coupon code so I had to pay $70 more. they of course don't do cancelations, I emailed them 3 times no response till 4 days later and were no help still. all I want is the $70 back and I will still buy these items. no where on their website does it say those payment options at the cart for a faster checkout that they do not use the coupon code. I called their customer service well over 30 times and no one answers. I've emailed them about this and the first refund, still nothing and they shipped my the package I did not want. i've emailed them probably 8 times and only gotten 2 responses saying they don't cancel and how I can return it. I feel like no one is actually reading my emails. i've never been more disappointed with a company which is heartbreaking because I love their products so much but hate their customer service. now I am going through the process with my bank of having the whole charge taken back as I was not charged the price I should have been.

Fashion Nova unsatisfactory service

I placed an order on the 24th February and to date I am yet to have my order shipped. I have emailed the information site 3 times already and no one has addressed any of the comments I have made. I have asked 3 times already when my order will be shipped and I am yet to have a straight answer. No one has informed my why my order has not been shipped. This is the most disgraceful service i have ever had. There has been no information on the complaints procedure and no form or reimbursement and it has been so long it's a new month. I refuse to ask again when my order will be shipped to be completely ignored.
