Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I decided to get my hair cut today the same time as my niece got hers cut. I saw only one worker and knew her to be able to do good work in the past so i was fairly confident. Big mistake. Other employees came from the back and i was quickly handed off to someone I had no experience with. I didn't want to make a fuss so I showed them the style i wanted from one of their books. They told me they could perform the cut so I took their word for it.
They made a MESS of it! I look like an fool with this hair cut. I had hair 7 to 8 inches in the front and the style I showed clearly depicted 6 inches(est) in the front and the first thing she did was cut it so short it could barely lay. The back of the style was a little longer with a tapper, again a lost cause as she made me look like a cross between a buzz cut for a recruit and a mullet. She said she could make it a little better so I let her try to make something presentable of the mess I currently presented at the time, thinking it couldn't get worse. When I mocked the mess that was now my hair the staff laughed, LAUGHED! They must think customers are for amusement and care little for professionalism. I mean this is their job.
So now I look a fool, not a good thing sense I WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. This has affected my self esteem, it is interfering in my job and as of the time I'm writing this 23 people have laughed openly at my hair and countless more have been appalled.
I am telling everyone who did this to me and as for that Dye job for my niece? well it won't be there and I will spend the rest of my days warning people away from there.
