Fanatics Fanatics ne sweatshirts

Order [protected]/26/2022 as of Dec 14 nothing. They sent according to UPS 3 separate packages of 3 items of the same swearshirt, same size. One tee shirt shows up Dec 12 Not what I ordered. Called customer service Dec 12 8am was emailed return label and told I would receive overnight delivery for the 1 swearshirt. UPS sent correspondence Dec 14 item will not be delivered as item not received.

Other 2 items weight is the same as the tee shirt.. 6 of a pound don't think either is a sweatshirt still waiting USPS acceptance. I want a full refund of 54.99 for all 3 sweatshirts total 164.97. Shipping fee 4.99 and handling fee 1.99.

I am very disappointed in this company and its choice of delivery and handling of the correct items in my order.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of 54.99 for all 3 sweatshirts total 164.97. Shipping fee 4.99 and handling fee 1.99.

The service I received regarding the order I placed via Derby County I placed an order on the 24th of November I called up on the 12th of December as I Haven’t received anything to be told that all of the stuff is in stock anymore and I will have to wait for the stuff to be in stock or cancel the whole order this was with a girl called Hannah who told me she’d only been in the job for a week I asked if I could speak to a more senior member of staff she told me she wasn’t allowed I asked if I could speak to a more experienced member of staff she told me I need to ring back up I suggested to have the stuff that was in stock sent out to me and and cancel the stuff that is no longer in stock apparently I couldn’t do that neither she was very misinformed didn’t know what she was talking about unfortunately which caused me to then end up going to the shop and contacting you again to then speak to somebody called Avery to explain to me that I can have the stuff that’s in stock but there’s no guarantee I’m going to get it before Christmas I have not received one email from you let me know that the stuff wasn’t in stock 2/it’s been delayed with delivery or 3 you might be cancelling my order. I’ll pay for overnight delivery I’ve not got it I am not happy with your customer service whatsoever it’s the fact that nobody informed me what was going off he was quick to take money out the bank absolutely shocking customer service

Fanatics Orders keep getting canceled

I have placed repeated orders with fanatics and fans edge dating back to October 2021. Three minutes after I get the order confirmation, I get an email that says regarding your order. The email states that the order could not be confirmed and has been canceled by the company. There are items on sale that I really need for Christmas gifts, so tonight I called the customer service line. The lady looked into it and informed me that her end shows that this started happening in October of 2021. She went on to say that I needed to call a different department to get the issue solved. I called the 2nd number and finally got a representative after a 7 minute wait. She looked at it and said the issue was an unresolved order from last December. She placed me on hold again. She returned and said that she cleared the order out and I could now place my order. I placed the order again and same thing happened! This time it’s too late to call back, so I will have to call and deal with this issue again tomorrow. My son had his own account with the same issue. Turns out, it’s a very common issue all over the internet. Please get this issue fixed or let another company take over the sports shipping industry!

Desired outcome: I would like to place my order at current prices, redeem my fans cash on the order, and actually get my items before Christmas.

Fanatics 5 separate orders, all got “lost”

Astros won World Series and within 5 minutes I had placed 5 separate orders and items were paid. I only received 2 items a month later! Then after continuing to call them and usps due to the tracking numbers stop moving after a week, I called fanatics and all they said was “sorry all items got lost and they are only able to give a refund since items are sold out”. Now the hats I had purchased from them are all being sold almost 100$ each. I missed out items since I decided to purchase from fanatics and not any other retailer. I will not be purchasing anymore merchandise from fanatics. Horrible experience. How does 3 orders all get lost. Each day the tracking numbers update that items will be delivered the same day I search, but shipping details state otherwise.

Desired outcome: Send 59fifty World Series SnapBack hat or provide compensation for making me wait and now having to pay triple the price for the hat that you all “lost”

Fanatics Product Returns

I purchased two items through Walmart.com and the seller is Fanatics on October 26, 2022. These items do not fit, and I want to return them and get my money back. Walmart states I have to contact the seller which is Fanatics. Fanatics states no record of order and have to contact Walmart. This back and forth has been going on for well over a week now. Walmart gives me the same order number 2000104-[protected] they have emailed to Fanatics to send me shipping label. Walmart sent emails to [protected]@fanatics.com. I still don't have shipping label or my money back.

Desired outcome: Please refund my money and send shipping label to return items.

Fanatics Return Scam

I placed an order on 10/23/[protected]) - and on 11/4 I set up a return for this order (2 Bruins Sweatshirts). They sent me 2 seperate mailing labels. Since they were going to the same place, i placed the 2 sweatshirts in the same box to send back. I only was refunded for 1 sweatshirt... Nice SCAM! trying to get in contact with anyone is IMPOSSIBLE!

Desired outcome: I would love the reutrn amount of the 2nd sweatshirt.

Fanatics return policy and quality of garments

Last week I purchased a blue Harrington jacket from Fanatics via the official Chelsea fc website. I live in the uk and have been a member at Chelsea for over 30yrs. I was pleased when recently i noticed that they now include a xxxl size for most items. And in the past few months I have purchased a xxxl home shirt and has a xxxl tracksuit top brought for mr both of which fit comfortably. The jacket i brought last week is by no way shape or means a xxxl size indeed I could hardly get it on let alone do it up, So I have chosen to return the item, only to find out this is going to cost me another £5.25. Relly quite annoyed that real fans are being sold poor quality merchandise and being charged to returmn items that are not as described.

Desired outcome: Refund of return postage. Also it would be nice if the sizes are identical as in xxxl the same for a shirt as a jacket

Fanatics Item returned with no credit to me

I received a Tour de France polo shirt on July 6, 2022. I paid $45.00 plus tax. The size chart on their website was way off. The polo was too small. I went to their website to return and found out it would cost me $27.00 to return it. Nice ! I called and spoke with a company Rep who gave me the address and instructions to return it using the USPS. I mailed it on 7-7-22. I never received a refund. Fanatics now has my money and the polo. Nice scam !

Fanatics An Air Force putter grip. Not as advertised

Received the product last night from UPS. Opened the package and was immediately disappointed. The grip was printed as it should but the ball marker was an advertisement for “Team Golf”. Not at all what the photo and the information about the product was. There was NO disclaimer about switching the item for a “suitable substitute “ or anything thing like that. This is nothing more than a bait and switch. I tried to contact the company and thanks to their automated customer response, I couldn’t voice my concerns. The company is a rip-off.

Desired outcome: Send the product as described or refund my money.

Fanatics Return

I have paid to return an item but I didn't receive my barcode so that I can return it via non printing. I have emailed your UK customers services many times without reply.

I want to return this item as it is damaged. I am now at the point where I am ready to drive to your depot in Manchester and drop it off so that I can get my refund.

I have bought from you many times and never had an issue I am now very disappointed and reluctant to buy from you again.

Fanatics Returned Hoodies

I had a large return that consisted of multiple hoodies and shirts. The refund should have been just over $2k and all I got was $800. Have messaged with customer service and sent emails, the first email said they are waiting to receive the products which they already have. Now they have not responded to any emails. Now I am out over $1,000. The original return date was 6/24/22 and my partial refund came on 6/27. I have not heard back from my emails in over a week. Order number is [protected]

Fanatics Chargers jersey

Just as a head up my problem has been resolved. However this is the situation and should be addressed by fanatics high ups/

Ordered a chargers Mack jersey. It came in the mail shoved in a bag all wrinkled and messed up the number on it was 20 which his number is 52 and the numbers even though wrong were both tilted in front and back. It had no tags or labeling attached to it. It looks as though I had bought it off the back of a truck. Even those ones would of been at least wearable!

Desired outcome: None customer service is sending a new one.

Fanatics Shipping options

Buying online is the worst experience ever. I placed an order online and the system automatically set my shipping for two days, even after I hit 3-7 days. Who's wants to pay 15 bucks for a hat. I tried looking up options on the website but no luck. If you want to buy something from this place I suggest do it in the store and not online or go to lids where the online platform is way better and doesn't make choices for you. BOOOOOO FANATICS, NEVER AGAIN.

Fanatics Manchester United Direct Store (UK)

I placed an order for two Manchester United Jerseys on store.manutd.com . I quickly realized I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them immediately and tried to cancel my order. They said they would try to cancel my order and then they said they were unable to. I had already ordered the right size after I cancelled my original order so now I had four jerseys being shipped to me and I only needed the two that fit me. I paid 20 dollars in shipping from the UK to NJ (USA). I assumed they would pay for my shipping wrong sized jerseys back to the UK but they refused several times and said it wasn’t their fault. Shipping costs 24 dollars back to the UK. So I would have paid 34 dollars for shipping for items I didn’t want. I spoke to the US fanatics United Store and they said they would refund my shipping in a heartbeat. I told the UK fanatics this and they still refused. This has been very stressful and I told them I have been a Man Utd fan for over 20 years and and this bad experience with them is making me rethink being a fan. I just want my shipping charges for the return covered , I am keeping the other jerseys that actually fit. I am not sure why Fanatics is being so unprofessional over shipping by charges over their mistake. The order number is [protected]

I tried the UK site help and they refused. The US United site said they couldn’t help. But after seeing this reply I talked to fanatics customer service and they said they would email me in a few days .

Fanatics RE: Damaged Product Delivered

I ordered a detroit tigers baseball cap for a Sunday baseball game on mothers day vs the astros in houston

The packaged arrived in a dented box and the hat was damaged a well.

This was very disappointing since I can not really replace that tigers hat in houston before tomorrow.

What agitates me is that I now have to take time out of my life to go through not only repackaging the item for return but I have to take it to physically to UPS for my return.

Desired outcome: Would like a return envelope sent to me so it becomes easier to return a damaged item. If I ordered the wrong size, color, etc, the current return policy seems reasonable and standard throughout the industry

Fanatics poor quality products bad customer service

Hello, I would NOT recommend ordering from Fanatics; the company doing all NFL Shop and direct fantacis.com merchandise sales. I have been trying for months to log in and get a credit on a bad order. I mad the mistake of ordering again recently and they sent the worst quality garment I have ever seen. I bought socks months ago that came youth sized, they would only do a "Store Credit" I cannot cash the credit because they have my email wrong in their system for my Account Log In somehow and will not change it. yet they are able to send me email updates. I have called Three times and email dozens of times and they still have not fixed it. BUT you can spend with them, I bought a "New" $89.99 Rams Super Bowl hoodie from them and it arrived with extremely poor cotton quality tattered and balled up and looking like it was 25yrs old. I cannot get a refund on my order because I cannot log in because they do not have my email fixed in their system. They also owe me many dollars in "Fanatics Cash" but again I cannot get the credits owed without logging in... this is a nightmare and beware of extremely Cheap and Poor Quality products with large price tags

Desired outcome: Refund my money, give me my overdue credits, and replace the hoodie with quality and give me my overdue credits

Fanatics Men's Tennessee Titans Jersey

Order #[protected]

Ordered a Jeffrey Simmons 98 navy blue Tennessee Titans jersey on March 5, 2022 for my son's birthday on March 11. Received jersey on March 10 opened on March 11. When I opened it the numbers on the front was backwards and one was upside down. The back was correct Simmons 98, but the front was 86 but it actually was a 9 upside down.

Desired outcome: I wanted a refund right then and there to try to order another jersey from somewhere else, but they stated they couldn't give me one until they receive merchandise. I think they need to rethink that policy.

Fanatics Unable to return/exchange a gift

Last October, I received a Seattle Kraken jersey from my brother as a birthday gift. It's a little on the larger side, so I was going to exchange it for a smaller size. He said he got it from Fanatics, so I went to the site and saw their advertised 365-day return policy, so I felt I had some time. The holidays came in quick succession, so I didn't get around to it until recently.

I contacted Fanatics customer support. They were able to pull up the order and worked through the process to exchange the jersey by returning it first and then I'd get a coupon/voucher to reorder the correct size. The customer support rep was trying to email the return label but was having trouble, and then said I'd be getting it an email the next business day.

I did get an email the next business day but it was from the NHL shop on Fanatics saying I missed the return window and could no longer return the product. I had no idea the jersey was also listed on that site and that it was purchased from there, I was only told Fanatics and the advertised return period I saw was 365-days when I looked at the website.

Desired outcome: I would just like to be able to exchange this jersey for a smaller size.

Fanatics UNC women's jacket, shirt

I ordered the clothing for a gift. I was confident that I could return the 2 items, as Fanatics makes much of the promise of 365 day return, as well as returns if unsatisfied.

The tops are in the original sealed bags, as they are not wanted by the recipient.

I was told by the Fanatics rep that these tops were a sale item and not returnable!

I am frustrated and will not be a Fanatics customer again, as I expected the company to honor their promise of returns, and they failed completely.

I also ordered two other items at the time, and they showed in my account as returnable. I guess that as soon as you try to return something, it becomes a "sale" item, and not returnable.

Other problems encountered: I ordered some items and received e-mails saying that the item would be delivered by a certain date, then was cancelled.

Another claim was that no money would be taken until the item was shipped. This was not the case, either.

Desired outcome: Please refund. I'd appreciate a response.

Fanatics Order Canceled on pre order item

Ordered a Super Bowl jersey on 1/31 and was informed that it wouldn’t be received till after the game but my son really wanted it so I pre ordered it. Order was canceled 2/8. How do they cancel pre order items that aren’t even available yet. Son was disappointed and to top it off Fanatics offered a 25% off for the trouble, but it can’t be used on jerseys. WHAT A JOKE. What good is discount if it can’t even be used on a replacement item for the canceled item. This is not my first issue with Fanatics, I’ve ordered plenty from them and am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I tried to reach them through their help chat which was also no help since it is automated.

Desired outcome: Make it right. Send the Jersey I ordered.
