Famous Footwear famous footwear coupons

hi, my name is Edward i went to my local famous footwear store #2435. i went there on [protected] to buy nike . i had the bogo sale coupons buy one get one free . but when i got to the register my coupon was not vailed on nike. i have been buying my shoes in this store for years. so i went about my day 2 weeks later the one of the new shoes i bought started to rip buy the toes. so back to the store i went. they returned the damaged shoe. my point is my experince with this company was not good at all. if there is any way i could get any coupons or a voucher for a pair of nikes i would apperiate it thank you edawrd petro.

Famous Footwear Incorrect item

On 4/11 I ordered Women's Nike Quest 4 shoes, size 6.5. Today I received my order, however, Famous Footwear sent me Women's Vans, size 8. When I called customer service I was told I have to send them back for a credit and reorder the correct shoes. I asked why when they sent the incorrect shoes and was told they do not do exchanges! I don't want to exchange, I want the shoes I ordered. I will gladly send the incorrect shoes back. Horrible customer service and policies for Famous Footwear when it's their error. I will never purchase from them again and will alert my family and friends so they will not have to go through the same ordeal.

Famous Footwear Customer service

Wednesday 3-16-22

At 12:15 pm (lunch)

The only girl working inside Told me she could not serve me as a customer because she was about to take a lunch break and that I could return in 30 to 45 minutes

When I returned an hour later the doors were still locked she was walking around inside and clearly saw me through the door I knocked several times and she ignored me and also hung up the phone when I rang in

Add she told me the store would be closed I would have left and gone elsewhere rather than waited around it’s extremely rude customer service not to mention you lost so many customers while your doors were shut

Famous Footwear Employees in Biddeford Maine

I was in the Biddeford Maine store and 2 young girls working were actively hitting on male customers, posting photos on social media and talking about it, talking about "hooking up" with a manager because he "must have money", they were playing on their phones, asking male customers for their phone numbers...all in an hour I was there...absolutely disgusting of a store to go to.

Desired outcome: These employees to be trained on work etiquette.

Famous Footwear I’m complaining about being charged for a online purchase I never received

In the last week I've ordered five pairs of shoes form famous footwear. On 3/26/21 I ordered three pairs, One items was listed as a women's shoe but I received a child's shoe.
Returned that item to the local store. On 3/2/21 another order. This item arrived before the previous order. On 3/4/21 I was email my items wear delivered. Not the case at all. 3/5/21 I called and was told at times fedx marks packages as delivered but that's not always the case. After spending hard earned money that's a horrific way to feel not having the items you attempted to purchase an them being told the shipper choose by famous footwear lies to them as well as me about actually delivering the item. I spent fifty minutes on the phone talking to a women names terrace, then her supervisor names Alexis who both continues to quote me company police and never ever considered my position of being out of my money as well as the product I tried to purchase. I repeatedly request a refund. I was offered a discount on the item I didn't receive.that's not how business is done in 2021. I requested to speak to someone who can help me. I was told no, I requested a email ? Phone number ? Again no. I stated that I have been on the phone for almost a hour and accomplished nothing. At this pint gaping footwear has robbed me for forty dollars. I will never purchase or allow anyone I can stop from purchasing anything from famous footwear.

Famous Footwear in store customer service

Went to the Kearney, Ne location, as i stepped in I was asked if i had a mask to which i replied are they required? The associate working said no but that she had some available, i then replied is it required? She then said yes so i opted to leave the store. I then asked if I could have Corporates number she was visually upset and went and got what iam assuming her manager and another employee. As they approached they had their badges with their name tags covered so I couldn't see their names she then yells across the room why did I want corporates number I told her that I had a question, she then repeated " But why" repeatedly all the time covering her badge i asked her if she was denying me the number she said they didn't know what the number was, I then observed three other shoppers leaving the store with no mask on, i asked them why they were allowed in but I was not she said they didnt see them. The issue isn't with wearing the mask the issue is the way the "manager addressed the situation . I felt belittled, i have never been treated so poorly! I will never go back to this store and would like this resolved.

Famous Footwear Return policy

Buyers beware! Before you buy shoes online from famous footwear here's an almost unknown but really fun fact about famous footwear that they don't want you to know….. They will not refund your money if buy and return multiple pairs shoes within a short period of time regardless if they fit or not! This happened to me before the holidays after I purchased multiple shoes I liked online and had them shipped to my home to try on and check out. I didn't receive them all at once rather a few pairs at a time due to availability. After each time I received a shipment I tried them on, kept the ones I liked and returned the ones I didn't want or didn't fit with no problem. When it came to the last pair, they didn't fit correctly and when I tried to return and they denied my return. They gave me a denial slip and said to call a toll free number to find out why I was denied. They could not or rather would not tell me the reason for the denial and kept saying to call the number! Really? I called the number and it was a third party call center and all they could tell me was that I returned too many shoes whithin a specified time. When I asked what the specified time period was they said that it was determined by the tracking system and that I should have been issued a warning from the store during one of my returns. I indicated that it was never disclosed verbally or in writing and they stated that the system indicated I did receive one. Really? The system says I did?!?!? B*s*!. And yes, they have a tracking system that tracks your purchases and returns of "high dollar merchandise" as to how often you buy and return shoes and the amount of returns over a "specified period" of time. They have no control over the system, they cannot override or waive "the systems" determination. They said I could not return anymore shoes for 6 months. Here's the kicker, famous footwear's return policy is: you can return shoes within 60 days of purchase for a refund, no where in the return policy does it state the amount of returns you can do. No where in the online website terms and conditions does it state the amount of returns you can do. If you are a "superstar" customer, you have 90 days to return. Now this is where it really doesn't make any sense at all, 6 month ban on returning shoes from the tracking system they cannot override and only 90 days to make return according to the return policy. Really? Wtf? When I called the corporate office and confronted them with the policy conflict they said that the 6 month ban was an unwritten policy which applies to online and in store purchases and returns and you can't find it in either the terms and conditions or return policy? Really? They said they could not override the tracking system and could not refund my money either but could give me store credit…what? I don't want store credit…the stores never carry my size hence my shopping online for the shoes in my size. Amazon, dillards, zappos, wss, and just about every other place I buy shoes online or in store does not have this b*s* policy. My view is they have found a b*s* way to steal your money! All I want is my money back for the last pair of shoes that I tried to return within the required return policy timeframe and to not do business with famous footwear ever again. As I started with, buyers beware!

Famous Footwear exchanging 2 pairs of shoes to get smaller size.

Doug the store manager was no help at all. I Tried to return shoes for smaller pair but none were in stock so I asked if I could just get in store credit so I could buy them myself online and he was like I can't I already made the transaction to return your money but I was like I never agreed to that I asked you a question and you didn't even answer and he just ignored me and just sighed like I'm an inconvenience for him and the whole time he didn't even know what he was doing he was just silent didn't even try to apologize for his mistake or try to fix the problem

Famous Footwear service

Yesterday I went in the store and found 3 pairs of shoes that I like.I brought them (without the boxes)on front to pay and the cashier named Cindy looked at me so rude and said "I cannot do anything with out the shoes boxes".
So I said sorry and went on the back with her to help her find those boxes.
But I asked her question very nicely that what if someone make a mistake put the shoes on the wrong box and the shoes are only $40 but the box said $80 then that's mean I have to pay $80?

She was turned her head right away at me(I was walking following her) and said oh nooo noo nooo
nobody in this store will do that kind of stuff and shook her head look at me like Im so dumb.

So because of her rude attitude I didn't feel like I want to buy those shoes.

Plus when me my toddler boy walked in no one greeting us or asked if we needed help or even look at us at all.I would be very appreciated only just an eye contact 😊

Wondering if she's don't like us because we are Asian?

Famous Footwear store service

Good Morning,

I am a rewards members for years now and I have been shopping at your stores for a years as well. I purchased a pair of shoes but they did not fit so I needed to exchange them but the store I bought them from did not have a smaller size. So I went on the app and found out the Pearland store had them. The store from my house is 1 hour drive. I decided to go as I did not want to lose my discounts from my first purchase. I go to the store, handed the manager my bag with the other shoes and started looking for the shoes and I did not find them. I asked an associate to help me. He looked in the system and said yes we have 2 at the store and he also looked for the others pair I was looking for and indeed there were 2 as well. He go and looks in the women nike area and he could not find them. All nike women shoes were not in the proper area. He said let me go speak to my manager and come back. Never came back. So I go up to the register and asked the manager can I please have my return bag back. She handed it back upset and did not even look my way. Now what kind of customer service is this! Famous Footwear customer service

Associate 247766 Transaction 9693. I purchased 2 pairs of (same style, different colors) Madden Girl sandals for my daughter on 7/28. Took them home, she tried ONE pair on an and did not care for them. I returned them both to the store the very next day and the sales associate accused me of returning damaged goods that had been worn outside. She was rude and honestly abnoxious about it. I explained that thats how the bottoms of those particular shoes are and asked her to pull a pair in a box off the shelf and compare the two so she could see what I meant. She said she was not going to argue with me and she was giving me a full refund and the shoes would HAVE TO BE MARKED DAMAGED (shaking her head and chuckling the whole time) She humiliated me in a store full of people. Just the tone and attitude she had was absolutely unprofessional. I previously worked in customer service for 12 years and have seen firsthand the garbage people return. I get it, but this girl was absolutely wrong. I will never step foot in another Famous Footwear again. She should have apologized. I did pull new shoes right off the shelf MYSELF, waited in line and then showed her the bottoms that clearly looked the SAME as the two pairs I returned. Didnt matter.. blew me off completely.

Famous Footwear customer service sucks

The people working at Guam Famous footwear are very rude and unprofessional. I just recently bought two items them because of their promo aand also because I wanted to use my rewards points. I was overcharged and came back to get it fixed. But the ones in charged gave me bad looks and made me feel unwelcome like they just want me To leave. It was very uncomfortable talking to them. They have no basic good customer service. I came there with a smile and left in a very bad mood.

Famous Footwear store manager - alyssa barrera

I placed an order on february 4, 2019 for one pair of shoes to be shipped to the store. When I came in to check if they had been shipped on february 11, 2019 the store manager alyssa sent one of her workers to check the mail box (mind you she gave him vague directions for his first time ever checking it) and he called to tell her there was nothing in the mail box. She then said "they haven't gotten here, do you not have a tracking number where you can check on them?" I then proceeded to ask her if there was anyone I could talk to because this same situation has happened multiple times and she rudely threw a binder on the counter, started flipping through the pages and said, with attitude, "let me write down the customer service number so you can call them for a refund and never shop here again!" no customer deserves to be treated like this. I asked her for her name and left. I did not appreciate being treated with such poor customer service by the store manager.

Famous Footwear customer service

My sister and I went into this location today, january 8th 2019 at 6:51p.m. I needed to exchange some boots that I bought online and the two associates there were very rude. They complained about the box the shoes were in because it was a little damaged. I recieved it that way. When I asked if I could exchange them, the guy was pushy on me getting different ones online. I finally was able to go and look and couldn't find anything I wanted. Asked the girl if I could get in store credit. She said I could just get my money back and automatically put it on my card without asking. We said thank you and on our way out she mumbled something under her breath about us. They were very unprofessional from the moment we walked in and made us uncomfortable. I will not be shopping there ever again.

Famous Footwear harassed by a racist employee/discrimination

A friend and I walked into famous footwear in coloradosprings off north nevada obviously to look for a pair of shoes. I thought that's what you do when you go into a shoe store. We weren't there but 5 minutes. My friend went to the men's section and I went to the women's clearance section. You would think that was normal right. By the time I walked down one isle the isle that had my size shoes. I didn't see anything I liked so I walked towards my friend to see if he found anything he liked. Mind you we have only been there for about 5to10 min. While I was walking towards my friend there was two security guards there and this lady complaining about my friend. When he walked to the men's side he instantly seen a pair of nike's he liked and they had his size so he tried them on and he liked them. While he was tying the shoes he put the ones he had on in the box and as soon as he stands up to go pay for the shoes this lady was in his face with two security guards. It is not uncommon for someone to wear their new pair of shoes that they bought out of the store. When I walked up to him he was already paying for the shoes. If she would have done her job instead of discriminating against my friend. If the harassment wasn't enough the highly rude and unprofessional racist behavior from marie violated our constitutional rights. She could have took the time to ask him if there was anything she could help him with. I have never felt so violated against in my life. Why would one of your employees do this to anyone? Was it because we are not white? Did we look too broke for her liking? Or was it because they were nike shoes? How dare you marie! Who are you to judge anyone! This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any human being. You guys are enabling bad behavior for your employees if she gets away with this.

Famous Footwear $55 roxy shoes

I got a pair of $55 (roxy) shoes and three months later the material in the back was coming apart from soul. I have never in my life had this happen I take really good care of my shoes. They normally last me a long time. I really wanted to go in the store and be like, what the heck! instead I wore them around for another month getting more and more mad about wasting my money on them. Then I found a pair of knock offs at Walmart you cant really tell that they're not the same shoe. So I'm doing a test to see how long these ones last, if they last longer than three mo. That's ridiculous. Is there anything I can do beside leave roxy a bad review?

Famous Footwear online order

Placed order 8/20/18 and received tracking info 8/20/18 but nothing has been shipped. Credit card was charged but no shipment has been made. I was on hold for 1 hour 23 minutes before giving up last night (8/27). On hold again after confirming with FedEx that the tracking number is correct but that they have not received the package as of yet.

Obviously total incompetence on their part.

Famous Footwear adidas sneaker

I order on line a pair of Adidas Sneakers size 2 for my son and a few days later they mailed me a pair of Adidas boots size 4., even though in the invoice that came with the order it was showing the correct shoes. I called to customer service and they where asking me to return then to store it by mail and after u do that call again to the customer service so they could send me the shoes that I paid for. So they wanted to keep my money while all the process of return was completed for a mistake I didn't make. More than two weeks later I finally get the right sneakers and I now don't want them because they have made me waste a lot of time and money and I already had to go to the store get another pair. I have made 3 calls to customer service gone to the store and 2 times to fedex., and they still have my money. Is a complete disrespect to the customer

Famous Footwear Customer Service

My names is Melissa Fontenot [protected], I am a very frequent customer as you can see by my reward card. I do just about all my shopping at the Riceland Pavilion in Baytown Texas.
I was really happy when y'all reopened it after hurricane Harvey.
On 8/11/2018 (tax free weekend & BOGO 1/2 off) I purchased 4 pairs of shoes, 2 of which where for my grandchild who was not with me at the time. I got the wrong size so on 8/15/18 I took her with me to exchange them and to make sure I got her the size she needed in the exact same shoes...
Same every thing plus having the receipt...
The "Assistant Manager" Rashad was call to help me but after several tries not knowing how to do a return and 15 minutes of us waiting patiently he told me that "the shoes where not on sell anymore so for me to get the BOGO that I had to pay the difference" I told him it did not work that way, that all I wanted to do is do an even exchange... After trying to get him to understand that he turned from me to my son and asked him if he could tell him how it worked so my son could get me to understand what he was saying, my son, knowing that Rashad was wrong and being very disrespectful, told him No...
After that Rashad told me that there was nothing he could do that if I wanted to exchange I had to pay the difference but he was not going to argue with me he did not have time...
Well, needless to say I left. I went back on 8/17/18 to speak with a manager, the young girl told me she was an assistant manager Ydana so she would help me. I was telling her what had happened with their other assistant manager and she tried to tell me the same thing... By this time I was very upset and told her it did not work that way... Ydana puts her hand up and closes her fingers down as like when you are tell someone to "shut up" that I was not going to talk to her that way and she was not going to help me.
Another person who said she was the manager came up, at his point I was beyond being furious I forgot her name, I told her what had happened she apologized and with a few minutes she was done.
Finding out that the 2 "Assistant Managers" have only been there a couple of months...
I am a Manager in a grocery chain, I have been for 24 years and I know how customer are.
They are not alway right but customer service is what brings them back...
I do understand it's hard to find good help and you sometimes have to make do with who have
but giving them a title does not give them the right to treat people poorly...
It's asham but we can purchase everything online nowadays, yes even groceries, but I like to go shopping.
But as long as you have those so call Assistant Managers Rashad & Ydana working at that location I won't be shopping there any longer and nether will my family...
I will also be putting it on social media about that location...
Sorry for my rant to go on so long but if you have employees who talk to and treat customers in that manner you will eventually lose that customer, then another then another then another...
Who low does the customer count have to go before you close the doors?

Famous Footwear poor mgmt

Hello. I am very upset about a visit to your Durango store this afternoon. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online and they did not fit. I called customer service to inquire how to return and was instructed to return in store. Keep in mind I have to drive an hour to the nearest store. Unfortunately with my package no receipt was included. I arrived at the store and the manager Crystal said there was nothing she could do without a receipt. I told her o have the email confirmation and the shipping info. She looked at it and said she didn't think it was legit. Telling my husband that it looks like a famous footwear email but she wasn't sure. I even showed her my PayPal receipt. This woman didn't want to help me from the time I walked in the door. I then asked her what to do and she had no input other than to hand me back my shoes and be done. I then proceeded to call customer service to try to prove to her that I am NOT A SCAM ARTIST wifb my order number. She was in the process of calling as well. This manager was very rude, dismissive, angry, condescending, and snarky. She did not want to help me from the beginning. After waiting 15-20 minutes on hold we both got in touch with customer service. She was very upset that I was talking to customer service as the same time she was. She wanted me to hang up the phone. At this point I am so appalled at the way I was being treated I really didn't know what to do. She tells me that I need to get off the phone or take my shoes and leave. Then she says she is going to call rhw police. Ok call the police. I have done nothing wrong. Finally the customer service agent that she is talking to refunds me. I told her that I would like to wait for the refund email as I feel like she would just take my shoes at this point and throw them away. Email comes through and I thank her and leave. This now has been almost am hour. I felt unsafe and persecuted for absolutely no reason. This woman had blue and purple hair I think her name was Crystal. I will never be back and will advise other people to do the same. I own a very successful online business and cannot imagine ever making a customer feel like she did to me.
