Fashion Nova Fashion nova

This is the second time I've had issues with orders from Fashion Nova. Last year, I placed an order that was never received. It sat on a shipping dock for weeks and no one contacted me and were unable to locate it at the shipping dock. Could not find a customer service number on the Fashion Nova website, nor was the Customer Support link working. It was extremely time consuming and frustrating to have to contact a store hundreds of miles from my location, just to get someone on the phone to process my refund.

I took a chance by ordering again. This time, their website selected an incorrect shipping method for me. I immediately and frantically went on a search to contact customer support to fix the error, as I purposefully wanted a rush order. I will not be at my shipping location on the date that was selected for me and needed my items much sooner than the date provided. I had to use multiple devices just to get the links to work, only to get a generalized response stating I couldn't cancel my order that was placed within minutes prior, could not process a return until I receive the items (which as stated prior, I will not be in the state on that date), and I will now be out of additional money spent on shipping.

I feel this is in poor practice and feel scammed.

Desired outcome: I would like an immediate and full refund for all money spent on this transaction.

Fashion Nova Return

I purchased a few items from Fashion Nova. I payed for the returning fee and I waited to see the refund to be posted on my credit card but it never did. I then went to the post office to check on the status of my return and they let me know it got sent. I got receipts from the post office to verify this. I have uploaded pictures for proof. Thank you!

Fashion Nova Charged my card without consent

Hello, I was billed for an order that was cancelled.

I paid for these clothes using PayPal. The money came out of my bank account.

But then a few moments later the payment was reverted and I got my money back and the order was cancelled.

So I re-ordered the same items, minus one or two.

And that order went through fine.

But now I have been charged for the original order which I do not want and shouldn’t have been charged for.

Can I please get my money back for the order.

I do not want store credit as the money should not have been taken in the first place.

You cannot just charge peoples cards after telling them their order has been cancelled.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the amount that was charged without my permission.

Fashion Nova Returns

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I never post negative reviews but I feel people need to know about Fashion Nova’s policies. First of all, their clothes are cheaply made (you definitely get what you pay for). They don’t do exchanges and then charge you for returns AND shipping if you want to reorder in a different size. If you do return something they will not refund your money; they will only offer store credit. Their customer service department is online only. You can’t talk to a person even if you ask to. They also refused to reply to my email asking to elevate my issue to management. They are unwilling to work with customers. After realizing how awful their return policy was, I tried to cancel my return. They refused to cancel it and also refused to refund me for the cost of the shipping label. My advice is look at other online companies. Most have way better policies than Fashion Nova!

Desired outcome: I would have liked either a cash refund or free return. I would also have liked a refund for the shipping label I didn’t use.

Fashion Nova Order Number: #[protected]

Unfortunately, I am on here to complain because I’m extremely frustrated with how they handle returns and fail to email my store credit gift card. I’ve shopped at Fashion Nova and have been a loyal customer for *years*. I recently purchased items, returned them as per their return instructions and I have not received my store credit gift card. It’s going on 10 weeks now. Their former customer service email is no longer active which is making it harder for me to get in touch with someone.

Fashion Nova My package never came at all I will like my money back or my item I bought

I had order my item on April 23 ,2022 and it took them a while to ship it by a week so I’m waiting and all my package never came so I’m complaining about my package cause I never received it I suggest no one buy there stuff from them I heard so much complaint and there not taking it to a matter a serious thing at all also they don’t have a number there phone shut off I don’t know why no one helping me replacing 110 on my clothes that I purchased I will like my clothes to be sent somewhere else or I will like my refund back I will like there place to be shut down cause there scamming people for there money

This is happening to me right now! Order placed on the 28th of April and right away Fedex displayed delivery won't be until the 26th of May! I have a feeling it will never come and it's scam for them to take our money since they'll only refund via store credit! This happened to me in February. I placed an order and some funky things happened, a month later Fedex said they couldn't deliver to address and it was being returned to sender. So you think Fashionnova would credit back my card, NOPE! They said they can only give me a store credit! EXCUSE ME, store credit on items that were never sent to me?

Fashion Nova Still haven’t got my order

I placed my order 3 weeks ago ! It’s still saying it’s in California, so I called fedex to see what was going on. They told me that they haven’t got my order yet. Somehow it’s at usps and I have to get in contact with fashion nova to see what’s going on ! I’ve called and email no response! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER SHOP AGAIN ! I WANT MY CLOTHES THAT I PAID FOR

This happened to me in February and I was stupid enough to order from them again. I placed my order 2 weeks ago ($300 worht) in April and Fedex site is now saying delivery won't be until the end of May! I think there's something really not right going on.

Fashion Nova Scam/rip off on returned items

On april 21, 2022, I returned two orders to fashion nova in one box. I separated the orders using plastic and specifically labeled the two orders so that their would be no confusion upon return. I took a picture of the second order packaging and return label prior to mailing. I was credited for one order, however, they are claiming they did not receive the other order. That is absolutely impossible, because both orders were in the same box, and they know that. I ordered two orders of the same exact items because after I placed the first order and paid for expediting it, I was informed that they do not expedite to p.O. Boxes. I did not receive a shipping refund. I needed the items within a certain time, so I reordered the same items and sent them to an actual address. So the second return was a complete order. Within their "help q&a", it states that returning multiple orders together may cause a delay in processing, but it does not say that they will scam you, rip you off, and lie, as if they never received the return. They did all of those things to me. I will attach the q&a below. I would attach the photo I took of my order and separated return slip, but it has my personal information attached. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but was ignored. I also asked if the return processing center have cameras. That question was ignored. I would like my money back. I would like the company to stop lying as if they did not receive my return, yet received the other order returned in the same packing.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back, rather than store credit, because after this, I have no desire to frequent this business ever again.

Fashion Nova Order / Communication

My order was supposed to arrived April 5, 2022, but the carrier shows there was an issue. I am unable to get in contact with anyone at Fashion Nova to get this issue solved because they were paid for a products, I didn't receive. Not to mention, they make it VERY hard for anyone to get in contact with them. This is unacceptable.

Fashion Nova ordered products but never received the package

i placed an order in which it took nearly 2 wks to even ship out and when it did somehow my package was magically delivered to my door but i never got it i contacted the delivery company and they told me to kind of take it as a loss, then i have tried to contact fashion nova multiple times and nobody has responded to my emails ,their phone line is shut off what a coincidence ? i would not be trying to get my money back if i did get package i have no time to waste on these petty games and i work hard for my money and should be able to trust that i will get what i paid for instead i get the run around by a "Big Time" company with the most disgusting customer service i have ever to receive , i for one work in the customer service business and my company does not treat anybody the way i have been treated

Fashion Nova Package not arriving

I placed my order on the 15th of April and paid $28 (!) to get a priority delivery as I needed the dress asap for a wedding event. It was supposed to be delivered on the 20th but it didn’t. Looking on the website again it suddenly says estimated on the 27th? I really don’t have time for that + I paid for it so why isn’t it here.. So annoying that I can’t seem to find a customer service number..

Fashion Nova Never received my order and they will not help me

My fashion nova order was never delivered to me and when I emailed them they refused to help me because it was a address issue. So meanwhile Fed ex doesn’t know where my order is and Fashion Nova refuses to help me so i’m out of 214 dollars and. no summer clothes. I don’t have the money to just suffer a lost like that. I purchased this thru Klarna so now i’ll be paying for stuff I do not have.

Fashion Nova Delivery service

I placed an order on Fashion Nova on March 26th 2022 and as of today (April 17th 2022) I did not receive my order worth of 122$. I have been told 2 weeks ago that my order has been shipped but even when I use the tracking number I was provided with I am told that it does not exist. The order was not even delivered to the carrier RR Donneley. It will be soon 1 month since I placed my order. This is the worst delivery service ever!

Desired outcome: I want my order to be shipped as soon as possible without any delay

Fashion Nova I never received my package

I placed an order April 1, 2022 and have not received it yet. There is no update on the package. Every day I look online the delivery date changes but there is no real time location for the package. I can't file a claim with FedEx because Im not the customer and I can't get a live person at fashion nova. The virtual assistant says nothing can be done until the package is delivered but the package is nowhere to be found. I planned to have the product by now and no longer need it due to length of time and I want my money back.

Desired outcome: I want my money back. I don't want a gift card because I don't trust buying clothes from here anymore. I don't like I can't get a real person when I need one.

Fashion Nova No order or tracking #

I’ve been waiting for my order for a few weeks. Since I never received a tracking w/order number I have no options to find out where my order is. It would not be that big of a deal had Fashion Nova not taken the money from my bank account. There is no one answering customer service calls and I can’t track my order. I don’t know what to do. I feel as if I’ve been robbed. So pissed!

Desired outcome: I want my jumpsuits. I bought them during the March BOGO.

Fashion Nova No confirmation number received

I placed an order April 7th. I was charged for it and Never received a confirmation or tracking number! The total was $239.77 I need to know where my order is ASAP! A week prior I placed another order for $350 and although I still haven't received it I at least got a tracking number and confo number. It is literally impossible to reach anyone and if u submit an email complaint nothing happens when u hit submit! This is the last time I will spend a dime with this company but for not I want my product or my money back!

Desired outcome: I want someone to contact me regarding my order and next day ship everything I purchased or refund my money!

Fashion Nova Sent me the wrong order! No response in 2 weeks!

I ordered 3 cute dresses and 3 pairs of heels and received mens tie died jeans and jacket! and can't get customer service to respond in 2 weeks!

I have only just discovered the cute clothing and shoes on FashionNova.com and after receiving one order I placed another one as I was pleased with most of the items! HOWEVER, I placed an order for 3 new dresses and 3 pairs of heels and need them asap for several upcoming events... that was 2 weeks ago! I received a package with my order number and listed the items I purchased, but the package contained some very large tie died mens jeans and large mens jean jacket! Obviously someone made a big mistake in sending the wrong items. I tried calling them but there is no phone line. I contacted them through the website immediately and have since put in 5 different complaints in the past 2 weeks... filling out problem with order/wrong items each time! I have yet to receive any response at all. they charge me a pretty large amount for my items and I have no resolution. I am about to dispute charges with my bank and report them to the business bureau if I don't her back soon! I don't know what to do, I just want the items I ordered!

Fashion Nova Sought after open front cardigan and no good for each other jeans

If you check my account you will see that I have never received the two items . I have contact the police where fashion nova is located and the better business Bureau. I also have the owner name Richard Saghian I will be reaching out the him to let him know how the customer service is and that you all are taking money from customers and not sending items. Fashion Nova still waiting for item...please update my email address

I have been waiting for my order since i placed it back on Feb 24th. I track it daily to see where and when it should be here. It is now April 6th and my order is still saying ordered. There is no communication whatsoever. I have a new email now and cannot update it at all. I just want answers and my items please or a way to cancel it and reorder the items that i still want.
