Family Dollar potholes in the side small road way

My name is Freida, August 31, 2017 it was raining heavily and family dollars store #00075 in Lincolnton N. C has a side road which isn't very big. I've been driving through there for many years. There's no type of signs warning people of the potholes, do not enter, or enter at your own risk, etc. However, that particular day I go through and doing everything possibly to miss the potholes, due to the heaviness of the rain, not realizing how close I was and hit the pothole. I reported it to the manger on last week, but he tells me some type of story what someone else did. I didn't care about that. Well twice I mention it again. Today September 12, 2017 I told him how bad hitting the hole knocked my car out of line, which I explained before. I go to this store almost every day . He sort of makes jokes such as I'm not paying to get your car fixed. I told him I would get in touch with the cooperation. I believe family dollars should be held countable to fix my car. It weren't like this happen on purpose. If they don't want to be reliable for such responsibilities then I suggest signs to be put up. I do have a few pictures if you send me your email address. Family Dollar store # 754, mr. judy the manager.

While shopping this evening in your store a notice a manager correcting an employee, but the way she did it was wrong. From 2 aisles over, she was criticising everything the other employee did. So this means she is yelling across the store where everyone can hear. If she has an issue with the employees work, this should be addressed in private not where every customer in the store can witness it.

Family Dollar manager rita

Hello today September 12, 2017 this afternoon did my shopping at the store went to cashier to check out me and my husband, somy husband was placing idems on counter talking with the cashier. And he didn't pay attention that he had put the milk on the counter twice I though I didn't buy two milks I told the cashier you know I think my husband place the milk up twice on the counter because he was talking and putting the stuff in the cart I told him to place in a shopping bag but he told me its ok it doesn't need a bag so that's how he placed twice on the counter I did charged for two but the manager was standing next to the chashier that had wrang us up and looked at the receipt and said no you were only charged for one so I appozide said I though she had wrong it up twice so sorry and walk out of store as I walked out I then looked at receipt and did see that it was wrong up twice walked back in store and let the manager know that indeed it was charged twice, so she gave me back the money for the milk andi let her it wasn't there fault it was my husband fault for not paying attention.As I was walking away she said next time I will have to watch you guys I didn't say anything, just looked like what did she just say not only that she also laughed and said maybe he is a donkey.I looked her and smiled I New what I was going to do instead of making a scene and saying something insaulting like her I was just going to make a complaint, so I called to the store and asked who could I call to talk to someone higher up than her she gave me this number [protected] to Arlington, Texas associate to Family dollar store I told her i was going to let them know about her and said Thank you and I hung up. So upset with the way I was treated.Thank you for reading my complaint.

Family Dollar store always closed

Signs in the window saying closed register down going on for years now. Manager is just plain rude...Her name is Martha. Cheryl is the District Manager and is best Friends with Martha, this is why her store gets away with locked doors to stock store with signs stating registers down. I know of at least 10 people that refuse to step in this store as long as she is manager...Other Family Dollar store employees from other stores complaint as well to customers that is is not fair Martha can get away with what she is doing. Employees even lock the doors on customers that back their cars into the parking space...Go to google reviews and see all the bad reviews. Thank you so much. We need this store back for the community so we are all welcomed...I spend all my money now at the Dollar General right around the corner..Family Dollar is losing out. I'm going to be making a complaint to BBB and Attorney General and other websites since nothing has been done. The manager Martha is a bully and discriminates against all white men and men in general. Just plain rude and arrogant ...

Family Dollar very disrespectful employee

This took place at store #04486. The time was 14:16:21 (2:16 P.M.).The bar code from the receipt#[protected].
First off this store management and associates are very professional except this one associate who is described as young with a terrible attitude. I walked inside no one is at the register but I can hear him on his cell 2 aisles over, I grabbed my hair color kit which is located at the front of the store, two other customers came behind me, I then rang the bell only because I was on way to work, he then came out the aisle shaking his head and mumbling something as if I wasn't suppose to ring the bell. I said nothing he rang my merchandise up and the total was $4.09 I gave him $5.10 He then open his draw and handed me a $1.00 I just stood there and he then said "What? Oh, you want your penny back damn, most people say yo, you could keep it " I then said well let me have the chance to offer it to you before you assume I'm just giving it to you. He then said " well then here i'll give you your penny "I said thanks and you don't have to talk to me like that, his response was very cold he said "men, whatever yo' aight, what ever have a good day" I said wow you shouldn't talk and try to ridicule a customer like that. I then looked and notice it all was on tape and I tried to call but the wait was to long. This not the first time someone had a incident with this same clerk.

Family Dollar hurlock md family dollar.

There are bugs all over the place in the food area very unprofessional and unsanitary for a business. The store is a mess there are things all over the place under the shelves and not were they are suppose to be cold food is not in coolers they are just laying on shelves. The workers don't do anything but stand around up front and dont even try to clean up the store. The floors look like they have not been cleaned in years. Not a very good place to shop. They is only two white females in the store that I always see working and doing there best to keep the store as clean and best for people to shop. But with out a team effort the two girls can't do it on there own they are very hard working lady's and need to be told how good they are doing. The one girl has been here awhile and the other girl just came back and the store needed that. The company should be very lucky to have to hard working people with them. Hope this helps a little to try Nd get the store cleaned up or I will not be shopping here any more.

Family Dollar customer service

DATE OF INCIDENT: EVERYDAY

This store has gone down hill very quickly! BRING MATT BACK! Young lady DEGRADES and talks bad about other employees while customers are in the store & USES FOUL LANGUAGE. She sits at the FRONT of the store on here cell phone and you can not get any service out of her other then to take your money. She is outside alot and she can't even keep the outside neat. I am down in that store every day buying stuff and I dread going down now because I do not know if I am going to fall over the boxes or palates that are left in the middle of the floor. She complains about having to work to your customers. PLEASE BRING MATT BACK! I would love to say that young man has a purpose with your business NOT THIS YOUNG LADY!

Family Dollar family dollar/ harassment

Every time I enter the family dollar, I get harassed by the manager. He usually asks me if I am getting money back, and if I am, he says he's going to ban me. And on a separate occasion, my friend and I came into the store, getting money back, and that same employee was working the register. He complained the whole time about me getting money back, and said, "I hope you burn, "as we walked out the door. (because it was hot outside at the time). But it was still very rude, I try my hardest to avoid that store now. The employees name is David Salazar.

Family Dollar headphones

September 11th 2017 I went to the Family Dollar to return some headphones and it broke. when I walked in there I went up to the register and asked if I could get my money back for the headphones. I had my receipt and I have brought the headphones back also. Well as soon as I open the bag the store manager came in screaming that she was not going to return my money. She told me that she refused to take them back and while all this is going on the the person on the cash register is laughing. And I asked her what's so funny and she continued to laugh that's so you think it's as if you think it's funny that I had to lose my money and I get my items that I paid for. when I asked if the store manager for the number to the main office she refused to give it to me. Now I fear if you die if you continue to refuse me or my money I will contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know what kind of business Family Dollar's running. I didn't appreciate that all I wanted to do is get my money back that's it it was $5.41. If anyone at Family Dollar main office can contact me I would truly appreciate it. maybe I can get better results from you all that I did from a store manager and they're that employee. I've always enjoyed shopping at Family Dollar but this incident ruined it. If I if I'm going to have problems like this trying to return something that broke. I've always liked the Family Dollar for the low prices and good customer service but now I'm shocked at the back of the way I got treated. Family Dollar non-professional manager

Manager with no customer service skills approached me in the store verbally said that one of the employees who thought I was another person interrogated me, when I am a repeated customer saying some girl was with me unbeknownst to me stole something! I want video and i want a apology and your store at 118th western ave, Chicago Illinois 60655 Racist and unprofessional manner of conduct! The manager was African with red braids and glasses! Family Dollar not being able to purchase my items due to them not having change for $100.

I wanted to purchase a few items but I only had $100 and yes my ourchase was inky totaling alittle over $11. That was the inly thing I had. The register operator told me that she couldnt change. I also went to the managers office where there were 3 ppl in the office and the manager told me if I buy $50 worth of items then she could give me change. Clearly I didnt need $50 worth of items and I know sometimes its hard to change large bills but I work at wawa and there is never a problem. If someone at the register doesnt have it the manager will gladly change it for the customer. I coukd not get the items I wanted and they did not do anything to help me.

Family Dollar digital coupons

I have shopped at the family dollars store in Amelia Ohio and have found the stores digital coupon system does not work. I was in on Sunday, Sept 10th and tried using the digital couple where you buy $15.00 of P&G and you get $5.00 off. I purchased 3 bundles of Scott toilet paper and one laundry basket. The toilet paper $5.25 which put me over the $15.00. When checking out the cashier showed me where on her computer it reflected the $5.00 off but it did not come off in the total. When I questioned it they told me there was nothing they could do. When I mentioned they there was also another cashier that looked at it also. I told them I understood their position but was going to call the corp office she said good luck with that, they never fix anything. This has happened to me on four different occasions. It is become a waste of my time to shop at Family Dollar. I have also sent through e-mail the same complaint 6 months or more before on the same issue. Nothing happened. I left with a refund of money and did not buy any products. I am sure this is not what you want but shopping at Family Dollar is definitely not my favorite place to shop. I apologize for being for lengthy but I am very disappointed and frustrated. Thank you for your time.

Elephant butte new mexico new store .y'all truly need to do random drug test look at cameras.employee trying to bully me as a customer from prior issues as in 15 yrs ago then another one that she decided to have issues with me which I have changed my life and given my life to the Lord so I no longer will lower my standards she was very rude threw my change to my hand coins fell didn't count back change stared me out all the way to car with a line behind me.praise the Lord I'm no longer who I used to be, but I can say you have some very unprofessional drug users as employees and I'm sure your store will start missing stuff while they help themselves.just a heads up she has no people skills and will definitely run customers off hope y'all have a better outcome of choosing employees a little more wisely

Family Dollar items displayed on shelf.

Today I was in your Family Dollar store 12:40pm and the Tampons was placed on the shelf with the incorrect price under them. It was more then 1 box it was about 4 to 5 boxes on that shelf. I took a picture and told the manager. She told me that items was in the wrong spot and she won't honor the price of $3.25 as marked on the self. She also said the correct price was $7.00. Family Dollar manager service 8008

Two different instances have happened at this store. My husband a black male applied for an open position and the manager proceeded to tell him that it had been filled when in fact it hadn't. A woman who also applied for the job after him was given the job and others were hired too. I stil continue to shop at this store because I live 2 minutes away and my work is right behind it as well. I went to the store and as I was checking out I realized I didn't want an item and asked my friend who was not checking out to put the item back, the store manager proceeded to reach over the counter and take the item out of my hand as if we weren't really going to put it back. I am very offended and someone who treats their customers like this should not be in charge. I will NOT continue to shop at this store.

Family Dollar customer service

Went to family dollar during hurricane was cursed out by employee or store manager. In front of store full of customers b3cause she wanted to close store before scheduled time denying customer access. Cashierwas rude made me take my own recipt from register told me to get it myself. The employee who cursed me was behind register in shorts not in business attire complained about the item purchased which was none of her business many other customers denied access during the approach of hurricane

Family Dollar employee

I went into the family dollar store on 8/08/17 to use the public restroom I have a major emergency and they were the closest that had a bathroom I go in asked. If I could use restroom unaware that u had to have a key I walked back there to go and it was locked causing me to have an accident in my pants so I had to then buy a pack of 5 dollar underwear pack just to use the only pair in it throwing the other 2 pairs away due to them being colored and no u don't carry all white in any of them so I had to settle for that and go back to bathroom so I could clean myself up all due to the fact that the employees were too busy jaw jacking with friends and other wmployees than to be doing their jobs I am very disappointed in yours all customer service at the store I am sick and didn't need to deal with this today store # 00574

I will not be going back to this store any longer, I can't believe that that had to happen cause employees were too busy jaw jacking and yes I'm very pissed off

Family Dollar customer service store #11527

Good Evening,
I would like by beginning with I have received to separate survey opportunities from shopping at my local family dollar store #11527. My wife has also had he inability to d her survey as well as one of my neighbor's. Making this a total of five surveys that can not be completed per the code on the receipt.
The system states the code is not recognized. I have placed a complaint with the attorney general in my state for false recognition and advertising. On the behalf that you can enter a contest and win and that the customers opinion on his or her visit is being acknowledge where it is not.
I had two separate encounters on different days, One of which was with a manager, who stated his name was Luis and the other young lady refused to give as much as her first name. Why employees at your business do not wear name tags is unethical. As a consumer shopping at a major chain I should have the right to know whom I am interacting with for my safety. Anyone could pose as a employee with your company at this rate.
I am advised that Family Dollar is in partnership with Dollar Tree or may be owned by them, they in fact do wear name tags.
On September 3, 2017 at 10:13 a.M. I bought several items from location # 11527 at 7301 S Western Ave, Lois Angles, CA 90047 where I went back into the store after realizing I have no need for a item I purchased which is a lunch bag valued at $8.00. I was waiting at the register after handing over my receipt to the young lady. She had already verified my return was listed on my receipt seeing se was the same lady who checked me out originally. She crossed the item off the list and said she is waiting for the manager approval. The manager "Luis" came over and asked me where did I get the bag, (take in mind he did not look at the receipt once) I answered I purchased it here a few moments ago and reminded him he was standing next to the young lady speaking to her while she was ringing up my items.,
I at this point asked him if he was joking because they had my receipt and just seen me, Luis stated I think you walked in off the street with this, how do I know if I can trust you. I felt threatened at this point perhaps this could be racial profiling seeing I am African American and Luis is Latin American. He said "do you see me laughing, I don't know you bro"! I asked him to please refrain from calling me bro, I am his customer not his friend and I asked him again very politely to hand over my receipt or give me my refund. At this point he attempted to go back and forth with me I told him to please look at my receipt so I can go my wife is waiting. He continued to call me bro. I walked out the store ad left my item, I went back in and the young lady said she had my refund, I took my cash and Luis refused to give me my receipt, I threatened to call the police and he handed it over.
As a person first and a customer second I should not have to be subject to this behavior I don believe anyone should. The incident I had with the other young lady was on August 22, 2017. I chose not to go into detail because she did not share her name although she was between the age of 20-25 about 5'6" long dark hair and slim build. She was also at the register working on September 6, 2017 between the hour of 12-5 pm.
I will continue to file complaints on the communities behalf in regards to this new store that seems to be a burden on the community more than a resource. Currently I will continue to use local resources such as Next Door, my neighborhood app, yelp and other social media such as Facebook, Instagram and youtube to share my experiences.

Family Dollar service

I was at family dollar getting water for the hurricane since I have a family of 6 . I had my 15 year old son with me who is skinny and shirt like his dad . The lady and her daughter the same exact age infront of me bought 2 cases of water for her and 2 cases for her 15 year old daughter .. when I ask if me and and my son asked if we could do that too she rudely said NOhes too young .. I went in the back of the store to ask that girl how old she was she was 15 too ?can you tell me why a Spanish lady can let her Spanish friends buy as much water as the want but since I am not I can only get 2? I asked the cashier her name and she said something like yulissly ?
I work in the custumer service industry and I have never wrote In on anyone in my life .. she was being mean to me for no reason it was unacceptable
