Family Dollar customer service

Assistant manager nullie. I asked her where a item was she said that it was by the towels I went over there but it wasn't over there then she had said that o while we must be out and I said you must not know where there are at... And after I had said my statement then she got a attitude like I had said something wrong and then she started crying... And then she refused to give the corporate office number. And a customer that was in the store at the moment had helped me found the items that I was looking to purchase

Family Dollar store manager/injury

On September 17th at approx. 8:00 PM I went into Family Dollar to see what kinds of Halloween decorations they had. There was there was a lot of merchandise thrown all over the floor there was also a white substance. While walking down the aisle I slipped on the white substance on the floor I twisted my left foot at the time that it happened I didn't think that anything was wrong other than I had Twisted it . I went directly home after leaving the store and I went to bed. Throughout the night I was in severe pain so the following morning I took myself to the Saint Mark's Hospital Emergency Department at that time the doctor did x-rays on my left foot and found that I have a broken foot after I left the hospital I went back into the Family Dollar to ask the person that was working who happened to be the store manager how to contact the corporate office and I told her what it happened she asked me did you slip on the white stuff on the floor and I told her yes I had I asked her again it to give me the phone number to the corporate office she told me that I was a liar and that I couldn't prove that I had injured myself inside that store so I asked her to get the security footage because I had in fact twisted my foot and broken my foot inside of your store she verbally abused me she started screaming at me told me that I was a liar and so I didn't feel I needed to be treated in such and such a way and so I left the store I've been trying to contact someone over the phone after this incident happened since it happened and I've been unable to speak with anyone I have contacted an attorney and I do intend on pursuing this matter I would appreciate it if someone from Family Dollar's corporate office complaint department would contact me my telephone number is [protected]

Family Dollar price on shelf

On 09/14/2019 I bought 2 packages of Homeline toilet paper. I got to register and they rang up as 13.50. I said the sign on the shelf said 11.50. The manager walked over and pointed to the sticker on the product and it was 13.50. I paid for it. I sat my purchase down and walked back to where I got it and took a picture. I then found the manager we walked over to the shelf and I showed her the sticker. She said that it was an old sticker and said something which I didn't understand and then said otherwise I could honor it. What is that? Not the way I will do business. I can and will take my business elsewhere if need be. Thank you for your time

Family Dollar complaint on manager miss virginia

On Sept 18 2019 my son went in store to buy Reese's he came back to car he said mom the lady said when I walked in store I look like I'm gone steal he said mom you work I said come on went in store I said excuse me but could I have your manger number she said I am the manger I said the manger over top of you she said her name is chastity Farmington and she don't have a number I said how do you contact her she said by email I asked her for it but she didn't give it I told her I don't like the point my son walk in this store and you say he look like he steal while a lot of customers in store and he just walked in customers in store said we heard her say it to and it's wrong so I reached out to this line my son don't have to steal I work seven days a week and that store want ever get a penny of my money again me and my kids shop there every week three and four times a week but not again

Family Dollar the manager name is doris and also the only other two cashiers working firm when's name is brittany des moines name is ashley

I'm moving to the area about three years ago in October when I got here the store was in disarray the employees were stealing now hiring stores she cleaned up at store cosmetically and that's about all I was over the last few years I've complained about the drain outside in the parking lot I recently got it fixed about a month ago remodel the store and I've noticed but there has been entirely no white people let me stores wiring are Mexicans Asian are any other race besides African American I noticed they had a way lady working when I came to remodel but not even a week after y'all left I don't see the letter u and I noticed her attitude toward me and my family it's not very positive you can check your cameras which is about the only white people to come in there and we use are still a very often I did it it's one of the only stores in our neighborhood I went in there today to purchase a pack of cigarettes like always again outfits in this neighborhood is hot to the store for 3 years have never one time and ask for my identification just my birthday I'm 34 years old in November and today it's 100% chance of rain I walked to your store to get my usual pack of cigarettes it was told that they are now I think everyone the lady pointing at the paperwork on the counter and I kind of giggled and said girl you know how that is you just now going to enforce she laughed and rolled her eyes it her name is Ashley just before then when I walked in doors called me over she was sitting at the computer we are allowed people to do applications Brittany was standing there they were calling ice machine. The planing very rudely but he needs to come do maintenance on the ice machine there was green stuff in it I replied that must be mold mold will grow fast in a hot humid climate Doris rolled her eyes with me and caught an attitude it's not my fault I know what you're talking about still any idea why she called me over besides to be rude to me I thought it was to talk about the drain in the parking lot next I would just really like to see and more ethnic diverse work environment

Family Dollar tracfone (cell)

I went on September 10, 2019 and purchased a cell in which nothing was mentioned about being able to return it. when I went to take back on Monday September 17, 2019
I found that I did not need it because my Dad had a phone that he had purchased one for me through another company and when I tried to return it with the receipt in the unopened box they would not take it back and when I asked about why that [policy is not posted for the public a Jose that was suppose to be the Manager told me they were remodeling but that is still not an excuse for nothing being posted or being on the receipt Jose was not very nice about it. I also tried a few other locations and they did not have anything posted and said the same. If your policy has changed thier is nothing on the Website or in the stores it is a must to have that so that people don't feel thy are being deceived. I aslo called the Tracphone Custer Service and hey said that Family Dollar should be doing returns and or exchanges on the phone because they have contract with you I don't want to appear to be problematice I just would like for the proper litrature to be there and policies posted becuase with the expereince I would tell people that I know don't go there it is not worth the problems. I hope that they start gettting more informed Managers and employee because nonone knows anything. I really would like for Family Dollar to make it right. Dollar tree had had no problems being going ther for years and will continue less Drama.

Family Dollar store is nasty

The grass always needs mowed the parking lot is always full of trash, the store is dirty and always a mess. this evening the shelves needed stocked, couldn't find anything. One lady was working trying to stock the guy behind the counter had no interest in working and had 3 of his buddies standing around in the store i guess to keep him company. I live 3 blocks away and have for the past 12 years and this store is in the worst shape I have ever seen it. You really need to do something about this store

Family Dollar huggies wipes

I purchased a three pack of wipes from my local family dollar about a week ago and when I opened the first pack of wipes I noticed what appeared to be dead bugs in the pop up top of the wipes... I was completely confused as to how when I just opened them. I continued to open the complete package of wipes and there where more bugs inside the pack of wipes... I did some investigating and they happened to be roach eggs and dead baby roaches... I took pictures for evidence. I am extremely dissatisfied and completely grossed out... Family Dollar dog food

My dogs have gotten very ill very sick after buying a dog food from family dollar. I didn't know why they were sick until I decided to look at the dog food bag and noticed that the dog food sold there was a year expired. I. L brought it back to the store to show the bag expiration date and my dogs have ate the whole bag. They been throwing up and diarrhea and they just came from the vet and they were fine. I am making a complaint of this store having and selling expired goods to its customers. This is unacceptable and my dogs are very very very stress very sick. My email is [protected]@gmail.com
And my name is amy archer and my fiancé asim minitee. If my dogs pass away it will be your stores fault I am very scared for my dogs as there health is at stake and this is a dire situation. As my fiancé and I walked in the store all I mean all of the pet food from cat to dogs are expired! Some 3 years expired! Bad business the 2 employees today 9/16/2019 at 7:09pm we're very apologetic and gave us a card. Although the owners should buy a better brand of dog food for their fur babies, this isn't there fault. Family Dollar could and should be sued for allowing customers to purchase expired food. You have to display the product as expired or being near the expiration date. As customers, we place our trust in stores that they will provide properly dated items on their shelves.

PS- To the dog owners: Please research which food you buy for your pets. This brand of food has been recalled numerous times for making animals sick.

I'm not sure why you keep saying DOLLAR, DOLLAR. Do you think everything in the store is a dollar? It's not! I'm sure they paid anywhere from 15 to 20 dollars for that bag of food. It didn't cost a DOLLAR!
Now should the owners purchase a better brand from their Vet for a dog of this statue? Absolutely! However, Family Dollar is still at fault. By law they are required to check food expiration dates. Anything approved by the FDA for consumption cannot be stocked on shelves after the expiration date. It is illegal! If the dog owners choose to hire a lawyer and fight this. Family Dollar would be responsible for the Vet Bills and an legal fees. It's not the consumers responsibility to check for expiration dates, it's the stores.

Family Dollar poor customer service!!!

Sunday September 15th @ 7:15 pm. Very rude customer service. Cashier was eating as she was trying to ring up my order talking to another employee at the same time. Didn't talk to the customer. It felt as if I didn't exist to her. She dropped one of my bags and when I got home one of my lotion bottles was broken. When I talked to her she would respond very sarcastically. The last couple of times I've been in there I've had the same experience with another one of your employees. I've lived in Middleton for 16 years now and when family dollar was brought to our little town it was wonderful but now you hire awful employees that shouldn't be working. I hope that you take this complaint seriously because it will hurt the business if you have employees that don't seem to care about their job. Customers won't want to come in. Attitudes need adjusting in this store. After my experience this evening I will not be going back in there. Please let me know if something is going to be done. I would appreciate an email response. Family Dollar last paycheck

I just recently left family Dollar for another job and I have yet to receive my last paycheck and I was told I was took out the system so I can't retrieve my last pay stub either tried calling the corporate number I was given but no answer just voicemail and my store manager and district manager haven't been very helpful they act like they don't care to see what happened to my funds I'm needing answers and help who can I get in contact with?

Family Dollar customer service

Just went to the local Family Dollar. The asst. Manger was setting behind a register with her feet up and husband by her side. The other Asst. Manger was outside with a cashier smoking weed. I guess if you need drugs you can get them at family dollar now. Lol but the best one was I had to wait for them to get done smoking to get checked out because the Asst. Manger wouldn't get up. Real great customer services at your local family dollar.

im a former employee and i have asked the general manager and assistant manager of the store in isom ky for a letter stating i quit. Neither of them will write the statement. i need this statement so i can get medical coverage for my 2 children. Im going to talk to a lawyer if i dont get a statement from them in the next week. Family Dollar unethical behaviour

I was at the register when a manager stated the plastic in my purse belonged to them. I asked what are you talking about. The manager I got into the confrontation with told him I came in the store with it. So before I could check out we get to arguing and she tries to get my bag from me while I was holding my 4 month old in my arms. I almost dropped him multiple times while she continued to try to remove my bag from my person. I end up leaving my phone and they will not return it to me without continuing to be a burden and I am seeking help in this matter. I believe it happened on September 01 2019.

Family Dollar store manager - deena or deana

I tried to return merchandise without a receipt for a merchandise credit. The manager flat out refused even after I showed her the policy on the Family Dollar website. She was extremely rude, talked over me and would not listen to anything I tried to say. Also accused me of stealing the merchandise. I'm don't know why she did not honor your store policy. I also don't know why you'd have a person with her nasty attitude as a manager of your store.

Family Dollar all of your candy and the air conditioning in the store

Yes I am a daily shopper in your Main St Wellsville ohio store. I spend a lot of money in there. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for letting your customers and your employees even come into this store. It is over a hundred degrees in there. Actually it is cooler outside than in there. No fans are allowed and no doors aloud opened for any kind of air flow. All of your chocolate candy is nothing but melted together mush. If you want people to patronize your Family Dollar Store, I think it would be a good idea to FIX YOUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. this is been an on going thing for about 4 yrs now. The money your company brings in you should be ashamed of yourselves. I am calling the local health Department on you. This is not legal at all. It's like tieing a dog outside in the hot sun. I bought a bag of reese's cups and they are completely melted together. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE YOU COME DOWN HERE AND WORK IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. Family Dollar being escorted out the store by a cop accused of stealing!

It was about 4:30/ 5 sept 9 2019 me and my husband was shopping and looking around for about 30 mins as I approach the counter I notice the police. So I stood to the side after I paid for my items waiting on my husband the cop ask me to step outside I went thinking ok maybe he knew me and just wanted to talk but instead he ask me did I switch purses in the store im like no why would he ask me the same question again.. Then he said what care are you driving telling me to walk with him I go that my truck over there... He goes so that's your truck yes sir it is me and my husband came here together then he goes so that car isn't your no.. Sir I mean what's the problem I told him if your looking for the lady that's stealing its not me you should be in the store questiong her... My husband was going out to see what's wrong but he said the cashier said don't go out he is just questioning her about a situation... I was so embarrassed about this. I don't steal never did im a 50 year old small business owner well respected.. This bothers me.. My name is charlotte and im passed!

Family Dollar cashier named mike

I was at the store and received help from the assistant, name unknown, and because I shop there very much, we talk a bit, I didn't realize that it was almost closing time and he was ringing me up and I said I forgot ginger ale and as I was approaching the soda isle the other guy working named mike, said no you're not getting it, its after 10 and I should be outta here and off work, so as I was walking up to the counter to get the items I purchased I said to him tou don't have to be rude to me about it and he mumbled yeah [censored] you! To me. I find this terrible and disrespectful, I told him I would be talking to Brianna, the store manager and Asaad the district manager about this. And he just grinned at me, like as if no big deal. I was in the store earlier that day and purchased $72.00 in items which I will be taking back to the store. I will call the store first to make sure hes working so he has to restock it all and be advised since i have lived in Michigan that has been my go to store, i have bought over $17000 in merchandise from there and i will not be shopping there again until he is fired, i spend an average of $450 a month there from clothing, household items, you name it and i will not be treated like that nor talked to like that. I will not go back in that store until he is fired. I have a girl that used to work at that store living with me for 7 months now and I'm proud to say she is now a manager at the flat rock store. So I'm pretty familiar and a loyal customer to family dollar and I'm very distraught over this. Dollar general is an. 1/8 of a mile further and I can take my business there if Mike's employment isn't terminated. Also I have a couple hundred dollars of merchandise that I stock up on from this store that I've bought in the last 10 days I will just return also. My name is Julie j. Frisbee. Family Dollar service

I was shopping for household items. There were shelves of clearance item (75% off); so I took the opportunity to do some early Christmas shopping. I loaded my car with approximately $100 worth of the merchandise and went to the check out. The clerk began to check the items at regular price. I explained that the items came from the clearance section. He stated that nothing is on sale except gardening items. I went to the the clearance section and brought the sign which stated that the summer tumblers and dishes were on sale. He refused to discount the items and went on to check out the other customers. I am in awe of the type of employees that are employed by your company.
